Harassment on the basis of Unreasonable Interest inflation

Dear Sir/Mam,

I am an mpokket customer. I issued a loan amounting to INR 10, 000 between the period Oct-2020 to Dec-2020. I had issued loan from the said service earlier as well and had never defaulted but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic I failed to make the payments on time. As a result, a ridiculously large amount of interest was imposed without any prior warning.

So I have taken 10 k loan bt coz of covid I was not able to pay so they always called me and try to give me depression and finally when I was able to pay the amount I called them and told I will pay the amount they asked me to pay 25 k as 10 was my loan amount and 15 k is the penalty charges . In this lockdown how a person can pay this much I am ready to pay 12 k what to do plz someone help me . They are threatening me by sending me the recovery notice in my college as well as my home

        I took loan from mpokket of 10000/- I use to repay EMI on time that too huge amount of interest . Now I couldn't able to pay because I'm not making any money though I'm jobless . But they are calling me and harassing me daily .. some time I don't pick their call but they keep on calling . Now they sent reminder notice to my address, ma parents saw the notice and thought it as a legal notice. I lost my reputation in my home.

                  Hello, I requested for a loan of Rs. 1000 on 10 April 2021. But I didn't get any loan amount in my account till now . I send bank statement 1 week ago but still i didn't get any resolution from mpokket. Once again I'm sending this mail along with bank statement. I called many times to mpokket executive but everytime executive tell a new thing. Loan due date is 09May 2021...

                    I repaid loans through UPI and the money has been debited from my bank account but it doesn't show on the mpokket app, I called their support team several times and sent my bank statement.
                    Went through the trouble of contacting my bank as well and they say money has been credited to mpokket successfully and they have to check their account.
                    The employees at mpokket send automated email replies and when I call they say "send statement we'll check with support team" (I've sent it 4 times now) and then instead of checking with their accounts team they call me instead and threaten me instead and force me to pay the loans which I've already paid and when I tell them I did and I sent a statement as proof, they say ok we'll check and then next day call me again and threaten again. It's been 12 days now same thing over and over, finally decided to lodge a complain in the consumer forum and update my experience with this good for nothing company here as well for others to see.

                    Quick update, Today (11th, May, 2021)
                    I called their support team and one of their useless employee tells me this
                    "We will refund you in 7 working days and you have to pay us back with all the overdue".
                    This company is like any other call center scam. Even though I've paid the loan about 5 days below the date they're asking me to pay again with overdue after not giving me any information about the money they already took, their reply to that money is "we don't know it's hanging in the server"
                    My Bank says that's impossible and the money is credited to their account, they refuse to check their bank or show me their statements.

                                Hello
                                I am being harassed by mpokket. I had paid the loan(CR73D1607CID[protected] on 10 April 00:15 and I have the repayment receipt from mpokket for the same loan as proof and I have bank statement for the same loan but I am still getting 5-6 calls daily from last 10 days to pay the loan on time. The link they share for payment doesn't even show the pending loan and the app show the loan as ' In processing '. I have filed more than 20 complaints till now and nothing has been done yet. The mpokket staff are nothing more than useless trash and they all are hearing my complaint daily and asking me to wait 24 hours and doing nothing. I have already paid the loan now it's their responsibility to track the issue and resolve it as soon as possible but they didn't anything in past 10 days and continuously harassing me to pay the loan on time.
