I visited DilshukNagar Service center(Hyderabad) of Motorola to change my adapter cable as it was in warranty period. First they talked rubbishy then said that they cant do anything as they have login issues. they noted down the required details and said it will take at least 10 days to get the cable. Now again they are calling me to come to their office for some requirement. after that it will take few more days to get my cable.. so I have to come one more time.. Sir, Is that how you provide service? I have to go 3 times to you office to collect my adapter wire which is in warranty period. I think It would be better to purchase one.. Sir, please give your employees some etiquette training, like how to talk to your customer and all. I am not going to receive my cable unless they ask me to come once. And certainly I am hurt with the kind of service you are providing here.

    Sir, i have purchased motorola moto x style on 05 october 2016, on 04 april 2017 my phone has some issue (Repair) so i went to motorola authorised service center, so as it is in still warranty but the imei number is showing "out of warranty". I have purchased motorola moto x style (Xt1572) from flipkart on 05 october 2016, by calculating the date it should be in warranty period but the warranty is missing. So please help me to claim my warranty.

      My motorola phone is not working properly. I went to the service centre but they denied to repair my phone and didn't entertain us properly. They told us that Motorola services are turned off in amritsar. They even adviced us to go and complaint a file againt them in consumer court. So please tell us Where should we go now to get our phone repaired which is still in warranty.

        My moto g4 plus is having lots of problems like hiting problem, automatically shut off, battery drained. Ghost touch when charging... Most important thing is i was submitted my phone in motorola service centre goal market counght place delhi... They take my phone for two days. After that i face same problem.. They are not working properly so please because these things i'm not happy. Please help me..

          I have purchased a Motorola Pulse 2 Wired Headset With Mic (Black) from Flipkart ordered on 18th March and it was delivered on 19th March i went out of Town nd then i found that right side of headphones is not working properly and sound is not clear called up to flipkart on 1st April they said its out of replacement warranty i can repair it, they provided me a service center address, i went to a one more motorola service center and then went to the address which was provided by flipkart.
          one of the agent of motorola told me that there are Thousands of motorola product and we're not servicing all motorola products i've the the recording of the same.
          If they are not servicing motorola products why they wrote Motorola Service center Instead of Particular Motorola Products.
          then i again called up to flipkart and they provide me another Customer Support Number of Motorola.
          i've tried to call up on the same Number and call disconnect again and again.
          I'm sick off.
          Kindly resolve my issue otherwise i'll go in consumer court.

            I bought Moto g5 plus from Flipkart on launching date and it delivered on 23rd March now the phone gets automatically on vibration mode without any changes in setting and doesn't ring untill it is restarted and then after 4-5 hours it's gets on the same condition. The phone is hardly 10 days used and such type of issue is not acceptable I want to return this product. I bought this product trusting Motorola brand, within 10 days m registering a complaint about it. Won't trust your brand again. the seller gives 10 days replacement policy now tell me what to do about it. Reply as soon as possible

                Magnetometer was a big help when going to new places and without it sometimes i go into wrong lanes while walking.Also please enable cast screen.Although the cast screen option is there but it doesn't work

                    My Moto G3 mobile purchased in March 2016. One of the Zim Slot got damaged and needed replacement. Motorolla Thrissur service centre offered only no-warrant service. I agreed to this but they didn't have spares. This was in December 2016. They registered my name and agreed to call me as soon as spares arrived. After three months I again visited them but couldn't help. They asked me to approach Ernakulam Service Centre. At Ernakulam too, they didn't have spares and would take 25 days for repair. How can you manage 25 days without Mobile.. This is one of the worst aftersales ervice I have ever seen. I will be the last to try to buy a Motorolla product now.

                      No voice calls are going from Jio sim of my motorola g+4 mob. jio executive has informed that this problems common with Motorola sets and ask me to get system upgrade to volte form.i visited to motorola authorized service center NEW TECH SOLUTION VASHI as my mob was on warranty and request to resolve along with camera problem. he has replace camera lence and charge Rs.2000/ and assured mobile reformatted to volte form and voice call problem will over but when I checked mobile at home found problem was as such and no voice call was going.

                        from day one mobile automatic off ringtone and went back in vibration number of time visited your service center Sec 10 Noida but till date issue not resolve and saying take some time today i was call Mr .                         This is very unfortunate behavior at your service center. my wife visited number of time but issue is not resolve.

                            I have purchased Moto X play from flipkart in may 2016 and recently its display got damaged so I have given that mobile for repair in nearest service center located at Nal stop pune (lenovo service center which is also moto now -- B M Gadget Services).

                            I have given that mobile for repair on 22nd of feb 2017 and till now they are not even responding about its status...I am calling them daily but they are saying part are there we will call u once done and sometime saying its about to repair give me one more day.

                            And my mobile is in warranty period still they have charged me rs 7500 for display change(saying you need to buy LCD connector also for display or vice versa) is that a price for a display ?(As far as I know screen change costs around 3500, only gorrilla glass is broken else everything is working fine for my mobile).

                            They are charging me a big amount for my mobile repair and not even responding in time.I am really disappointed with your service.

                            Can someone please take any action on this?

                            Atleast they can tell customer a date on which they can give mobile actually instead of making them call daily and giving excuses. (And the worst part is we have to call atleast 30-40 times then they will pick one call)

                            once they said display will come with lcd connector, and yesterday only they given an update we have changed display of your mobile but changing display will not work we need to change connector also and we have now placed order for connector aren't they contradicting there own statement? (Earlier they said it will come in Combo only and now they are saying Display work is done and now they have ordered LCD connector thats too i have been charged for both Display and LCD Connector)

                            I will make sure me and any of my family member will not buy any moto or lenovo product onwards. (Currently my Brother, My WIfe, My father all have Motorola but i will definitely gonna sell all of them)

                            I have given my sony mobile for same repair they have given my mobile back in 2 days and here from 1 and half month I am just waiting. Just giving mobile in cheap price will not keep you in market you need to provide consistent support and good service also for that.

                            Really disappointed.

                            After one and Half month there is one more great news from Service Center -- Now they are saying my mobile cannot be repaired as its motherboard is gone.
                            And I need to pay 80% of my mobile charge if I wanted to repair it, though it is in warranty period as my mobile is broken it can not be considered for warranty isn't that great. (Motherboard is gone and this thing they came to know after one and half month-- what are they doing till this time)

                            What if my mobile has fallen on ground and just its motherboard has problems, now as my mobiles display is broken you are saying its fallen and all.

                            I am Strongly Disappointed here and wanted to do anything from my side just to raise a case again B M Gadget Service Center. From My above mail hope you will come to know my frustration. Thank You

                              I have bought moto e3 mobile 3 mnths earlier... but now it is not charging properly... some charging related issue i have... but when I show it to the lenovo care... first day a girl sitting there told me that she has done enough work today.. you can come tomorrow... next day when i went there she told me that our site is not working now... you can come on tuesday... i am also an employee... i can not take leave from my job everyday for correcting my phone... please take some action against the lenovo care staff of ambala... and plzz try to repair my phone.. thanx

                                Hello Team

                                I have purchased Moto G2 in mid September, 2014 via Flipkart.
                                I have noticed that my phone's battery was draining out very fast due to which I took it in the Service Centre on 20th March, 2017:
                                Sri Sai Cells at Indiranagar 2nd Stage, Bagalore - 560038 (Contact - [protected] / [protected])
                                They have suggested that battery need to be replaced and I get it done from there by paying Rs. 1600.
                                On 30th March we were giving charge to the mobile and after 30 minutes it didn't increased from 0% to 1%.
                                Unfortunatly after another 15 minutes, the phone got exploded and caught fire which we tried to put off.
                                Next day i.e. on 31st March we have visited the same service centre and reported the issue, they have asked us to keep it with them as they will investigate on the same.
                                Today i.e. on 1st April, we got a call from service centre that battery and circuit is ok and only the back panel and screen display got affected due to the explosion.
                                They are asking me to pay Rs. 3800 for getting this fixed. Currently the mobile is with the service centre.

                                I do have a question to you that though the phone is not under warranty but does that mean it may get exploded any time and I am liable for this to pay to get it fixed when it didn't happen due to my fault.
                                Please do let me know on this.

                                    I went motorola service center at sahara mall mg road gurgaon haryana on 30/12/16, service man took my problem he told me within 10 working days company will provide you new charger, but still today i dont received same even i have visited there more than 10 times there but no one keen interest against their mine request all are entertaining me for the same issue,

                                    so please resolve my issue as soon as we are waiting for your response

                                      I ordered moto g4 plus from amazon on 30/feb/2017.Phone was having a issue i.e. it hangs if i use it on charging. Then, i consider to go to service center near railway station, ghz ([protected]) on 1/march/2017 & now 1 month is over (1/april/2017) that i couldn't get my phone back. I bought moto g4 plus to use it not to give it to service center for months. Now as mot g5 plus is also launched i want to replace moto g4 plus with moto g5 plus.

                                        I prakash das a moto xplay user has submitted my turbo charger at ensure-176-smart services, bapujee nagar, bhubaneswar odisha which is an authorized service centre of motorola, on 15th of march 2017 for the problem in charging.
                                        They provided me with a service slip which did not mentioned any particular date when i can receive my charger. So when i asked them for an approximate date they told me to come after 10 days. So i requested them to mention some approximate date on the service slip, but they denied to do so and misbehaved with me.
                                        Then i went with a complain to consumer advice centre bhubaneswar odisha about the matter. The cac contacted the service centre and infront of the cac the service centre committed to replace the turbo charger within 10 days. But its been 15 days i have not received the charger nor a call or text from the service centre aboutthe delay.
                                        Hence i want you to kindly look into the matter and help me by extending the warranty for the delay the service centre is doing as soon as possible.
