I bought 4 tyres for rs 16800/- on 7th nov 2018 from your mrf tyredrome, anna nagar west outlet manager mr vivek. He has insisted me to buy 4 premium mrf tyres for my polo volkswagen. They have changed all the 4 tyres and replaced with new one and also done wheel balancing and wheel alignment for extra payment of rs 1003/-. Yesterday 26th nov 2018 while driving from chennai to mangad the front tyre got punctured and while checking at the puncture shop he said this puncture cannot be fixed and has put the steppiniy tyre. From there itself i have called mrf outlet and informed them. Once i was back from mangad i took my car to mrf outlet at annanagar they have checked and said there is small cut on the side of the tyre and cannot be replaced. Asked me to take the tyre to guindy opp to jaya tv office to check up with technical team and on the good will basis company may replace the tyre. Today morning i have taken the tyre and gone to the office met the operational manager and he has checked and given me a report saying the damage has occured due to some sharp object and made the companys side clear by issuing a letter to me. These guys dont know how to treat a customer who goes to mrf factory. I had very bad experience in the office and they did not offer me a seat, coffee was offered while i was standing outside which i have refused. Please give your employees proper training and take them to your kottayam factory and give training on how to handle the customers. After this incident i am totally disappointed and waiting for your help to get this tyre replaced. I am in constant touch with vivek - manager tyredrome annanagar west office to get this resolved.

I have purchased a set of 4 tyres from your authorised dealer, ms. B. M. Lal bros, located at 34, whites road, royapettah, chennai - 600014 on 26th december 2017, for my honda city. Copy of the invoice attached. Tyre replacement and quality check was done by your personnel at the authorised dealer’s showroom. No air filling / checking was done after that from any other petrol pumps.
10 days after purchase and nearly 100 kms of running, one of the tyres got burst, all of a sudden while driving on a smooth road. Accident was averted due to the grace of almighty. There were no signs of visible damage to the tyres before the incident.
On referring the same to your authorised dealer, there was no clear response from them. After several reminders and visits, they are trying to escape from their liability by insisting that it is not a manufacturing defect.
Based on their unsubstantiated report, being a regular customer of mrf products, i am forced to declare that
Either quality of mrf tyres have gone so low, that it is not even lasting 100 kms of normal running or
Mrf authorised dealers are selling spurious, poor quality products in the name of mrf.
As a customer, i demand quality service form a reputed brand like mrf. I want the damaged tyre to be replaced / amount refunded at the earliest. I will be compelled to escalate this matter to consumer forum and social media if the same is not resolved within a reasonable time.

Helo sir, i bought 4 no tyres size 185/65r1588szvtv[protected] vide invoice no 1384 dated 13/12/17 from m/s panjuana tyres jagraon.4-5 inches crack come in one number tyre. The rear tyre mrf nylogrip has been shaped out... From the date of purchase... After 3-4 months the vehicle started shaking very minor... After n no. Of checking v got that the tyre was faulty n my vehicle has roughly run long
It just completed 9000 kms, ther3fore i request you to respond me in a favourable manner

Dear sir
I bought one mrf tyre for my passion pro bike (Rear wheel) before eight month back. Now that wear unequally and rapidly. Due to that problem my bike wobbling at the time of riding it causes accident also and reduce my vehicle performance. I contact customer care they not answer properly. They are ask my tyre for 3 days testing. So i need some alternate for that 3 days. Or they ask to come coimbatore. This is your problem why i want to come to you wasting of my energy, money and fuel. Your customer care come to my place and replce the tyre. Are i need alternate tyre from mrf. Other wise i make police compliant or consumer court about mrf tyre. I pay my tax and i know my rights.

Found problem of wobbling, air in grips in my rear tyre of honda shine,
It's look like manufacturing problem, but mrf dealer told me that puncture near that problem so it is not come in warranty, puncture will happen to every bike in india so it means no warranty after puncture.

Please take care of my problem please.

A endeavour was sold by my dealership, (Apang rate automobiles pvt. Ltd.) in august -18 which has so run only 1500 km.
The 1 tires of that endeavour are has worn/bogged out on behalf of the outside.
We sent those tires to vander (Mrf tyre) but the vendor rejected the tire by saying this. We not received warranty tires and inspect because its takes times.

On 22nd Aug-'18, I purchased new Brezza Zdi+ Ags,
And on 23rd Aug-'18,
Within 18/20 hrs. There's a puncher in front left side, During that time the festivals were run and suddenly I must go to the outside of State. (By Flight )

After comeback from travel we visited MARUTI SUZUKI SHOWROOM at Porbandar.
And they checked there and assured us that Tyre will be replaced due to company fault.

And on that time my car runs only 127 km.
Also since last 30 days we drive car without spair wheel, with insisted of Maruti.

But Today Maruti Staff person told us that your complaint not resolved and long times trust Breaking up by the MRF company.

Now your company cheating with us.

And if we do not get a positive response or attitude by you, then we will have to resort to either the "consumer care center" or by the "court case."
And we can do it ...

I had purchased two mrf tyres for hyundai verna from shriram tyres, nagpur for rs. 6600/- on[protected].
One of the tyres got punctured on national highway no. 6 while the car was cruising at speed of less than 70 km/hr on[protected].
When contacted the customer care of mrf they advised to visit their inspection facility. I visited the fasst at ring road, nagpur on[protected]. They rejected the claim stating that it was external damage/scoring due to sudden impact with sharp object and not due to any manufacturing defect.
I again contacted their customer care and requested for reconsideration of the rejection of claim as the tyre was only 5 months old and should not get damaged so early. They assured to arrange call back within 3 days. After three days were over i again contacted their customer care. They assured that they will arrange call back at the earliest. Finally i received a call from mrf executive on[protected] stating that my number was switched off and so could not contact. He confirmed that the company would not accept my request for reconsideration of claim as it was not manufacturing defect. I asked him to mail me the stand of the company through e-mail so that i can take legal course against the company.
He called back again within 5 minutes and requested me to visit him at mrf office at pande layout.
I went there, one executive saw the rupture of the tyre and asked me to again come at fasst on[protected].
After waiting for more than half an hour at fasst on appointed date and time. The executive arrived and after inspecting the tyre rejected the claim.

If the tyre gets out o[censored]se within 5 months the quality of the tyre is really substandard. As a customer i think company should take responsibility for giving me substandard tyre and settle the claim accordingly

I purchased one tyre for my honda city card vide specifications - dot 7r sf vtv 27145-k 2 p y steel treaowear 360 tragtion a temperature 175/65r15 84 t e4 0243932 steel belaed radial.

While i was travelling the ply of the tyre was broken suddenly. It is a pure manufacturing defect. The tyre is with me for inspection. You may send your technical person to inspect it.
I claim for replacement it.

With due u respect.i purchase a motorcycle in 2017 Bajaj dominar and till 18.9.2018 it runs smoothly and run 8000 kms suddenly my front tyre got craked both sides and then I go to my nearest dealer of mrf and they told me submit ur tyre and with in few days ur bike tyre get replaced but till I don't get any confirmation nor there is tyre AVILABLE in market sir please do me a favour plz AVILable the tyre in market r replace the tyre immediately that is ur most kindness

While i was driving yesterday (22/09/2018) with family and with the speed of 70-80 on highway and my car ran only 28300 km total and every car tyre life i think minimum around 50 thousand km and ceat tyre now give 1 lakh km warranty
Then how is that possible tyre burst after 28300km running life only
And if something happened bad then who is resposible for that

Greetings of the day!!
With reference to this mail we would like to inform you that we (Sagar motors) are an authorized dealer of tata motors in noida sector-5 and share the feedback with you guys. We received customer's tata hexa car on[protected] with tyre side wall crake issue. On the same day we sent tire to m/s prince tyres sector-16 for inspection of tyre but unfortunately the shop was closed at that day. Next day we again sent our field boy to prince tyre but the senior was not available at that day, so their boys refused to take tires. On 19th september we again sent our boy with a tire, but his seniors refused to take the tire and told us that we cannot inspect the faulty tyre without involvement of mrf field engineer. Between all these, when the endurance power of the customer ended, he compiled in tata today. When we asked the m/s prince tyres guy for contact number of mrf engineer then he gave us the number of mr praveen. When we called praveen ji, they gave their junior prasant number. After that when we called prasanta, he refused to come and started telling us how to work. While the customer had also pressurized us, we requested prashant tripathi ji but he did not accept and said *jo karna hai kr lo main aaunga hi nhi* saying so much the prasant disconnected the phone. During all this conversation mr praveen who is senior of mr prashant tripathi was on conference call. Now customer is denied to came in workshop and going to highlight the same in social media e. I. Facebook twitter etc. We request you hold this concern before escalation otherwise it will be going bad for you as well as us. Waiting for prompt reply and action from your side.

Sir, I purchased four tyres for my vehicle registration No. CH01-BE-0124 from your authorized dealer SCF 1022 Motor Market Manimajra Chandigarh for a sum of Rs.4100/- each + taxes. That to my shock and utter surprise one tyre burst when I was driving the vehicle and endangering my life. My request for claim has been declined. You are bound to replace tyre or pay compensation. We have purchased four tyres — of our lpt-709 on 28/04/2018 from general motor company which was torned on 10/09/2018 from in between which i have ever seen in my life. I have attached the photos of the same.
Please ask the vendor to change the tyre as we are a regular purchaser we have 10 vehicles in our hotel.

I have purchase four mrf tyre from city tyre centre chandigarh sco 36 sector 21-c, chandigarh on dated 27.05.2018 vide bill no 665. At that time my car verna reading was 125846.in last month tyre was cracked. On today after one month my car reading in just 130470. I. E. 4624km.

I am not satisfied with your product. How can be car trye will cracked after running just 4500km.

I am not satisfied with mrf tyre. Kindly look into the matter and replace the tyre as soon as possible.
