Dear All,

I had installed MRF front tubeless tyre 16 months ago I was facing problem earlier also but I neglected it, As the bike used to fubble i showed to bike service center he told that as there is no ring in the middle of the tyre it is fubbling, I visited the dealer Auto service(India) at lamination rd in mumbai from were i had installed the tyre he told me company the stopped the production of the that tyre for same reason, so I told him to exchange the tyre but he refused to do and told that I have buy new tyre for which I have to pay the full amount, l have also shared the photo of tyre.

After speaking with customer care person from Mumbai I cake to know that the tyre which was put in front was actually a back tyre, I can't understand and little confused about 2 different statement one from the person who had installed the tyre and other from MRF person,

I would also like to add if any accident had happened in 2 years after installing the tyre they had nothing to lose only I was the person to lose my life or some one from my family.


Hoping I may get reply for this mail at least.

    Dear mrf
    This is to bring in your information that i purchased a mrf tyre on 7-9-2018 and in 2 days after covering a radius of hardly 300 km the tyre got a cut. To which i am completely confused that what type of quality mrf is serving to their customers.
    Priorly i was using some chinese tyres which completed 45k kilometres. (To which i was very happy i just bought them for 1300₹per tyre about 1.5 year ago) now i bought mrf which just completed 300 km and bought it for 2650₹ per tyre double the chinese tyre price (Wow 👏).
    Now i am confused where should i step next should i gor for chinese tyre or i should again trust on mrf.
    I can't believe such a big company of tyres which is serving from years will give this type of quality.
    Give a proper resolution to it or otherwise the trust i have for the mrf will be loosed and then i'll start telling my family and friends about this matter and i think this will give a bit fall into the sale of the mrf tyres.
    Though i am using ceat tyres in my bike which are comparatively more good then mrf 🙄

      In last aug-2017, i replaced my duster tyre & not even run 5000 kms & one of tyre got cracked on the side. I went to show the same to mrf care centre, but they called it as a cut mark & not crack. Happy to send you the photo of the same. Or else i will caution others not to use mrf as it will danger the life of people.

        I want to complaint regarding mrf tyres franchise in name of kanha tyres, adjacent to auto sales, civil lines, allahabad up where i often visit for maintenance of my sedan mrf tyres like nitrogen refilling, punture repair, etc but the owner is very rude with customers and refuses to give any sort of bill for service done, staff is also untrained and very rude

Written several mails and today got the reply with excuses. Mrf tyre developed side crack confirmed by dealer after 45 days of purchase. Look in to this and resolve otherwise no option except to upload video and expose the facts.

              I purchased a tyre of your company about one year ago (Approx) from an authorised dealer named nimchand manikchand & co located in assam, sivasagar 785640. Tyre size-140/60r17. I am little unsatisfied by your product because i saw some bubble on the tyre which it is difficult to ride the bike comfortably. I want proper solution from your company as well as i need the product replacement. Take proper action as soon as possible.

                Here i raise the compliant against the MRF tyre damage. i have bought new R15(BB72) Red with white as on 24/08/2018 and i have attached the invoice copy also.it has been four days only i have ride my bike it has been damage in MRF Tyre. i have raised the compliant in the Yamaha show room but they are saying we are responsible for bike and engine not for tyre. we are fed up with the damage in tyre we have spent 1, 37, 000 rs .
                i have attached the damage tyre pic for your reference kindly solve our issue as soon as possible.

                  I am purchased ford figo aspire feb 2017 and till aug 2018 run only 22000km... Last three month vehicle make a unpleasant noise... Ford service center tell us issue is tyre... But mrf engineer tell us no issue there. What we do presently my long time saving money wasted by mrf and ford they both company fraud with us no one justified the problem... More than 15 days car hold by service centre but no one help us... Only time delay...

                  I had purchased a pair MRF ZLX 165/70R14 tyre some months back .Now one of the tyre has expanded, bulged in the middle.It is giving a irritated sound and it must be risky driving with this tyre.
                  So I want a replacement for this.

                    I had purchased 4 new tyre model no: 155/80r13 79t zvts tl on 9th august 2016 from kings tyres pune. After 2 years use all of the tyre had bulging/swelling. Anybody can feel bulging on tyres and same can be seen on balancing machine while wheel rotation. I have approached immediately to mrf limited, shubhash nagar on tuesday 21st august 2018. Mrf engineer mr. Kapil told me that the issue was due to balancing not done properly which lead to uneven tyres or possibly due to car condition from his naked eyes inspection (Wonder how can a person advised with naked eyes on belt issue, without putting the tyres into x-ray) and start giving explanation which can’t be understood by lehman.
                    I let him talk to the owner of m/s jagdamba wheel care” where from i get the wheel balancing and alignment done approx.. 500o km and also called the hyundai service station supervisor to check the issue. Post asking for inspection report, engineer asked the mechanic to not to check the front two tyres and asked for a test drive to understand the issue.

                    After test drive he asked mechanic to change the 2 rear tyres and left the front 2 tyres as is it.

                    My question is how can one inspect the tyre issue without having proper equipment’s at station. No doubt on the capabilities of engineer, but at the same time we can’t rule out the possibility of errors.

                    I had plenty of mental harassment while interacting with mrf employees at outlet. Seems like they want customers to purchase other 2 tyres from market to increase their sales/meet their sales target by replacing only 2 tyres. As i have noticed that other customer had same issue where they only replaced two tyres and asked him to purchase other two from open market. Clear tactics for meeting sales target.

                    Complaint is also registered under no.: cn140232 for this same issue and no response yet considering mrf tat is 3 days to resolve any issue.

                    Before going to take further course of action, i am writing to get either replacement of two front tyres or give me in writing that this is not bulging/swelling due to separation of lower and upper belt and tyres can be used as it is without any problem. (Considering my daily drive include approx. Km on highway on daily basis).

                      Tomorrow Maine mrf customer care mey call kiye wo bolraha he upko jisne call kiya that use call koro mrf representative ko ..repressive ko call kiya wo bol raha hai dilar ko call karo ...dilar k pass gaya wo bolraha hai hamare pass nahi aya tyre..mey kiske pass jau tyre lene k liye ..mujhe mera tyre milega ki nahi milega..

                        Hello all,
                        Bought a new polo allstar and brezza zdi. Undoubtedly, cars are ausumm in their particular segment. But now, i feel like i have not paid 20000bucks extra to them for 4 extra tyres. All the tyres of mrf in both the vehicles and one by one 4 tyres till now have bursted and very soon, i think the other four would also be in scrap mode. Now, i dont want any compensation or exchange because i am not at all going to purchase/use mrf tyres. I am in complete mood of lodging a serious complaint against mrf and request them to replace all the tyres they have installed in new cars since last six months.

                        This is because, if someone purchased a new car, the person has a lot of feelingsfor the same. But gradually, when these kind of mishaps happen the feeling starts detoriating. He/she wont care for the car much treating it an expensive luxury.

                        In my case, already i have changed the tyre in the last damage. This time on a particular bump which wasnt intentional, i have to cross it. Both the tyres bumped on it (New other brand one and mrf one) the other one just went on, and the mrf got bursted then and there.

                          I have purchased the vehicle (Honda activa 3g) in the month of august 2016 from tajashee honda dev nagar nagpur showroom which comes with mrf tyres. I am continuously facing puccture issue for rear type and till now i have done about 6 puncture repair. I drive the vehicle in city only and my daily run is about 18km on good road conditions. I handle my vehicle by my own and before also i had my bike which hardly get punctured once in a year. The tyre which comes with the vehicle was having the problem since day 1. I visited the mrf service centre which is located at pande lay out khamala nagpur 440025. They have denied it as manufacturing defect. Now its been a situation that i will have to change the rear tyre just after the use of 2 years. I dont understand what quality of tyre has been provided to me and not ready to accept it as manufacturing defect or any other defect. Could you please intervene.

                          I am still having this issue but no action has been taken yet. I had to replace tyre of my vehicle but non of the MRF service centers helped me on this on even entertained request. Cheap quality of tyre has been suppilied which get punctured several times just in 2yr and 13000km run.

                            Had changed front and rear tyre of my cbr 250r on 23rd june 2018 and my front and rear tyre of my unicorn dazzler on 1st july 2018. Both the sets were changed at mrf exclusive dealer "city tyres" located at lamington road, mumbai.

                            For fitment of the cbr tyres he charged me ₹400.00 extra above the invoice amount as fitment charge. For fitment of the unicorn dazzler tyres he charged me ₹200.00 extra above the invoice amount as fitment charge.

                            Just before fitment of the cbr tyres i got in touch with mukesh of mrf who works with the andheri regional office. He spoke to me and the dealer too, subsequently called the dealer on his mobile too. However the dealer refused to do fitment free as mandated by mrf. Infact there even was a big mrf poster mentioning "get your tyre fitment free of cost" written in bold. I did not want to get into a confrontation with the dealer and just went ahead with the tyre change, specifically paid him by electronic mode so that transaction is recorded. When i asked him for the bill he mentioned that today is saturday and the person who prepares the bill is not present and asked me to come on monday/tuesday to take the bill. I told him to keep it ready and left, as i was to change my dazzlers tyres too i thought i would collect it at that time and subsequently lodge a complaint with mrf.

                            On 1st july, a sunday i went to change my dazzlers tyres here also he had the audacity to charge me for fitment. I was a bit firm in my talk this time, however he refused to budge. I asked him to prepare the bill and give me the bill for the previous purchase too. (Incidentally he was preparing the bill himself this time). He started to prepare the bill for the previous purchase, on 1st july he prepared a bill dated 26th june for a purchase made on 23rd of june. He prepared the invoice for that days purchase too after jumping 10 numbers (688 to 698). As he did not prepare the invoice for the total amount i asked him to make the correction to which he mentioned that fitment charges cannot be levied in the invoice and wrote it out on his quotation form. For this second purchase i again paid in electronic form so that it is recorded.

                            On 2nd july 2018 i called up mrf customer care number[protected] and lodged a complaint. I specifically mentioned that their employee mukesh was aware of this matter and did not support at the time of the purchase and that i was charged for fitment from their exclusive dealer. The executive assured me that someone from mrf would call me and have the matter looked into and sorted. I specifically mentioned that since mukesh was hand in glove with the dealer someone else should approach me on the matter. A couple of days later mukesh call me up asking what had happened etc., he pretended he was not aware of the matter. Nothing happened for the next two week. I call up customer care again, mukesh called up after 3 days took details again. I told him i have everything well documented, payments made in electronic form, even my sms'es and conversations with him are documented and that the matter should be expedited at the earliest. I also told him as i have paid electronically the refund should be made electronically. He told me that he would speak to the dealer and have it done. It is now 3 weeks since then and there has been no refund. I sent my ultimate reminder message to mukesh on 4th august. From the way mukesh has been dragging his feet on the matter it is amply evident that my assumption that mukesh and the dealer are hand in glove is absolutely true.

                            I have lodged a complaint with mrf, however its not reached a logical end yet. There must be soo many customers fleeced this way. Mrf needs to understand why it is not able to implement the online payment and then choose the dealer for fitment as it has done in many other cities however not in mumbai. This leaves the purchaser at the mercy of the dealer and a sold out company representative like mukesh.

                            I would like to confirm you that i have bought new car last month, yesterday when i was going to home from office. suddenly my car of back side Tyre burst.

                            My car is only 1 month old, I can't understand what is issue. please take necessary action on immediate action.

                            Now i want to understand where i have to inform.
                            Sir I was giving my mrf Tyre in warenty and the clame is passed and now they are saying me to pay 2300rs for the dapricecation

                              To whom it may concerned. I have bought mrf zvtv 185/65 r14 86h from gurgaon paid 3500 inr. Now in just 2 months old tyre (500 km max) is burst with little crack below rim cover, when i was travelling with my family from home town to gurgaon on 06/08/2018.

                              Now i called agency ([protected]) to inform, they said no guarantee for tyre burst either it would burst next day of purchase. It means they are selling chinese tires and costing us full money.

                              Bursting of tyre in mid way is life threatening. I bought new tyres to avoid this thing and it happened with mrf brand new tyre.

                              I am really disappointed with mrf. I am requesting them to replace my tyre.

                                There is a manfacturing defect in Mrf tyres...due to this they inflate..
                                Earlier also the same defect occurs..when i went to the shop they charged me more than half the tyres amount...that means i[censored] want to buy Mrf tyre u should spent double the amount in any way...it is like a hidden installments...
                                MRF cheats his customers and building up their profits by these ways..it is very saddned and deeply ### way to Rob their customers..i must recommend plz dont buy MRF tyres at all...and i[censored] want to buy than be a rich guy to afford more than double the price..

                                I own a royal enfield bike fitted with MRF tyres. The rear tyre have a undetected pressure leak. I have checked with 4 mechanics all said there is no puncture.
                                Further i state that till now there are no puncture repairs in the above mentioned tyre.

                                  Hi got stock mrf tyres with my celerio bought in oct'17 after 15k km approx i found one of the tyre had developed a cut i submitted it for claim to tyre junction badarpur my request was taken under sl. No.[protected]Sl. No.3417) which got rejected. There is no marks around the cut which had developed itself over the time. From now onwards i'll make sure i won't buy mrf tyre in future and also would suggest everyone in my knowledge not do such mistake.                                     I have returned a mrf tyre which have air damage.. After that the concerned authority sent me the below message: you can find the tl no and concern person contact no.

                                    Dear customer, we confirm registering your 205/65 r15 94h ztx-a1 tl under no.[protected]Sl. No.2417). For details contact [protected].

                                    However after 3-4 hr, another message came and they told that it had physical damage and not had manufacturing defects. I just want to inform you that, yes there was physical damage that i have repaired it due to puncture. But air damage is also there. These people did not checknproperly and by seeing only physical damage they returned it back.. While calling in the given no in message they argued and cut the call.

                                    If you will do like this.. What we costumers can do?? Please do the needful in this matter..

                                      To whom it may concerned i have bought honda aviator scooty rear tyre of size 10 53 j of mrf two months ago from a retail shop shyam agency in muzaffarpur bihar. Today suddenly tyre blasted in a way with a huge sound. When i could understand anything the tyre become empty of air. I looked there was a cut of blast along 8 cm from right side. I have attached the pictures have a look through them. Although my scooter daily running is below 10 km. Then how can it is possible within 2 months. Tyre life is 3 years and shopkeeper also told you will ride tension free upto 3 years. Its means you are making the customer fool by giving very poor quality of product and taking huge amount of money. Sir please take a right action through it and replace the tyre. Its my fault that i have trusted on your brand. Your brand doesn't deserve the trust. We are wasting our valuable money by buying your products. Please take the initiative step regarding this complaint.

                                        I went to ask the availability of tires for my honda civic. The shopkeeper/owner was really stubborn and not willing to explain the availability of tires and behaved very rudely. I was standing there for a minute and he started saying it's not available you may leave. This is outrageous and you guys should teach them how to behave with the customers.

                                        The shop is in shadnagar-509216 i don't remember the shop name.

                                        If you don't do the needful i will take this to further.

                                        Please inform the owner to apologize for what had happened. Because he owns an apology.
