      Hello
      I am being harassed by mpokket. I had paid the loan(CR73D1607CID[protected] on 10 April 00:15 and I have the repayment receipt from mpokket for the same loan as proof and I have bank statement for the same loan but I am still getting 5-6 calls daily from last 10 days to pay the loan on time. The link they share for payment doesn't even show the pending loan and the app show the loan as ' In processing '. I have filed more than 20 complaints till now and nothing has been done yet. The mpokket staff are nothing more than useless trash and they all are hearing my complaint daily and asking me to wait 24 hours and doing nothing. I have already paid the loan now it's their responsibility to track the issue and resolve it as soon as possible but they didn't anything in past 10 days and continuously harassing me to pay the loan on time.

        I had took loan & I was about to repay the loan but due to some glitches mpocket dint accept the payment. Without calling or informing me before They started calling my friends & sending messages by extending the due dates

                          Since the whole world had been under the covid for the past 1 year. Its been tough for everyone to repay loan on time, instead the company is keep on adding overdue amount day by day. This is not fair even the indian govt has announced to bank some relief schemes in the lockdown the mpokket has nothing to do. So, its advised better under the situations of every borrowers and give them space for repayment without overdue.

                            Penalty of late payment is very high.

                            Due to corona I lost my job and I couldn't repay the amount I've took which is Rs.10000/- and now I've got a notice that by adding up all the penalties it has become Rs.20000/-. It's been only 7-8 months I haven't repayed my amount. Please find the details in the below image. I've too 2000 for 5 time and the interest and penalty became double the amount. Please help me with this issue....

                            Dear sir,

                            I taken a loan from M pocket, and after lock down i lost job in mean time i got medical problems, I already explained everything to M pocket. from 6Days m out of medical problem, from other team helped me they told me that 5Th April found will be released ..i told them to i will make payment on 5th. but Number [protected] they what's up and sending my video to all my contacts with illegal procedure.

                                  I wish to change my primary device before 2 days but still now no. Loan is provided how many times ask like that please understand my isse to give loan and app is not working correctly due to change of primary device so please solve problem as soon as possible because I want to make loan repayment interest is increasing daily please solve this problem

                                    They are calling frequently and harassing and call to my family and friends . They access my all data with out my permission and calling me and my family and toucher mentally . I am always pay on time but this time because of accident I am not able to pay on time but you call to my family and friends then harassing him . Who gave you permission to call and harassing him . My all family is depressed . I complaint on it you destroy my life
