Sir,
We are using motorola mtp8150/mtp850ex for tetra communication since 1.5 years. We have observed frequent failure caused no network in mtp850ex radio caused heavy reparing cost.

We have almost 118 set procured in 2014 vide po [protected] to consort digital dtd 7.7.2014.

Kinldy do needful for prevent this high failure rate by any engineering or design change. Due to high failure we have hold new procurment of same model

    I have bought moto g5 plus few weeks ago and i am experiencing problems with my handset.main reason i bought this phone was camera and camera app is not responding as normally​ use to as in other handsets and sometimes it does not starts and leave a message on screen camera app not responding please restart app. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible because i am in fear for future defect that can arise because this defect has arisen after few days o[censored]sage.       I bought moto z play on 9Jan17. After 10 days, it was not showing any network, then i submitted it at moto service centre (Akarsh Electronic, Mall Road-Kanpur(which have more than 5-6 companies service centre franchise)) on 21Jan17. They told me that its mother board has crashed and committed me to repair it maximum 7-8 working days.I went to service centre after 14-15 days, then he said that sir its PCB also crashed. Please give us 10 days more. I agreed and requesting them to repair my moto device soon. After 15 days i went back to the service centre. Then again he told me that your moto device is not repaired till now, its battery fan and touch also crashed. Oh!God its too much panic and irritating to me as well as anyone. I had sumitted my moto device on 21Jan2017 and not received till now 12 April2017. No one give me assurance in service centre and moto customer care that how long will my moto device be repaired. Its 3 months warrenty has ended out of 12 months during submission at the service centre. So guys i advise you all not buy any moto device. Please share it so that nobody else cheated.

        My phone didn't switch on after i kept it for charging, a white screen is appearing continuously.
        Even i am facing problem in its hard reset. Company's service centre also denied of helping, and it has only been an year that i bought the phone, i am so disappointed by this, didn't expect such a problem to occur in such a reputed company's handset.

          1. i am capt shaik Abdulla (Indian army) from Guntur. I had a problem in my phone, it gets frequently hanged screen doesn't get swipe it gets struck, key pad gets automatically typed.I mentioned the same problem to your service center in arundalpet, guntur, andhra pradesh on 10Apr 17.
          2. But they updated the software and my phone is still in the same condition in which it was before now they are saying that it is a touch screen problem. they are misquoting me that i had told them that the phone gets hanged so they updated the software and charged 650/- for it.
          3. Now they haven't identified the problem at all and just trying to solve it.i m completely dissatisfied with your kind service and people have audacity to misquote me and arguing and charging the customer without solving the issue.

            Sir,
            This is to inform you that i have been using your Moto G4+ since 3 months but the performance nd the service provided by your service Centre is really poor. my phone has been a headache since i bought it as its earphone jack wasn't working and phone use to get heat up really badly just after 10 minutes of gaming. i reported this to your service centre nd it took them one month to come up with the resolution. but as i got my phone back the phone has got even more issues as the speakers of my phone are working as hell.nd thanks to your service centres that my phone heats up even more.

            such a product and service is not acceptable from a brand like yours. i am really disappointed by this. previously i used your moto g, moto g 2 and moto g turbo but such a disappointment never happened.such a service has convinced me for not buying a moto product in future. Kindly make sure that you take effective steps for this.

              Sir, iam here tell you that i have bought a moto G4 play mobile from amazon services on 30th march my mobile has been switched off and i put the phone charge but its not charging so i decided to repair it in your authorized service centre and the shop owner has said to come evening but the repair wasn't completed finally the owner asked money for warranty service

                I purchase Motorola X style on 4-oct-16, just after one month from purchase date touch screen of got stop working, on 16/11/2016 I submit my phone to service Centre and they took two month to repair my phone even they don't give me any standby phone and again touch stop working in March, again I submit my phone to service Centre on 30th March 2017 and again they don't give me any standby phone, and they again just telling me that it take too long time to repair and there is also so much heating problem in my phone. Is it your quality of product that it touch replaced two times just in 5months and out of 5 months my phone resides two and half month at your service centre, what is the benefit of my if my phone resides at your service Centre all year and after that warranty period lapsed and I have to pay again and again for repair my phone. It looks like defective product comes to me. Please replace my handset.

                  I am so angree with discusting motorola customer service my newly moto x play cell motherboard not working and when i went to service center that people are replying it will take min 8 days...each after 8 days they are replying same even after 20 days they told me that our we have recieved faulty parts from company thats why we will oder ur motherboard again and now after a month these are replyng sameeeee..."we have recieved faulty parts from company thats why we will oder ur motherboard again!!!"

                    I'm from Chandigarh, I recently bought Moto M on 24th January, 2017 and my charger adaptor and wire isn't working properly. I went to the authorised service centre, they asked me to submit my phone and to take a Back-up of my documents.
                    I questioned them a lot of times, that if there is a hardware problem, why would they need to analyse my phone's ​software.
                    They said they need it for some kind of a key in my phone.
                    But I didn't understand this concept at all.
                    Please reply me ASAP.

                      I am compelled​ to write this letter to you, to make you know that i purchased your product named Moto G4(Plus) five months ago, and i am repenting on my choice.

                      My so called new phone(Moto G4 plus) is showing such a bad performance that I can say this is the worst mobile phone I ever used.Before this I had good thoughts for the brand Motorola because it is one of the most reputed brand in the market.But after using your product and getting the worst performance and also the worst service when I handed over my phone in Motorola service centre, i was astonished thinking how could a reputed company can leave it's costumer helpless and irritated (EVEN WHEN HIS PHONE IS IN WARRANTY).

                      I am fed up with the dozens of problem my phone have, it uses to switch off whenever my phone rings, also when I play a video, even when my alarm rings.Then why would anyone keep a phone, if he can't pick a call.After all this it hangs a lot, flash glows after the snapshot is already shot and many more.The worst thing is that after travelling a long, crossing​ a huge traffic, leaving my important Work, sitting for hours in your service centre and did the same to get my phone back after three days, i came to realise my phone is back with the same problems or say some more.

                      Now, I am really helpless and felling like mentally tortured .
                      Whole day I am busy in switching this phone on because on doing anything it gets off.
                      So, I am requesting you to Please help me and get me out of this problem.

                        I purchased Moto G4 plus on 18th oct 2016. Within 15-20 days I started facing problem regarding Camera. When I asked for replecement of that defective cell phone their customer executive told me that they can not change my phone because phone can be exchanged only within 10 days of delivery. So they suggest me to visit service center. I visited moto service center at tilak nagar delhi ( ) where they made the phone even worst and after that viberator also stopped working. When I asked them that what they did with my phone they replied that mam Your phone is out of warranty and they are denying that its their fault. NOW I want that Motorola either Exchange my phone or i want my money back. Very Disappointed with Motorola Service.

                          I am from Ernakulam. I ve given my moto g4 plus phone to your service centre at kalloor on 1.3.2017 for battery and display issues.They said me a time period of 25 days. After one month i visited service centre since i did not even get a call or msg from your service centre last 30days. Then your staff told me collect phone tomaro morning. So i went there after 2 days and then one young lady in your service centre told me on 8.4.17 it is still showing complaints so come and collect on next Tuesday.Then why the hell they did not contact me in these 2days.I have travelled 52kms just to collect this phone and now your staffs are insulting me.When i call service centre number it will always be busy or if it is ringing then staffs won't take phone. So it is impossible to contact service centre in phone.They won't call or message customers also so only way to contact service centre is to go there and see all these nonsenses. SUCH A IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFS YOU HAVE IN KOCHI KALLOOR SERVICE CENTRE.SHAME ON YOU.I told them that you told me to come and collect phone 2 days before. And now you telling me come next week.What the hell is this.Then why you didn't inform me this in last two days i have travelled 52 Kms just to hear this thing where is your service centre manager.Then one young lady got angry on me.She told me If you have any complaints then call moto and don't make a scene here.All other 3 staffs were simply sitting and talking. Hey Moto, I have seen Samsung Microsoft etc service centers. But FOR THE FIRST TIME I AM SEEING SUCH A IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE CENTRE WITH SUCH A LAZY AND IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFS.I AM GOING TO APPROACH CONSUMER COURT IF I NOT GETTING MY PHONE ON THIS COMING TUESDAY 11.04.2017. FEELING SUCH A SHAME ON YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE STAFFS IN KOCHI KALLOOR SERVICE CENTRE.

                            I purchased moto g turbo on date 3/8/2016 now my phone is in under warranty period. i visited moto g service center tilak nagar near police chowki ( or in front of haldiram sweet ). after getting token of my mobile i just concern with counter no.1 ( this counter handle by mam ) she passed my mobile phone inside for servicing or check up to praveen engg. with in 1 minute mam told me this problem of your phone is not done because water enter in phone .
                            but REALLY THERE IS NO ANY SUCH TYPE OF ISSUE IN MY PHONE BEACAUSE WHEN I CONCERN WITH ANOTHER SHOP SERVICE ENGG.
                            THEIR STATEMENT WAS THAT, ''THIS PHONE WAS NOT OPEN BEFORE SO HOW YOU TOLD ME . I SHARE ALL STORIES WITH HIM THEN HE TOLD ME NOT POSSIBLE THIS PHONE WAS NOT OPEN EARLIER . ( MEANS PRAVEEN MAKE ME FOOL )

                            THEN HOW I CAN THRUST OF YOUR SERVICE ENGG. PLEASE REPLY ME ..

                              My name is ravi kumar... I purchased a motorola moto e2 on[protected] and after 2 months it hang and switch off. Many times i tried to switch on but failed. Then i visited the nearest service center in allahabad (B2x-069 radio centre) mr. Manish is a person who deals me there, after one month when he returns my mobile phone starts and before reaching my home it again hangs and became dead the next day i again submit the phone this time he told me that he repair it within 5 days and not to create job sheet otherwise it will take another 1 month to repair he hold that phone for about two and half months and every time ready with new excuses. Finally i take back the mobile from him he already damage the sim trey himself then i visited service centre in okhla, delhi they refuses to repair the mobile by saying that the mobile is already opened in other service centre and saying that if trey gets damage while removing sim they are not liable and charge me 300 rupees to remove the sim while the set is in warranty period then we returned allahabad and again submit the mobile to the same service centre on 02 jan 2017 every time during last three months he gave the same excuses and damage different parts of mobile. During this time period from june 16 to apr 2017 i filed complaints many times with consumer complaint helpline they assured me to resolve the issue as early as possible but did nothing to redress my issue. You are kindly requested to help me to resolve the issue and take action against mr. Manish who misleads me as well as many times.

                                  I purchased a moto g4 plus last month 9/03/17 after that just we are checking the earphone voice i fount one side of earphone is not working. i visited 10/03/17 at service center sahara mall gurgaon they said it is a software problem and fixed it after three days i faced same problem i visited again they said hardware problem and fix it after 8 days i faced same problem. and right now i am facing network issue so please help us i want my money back because i don, t have much time to visit again and again please help me out for this situation.

                                    I have purchased moto E3 power on 1.11.2016.and it is in warranty...after a few months there was first of all problem with the charger and few weeks later the battery of the phone got damaged...i trusted this brand due to its battery speed the most but now i will recommend everyone not to purchase this product ...was not expecting such kind of damage issue...moreover the worst part is the service centre provided in kolkata in saltlake is not providing me with a valid reason as to why they are not accepting my warranty claim..and even asking for their service charge ...its like just wasting your money for a check up...seriously dissatisfied with this product and service as well...i will therby request to solve my problem as soon as possible ...

                                      I had bought phone on 3rd March and post which i had got it repaired due to liquid damage (Paid 6200) from Motolora centre. I collected my phone on 29th March but did not use it as it belonged to one of the my family member. On 4th March, when the phone was switched on, i figured that sim slot 1 was not accepting any card and chip was broken. I went to Motorola center back with this complaint and they told me that it was destroyed and i had to get the mother board changed and again pay the same amount.

                                      I deeply regret my decision of purchasing Motorola which is providing poorest services possible and your center is making business by doing all this to your customers.

                                        I visited DilshukNagar Service center(Hyderabad) of Motorola to change my adapter cable as it was in warranty period. First they talked rubbishy then said that they cant do anything as they have login issues. they noted down the required details and said it will take at least 10 days to get the cable. Now again they are calling me to come to their office for some requirement. after that it will take few more days to get my cable.. so I have to come one more time.. Sir, Is that how you provide service? I have to go 3 times to you office to collect my adapter wire which is in warranty period. I think It would be better to purchase one.. Sir, please give your employees some etiquette training, like how to talk to your customer and all. I am not going to receive my cable unless they ask me to come once. And certainly I am hurt with the kind of service you are providing here.
