I was purchased two MRF tyres form Manish Tyres Sector – 20 Dwarka New Delhi 110075 on 6 Sep, 2018. I was not drives my car more than 1000 Km when I found the defect in one tyre. I was contact the dealer but he refused to submitted the tyre and misbehave with me. I was contact your customer care and logged a complaint against the dealer (Complain No. 165624). When he know about I logged a complaint against he begged me to submitted the tyre on shop.
He examined the tyre and mention in submitted slip (Tyre Air and Cracking). This is clearly seen by anybody. But I received the message my claim is rejected because MRF not found any manufacture defect. Your report is mention “External damage on tyre due to tyre running over some sharp external object”. This is completely kidding with customer, because half type is cracking. How can possible half type damage due to sharp external object?
I have logged a complaint on 02/03/2019 till that you have not contact properly with me. I am completely dissatisfied with your services. I will be planned buy two more tyres from MRF in future but I don’t like to purchase any product form that company which making fool to the customer and not taking any initiative to short the customer curies. I thought I waste my money for your company. Quality of tyre is very poor because tyre was cracking within 4 months.
You were not contact properly to customer. Your inspection report is not defined anything about the infection criteria which your follow in test the tyre. Is that your company follow ISO Standard or not?
Please have a look and short out of my problem as soon as possible.

I am a loyal mrf customer and this time i had a really bad experience with mrf exclusive dealer located in bardoli.

Bardoli, district - surat have a mrf exclusive dealer named:- dev tyres.
I called him and asked for a specific tyre size that is being - 4.50 x 10 savari.

He clearly denied that he do not have that size of tyre available in stock.
Later after 10 minutes i spoke to one of my friend who runs a garage for three wheeler and he informed me that i can get this tyre from dev tyres. So i informed him that dev tyre denied and said he do not have it in stock.

At the same time my friend called dev tyre and asked for the same size of tyre. He immediately said yes he have and that he can sale the tyre at 2075/-.
I saw my advantage as it was relatively cheap rate then other mrf dealer so i asked my friend to purchase it for me from dev tyre and gave him the money. My friend went their and came with tyre in just 10 minutes.

I own a tata hexa. One tyre gets flat within a week eventhough its not punctured and the valve too is intact. There is no air leakage between the tyre and alloy wheel. I have checked the tyre many a times but no puncture detected. I have taken out the wheel and immersed in water tank to find out puncture but in vain. The running of my car is just 14000 kms and no signs of wear n tear noted.

I want my fz-s rear tyre having rto number - od05ah2857 oe tyre as soon as possible as my bike is much required to me. I claimed it at the nearest dealer point swarna tyres, gadhichak, jagatsinghpur. As i see the dealer where i claimed for my tyre haven't take attention towards it so i kindly requested to the mrf tyres limited to claimed my tyre as soon as possible because i am a service holder without bike doing my service affects a more.

With due respect i beg to state that following few lines for your kind consideration please.

I had purchased four (4) new mrf tyres having dimension 185/65/r14 vide bill serial no 481 dated 21/01/2017 from mrf dealer that is satnam tyres opp sabzi mandi, ferozepur road,... Faridkot, (Punjab) for my chevrolet sail sedan car.

Sir at the time of purchasing dealer told me that the tyres are new and only one month old but the manufacturing year of above tyres is 2013. And the same sale to me in january 2017 with 5 (Five years) guarantee. He also assured me that if any problem arises then he will replace the same. Now the tyre are totally dry and hard after run approximately 14000-km only. Due to hardness of tyres, they are not in its proper shape due to which it creates problem of sound when car runs.

I believe in mrf company, therefore i requested you to please look into the matter and give me a favourable response and replace the tyres without any charges as i believed on dealer which is totally fake. I am also sending you a copy of bill. Hope a positive response from you

I am writing to inform you, that recently i have purchased a tyre from one of your dealerships and they sold it with 3years warranty. But after 3months of purchasing, i started having issues with the tyre every time. I told them they said no problem, they will refund it or they will replace it.
Now he refused to refund it clearly and wants me to pay again for a replacement. He gave me a receipt for a refund, ask me to keep it with myself.

Mrf rev 140/60 y one year old and sent for warranty claim such no id r[protected] and r[protected]... I have marked the place where the bubbles has happened.. But the company has makered some where and rejected my claim... All they responsed very late and i left my bike more than a month used to go by bus to my work place waited for the claim and final they rejected without any reason of rejection

My name is vikas chaudhary and i am from himachal pradesh. Sir/madam i used in my car mrf tyre last one and half year. But i thought i waste my money for this tyre company. Quality of tyre very poor. The quality of mrf comapny is to bad. Against this product i complaint many time in mrf company. But regarding this topic and complaint no solution and reaponded from your side. Pls change my old tyres and get new one

I had cancelled an order on 13jan 2019, but still i haven't got credited to my account. And no response form customer care/service. Finally i got one call "sir, it takes time, u know it's a bank transaction",
I don't know which century you are living in.
You mrf has not yet paid.
And you are giving excuses by mails "it takes time i. E., 21days".

If it takes time to refund then how do you accept the payment within 5secs

I am using pajero, the tyre used is mrf zvrl, 265/70r15. During running the tyre got punctured. After the puncture is fixed and tyre was inflated it was found that the tyre got bulged along the side. The tyre is now unable to use. Its a defect of the product. Please make necessary arrangements to replace the product as early as possible. The images and video of the product is attached..

Seen today Tyre of my vehicle is cut photo is attached .
Dealer is saying that you have to leave the tyre,
How it is possible to leave tyre ?your representative is not responding to the call

My name k r ashok, last 6 years worked with mrf tyrs arakonam in contract staff, that time my left hand broken and injured in radial machine, and my left hand damaged. After mrf company give treatment in miot hospital chennai after recover am join in company in 10 day working after 10 days company not allowed in plant, after am try many job but in my hand problem company not join present my family critical stage, please help me, and join company and prement to company.

I have purchased a 90/100-10 ngp zpr n4 tyre and 90/100-10 tube from m r tyre trax, kurnool on[protected]. The tyre is frequently getting punctures. It is opined that there is a problem in the tyre as informed by the puncture shop personnel. You are requested to arrange for the replacement of the tyre as the frequent punctures are creating disturbance to attend my medical classes.

I bought the car with stock tyres on september 18. It is exactly 3 months and 7000 km's and the front left tyre has a hole in its sidewall.
How is that possible for the sidewall to be damaged so early. I have not driven the car rashly even once, there have been no misuse of the tyre at all. The rest of tyres look good for now but i'm not sure if the same problem will come up for them as well.

I am having hero glamour fi new model bike purchased on 7.7.17. three days before I found a sudden depression in the centre of the rear tyre. When I went to the workshop and asked for the issue they told that it is a manufacturing defect. Herewith i have attached the photos. Whether for replacement with a new tyre how much cost will
be reduced from original cost. Kindly clarify and make replacement for the tyre.

I have 2016 passion xpro bike. Recently i noticed tyre has developed side crack which is unusual. This kind of crack can happen only if it gets dry rotten but i use the bike for daily commute. Tyre has 3/4 of its thread left but only thing is cracking. I read in online and everyone is complaining about the same thing. If its a defective product mrf should recall the tyres to maintain the brand name. Please give a solution for this.

My last apollo tyres were lasted for 7 and half years, after looking at the condition i decided to go for best indian brand. I was hoping for best but my experience was worst. Eventually it started with dealer it self, they were not at user friendly, still i gone and purched tyres, and within two weeks of purchase i observed side cut, i visited delear, but he simply refused to listen saying that its not covered in warranty without giving proper explanation. This experience was definitely discourage one, i will definitely like to not encourage anybody to go for mrf tyres..

I had purchased echo sport tyres for first time from mrf on 6-oct-18, but it's very disappointing & service is been the worst from mrf staff who had no clue how to speak to a customer specifically their tyre inspector.

Anyway he has advised us to go to court & complaint and then he will assist on service from court orders. We have been trying to make him understand that he is not the owner of mrf to take such decisions.

All the above is due to one of the tyres was defective while driving which is not even one month old from the date of purchase & claim for replacement got rejected & the reason is hard impact with sharp object which can happen only in high speed accidents & tyre will burst in such impacts. But the tyre got defective in a dead slow speed.

As per their large scale advertising on wanderer tyre which says tread anywhere has not been kept as said.

So i request you take action on their advertisement which is cheating public by selling defective tyres with poor quality which does not tread anywhere & longs less than a month.

Now i request that mrf pays compensation for their bad service, poor quality & leaving my office work wasting my time & monies in travelling in taxi for follow-up. Attached the rejection report for your reference.

As per your name your services are just zero in compare to that i don't know this thing before otherwise i didn't get the bike with attached mrf tyres.
I have a big cut on my rear tyre and the dealer of bike told me that mrf didn't change the tyre if it extends 10000 km's but the bike is never gone out of town and don't know how the quality of tyre gonna be that much bad.
Disgusting mrf service.

On month of august 2018 i purchased 2 mrf tyres for my alto 800lxi and i hardly run 1000kms in between purchased date to claiming date. But after claim i got a message from company that my claim is approved and i have to pay rs.1200 per tyre for getting new one. So i contact a guy who is incharge of area (His name is babu or some thing & contact number is [protected]), but he is arguing the 50% depreciation on the product. Even i didn't drive more than 1000 kms or didn't used hardly 3 months, i cannot agree with this. How i can give money for their manufacturing defects? Then why they are saying that they are giving warranty?
