I bought two new tyre of mrf 7.00 15 for my pick up dated on 17/08/2019 from jacob tyres, punalur. On19/08/2019 monday morning driver went to take pick up for loading cylinders he identified one of the tyre was damaged and the same day itself i contacted the dealer and told the complaint he told to bring the pickup for checking the tyre on 19/08/2019 after noon went to the dealer, then the manager told we have only sale no warranty he told he will not give new tyre very bad dealing after sale i need new tyre

This complaint is regarding my bike which i bought on may 6th 2019. Mrf tyre which is used in this bike have air leakage complaint. I used to fill the tyre every weekends but never noticed this. Its unfortunate to fill tyre every weekends when its a new bike. But my mechanic asked me to check the tyre that’s how i came to know this issue. When i contacted the showroom they asked me to register a complaint in this site. Hope you take this seriously and give me response as soon as possible. Hereby i’m attaching a video file which shows the complaint.

Waste of service mrf. And they give fake warranty. Don't buy mrf tyres. They give fake 6 yrs warranty. I'm used my tyre 8000kms afger that 3 place in the tyre comes air bubbles, when i ask replace, you should pay 1500/- for alredy you used half grip of tyre. After pay 1500/-. You will get new tyre.
#. Buying time dealer said. If any manufacturer defects you will get new tyre without paying amount. Big cheating in mrf company in the customers.

Shop name manohar tyre centure chinsura, after 50 days latter they told me. Mrf company not replaced your tyre.. Plz collect your tyre.

But both tyre are only use 5 month.

This fraud dealer is charging 300-500 more on mrp on each tyre. Totally disturbed by cheap business of mrf.. And have opted other brand. Plz take action on dealers like them.. Or else slowly mrf will lose its reputation totally. Or else plz open direct factory outlets.

I am earlier made compliant facbook & twiter but not response has been received.
The two tryes is foolana/company manufacture problems. I am purchased the tyres for good will your company.

We have purchased 2 pairs of new mrf tyres on 17th for our ford ecosport. On 20th night on our journey to thrisur from kochi with 2 little kids, 2 tyres tore up in very bad condition. At first sight itself, it's noticed that the manufacturing quality defect from mrf end unless and until it won't happen in nh66, were we are regularly travelling. It is very pity state to get informed that we will not get replacement or not ready to compensate it. They are saying company can't do anything on it to replace or compensate it
We may file complaint against to consumer court if you are not taking remedial action to compensate our lose of money and time. Company itself spoiling the image by not addressing the accidental complaints faced by your valued customers.

We will place the post everywhere in the social media to reach it to the concerned authorities until our issues are settled.

It is very sorry to face such irresponsible answers from mrf head office.
Many tyre companies admires that there are tyres coming up in bad condition with out quality control tests.

I got my wagnor 2015 k series tyres changed from MRF shoroon ( MANISH TYRES Sector -20 dwarka new delhi south west ).
i asked them to give me exactle the same size prescribed bt maruti for my car which is 145/80 but instead of this size they gave a smaller one 145/70.
I trusted as m old customer of MRF but they cheated me and gave me a small tyre.
after one month i was travelling to AMRITSAR PUNJAB on a highway late night around 1 my rim got bend this was because the size of the tyre is smaller and u knw what i was stucked in the middle of no where between amritsar to jalandhar it was like a nightmare for me .only god knows how i survird in that situation .
my car is a cng fitted car (from manufacturer) thats y company has recommended strongly a bigger wheel, which is 145/80 but MRFshowroom people fitted a smaller number 145/70.
its my humble reqest to MRF to kindly change my tyre as soon as possible.
i[censored] will not respond to this mesg. m gonna drag every to a CONSUMER COURT.because m not left with any other option and in case any mishapping take place with me because of mt tyres only and only MRF will be responsible because that shop keeper was not my known i went their because he is a MRF DEALER .

Dear sir.

We had installed new tyres and has run 13000 kms but suddenly the tyres got bursted. With below load capacity of 13 tons. Kindly take action and give the trye in return. As we are the customer of mrf from past 20 years for our 4 trucks. But ur team is regrated the complaint. This kind of response is not acceptable. Kindly see into the issue. Or else we have to raise the complaint to higher authority

I am complaining to National Agro services from about 15 days of a buldge in all tube in my tractor which I had purchased in May and Jun19. I noticed a buldge first in my rear tube and got it replaced because there was a cut problem (inner side)so please replace under warranty.

The tyre got busted badly while in driving last Sunday, luckily, for slow speed, the SUV was under control. The complaint was submitted to the Concorde Motors Thane for frequent tyre punctures in 2 out of 4 tyres. The service centre seems to have launched the request for inspection, but there us no response yet. The poor service from tata as well as from mrf. Can I have the escalation matrix at both of these organizations? Don't know where to go now, it's a personal loss of 20k per tyre, plus harrassment due to tyre health limitations

04 Nos tyres were purchased by me for my swift dzire car from m/s Kanhaa tyres pvt. ltd. 118 A, Auto sales building near shree Grand Honda, kanpur Road Allahabad-211001 Uttar Pradesh vide Bill No.3346 dated 03/01/2019 the problem has come into four no. tyres ie Clenching and swelling in every tyres after 1 month of purchase .i have contacted to above frenchies and lodged a complaint regarding above matter and requested him for replacement of tyres.the frenchies has promised for replacement of tyres but after visit of so many times by me the frenchies has denied to change the tyres.presently he is neither replacing the tyres nor ready to talk regarding above matter.i have pussild visiting again and again to frenchies premises.the frenchies is refusing to change faulty tyres as well as not ready to talking regarding above matter he is talking very rudely.i have lodged a complaint to MRF chennai office on telephone no.[protected].a return call has come from above no.and listen my problem but no any solution has made regarding above matter. It is requested that kindly issue an order to above frenchie for replacement of 4 Nos of tyres and suitable action may kindly be taken against such type of frenchie, who is intending to in famous the MRF company.

Told me send to company claim for exchange tyre but he not me inform if tyre exchange pay money because i am first time claim i demond for brecup what is the charge type tell me using in kilomiters

Also talk to customer care officers nitish gupta who handle customer care department tell me charge is applicable
For any tyre exchange..2880/- tyre size is 195 of bollero picup maxi truck plus tyre

I bought a mrf tubeless tyre for my volks vagon vento car on[protected] from one narikot tyres, pathiripala, palakkad district, kerala. On[protected] when i was driving the vehicle in state highway, the tyre became flat and i stopped the vehicle then and there. Though 7 months were over after purchase, the vehicle was not plied occasionally. So there was no much wear and tear. I handed over the tyre to the shop and on inspection it is found that there is no damage in the outer portion but the side portion is damaged and opined that it is a manufacturing defect. So i registered a complaint on[protected] and on[protected] i got a message in my mobile number[protected]Sl no. 5217) stating that no manufacturing defect is found. The act on the part of mrf is totally irresponsible and unlawful trade practice and such an act is not expected from them, a reputed company. The dealer says, they have nothing to do with.

From my experience from the dealer and manufacturer, i am of the opinion that please do not by any product from mrf as there will be no responsibility to the dealer and you will get a message in your mobile as rejected if you complain about the product.

Now i opted appolo tyre from where i got an assurance of full replacement for any damage if occurred within 2 years.

I am prepared to file a complaint before the consumer redressal forum, palakkad and i will update the outcome of case.

I bought a bike splendour plus from pashupati auto motors date on 14.05.2019 aya nagar new delhi 110047.
But date on 22.05.2019 one big cut placed on mid rear tyre with same issue went your service center moti nagar.
They gave me acknowledgement slip but after two days denied me that doesn't fall under warranty
Is it mrf quality can't believe it complete one week faced the quality issue. Please
Replace the tyre.
Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I bought the yamaha fz bike from srinwas auto ranchi. Dated month of october 2017. Along with mrf tyre. And tyre bubble and my bike is standing srinwas auto dated 11/5/2019. But not give a replacement against manufacturing defects. This is very poor service given by the mrf company. And i am very upset this kind of poor service. Almost 16days over. If you will provide me new tyres i take a proper action and tomorrow i want to new tyre.
