            I have repaid my loan amount of Rs.635 and it is debited on my account... But still not updated on app kindly resolve this problem. And they asking high penalty amount to forcing me to pay. Iam already inform them, i have no pending dues but still they are tourturing me. I send my all paid proof for their whatsapp [protected] and email also. I have no dues i alredy paid all. I loss my huge amount 😭Kindly please help me🙏🙏. pls solve my problem.

                I'll take loan from mpoket of 12k. And now the amount is 25k is there and each and every day they call 3-4 times. And because of these pandemic I lost my job from last 6-7 months there is no earning of mine in this situation all company person can't understand Situation. They are forcing me for payment each and every day from morning 9am he/she started calling. And told me if not pay today they send collection agent and told me that they will call to my contacts reference. So give me time I'll amount in these situation I can't. And I can't pay that much money like 25-26k.. I'll take only 10-12k...
                And all numbers are protected of employees.

                        They have been calling so frequently.. even to the alternative number. It's very though time for everyone due to Corona, it would be very helpful if the interest is cancelled. Then we would pay the borrowed amount soon.

                          Dear Sir / Madam
                          I am Dinesh Joshi And I took Loan from Your mPokket Application. amount of rs. 10000, the loan was overdue 46 days and the amount will be increased around 14688.
                          Due to these Carona situations I lost my job for the last three months, unpaid wages.
                          That's why the loan is overdue. But Yesterday You Representative Call me and asking for payment, and told me if not paid today than he call my contacts details references and told all my contacts details. Representative Number is [protected].
                          Please Check my track record. I paid my dues on time but for the last 3 month i have difficulties paying.
                          I humble request to you please not do that kind of calling. I arranged the amount of our loan. Give me 8-10 days for the same. Please Please.

                                  I've been applying mpokket loan since 2 days and it shows that there's an issue with the bank. But I get sanction letters everytime I'm told to reapply.

                                      Harassment on the basis of Unreasonable Interest inflation

                                      Dear Sir/Mam,

                                      I am an mpokket customer. I issued a loan amounting to INR 10, 000 between the period Oct-2020 to Dec-2020. I had issued loan from the said service earlier as well and had never defaulted but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic I failed to make the payments on time. As a result, a ridiculously large amount of interest was imposed without any prior warning.
