I've been given a total amount 10, 000 rs as limit in which i utilized 8000rs only, for which I've got only 7240 as there was a processing charge other than gst(I don't understand why though). I failed to make the payment soon due to the pandemic and now they want me to pay 12900 as intrest is kept. I'm telling them that I've utilized only 8000rs so I'll pay back the same amount and will close the account, but they're not doing it and we've been constantly threatened to "naming and shaming" infront of my contacts as they stole the data at first. And they want to tresspass into my house illegally and make a hell of a scene at my house. It's so depressing, pressurising me won't do any good or better. If anything happens to me mpockett company is sole responsible. For the steps i take.

I have taken loan amount of 7k during lockdown and I have always paid my loan on or before time earlier.
But now I am unable to pay the loan as they as have charged 16k as a penalty for 190 days and they keeps on calling me from the morning to late night.
They have also started calling my family members and they have also destroyed my reputation in my college. I don't have any job and I am ready to pay the amount I have took from them if they provide me some time and stop harassing me and my Known ones but the penalty charge is too high for me. Please help me!

This is the most fakest and scam app I have come across with the most fraudulent people working on it. When you ask to speak to supervisor or manager, always they will say they are not available. Took all my information and made me wait for a week just for approval. And rejected later after a week saying I work with similar field of lending company, giving some ### reason. Very pathetic service. Social media agent, the female just hung up on me as I had raised a bad review. Very bad service with most pathetic people working as employees who will never help or treat a CUSTOMER right. The CUSTOMER care agent are so rude and even though I was crying on the call, Ankit Or Tanmay or that social media agent name, couldn't hear it properly as she spelt it too fast, mostly it was Nilaya, not sure... Were very rude. Please take action ðððððð

Hi i took loan of 10000.
I did not pay loan amount because i lost job.
Now they are asking to pay 30000.
I dont have that much money. My penalty charges are more than my principle amount. If you remove complete penalty charges i will pay full amount of 10000.kindly do favour. Your executives are so arrogent. They are harrasing me like anything. If this harrasment continues it may lead to death.

There agents are telling different things at different times... With discussion from some agent from there team named shubhankar i paid 2000 out of outstanding 30000 and he told me to pay again 5000 on 12th nov 2021 that i agreed but still they are calling my reference and disturbing them they are not calling me... I'm calling there customer care and telling them they told me they will not call anyone except me.. But again still they are calling
