If we like a product but unable get service then what is the impact of customer by spending the choice of brand,
I have tried from 3 days from 4th to 6th august'2016 to confirm a motorolla service center where the same can be resolved, where as the garia address given not picked up the phone and after several time ring put the lines on busy mode..
For salt lake and bhidan nagar phone not responding and saying the same is out of order.

the same will be in negative rating and in future if any body suggest i will never refer to buy the motorolla product.

Dear sir,

I have purchased the phone on 9th July16 from Amazon site and after uing about one month noticed that it is heating when I am charging, playing games or others application working...

Is it any problem in device...or I have to set for the same so that heating problem can be solve.

This is the worst service center ever i have experienced i gave my moto g phone there was a problem and it is in warranty i gave my phone 1 month back and still i din receive it nor any info about the phn they are not even responding through calls
