Its very unfortunate to say that the customer service is really poor especially the ones who provide solutions sitting at your customer care center. I was having display issue in my phone. And your company people are saying that it is in transit from past 15 days. Such a poor response. I think its time to tell people on social networking sites not to buy such phones. Really disappointed!!!

and yes further more..one of you employee at customer care was badly denying to give the call to her superior.Despite knowing that my handset is at service center for 15 days..i told her that i would complaint at higher end..she said .."Its your decision" and was asking me to talk to service center about this Afetr calling at service center they said call at customer care, our manager does not come on saturdays.
Do you all think that customer is a fool??

I called the customer care at 12:30 pm.Check your logs

and the service center is at 3/4, C Wing, shrinath plaza, Dyaneshwar paduka chauk, F.C Road, Pune-411005

    Not satisfied with the after sales service of moto.

    I have given my phone “moto z play” to moto authorized service center “i-pick solutions india pvt. Ltd., bhagat singh market, connaught place, new delhi” firstly on 25th may, 2017 for the problem related to battery & fingerprint scanner issue and they returned the phone on 2nd june, 2017 but the battery related issue was not resolved and a new problem also emerged i. E. The main speaker not working this time. So, i resubmitted the phone on 5th june, 2017 (Manual job sheet no. 1084) and today is 23rd june and i have no clue about my phone or when will i get back my phone as most of the times the contact no. Provided is out of reach or if it is available everybody keeps dilly dallying like part has not been shipped by company, engineer is not available, we are trying to figure out the issue etc.

    Not satisfied with the after sales service of moto.

    I have also chatted with support executives 3-4 times and everytime i got assurance that my complaint would be addressed in 24-48 hours but 6 days have been passed since i last talked to them and still no call or contact from motorola side.
    Earlier it used to be very good service by motorola and that’s why i purchased moto phone but now i am really fed up by this kind of pathetic service and untrained & mismanaged staff and request you to take up my problem with motorola for below points-
    1. The unwarranted period of one month taken by service center should extend the warranty period for my phone.
    2. It seems the service guy is not able to understand the issue with my phone so taking it to other technical persons and service centres. I request you to stop researching on my phone by treating it like this. The full price of phone i have paid should be refunded to me as my phone is well within the warranty period and moto is unable to service it.

      I bought this mobile thru" amazen on17/05/2017. sold by green mobiles tamil nadu, india now the mobile is not getting switched on.suddenly it stopped .when i tried to switch on it is not switching on. i found from ur web site there is no service/repair centers in Hyderabad, since the mobile is still in warranty period, are you going to replace the device or repair with certification of quality.?

        I have submitted my mobile to the Motorola service center at Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi in the month of June on date 17-Jun-2017.

        It had been clearly mentioned on the job sheet that phone needs to given to customer on 21-Jun-2017. Also there are no updates provided neither on my number nor on the alternative number provide and when call is being given to the service center, they are not providing the complete update or the reason of delaying.

        From a customer point of view, it is the height of carelessness of the work

            Motorola mobile moto e3, given for repairing to abhinav technologies, lenovo motorola authorized service center on 15.06.2017. They were suppose to keep ready by 19.06.2017 and they will inform us that phone is ready. But they have not called me yet, even contact no.                 Am using moto g4 plus and am facing many problems with this mobile and there is no proper service providing the by service centre. With in the warranty its self i. E after 6 months the mobile got issues and i went to service centre many times for repair. And they are not at all providing the proper service.
                I have got a battery issue, front camera issue, getting switch of[censored]nnecessarily and many. I have given mobile for service last weak and they they din't call me till now and when am calling its getting busy every time. They are putting the phone receiver a side so that am getting busy every time. Please make sure this problem should rectify. And take a quick action on them.

                  I purchase moto g4 in january 2017 so my phone is under service warranty. My phone has display issue on 23 may 2017 i went to max mobile care (B2x) pitampura delhi and they submit my phone for the service on 23 may 2017 and receipt number is [protected] said it takes maximum 15 days. I call them after 15 days they said that my phone is not repair because company did not send them repairing parts. Thats why they are not able to repair.. I call them on the daily basis they are not giving me any positive response. And said still phone is not repaired..

                  I purchase Moto G4+.My phone is under service warranty. My phone getting switch off as some body rings me. I went to Motorola service center KOA -001 -SUPREME ELECTRONICS CCI, Address 352, SHOPPING CENTER GUMANPURA, Kota(Rajasthan) and they submit my phone for the service on 22.07.2017 and receipt number is SRKOA[protected] said it takes maximum 7 days. I call them after 10 days they said that my phone is not repair .I call them on the daily basis they are not giving me any positive response. And said still phone is not repaired..

                    I purchased moto m on march 29 i havent checked my phn speakers but recently when i judged the music sound, the sound is not coming from one side of a speaker

                    I purchased mobile Moto g play from Amazon 9 month before, Now it's having problem, sometimes it got shut down itself, I went to customer care for recovery of phone as it is in warranty. Worker in customer care told me that the battery used in it is not original, and it not covered in warranty and also they not solve the problem of phone. Help me to find out against whom I take action or file case .. I will soon take advice of my lawyer and will go to consumer court.

                      I have recently bought a moto g5 plus. What i see is when i insert earphones of different brand, it turns on the do not disturb mode on and continuously pop up comes saying "alarms only" and "end now" option. Even after clicking on end now, it doesn't go away. Why it is happening. I am using jbl earphones. I have checked in google and many many people are complaining the same. Please let me know asap if it can be rectified or else i will have to return the phone soon. Please treat this on priority.

                      I don't know what kind of more information do Motorola people need.
                      I saw already a lot of information is provided on their support page about this issue...
                      So framing it once again...
                      I have jbl earphones with 3 rings
                      Moto g 5 plus goes into DND mode as soon as the earphones are inserted and until any kind of audio/video is played
                      A bug which is not solved after so many software releases also

                      Accet it that that it's an hardware issue

                        I recently have had issues with my mobile phone touch screen. The screen seems to automatically open applications without any touch. this started around 15/06/2017. The phone was given to the service centre (ID- RKE-070 Mehta Watch Co.) and no - SRRKE[protected] but it has been 16 days without any success, every time I got reply that parts has not yet received from the company. I thereby request to replace my mobile phone as early as possible .

                          My moto g3 turbo phone's charger automatically stopped working. As my phone is under warranty so i took it to my nearest service center and submitted my old one and the bill as well. They told me it will take me around 10 days for replacement but when i went for the charger they told me that it will take another 10 days for your charger to come. Now i waited for another 10 days and then the same thing was repeated and they again told me that it would take another 10 days. What the hell is going on? Are they replacing my charger or creating some new creature.!

                            I had submit my motorola moto m model number (Xt1663, gold 64gb) to my nearest services center f 26/4 okhla phase 2, new delhi 110020 nathu sweet main road, adjoining yamaha, new delhi, delhi 110020 regarding charging problem. At start they are really do not understand what was the problem. After a long time finally they had got the problem and told me that my phone's charging jack is not working. So i had submited my phone to them for repaire on 14/06/2017 and the return date was 17/062017 when i reached to took my phone i have seen that my phone charging point is fully scratched by them i have told them to correct it so they were trying to blamed me but after that they agreed to resolve my problem. After this incident today on 19/06/2017 i have took my phone from service center. I saw that my phone's sound button is totally damaged by them

                              I bought moto e3 power from flipkart on january 2017.. It was totally a fault model.. Most of the time it hangs or not in working condition.. I gave to service for two times in nugambakkam chennai service centre.. But still there is no improvement.. They are not providing good service..
                              In my mobile no apps are opening.. Even for calling it's takes more time.. It's getting heated all the time.. Unnecessarily and all of sudden mobile will switch off.. Please help me to require from this problem..
                              It's your duty to provide good products and good services to the customer..

                                  From past 6 months my contacts are getting multiples i had given phone to service center at chandigarh 3 times everytime they reset phone but in 1-2 hours problem arise again. I am fedup of this phone now it had started switchoff during the call without call details. For my business it is getting worst to use this handset. Is there anyone who can solve the issue bcz ur service centers are pathetic.

                                  Again i submit the device & company had handed over only after formatting problem is same with the device. Fraud company making fool of the customer. Must get banned

                                    I received my product moto m from flipkart on 19th january 2017 and even before the completion of six months, there is some serious charging issue. Previously it was fine but then the battery problem came at first i thought it's just cable so i changed my cable but then also this problem continues! My phone is under warranty period and so if you want me to change it i can do that also but just fix this problem.

                                    It's like i need to set my phone at an angel to let it charge and it takes so long to charge even after switching it to flight mode. I need an urgent response.                                     I have also visited your service centre but all invain.they were not having any details about moto m and it's charging problem. Neither they had a cable for exchange, i need to buy an extra cable myself. My phone is in warranty period and so i need an urgent solution.i can't keep wasting my money for a product which is in warranty period.this was quite disappointing from your end.

                                    Hi motorola,

                                    I am facing same issue with moto m, i also changed cable once but again after 1 month. i am facing same issue

                                    whenever i am connecting to charger, it get disconnected automatically again and again..

                                    two times i went to moto service center but they wont solved it till date,

                                    and now a days i am facing this problem continues way...

                                    moto please help

                                    my phone is also in warranty, just 7 months completed

                                    i have the same issues with my moto m i just purchased it in march even 6 month is not completed and i have charging issue i have to adjust my phone all the time when it is on charging and sometimes after half an hour it is not charged 1%
                                    Very disappointed with Moto M product.
                                    I buyed Moto M form Flip-cart and very immediately after 6 months my charger stop working, as its has only 6 month warranty, and From the date of purchase till now i have complained 2 timed in Moto service center. now i am facing many problems related to my phone i cant charge my phone and no other original chargers are available in market.
                                    Really very very disappointed with moto m. will never ever suggest other to buy Moto products

                                    Has any one found any solution so far for this charging issue? Did company contacted or helped anyone ? Should I keep some hope or not? My phone is just 3-4 months old and it's giving same issues as others are describing.I haven't visited service center ...Now after reading these comments it seems useless as well.
                                    Please help if anybody have any solution
                                    Moto m is total failure, my Moto m drained battery, & after switch off hard to charging nothing happen long time, no charging while one hrs... Moto does not maintain their standard...

                                    I'm also facing charging issue with Moto M. The lightning bolt indicating the charging status. Also, the phone displays 'charging' in text when the phone is locked. However, the battery percentage is not increasing after so long. If I remove charger then shows decrease in charging percentage from 15% to 2%. I tried to reboot in safe mode. Then its shows charging percentage as 35%. And in safe mode its charging but very slow. In last 7 hrs its charges from 35% to 75%. I'm not using it when it is charging still its very slow.
                                    Please guide me what should I do?

                                        Hi,

                                        This is in reference to a service that i received from motorola service center, amar plaza, ajmer. I gave my phone for fixing as there was an issue with flash and camera capture sync. Service center kept the phone for 8 days. Now my phone has following issues introduced:
                                        1. Some vertical and horizontal lines introduced on the screen.
                                        2. Dull screen brightness.
                                        3. Power button was not working.
                                        4. Shadow appearing on the screen of the last opened tab.
                                        5. There was hole introduced in the side body which they changed later when i noticed it.
                                        6. Scratches on the handset.
                                        7. Also they denied me the job sheet.

                                        This is highly unacceptable. Do you give your devices after fixes without any tests? Is this the way issues are fixed introducing multiple new bugs??
                                        I want my phone to be changed as my new phone is now not working as expected.

                                        Require urgent response.

                                        Better you may suite a case in consumer court against service center where you have submitted your phone for repair work. Also write a complaint letter to Motorola against this.
