Hello Team,

I have observed tyre bulge which is 2 inch long on 31st Dec 19. On the same day I called to Vatsalya MRF tyres, Ambedkar Nagar regarding to show bulge and warrenty. But on same day my tyre got burst in running car. On 1st Jan 2020. I visited to vatsalya as well as District Dealer at Nashik road. But they reject my claim regarding tyre due to burst. Though there is bulge present. MRF is reputed company in tyre so I specially purchase it.
Please provide me claim becouse my tyre is almost new.

I had taken my bike 2 months ago and i have got total 15 puncture in my back tyre which is happen in two times one it was 6 puncture and other time it was 9 puncture. There was leakage in my tyre and now mrf is not ready to exchange my tyre. Worst quality of tyre is recieved. Not at all satisfied. Need to check and revert back to me and give any solution.

Tyre of my wagon r is wobbling and swelling. I m unable to drive it properly. I returned to company via bansal tyres, khair district aligarh, state uttar pradesh. I got a message from company that there is no manufacturing default. We regret inability to accept no.[protected]Sl. No. 3017) as claim as no manufacturing defect found. Please help me to replace the tyre and to maintain its guaranty.

Dear sir, i had purchased 2 nos of mrf tyres from eshan tyres, located in patia at bhubaneswar, odisha for my maruti swift on 22/10/2019. I insisted on purchasing mrf zv2k pattern but the manager or owner i do not know insisted that zv2k was obsolete and i shouldnt buy zv2k. He insisted me to buy earth1 model of yokohama. At that time i did not know that yokohama is another tyre manufacturer like mrf tyres. He told me that yokohama is a premium range of tyres manufactured by mrf tyres and it had 2 years o[censored]nconditional warranty and 5 years of warranty on it. When i enquired why is there no display of yokohama tyres then in his showroom he convinced me by saying that mrf tyres emphasises more on its zv2k pattern and pressurizes them to sale more of zv2k tyres even though it faces many claim and service issues. He convinced mr that he doesnt want to cheat customers and so he suggested a better product of mrf i. E yokohama tyres. His staff said we keep these stock of yokohama in our godown and not in display. This certainly kept me guessing what is the truth.
Now the problem is today there was a cut in my tyre and it is beyond repair. When i tried to contact the shop on [protected] they said they need 5 minutes time to confirm. But when they did not bother to reply i called again, but they disconnected my phone. Every time a called them they disconnected my call. Now i understood the whole scenario after searching through net that yokohama tyres is all together a separate company and not a product of mrf tyres.
How is it sir that i being a loyal and faithful customer of mrf tyres who has entrusted in your brand for the last 20 years or so be fooled by a dealer of yours!!!. How is that an exclusive dealer of yours is selling other brand tyres in your outlet without your knowledge. Its like poisoning ones trust. I shall file a case against you as well as your dealer for breach of trust incase my problem is not sorted out and your dealer does not listen to my heed. I bought a new hornet in apr 2019 fitted with mrf tubeless tyres. Mrf provided a warranty along with the vehicle. One of the back tyre started air licach and tear before 6000kms.

Complaint logged 28/10/2019 at wable mrf tyre outlet & mrf dealer send for checking tyre at lucknow mrf office.
Please give me feedback about my complent.

I bought MRF tyres for my bolero 7th feb 2019(Pls find the bill) and by 3/10/2019 the tyre edge started seperating and i gave the tyre and asked for replacement of the tyre which i used only for 7 months and MRF asking me to pay INR 1495 as amount for using the tyre based on the tread depth worn out .
Im not satisfied with the quality of the tyre and i need a replacement for the tyre with out any usage fee.

We have received your tyre of size 215/75R15 WAT TL, serial no. 4618 on 03.10.2019 through our dealer M/s. Mylakkal tyres.

We have inspected the tyre on 05.10.2019 and found that there is belt edge separation due to overheating of the tyre. This is not a manufacturing defect.

We have replaced this tyre purely on goodwill basis, since you are a very loyal customer for us .

The standard procedure followed by all tyre companies are if they replace the tyre, then it will be on prorate basis . We have charged only for usage of the the tyre till you have had the issue i.e. pro-rata based on the tread depth worn out.

Hence we request you to kindly collect the new tyre after paying the pro-rata value.

We always value the feed back from our customers and try to ensure that the highest standard of quality is maintained at all times.

I had very recently brought 2 nos. Of 195/65r15 91v perfinza clx1 tl.
It been just 3-4 months and its already badly punctured. I took it to the dealer from whom i had brought it and he sent it for inspection (No.[protected]Sl. No.2817).
I got a reply that its not a manufacturer defect. So thats it? New tyre, used on a sedan, within town limits and never overloaded. This is not why i brought a branded product. Is this a tyre or a baloon?
I am not satisfied with the reply. I hope someone responsible looks into the matter and see to it that something is done.

I have bought Yamaha FZ 16 on dated 26/09/2016 with the MRF Tyre I am cuntinuesly facing issue with rear tyre now it's completely cracked.after that I have called on customer care no and they suggest me visit at nearest showroom I have visited on 31/10/19 asper dealer it will take 3 days to complete procedure now I received SMS from MRF No manufacturing defect found.

We have swiped credit for one lach three times[protected] because for single swipe it has declined thats why we swiped it three times and it has been approved by our machine our payment has not recieved yet and ihave subbmitted all tax invoices to your whatts app no your team is not responding to my calls and they are not in aposition what excatly the problem is please kindly do the needful

I have purchased four tyres for my car a few months ago. I kept suggesting my friends and relative to buy MRF tyres for their vehicles because being a teacher i believe in Swadeshi . MRF is one of the leading tyres manufacturer in this world that can compete with the foreign companies too.

but shockingly I leant a lesson which made me think about the quality and customer service they provide. During my transit from Hyderabad to Warangal on NH 163, at Janagao bypass road( which is white top road) my cars' front left side tyre has been blasted in running at the speed of 80 KMPH.
Fortunately i managed to control the vehicle and stopped on the left side of the high way, changed the tyre and came to warangal. Since then I have started thinking about the MRF tyres quality. My Swadeshi feeling is gradually began to disappeared and shared with my friends and finally the following things were made clear.

1. You people never replaced tyres that are with defect.
2. I leant from my friends that your will say reason to the blasted tyre and reject replacement.
3. MRF tyres are non-safe for passenger cars. ( I am decided to change the other three tyres to my vehicle with another company tyres)
4. I have seen hundreds of complaint on MRF tyres in INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM where I can see many complaints that new tyres got burst that makes me clear about you are least bother about the replacements of tyres with defects.

under the shadow of the above things it is clear that I wont get replacement of the tyre.

I purchased mrf moto d tyre on 02.12.2018 from dudeja tyres rohini delhi, after few months i found a cut inside (Only) the tyre then complain about it to dealer and dealer send it to mrf ltd. Alipur, delhi for check.
But i didn't found a satisfatory reply from mrf side.
And my problem not resolved yet, my tube punctured many times due to this problem.
I found bad quality product & service from mrf ltd. Pls help me to solve out this problem

I have purchased new wagan r 1.2 car i am drive showroom to my home approximately 7 kilometre but car tyre cut and air leak in 20 mints and i have arrived at home and next 10 mint totaly aiir leak in only 7 kilometre i have complain in ocien moter in indore but decline this case from mrf i am not interested in mrf very bad service in indore call me[protected]

I was purchase activa 5g in amravati showroom but now my vehicle tyre is damage nd it is warranty period. So, i was go to mrf tyre showroom in amravati they says 7-8days time to replacement & open tyre will handle after that they proceed for it... But they didn't give service to customer so why are u open mrf showroom in amravati. There employees doesn't give help to me for processing it. Mrf company not supporting to customer on priority basis. I want my tyre replacement within 1days as urgent basis. I am working women and daily i required my vehicle. So, i am not locked my vehical.

After my three visit to local showroom to register complaint i have no option to register complaint online.

My self munajath. I bought last feb month new tyre for my bike unicon honda - rear tyre (100/90-18 56p mgp met tl).. Only * months old now tyre is broken. Really m disappointment. Then visit your dealer corporate office, they are not consider my queries. Mfr wandrer tyre 235/55/19 has got cut at the inner edge towards the mag side. Fittwd 8n tata hexa xta. The tata work shop did a hand wash by getting some report form mrf, where mrf has denied the cut a a manufacturing fault.
Mind u mrf, when a tyre is damaged, it's the tyre company fault, could be manufacturing. Untill unless the tyre could be weak at that point, which has got the tyre to get damaged.
This has caused enough of mental agony to myself. I have made repeated request to mrf, non has even acknowledge the complaint.

After a long ride of 350km just after i brought the vehicle before 2 months the side of the tyre started to tear off. This case is usually unusual in bike tyre. I have tried many brands of tyres but this case is new and the tear is slightly increasing day by day. By physical view we can actually me the layers of rubber. If this is due to the intense heat, i regularly checks the tyre pressure with nitrogen. I would like to get a explanation on this soon.

I have bought 04 tyres for my car from one of mrf tyre dealer namely s. S. Tyre at ratlam on 16th sept. All four tyres were fitted by dealer.. After some days, i noticed that one tyre was defected (There was bubble and a sign of yellow marking). I immediately moved to dealer shop and informed him in this regard.. However dealer refused to return/replaced the tyre and it was told to me that i have to file claim for replacement.. And mrf company will sure replace the defected tyre.. So i registered claim on 02/10/19 for the tyre 145/80r12 74t zlx tl under no.[protected]Sl. No.2619).
But, now i got the message from mrf that "dear customer, we regret inability to accept no.[protected]Sl. No.2619) as claim as no manufacturing defect found"..

Mrf company cheated me..
First they provided and fitted defected tyre on my car and when i filed claim agaist it,, they refused it.. I already did mail and informed to mrf company..

Please kindly direct mrf company and its dealer to replace the tyre and oblige..
