I am shocked to see that there are so many issues in my new mobile within 10 days.
Moto g5 plus has speaker issue. Unable to listen while calling or receiving. I have to switch on speaker.
Turbo charging not working after 10 days.
Phone has ultimate heating issues. I have paid 16999 for this phone.
Your customer care is impotent. They don't know how to speak to customer. They said it's a device so it can get some issues.
Worst experience. Motorola sucks.

    I hv bought moto g plus 4th generation online by amzon.com on 25 feb 2017 and my borther got on 27 feb 2017 on kolkatta..
    It costs rs 13999..
    My bro gv payment on cash.

    Really i m surprised ur service is too poor..
    U hv given us defective mobile... Mobile is not working since starting..

    Ur service is too poor... I am so woried abt my mobile..
    I hv gvn defective mobile... By amazon.../. I wl never buy anything from ur website. Amazon.com and i wl nevery buy motorola again..
    13999 is a huge amount.. U hv to make my solutions..

      I purchased a moto g5 plus 4gb ram with 32gb mobile 10 days back from flipkart. My complaint is whenever i put the mobile back to normal mode from aeroplane mode the bluetooth automatically on. I tried it so many times but every time same result.

      I bought a new Motorola g4 plus phone online frok Amazon website on[protected]. It worked fine till last week but now when ever I connect Mobile for charging it's giving trouble.. I need to place the charger in certain angle only to start charging.. It's been not even 2 months and it is ​starting to trouble.. What should I do now...

      I bought Moto G5 Plus in the month of April'2017.

      From Last 15 days i am facing issue of Finger Touch and Password Unlock, even tough i am putting a correct password system still says incorrect password. But after an hour or so it accept password and finger touch also.

      But since yesterday not able to unlock the same by using finger touch option as well password option.

      Please suggest this is really irritating halrdly one month old phone.

      Pathetic mobile don't Buy.

        I went to the service center to repair screen burn issue but service center said we can't do anything you will have to install an app which would not let you see the burns (just playing with the issue but not solving it),
        Another query was, i asked them about loose charging port to which they said it's pin is broken we wont repair any part of your phone now as it has been damaged physically and asked me to pay 5000 bucks to repair it .
        Then when asked to replace my charger (which is also faulty)they said first deposit the money after repairing your phone we will replace your charger (coz service centre said charger is covered with phone).
        And they even said if you want to replace your camera glass you need to pay 1350rs for that because motorola has stopped covering it under warranty.
        Idk what they are covering in warranty just a software update ? Because every other issue is either not covered or is being under physical damage tag.
        Service center just tries to make fool of customers so that they can make some money out of it.
        MY PHONE IS JUST 5 MONTHS OLD AND IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.

          Dear Sir,

          My phone suddenly stopped working and display was not coming. I contacted Motorola service center on 25th April 2017 at Jyoti Cineplex, Zone 1, M.P Nagar, Bhopal. They opened my phone and asked me to call back after 1 day. I was informed that the Engineer will open the phone by that time and only after that anything could be said about the defect in the Phone.

          To my surprise, they themselves called me back after 1 day and told me that the phone is all right and I cam take it back. When I reached the service center to take back the phone, I saw that all my data was removed and the phone was completely formatted.

          I had more than 2500 pictures, videos etc.in my phone memory and I didn't have any back up. I was never by the Service Center Authority that I need to create a back up. Further, I was not even hinted by the people there about the Phone Formatting.

          The Service Center without my permission/consent went ahead and did the above.

          Moreover, when I asked them what can be done now, they spoke to me very rudely. They gave me stupid answers that they are not obligated to inform. They even further told me that, once the phone reaches service center, it is deemed to be formatted.

          I highly shocked and disheartened with Motorola Service. It has caused me immense trouble and memories captured in the Photographs cannot be retrieved back. Moreover, it had some very confidential information and I suspect it is leaked now.

          I need to be compensated for this. I think we can talk over the phone for the amount of compensation

            R/sir,
            I. B. B. Pabdey, ti/swr, drm office, firozpur punjab. Moto g 4 handset bought through amazon and delivered at h. No. 65, friends colony, firozpur city on 28.01.2017. Many problems created in mobile handset from atleast 2-4 weaks.
            1. Battery heated.
            2. Mobile auto switched off.
            3. Mobile hanged any time if any emergency.
            4. Many times touch screen does not work.
            5. Mobile handset has already sent to service centre in ludhiana but problem did not solved. Only software updated and sent to me.
            6. My important data of mobile has been lost. I have faced many problems.
            O, i request u to change my mobile handset and provide new handset. I am totally unsatisfied by amazon and motorola handset because as i know old handset was provided. Please provide me new handset immediately. So that i can believe on you and your company.

                Sir,
                I bought moto g plus (4th generation) from amazon on 25th june 2016. After 4 months from november onwards i am getting battery issues.
                Even when my mobile is charged it automatically switches off, and when i open it the battery status reduces to 11% and goes on decreasing, and goes back to normal while charging. It evens heats up when not in use.
                It almost takes around 1 hours and 40 mins to get completely charged.
                I went to motorola service center at delhi, at first they refuse to give service even though it is in warranty and in return they told me that changing of battery will take two months. When in the world changing of battery requires a time period of two months. Today i went to 2 service centers again for seek to rectify the problem that is affecting the battery life, but they are ignoring the problem and are sending me to one center to another. The staff is misbehaving.
                I'm totally dis-satisfied with the behavior of service center. Only 2 months of warranty is balanced. I'm really unsatisfied with the product and with its service.
                Please help. I'm also going to take help from consumer court.

                  My complaint is about one of the authorized motorola service center, Digitel communication which is in t nagar, chennai. I gave my moto x style to that service center because it was automatically getting switched off and on. So they that it was a display problem and been repairing it for one and a half month. I went to them on the day they said it was ready but i waited for 4 hours but still it was in the same repair status. I took away the phone because i have to travel from siruseri to tnagar. After that i went to another authorized motorola service center, B2X in kandhanchavadi, chennai. They said that it was all because of motherboard problem. it got repaired. The thing is Digitel communication service center dont know even what the problem was and also on the day i took away my mobile they had a fight with one of the customer. This service center has changed my mobile display and now it was in the repair status again. Vexed with this moto x style mobile.

                    I have purchased MotoG4 plus in sep 2016 which still has a service warranty till sep 2017. The camera of the phone is not working and asks me to re-start it all the time I want to use. The phone has problem with mic and speakers as well. You can't hear half of the time when you are making a call or receive a call. I went to the service center and asked the guy abt this and he says we don't cover it sir.                       I have purchared moto g5 plus from flipkart.
                      After 20 days of working its one sim slot is showing no sim.
                      I have shown phone to its service centres of roorke & dehradoon.
                      But cant find solution of it.
                      Other thing is that warranty time is very less ie 10 days of purchase. Very bad product,
                      Service centres does not has its specifications as it is newly launched mobile.

                      The gyroscope sensor suddenly stopped working and the microphone does not work during call. i have to restart my phone every tme to start the microphone. as i visited the service center today. they do not give me proper solution. and told me it will take 15- 20 days to solve this.

                      i called in service centre roorke ( Kapil enterprise) suggest by Moto represntative Mr SAchin .

                      BUt they saying still we dont have MOTO G5 Applications .

                      This is nonsensnse response .

                      You can deliver phne at our home,

                      but service is very poor

                        I have submit my motorola xt 643 model to service center tech solution new sanganer road jaipur on dated approx 7 april 2017 some dangerous sounds are coming from phone. They repair and given me back after 2 days, phone start showing same problem. I again submitted my phone on 18 april and they return me on 25 april with out resolving problem. When i show them problem is still not resolved. They again taken my phone and return back after 10 times without resolving phone. Saying problem is resolved. I have checked phone but sounds are coming. They say when we have return u phone there is no sound coming. I asked for service center manger, they send a delivery boy (Fake manager) to listen my problem. He is also making fun of me instead of listening. I am already 5 to 6 time visit this service center. But still i have not got any solution. I am totally harassed by these people. For each time to go there i have to take permission from my boss as i am private employee.                             Service center is telling that they doesn't have parts and company is not sending parts.

                              Dear motorola,
                              I have bought your moto g5 plus phone last month. Impressed with its features and specifications like great camera and water repellent​ coating. I have been using it but 22nd april two day back glass of water accidentally fall on my mobile phone i wipe the water with a cloth and keep using it with my peace in mind beacuse your company's goodwill, reputation and your "water repellant coating" (Which you have also mentioned in your official site). My phone was in contact with water just for mere 10-15 seconds and that to was splash of water not submerged. After 10 minutes i noticed fogging on my front selfie camera so i immediately switch off my phone and kept it as next day was sunday (23rd april) i keep the phone in a safe and dry place. Today (24th april) i went to your service center in dehradun, uttrakhand. There i waited for my number and show my phone to your customer care executive. At first instance my phone did not start due to low battery issue. But then after sometime it start after charging and the display starts very very dim and your executive says that it is out of warranty as he can see fogging from in the front camera. I urge him to open the phone and check the sticker has turned pink or not. But he didn't listen to me. And told me that i have to pay rs.2000 service charge and if phone was able to get repaired then they will do it. My question why are you charging such a high service charge? And why are you selling your products by saying they are water repllent when they cannot even go through such a small splash and voiding the warranty? And they also told me that if display of the phone is damaged i have to pay near 10000 rupees to change it. Please provide me with sufficient resolve to my problem which i didn't get from your customer service center. This is my first motorola handset i don't want to move our relationship forward on such a note. Please resolve my issue otherwise i have to take some alternate ways as a consumer.

                              This complaint was not resolved and now I am again visiting the service centers. And there is no reply from the company either. Now the service center is again troubling me regarding the warranty though they have promised me that after changing the display for which I have paid the warranty will be restored.

                                I have purchased moto g4 plus on 12 th aug 2016 through amazon inda vide order id[protected] an invoice no. Ka-blrs[protected]. Since last 20days suddenly rear camera was not working and head phone jack also stop working. I contacted your customer care located at first floor sahjanand complex, bank more dhanbad, jharkhand on 15.04.2017 but they told me that they will not give warranty to my mobile as it was damaged internally, its camera and headphone jack port got damamged, eventhough no damage from outside and also not guaranteed for successful repairing. How a set can damaged internally in such a fashion without any damaged at outside. So i request you to take he note of my complaint and resolve it as soon as possible under warranty.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to inform you that i had purchase MOTO Z play Style on 28.10.2016 and i have got some problem in display. thus i had submitted my handset at Motorola service center (New tech solution, 211, Vardhaman market, Sec-17, Vashi, Navi mumbai) on 16.03.2017. after the checking my mobile service center team asked 12000/- INR to fix the display issue.without any hesitation i paid 12000/- INR to service center while my mobile was in warranty period.

                                  But again after 7 days further i have faced below mentioned issue-
                                  1)-Volume automatically decreased when i start listen any song.
                                  2) Display flickering
                                  3) Mobile got slow.
                                  4) Capture image was not saving in mobile ETC

                                  Further i visited service center and share all issues with the team. service center team ensure to me for the replacement. they said within 10 days my mobile will be replace with new handset.

                                  But 39 days have been passed and still i am waiting for that time when i get replaced one.

                                  I am very disappointed with the of Service of your Motorola service center for the cheap & wrong commitment. Mr Sujit Shinde ([protected]) is incharge of service center and they are making me fool since 16th March 2017.

                                  Further request you to please look at matter and try to arrange replacement of my mobile ASAP.

                                  As per your instruction, i have sent mail on email which is given you.

                                  Please note i have also registered complain online-
                                  Motorola india support and their complain no #[protected]
                                  Motorola global support and their complain no #[protected]

                                  further need your more attention and replace my handset at earliest, as per your policy, 45 days max time to close any complain and 40 days have been passed but still i am suffering.

                                  Wrong commitment by MOTO team...

                                    I have purchased one handset of moto g on 26/10/2016 through flipcart vide imei / sn no. [protected]. The handset was starting hanging and i get my charger not functioning. I contacted your service center on 21-10-17 to ensure 148-cell tech india. Sh. No. 24 lower ground floor, surya arcadebuilding national rd. Ldh. And handed over both handset and charger and told me that charger will be replaced after 10 days. Today i. E. 24-04-17 at 11:30 am i called at service center about my charger to dalpreet kaur. She told me that the charger will be replaced after 10 days. At 2:00 pm on 24-04-17 the charger has been arrived and u may collect immediately. I contacted immediately at service center and miss dalpreet kaur told me that store keeper is not in office you may wait for sometime after 1/2 hour she brought one old charger from inside the office and handed over me one old charger which is not working. Kindly look into the matter and replace my handset and charger immediately. My contact no. Is[protected].

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I bought mobile phone Motorola moto g 4 plus on Amazon on 22 November 2016.
                                      After 5 months I am getting battery issues. When I charge battery full 100 % in 10 minutes battery showing 10 %. I went to Motorola gallery at vashi they kept my mobile around a week with them. Problem not got resolved. Battery issue remain same.
                                      Now I am trying to go in moto gallery to solve same problem gallery person are saying to go again to same previously visited gallery at vashi . I am unsatisfied with that service center.
                                      7 months warranty is balanced. I am really not happy with the product and with Motorola after sales service.
                                      Please help. I am also going to take help from consumer court.

                                        I have i submmited my motorola g3 to the service center due to some issue, the executive of service center told me to solve my issue within 10 days but now more then 17 days are gone but no result came out.Everytime when i call to the service center the customer executive told me to wait for some more days.they are not taking strict action on my complaint.kindly take strict action on my complaint against them

                                        Whenever i keep for charge it goes on heating. Also sometimes i surf it starts heating to peak level such that i have to switch off the phone.

                                        Hi Sehran,
                                        The phone will get warm when you use it for features that require a good deal of power. 
                                        The phone has built-in safety factors to keep it from getting dangerously hot. It will shut down if that is in any danger of happening.
