I have i submmited my motorola g3 to the service center due to some issue, the executive of service center told me to solve my issue within 10 days but now more then 17 days are gone but no result came out.Everytime when i call to the service center the customer executive told me to wait for some more days.they are not taking strict action on my complaint.kindly take strict action on my complaint against them

Whenever i keep for charge it goes on heating. Also sometimes i surf it starts heating to peak level such that i have to switch off the phone.
Please help me out f this.

Hi Sehran,
The phone will get warm when you use it for features that require a good deal of power. 
The phone has built-in safety factors to keep it from getting dangerously hot. It will shut down if that is in any danger of happening.

    I'm sateesh.i purchased motto g4 play mobile in January 2017.suddenly my phone display got off.
    Please consider this is serious issue.my phone display suddenly stopped.i gave my phone to customer care service in kakinada.they note my complaint and g ave service job sheet. After ten days I called them about my phone status
    .They said it is motherboard problem will be rectified in two days .But after three days they called me and says display problem.i think they may be cheating me to get side income.sir my humble request is that please take care of customers..

      Hello Sir,

      This is Prabhakar from Chennai. I’m very happy to say that I’m a proud owner of Motorola Mobile.
      Previously I was using Moto E, and got attracted and addicted to its design, features and its performance.
      This literally made me to purchase a High end mobile in Motorola, where I bought Moto X Style/Pure on April 3rd, 2016.
      Since I bought I was extremely happy with its performance. But during the month of July I had a faulty touchscreen problem. Where my lower part of the mobile touchscreen seemed not responding. Initially I though it would be a software issue, and did all the reset option available but still it didn’t workout for me. So I approached a Authorized Motorola Service centre (which is mentioned in Motorola official page) Digital Communication, Prabhu Centre, 1St Floor, New No46, Old No20, Ramaswamy Street, Behind Fathima Jewellers, T Nagar, Chennai-600017, Chennai - Tamil Nadu . They
      Examined my mobile and said that I have to replace the touchscreen. I said them to proceed because it was under the warranty. They initially asked me like 10 Days to service my mobile because they don’t have the spare touchscreen and they have to order it. So I asked a stand-by mobile for me for that 10 days as my mobile was under warranty (Other mobile companies like Sony and Samsung used to give stand-by mobile to the customer if their mobile is under Warranty). They said all their stand-by mobiles was with customer initially, And he promised me that they will return my mobile in 10 days. I was waiting and would call them regularly asking about the status, I didn’t get any good response from them at all. At last they took more than 25 days to service my mobile, and they didn’t give any stand-by mobile to me. Even the service was not good. After servicing, mu headphone jack didn’t work properly. Back panel seems to be opening a side. But the display was good and I was happy. And then suddenly this April 10th, 2017 I faced the same problem that I faced earlier. Same faulty touch screen, and now my mobile is out of warranty. And to replace the screen it cost around 11500 INR (as mentioned in the same service centre). Which is essentially a cost of another Moto G series mobile.

      things I want to get clarified.

      • I wasn’t using my mobile for more than 25 days and that too under warranty period. So why I was not given a extra warranty period of 25 days. Why am I not entitled for the extended warranty time.
      • Now I’m facing the same issue that I faced previously, So I just want to know that they really analyse the root cause of the problem and rectify it or they just replace the touch screen ?
      • And when they service my mobile for the first time, they said I have only one month warranty for my new touchscreen. That was completely out of context, because my 4 month old mobile still holds the warranty for 8 more month. But my newly replaced screen just holds the warranty for only one month. That’s absolutely not a good deal at all.

      And finally a complaint about the service centre.

      Very worst service centre I’ve ever seen in my life. Whenever I’ve been there, there is always a fight (verbal) between the customer and the technicians there. The people in the centre were not kind at all. And they really don’t know what’s manners and how to deal with the customers. There are two incident happened on 10thApril, 2017. Where one of the customer got pissed off because they didn’t return the customer mobile for long time. He got so frustrated and took one of the other customer mobile in his hand(I know this a wrong act by the guy). But still the way the Service centre guys treated was so terrible. The service centre guys started yelling at a very loud voice saying “How dare you could take customer mobile in your hand. Do you have sense . I will call the police .” What the customer did is really not healthy to the environment. But still that’s not the way that the service centre people should react.

      And the second thing happened on the same day. Another customer were promised to get the mobile in a week. But they took more than two weeks I suppose. So he got frustrated and brought a steel chain and tied around his hand and locked himself with a key at one end. And at the other end he locked it around the window steel bar with a lock and key.
      Even the way they treated this guy was very rude.

      The thing is however the customer comes here, everyone leaves with zero satisfaction. People there doesn’t know manners, how to be kind with customers, how to manage crowds and etc. Please review this Service centre and take necessary step to mitigate this problem because of the way these people behave with customers, most of them(customer) started thinking like Moto is not the best brand to rely up on as I has the worst service capabilities.

      If you enter the service centre at 11Am in the morning, people would call you to examine your mobile at 4 pm only.

      This service centre guys have changed their location from one place to another, but still they didn’t change their location address on google as well as Motorola website.

      PS: Attaching my purchase bill so that you could cross verify my IMEI No to find the previous service status(25 long days to service).

      I also wrote to [protected]@motorola.com last week but still no response from them.

      This was an exact replica of my moto x style mobile too. vexed with motorola product. poor service in digitel communication service center, waiting for hours but still in the repair status and fight with one of the customers.

          I am having a Moto G4 plus. I have buyed in dec 4 2016. I have updated my phone to Naughat. Since updated I am having several problem in my phone.My phone's sensor, jack point, autorotation and finger print sensor were not working. These problems were occured in Jan 29 2017. Then I have shown to the service center and they gave me my phone at least 20-25 days later. Then again after 3-4 days the same problem occured. Then again I have gone to the service center on 27 Feb 2017 and then they gave my phone after 40 days and without my permission they change my phone's display which is not fix properly. I have told them about the display, they said your display might be cracked by the company, so they changed it. Now you tell me what do I do? I just want you to take some action and want you to replace my phone.

            My name is swapnil aparadh ([protected]) .I submitted my phone in kolhapur service center on 28th march and my phone is moto z play which is in warranty. After that customer care agent told me that wait for 4 days ur phone is in process..after 4 days i called them they said phone is pending for main board . Till now 20 days are over and still they said that waiting for company response. What should i do . Everytime i need to call them .How irresponsible company is🙏.               Dear sir/madam i am using moto e first generation mobile. i am facing some problems that i have mentioned clearly in this complaints.
              Whenever using power sleep or wake up button i am facing reboot problem. i used factory reset then also i am facing this problem nearly 5 months . If watch any videos more than 30 minutes my touch pad getting heat . i did't expect that these problems will come in mote e first generation mobile. So, kindly return my money again or try to recover my mobile as soon as possible.

                  Respected sir,
                  I ruban dutta from ghatshila (832303) beg you to state that, i have submitted my phone to the service centre on 7th april 2017 and yet till today i haven"t got my phone back.

                  Got a message from moto on 11th april that your phone has been successfully repaired please collect it from the office and then i contacted the service centre manager and he said yes sir your phone is done. I travelled 50kms from my area to receive my phone but shockingly they said"your phone is still in progress, come back tomorow". I ignored that rude behaviour and again travelled 50kms the next day to collect my phone. This time they said"take it tomorrow we have some computer pproblems".

                  So, from 11th april to 15th april i travelled each day but they said the same things. The fraud is the service manager. Everytime i called him (Before visiting service centre) he said sir, your phone is done.
                  What a fake commitment from the moto team.

                  I have complained through moto customer care but they too remain unresponsive. Approximately 5000k inr and 100kms each day i have watsed to travel to the service centre and yet have not received my phone.

                  The manager doesn"t responds you well and they treat like we are phone beggars.

                  Note - shame on you moto. I am a mba grad so i was taught to behave politely no matter the situation is but if this continues i have no option but to report it to consumercourt. Atlast who"s gonna pay me all the expenses that i had and wasted my all day long just for your fake commitments.??

                    I purchase Motorola G4 Plus 32gb on 9-Aug-16, just after one month from purchase date touch screen auto functioning, on 21/03/2017 I submit my phone to service Centre and they said touch problem and after 10 days to 15days time taken for service.
                    i said ok .
                    but till now i follow up what about my mobile service Centre people siad next week and every time said same reason .

                      I am using Motorola G4 plus and the rear camera glass has got severe scratches inspite o[censored]sing a back cover, When tried reaching Motorola service centre they said that this is not covered under warranty and it will be chargeable and I agreed to that also and then they said that the rear camera glass is not available right now and they have logged in my case and I may come in a weeks time to get it replaced. When called after a weeks time they said that the glass is still not available and they can replace entire back cover for which the estimate price quoted was Rs. 1200 which was earlier Rs. 600.

                      This issue has been with each and every piece of Moto G4 plus and it is just because of cheap quality used and faugery done by them.

                      I had bought Moto g4 plus. It has volte option, but my mobile is not supporting 4g services.
                      I have moto g turbo edition set.yesterday my internal memory was full...and after that i have a notification " your storage space is running out some function may not work"...but after some time automatic delte an album of photo about 3 gb from my internal memory...how i can get all those photos..

                          I am facing issue with my handset Moto G4 plus where battery draining is so fast that it cannot withstand 5 hours as the handset is under warranty as I purchased on 7th July, 2016 with IMEI- [protected]. I visited the service center twice in a week. At first visit, they replaced the battery but now in second visit, they are saying condition is not good due to water damage and as per their saying, I have to pay money for the repair so then what is the meaning of 1 year warranty.

                          Now I want to get my handset replaced with a new one because it's already beyond tolerance. I will be forced to knock at consumer court door.

                            My phone's touch works automatically, i am unable to use my phone, . I am contacting with motorola from last 3 months but they are not solving the issue, every time they says that they are solving the issue, i am so much disappointed. Even my phone is under warranty. I had visisted the service center more than 10 times and submitted my phone 5 times but they had not solve the issue, . Now i am continuously contacting with motorola customer care via phone call, email, Facebook but they never give me proper reply, they told me that they had forwarded my issue to their escalation team. They says that i will recieve a call from their escalation office, before 3 days i had recieved a call from motorola escalation office contact person was jyoti, she promised me that she will call me back after 24 hours with solution of my phone, but its 72 hours has been passed i had not recieved any call from motorola, i facing issue from last 4 months but no solution from motorola, please help me. I am so much disappointed.

                              Hii team,
                              I had purchased Moto M on 3rd feb 2017. And last week had an issue that the cell phone used to get restart on its on and used to only flash the Moto M animation on showing it to the service center the said the touch is faulty then they replaced the mother board however damaged my screen and now they are not ready to except that it was their mistake they stated it was before you bought to us. However upon asking them if i take this to some other service center will they take it and the answer was they wont as the screen is damaged. So my question is then why did this service center excepted if it was before i gave them the cell phone. What is wrong with the service center is it for customer satisfaction or customer's dissatisfaction.

                                Being a doctor by profession phone is very necessary . But the phone motp g4 plus has POOR n unsatisfactory performance.
                                Its not even 1 year n the motherboard is damaged n on top of dat. It's been 15 days n it is in pitam pura service center. But they only say.. they dnn hv d parts..
                                I m facing lots of problem..
                                Kindly look into the matter

                                  Dear hear Manager,
                                  I Have purchased Moto G 4 plus Handset before 2 months . Now the phone is getting of while using time . I have send the phone to your authorized service enter (Coimbatore ). There technicians said these board is damage and it is a water damage . I have shocked about the news . I m sure this phone not fallen off water .
                                  Here my 4 friends purchased the same models phone and 4 phones are display related issues. send the damaged phones to your dealer and your team again said that is water damage . How every phone happened water damage . I am sure your phones parts damage and your team not willing to replace under warranty and said reason is water damage .
                                  Sir, You have any poor this is water damage ??? . I have seen my phone from your team repairing time . No any water damage and related symptoms
                                  We are ready to prepared for the case to consumer court . you have poof the water damage issue to consumer court along with solid proof .
                                  I am sure my phone not fallen off to water . I think 4 phone are water damage with out related symptoms . Suspect these model phone electrical bord is damage and the damage pats paid to customer .
                                  This is not a good think . Hence we will redy to apply a case to consumer court and waiting for your replay

                                    The phone worked only for 2 months. Since the 1st day phone was frequently shutting down. When I asked up the call center they asked me to wipe the data of the phone since some app might be creating the crash. After 2 months the display stopped working and when the phone was given to the customer service and stayed all the problems but they started arguing like the phone was dropped because of which the screen may have internal damaged and that doesn't come under warranty. There was no damage to phone neither the screen. They asked me to pay for the screen which is 6500/-. After a big fight I agreed to pay and to goahead and repair it but I got a call today stating the phone cannot be repairable since the motherboard is dead, and the reason they are saying it may be due to water damage and it doesn't come under warranty. I have taken care of the phone like gem. When I was at the Motorola service even some customer were complaining the samething reported to them about their phone. Avoid buying Moto since there is no proper service available in India.
                                    After 2 months my phone is just a piece of junk and I payed 24, 000 for the phone instead I could have bought a 2 MI Xiaomi Phone, whose service and products are 100% better than moto.

                                    Motorola shame on your and your products. I will never buy moto Products and will never suggest anybody of this product.

                                      I had bought a G4 Plus recently and it developed speaker issues.

                                      It was again given to the service centre in Chennai and it was stated that the software has issues and was flashed and reinstalled.

                                      Still issue seems to continue. But a phone worth around 12000 and having these issues is no the right kind of support on belief in product like Motorola which is a branded one.

                                      Also the queue in service centre is a long one and its a pain again.

                                      i am consulting with my lawyer on filing it with the consumer forum.

                                        I am complaining​ about lot of noice in the background when the video or audio is recorded, even can't hear audio of song in the video when it is taken of any performance.
                                        Lots of noise and breaks in the audio.
                                        Its just unbearable, hope u can either change the speaker or if its software problem then give the update soon!!
                                        Hope to get the reply soon and satisfaction of buying the phone
