I had very recently brought 2 nos. Of 195/65r15 91v perfinza clx1 tl.
It been just 3-4 months and its already badly punctured. I took it to the dealer from whom i had brought it and he sent it for inspection (No.[protected]Sl. No.2817).
I got a reply that its not a manufacturer defect. So thats it? New tyre, used on a sedan, within town limits and never overloaded. This is not why i brought a branded product. Is this a tyre or a baloon?
I am not satisfied with the reply. I hope someone responsible looks into the matter and see to it that something is done.

I have bought Yamaha FZ 16 on dated 26/09/2016 with the MRF Tyre I am cuntinuesly facing issue with rear tyre now it's completely cracked.after that I have called on customer care no and they suggest me visit at nearest showroom I have visited on 31/10/19 asper dealer it will take 3 days to complete procedure now I received SMS from MRF No manufacturing defect found.

I have purchased four tyres for my car a few months ago. I kept suggesting my friends and relative to buy MRF tyres for their vehicles because being a teacher i believe in Swadeshi . MRF is one of the leading tyres manufacturer in this world that can compete with the foreign companies too.

but shockingly I leant a lesson which made me think about the quality and customer service they provide. During my transit from Hyderabad to Warangal on NH 163, at Janagao bypass road( which is white top road) my cars' front left side tyre has been blasted in running at the speed of 80 KMPH.
Fortunately i managed to control the vehicle and stopped on the left side of the high way, changed the tyre and came to warangal. Since then I have started thinking about the MRF tyres quality. My Swadeshi feeling is gradually began to disappeared and shared with my friends and finally the following things were made clear.

1. You people never replaced tyres that are with defect.
2. I leant from my friends that your will say reason to the blasted tyre and reject replacement.
3. MRF tyres are non-safe for passenger cars. ( I am decided to change the other three tyres to my vehicle with another company tyres)
4. I have seen hundreds of complaint on MRF tyres in INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FORUM where I can see many complaints that new tyres got burst that makes me clear about you are least bother about the replacements of tyres with defects.

under the shadow of the above things it is clear that I wont get replacement of the tyre.

I purchased mrf moto d tyre on 02.12.2018 from dudeja tyres rohini delhi, after few months i found a cut inside (Only) the tyre then complain about it to dealer and dealer send it to mrf ltd. Alipur, delhi for check.
But i didn't found a satisfatory reply from mrf side.
And my problem not resolved yet, my tube punctured many times due to this problem.
I found bad quality product & service from mrf ltd. Pls help me to solve out this problem

I have purchased new wagan r 1.2 car i am drive showroom to my home approximately 7 kilometre but car tyre cut and air leak in 20 mints and i have arrived at home and next 10 mint totaly aiir leak in only 7 kilometre i have complain in ocien moter in indore but decline this case from mrf i am not interested in mrf very bad service in indore call me[protected]

I was purchase activa 5g in amravati showroom but now my vehicle tyre is damage nd it is warranty period. So, i was go to mrf tyre showroom in amravati they says 7-8days time to replacement & open tyre will handle after that they proceed for it... But they didn't give service to customer so why are u open mrf showroom in amravati. There employees doesn't give help to me for processing it. Mrf company not supporting to customer on priority basis. I want my tyre replacement within 1days as urgent basis. I am working women and daily i required my vehicle. So, i am not locked my vehical.

I brought Honda Activa 4g in 2018 February, I raided 15000 kilometres for 15 months, back side tyre was damaged, it was pulled out really bad from MRF company we didn't expect this. Ibrought bike at Ride Honda showroom habsiguda Hyderabad in Telangana.

Then visit your dealer corporate office, they are not consider my queries. I dont know your rules, & i paid replacement tyre rs. 838/-, i already told dont give same tyre, but after payment they told same tyre only comes, its foolish,,

I bought a Tyre from sri lankan shop. its used only 15000km. now its looking un normal withi air bubbles. what to do, , . we have trust that MRF is the best Tyre for FZ bike.. but now i dont know how to change this Tyre... please let me know what i shoul do ...

Mfr wandrer tyre 235/55/19 has got cut at the inner edge towards the mag side. Fittwd 8n tata hexa xta. The tata work shop did a hand wash by getting some report form mrf, where mrf has denied the cut a a manufacturing fault.
Mind u mrf, when a tyre is damaged, it's the tyre company fault, could be manufacturing. Untill unless the tyre could be weak at that point, which has got the tyre to get damaged.
This has caused enough of mental agony to myself. I have made repeated request to mrf, non has even acknowledge the complaint.

After a long ride of 350km just after i brought the vehicle before 2 months the side of the tyre started to tear off. This case is usually unusual in bike tyre. I have tried many brands of tyres but this case is new and the tear is slightly increasing day by day. By physical view we can actually me the layers of rubber. If this is due to the intense heat, i regularly checks the tyre pressure with nitrogen. I would like to get a explanation on this soon.

I have bought 04 tyres for my car from one of mrf tyre dealer namely s. S. Tyre at ratlam on 16th sept. All four tyres were fitted by dealer.. After some days, i noticed that one tyre was defected (There was bubble and a sign of yellow marking). I immediately moved to dealer shop and informed him in this regard.. However dealer refused to return/replaced the tyre and it was told to me that i have to file claim for replacement.. And mrf company will sure replace the defected tyre.. So i registered claim on 02/10/19 for the tyre 145/80r12 74t zlx tl under no.[protected]Sl. No.2619).
But, now i got the message from mrf that "dear customer, we regret inability to accept no.[protected]Sl. No.2619) as claim as no manufacturing defect found"..

Mrf company cheated me..
First they provided and fitted defected tyre on my car and when i filed claim agaist it,, they refused it.. I already did mail and informed to mrf company..

Please kindly direct mrf company and its dealer to replace the tyre and oblige..

I have purchased a tyre & tube for my scooty pept from rudra prriya tyres pvt ltd, barrackpore barrasat road, debpukur, sewli, pin-700121 on 07/09/2019. But, unfortunately, due to non availability of proper size and due to lack of knowledge of myself about this, dealer provided wrong size (90/100/-10) of tyre without telling any thing about this change of size. This type of attitude is extremely unexpected from a dealer. Not only that, their behavior ia also so bad. Hence, dealer is requested to take proper spates to solve this problem.

I have a maruti desire vdi model, my car was run 32000km in 3.5years all tyres are wobbling when we speed 80km, i was complaining several times in mrf tyres but they don't taking responsibilities to customers, they only doing inspection near about 2 weeks and every time another person will contact us, if i contact them they said only that persons comes, they have no solutions for customers, i request to customers don't buy mrf tyres...

I have fitted mrf wanderer sport 205/60 r16 tyre's to my vitara brezza in May 2017 .
One of the tyre is having six punctures in a row on one side.
Company offers five year warranty for the said tyre.
May I have replacement for the same?

I have purchased 4 no of mrf tyer from anurag tyer bhopal (Mp) wher in the 1 tyer got defected during use of it. After issue i have given request for replacement of tyer but as per company massage my request has been rejected asking that it's my mistake and not company defect but its wrong to saying this it's my mistakebut i have used it very carefully and for petsonal perpose only but due to quality this issue has come accross.

Pls help to get my tyer replaced my complain no with comp. Is no.[protected]Sl. No.3818). I have been regular user of this tyer and it may effect my comfort with company too if i am not getting proper response.

Very poor of service & fake commitment MRF tyres And they had given fake warranty. Don't buy MRF tyres. They give fake 6 yrs warranty. We had purchased tyre from last 1.5 year back after that we found air bubbles & company refuse to replace its totally manufacturing defect company had denied our request they are harassing us from last 20 days.my car on 3 jacks on road . its very dangerous & twice we had given penalty to concern authority...

Tata hexa xta, mrf wandrer type has got a 3 inches cut near the rim. Vechicle regn no br-01-ph-7095. Upon having checked with dealer, it was advised to make a complain with the tyre manufacturer for the needful. Pl see the pic attached, set up a inspection, and replace the tyre.

In my yamaha bike fz v2 have air leakage issue in rear tyre. From beginning it have air leakage but in 5-6 months of purchasing bike it becomes worst. Every second day i have to fill air in it. I contacted mrf service centre. First they says it's yamaha's rim issue. After lots of inspections they agree it's there tyre fault. Then they charge me 1000 rs and change the tyre. Their behaviour is so rude. Even tyre is in guarantee still i have to pay money. I suffered alot in six months because of their manufacturing fault still they make me to pay.

Availed mrf shine bike back tyre from mrf authorized dealer in vidyanagar kasaragod dist kerala state. But with in a week in tyre some were broken hole shown, but i lost my purchase bill.
