I've got problem with Moto turbo charger. As per policy customer had to be replaced with replacement part within 10 or 15 days depending on availability. But person here are not at all responsible and giving response in rude way. after following up one and half month they gave the replacement

I bought moto m in December 2017 but at that time it is not charging. Please resolve my problem as earliest as possible. On that product I have 1 year warranty and on its accessories 6 months. So my mobile is in the warranty period. I suffer so much because of this problem. I changed my charger but it's also not working. Please resolve my problem.
