The tyre got busted badly while in driving last Sunday, luckily, for slow speed, the SUV was under control. The complaint was submitted to the Concorde Motors Thane for frequent tyre punctures in 2 out of 4 tyres. The service centre seems to have launched the request for inspection, but there us no response yet. The poor service from tata as well as from mrf. Can I have the escalation matrix at both of these organizations? Don't know where to go now, it's a personal loss of 20k per tyre, plus harrassment due to tyre health limitations

04 Nos tyres were purchased by me for my swift dzire car from m/s Kanhaa tyres pvt. ltd. 118 A, Auto sales building near shree Grand Honda, kanpur Road Allahabad-211001 Uttar Pradesh vide Bill No.3346 dated 03/01/2019 the problem has come into four no. tyres ie Clenching and swelling in every tyres after 1 month of purchase .i have contacted to above frenchies and lodged a complaint regarding above matter and requested him for replacement of tyres.the frenchies has promised for replacement of tyres but after visit of so many times by me the frenchies has denied to change the tyres.presently he is neither replacing the tyres nor ready to talk regarding above matter.i have pussild visiting again and again to frenchies premises.the frenchies is refusing to change faulty tyres as well as not ready to talking regarding above matter he is talking very rudely.i have lodged a complaint to MRF chennai office on telephone no.[protected].a return call has come from above no.and listen my problem but no any solution has made regarding above matter. It is requested that kindly issue an order to above frenchie for replacement of 4 Nos of tyres and suitable action may kindly be taken against such type of frenchie, who is intending to in famous the MRF company.

Told me send to company claim for exchange tyre but he not me inform if tyre exchange pay money because i am first time claim i demond for brecup what is the charge type tell me using in kilomiters

Also talk to customer care officers nitish gupta who handle customer care department tell me charge is applicable

I bought a mrf tubeless tyre for my volks vagon vento car on[protected] from one narikot tyres, pathiripala, palakkad district, kerala. On[protected] when i was driving the vehicle in state highway, the tyre became flat and i stopped the vehicle then and there. Though 7 months were over after purchase, the vehicle was not plied occasionally. So there was no much wear and tear. I handed over the tyre to the shop and on inspection it is found that there is no damage in the outer portion but the side portion is damaged and opined that it is a manufacturing defect. So i registered a complaint on[protected] and on[protected] i got a message in my mobile number[protected]Sl no. 5217) stating that no manufacturing defect is found. The act on the part of mrf is totally irresponsible and unlawful trade practice and such an act is not expected from them, a reputed company. The dealer says, they have nothing to do with.

From my experience from the dealer and manufacturer, i am of the opinion that please do not by any product from mrf as there will be no responsibility to the dealer and you will get a message in your mobile as rejected if you complain about the product.

Now i opted appolo tyre from where i got an assurance of full replacement for any damage if occurred within 2 years.

I am prepared to file a complaint before the consumer redressal forum, palakkad and i will update the outcome of case.

I bought a bike splendour plus from pashupati auto motors date on 14.05.2019 aya nagar new delhi 110047.
But date on 22.05.2019 one big cut placed on mid rear tyre with same issue went your service center moti nagar.
They gave me acknowledgement slip but after two days denied me that doesn't fall under warranty
Is it mrf quality can't believe it complete one week faced the quality issue. Please
Replace the tyre.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I bought the yamaha fz bike from srinwas auto ranchi. Dated month of october 2017. Along with mrf tyre. And tyre bubble and my bike is standing srinwas auto dated 11/5/2019. But not give a replacement against manufacturing defects. This is very poor service given by the mrf company. And i am very upset this kind of poor service. Almost 16days over. If you will provide me new tyres i take a proper action and tomorrow i want to new tyre.

I have to file complaint against mrf dealer and the defective product viz. Tube. On 25/26.05.2019 i wrote on official website of mrf to provide me e mail address of competent authority of mrf, after that talked 4 times on customer care toll free number cumulatively on 27.05.2019 and 2.05.2019 but no one responded. Even after talking with customer care representative the email address or the link of the competent officer of mrf is not provided to me proves and explains that mrf does not want to give receipt of acknowledgement of complaint. My complaint in written form is ready from 24.05.2019 but the filing of complain is getting delayed because email adress of competent authority or the section looking complaints of customers is not provided. Is this not a nonsense of mrf with request to provide the mail address of the competent authority who deals about complains in mrf for mrf two wheeler tube section and mrf dealer on aurangabad-jalna highway.

I have purchase in nov'2018 a mahindra marazzo m6 with mrf tyre fitted. However, one of tyre has been burst due to manufacturing defect. This type of performance of mrf tyre is not seen earlier.

I am shuvam panda from bhubaneswar. I have a tyre that is only 3 months o[censored]sed. Tyre is completely new, grooves are as it is. My tyre is swollen from center, when i submit for approval, i get a message that approval was denied (Accept number[protected], sl. No. - 3810). Tyre is completely as it is. It was there as step-in tyre. Used only for 3 months. Kindly consider the situation. I am submitting all the details as attachment.

I am karthik from ariyalur had bought 10.00*20 tyre from gokulavinayagar tyres, ariyalur .tyre condition is 80% and it got bursted before a weak. It was so disappointed for me and also claim is also rejected.
The tyre got bursted at the joint in its interrior.
Then how the tyres can be rejected for the claim.
If the claim is rejected i will go to consumer court.
I need the immediate reply from mrf tyre.

Hello sir,
This is subhasis, i have purchased a royal enfield signals edition, which has a stock of mrf zapper tyre.. After riding the bike atleast 7-10 days, i noticed their is a crack on rear tyre, i talked this to royal enfield showroom.. But they told to contact with mrf, by giving me a letter head.. To change it.. I contact to nearby mrf dealer but he haven’t changed yet..
However after purchasing such a costly bike if i found any defective in tyre, it should be have to be changed.. But the dealer haven’t changed..
It directly proves only for one tyre company is destroying their goodwill, i never expect this thing from mrf..

Dear team,

I left a tyre of mrf company in ponta sahib at mrf store size 135-70r1265s zec under no.[protected]Si. No. 0814) on date 8th april 2019. I received confirmation of registering on date 10th april 2019 in message on my registered mobile no [protected].in which i got a contact number[protected]. I tried many times that number but it was not in service.
The problem is that yesterday i received another message, in which you are demanding rs. 560/-,
I want to know why you are demanding that amount while my car tyre blast in running car on a very good road from udaipur (Rajasthan) to ajmer highway with 60 -70 speed. My car is tata nano number dl5cg3240. It is a new one tyre. Even though the all wire of tyre had broken and air was inside tyre otherwise i got accident.
Please rectify me, why you are demanding that amount without asking actual problem.

I have video of same time when tyre was blast.

Please provide me full claim asap, it is not my fault.

I emailed them but they didn't reply me till yet.

This is to inform that i was purchase two pcs tyre 700-15 slg50lv as on date 01.03.19 from m/s dutta tyres, sainthia west bengal. After purchase when setting with my lorry then we notice that one tube was defect. I submit this tube for exchange but they are not agree to change.

I want to share my worst experience with mrf dealer and complain officer in mrf training center in guindy chennai.
At 2pm, i reached mrf dealer in pergundi padamavati.. With tyre issue facing uncomfortable while driving. Due to existint customer in queue.. My car was attended at 3.30pm.. Technician advised that one tyre has bulged so advised to got to mrf training center at guindy 10km away. Complain officer will immediatley inspect and replace it. I reached at 4 pm, complain officer first didnt agree to inspect as there is pending work which will finish at 5.30 so requested me to go again further 10km at gopalpuram mrf office. I denied as for office.. And gundy already 25 km journey done.. Requested him to please attend it or atleast check tyre.. He asked from which state you belong... I didnt answer him.. Did first preliminary check and said cannot see bulge so asked me to call senior technician.. Who didn't answer my call but spoke to complain officer... Again waited 1 hr.. My car went to work shop at ramp.. He inspected again and said backside both tyre is wobbling do issue is wheel balancing and not with tyre... Asked me to go back to same 10 km pergundi mrf dealer do wheel balancing and rotate tyre... Requested him to do at same place but was denied the service as.. That center 3 machine available is only for mrf company.. Didnt trust him. But had no choice.. Went back and reached mrf dealer at 6.39 pm.. Technician did inspect and wheel balancing and found one tyre 105 g is used and as per comments as bulge issue... Wheel balancing cannot be so much... I felt like harrasment.. Pathetic service from last 6 hours... Big brand name... Share price 20000... Customer service 0 zero...
Finally devi madam in dealer office.. Called district manager of mrf and he asked to raise complain and leave tyre there.in dealer place and from there it will be sent to guindy office for inspection. I was lost in the whole process of mrf dealing with customer.. I have no words...

Sir, my new car (Celerio x) tubeless tyre got damaged within 5 days of purchase of new car...
The showroom people (Pratham motors, hsr layout, bangalore) and service persons refused to take the responsibility...
Sir, r the tyres so low in quality that it got damaged within 5 days...?

I have given my fz rear bike tyre for claim but without any notice they said it's not manufacturing defect while calling cx care number they have given engineer number for queries you can call him they said but from yesterday ie 2apr 2019 am trying he is not picking the phone this is the response you will give to the customer very worst service from the reputed firm like mrf. I had purchased a new car honda amaze vx on 10th feb-19 which had mrf tyres zvtv 175/65r15 84t a2 tl of 51/2018 manufacture.

While driving on dnd expressway (Noida to delhi) on 27-feb-19, the left rear tyre of the car had inexplicably burst. There was a long cut on the side wall of the tyre. The tyre was deposited with your noida sector-16 dealer under complaint no.[protected]Sl. No.5118) for replacement cfd ref. No 25643.

However, i am surprised to receive message by sms from mrf stating that my replacement claim has been denied as manufacturing defect was not found.

This is highly strange and uncalled for from a company of your reputed. The tyre had a non-uniform cut on the side, which could not have happened because of some sharp object piercing through it. It was the main expressway and there are no metal implants on the road against which the tyre could have come in contact with. As such, there is no question in my mind that the tyre had burst only and only because of inferior quality of the product and total lack of supervision of quality at mrfs end.

You are advised to review this case and arrange for immediate replacement of the tyre to restore faith in mrfs credibility as a reputed tyre manufacturer.

Like bubbles in the side of the tyre. As instructed i approach the dealer and they are not supportive last 2 months. Please help me as i am very much fed-up of the situation. I was purchased two mrf tyres form manish tyres sector – 20 dwarka new delhi 110075 on 6 sep, 2018. I was not drives my car more than 1000 km when i found the defect in one tyre. I was contact the dealer but he refused to submitted the tyre and misbehave with me. I was contact your customer care and logged a complaint against the dealer (Complain no. 165624). When he know about i logged a complaint against he begged me to submitted the tyre on shop.
He examined the tyre and mention in submitted slip (Tyre air and cracking). This is clearly seen by anybody. But i received the message my claim is rejected because mrf not found any manufacture defect. Your report is mention “external damage on tyre due to tyre running over some sharp external object”. This is completely kidding with customer, because half type is cracking. How can possible half type damage due to sharp external object?
I have logged a complaint on 02/03/2019 till that you have not contact properly with me. I am completely dissatisfied with your services. I will be planned buy two more tyres from mrf in future but i don’t like to purchase any product form that company which making fool to the customer and not taking any initiative to short the customer curies. I thought i waste my money for your company. Quality of tyre is very poor because tyre was cracking within 4 months.
You were not contact properly to customer. Your inspection report is not defined anything about the infection criteria which your follow in test the tyre. Is that your company follow iso st please have a look and short out of my problem as soon as possible.
