I have maruti Alto and I travel with it only 20000 km. 3 of its tyres having swollen issue.

There is worst situation I ever faced with so branded company like MRF.
I never suggest anyone to rely on MRF it always deals in risky situation with defected tyres.

At the time of purchasing it was promised by MRF not to having any this kind of issue.

My ford figo car fitted with your tyres since purchase . It has run for only 21000 km. While went for air filling, they have noticed that a bubble has formed by the side of tyre and cautioned me not to use the same since it may burst any time.
My querry to the company is wheather the same is usual feature of your co's tyre . Then i will stop using . Please let me know the reason .

I purchased new MRF Tyre & Tube on 08.11.2015 from MRF tyre Dealer VIJAY TYRE HOUSE, Sarang Complex, Shop No.6& 7, Opp. Vita Merchant Bank, Shivaji Road, MIRAJ-416410 Dist-Sangli ( Maharashtra) My bikes tube is been cut in the joint place which is liable to replace in five years.
When I purchase that tube DEALER told me about that . but he is refusing . The dealer is not customer friendly .
Plz. give them order to replace the same .

Hi Sir,

Recently I had visited ‘Geetanjali Tyres’ in Agra (Near Pratapura) for replacement of below tyre, but they insisted me to purchase new tyre &
told that below one will not be replaced. Reason they shared was tyre shall be rejected by company and is not ok.

Unfortunately despite having new tyre, I was forced to purchase new one.. as they told anytime accident may happen with such tyre condition…

Now I want to understand, despite purchasing a well-known brand of MRF… why same could not be replaced while in warranty ?? There was no other defect despite of 3 swellings and tyre was new..

Need your help in replacement of below MRF tyre purchased in Nov/2015...

My MRF Wanderer tyre No:205/60r16 92 H exploded while passing through a gutter. the tyre was brand new and had only used for just about 3000 kms. I want to know as a company what can you do for me for my loss because if looking into it seriously its a matter of lives which was in the car at the time of the incident. And my question is that how can you tell it as "tyres with muscle" if it is not even able to withstand a gutter in indian roads.

MR TYRES AND SERVICE FRANCHISE in mayiladuthurai. I bought pulsar 180 back wheel Tyre I paid the amount of Rs 2445. 41 and vat of Rs 354.58

Total 2800
But in your showroom they asked extra charge for paying by the mode of Swiping

On[protected] I purchased 2 brand new MRF Tyre for front side. On[protected] i went to gulbarga city and while coming back front left side Tyre got cut .

Last 3 years i used Yokohama Tyre front side it did not get puncher even one single time and i gone worst roads. But this MRF Tyre got cut.

I took that Tyre to them they took and sent to MRF, yesterday i got message that there is no manufacture defect and it can`t be replaced. Kindly requesting you to help me on this.

Its brand new tyre, product is not good.

I purchased new MRF Tyres on 03 Jan 17 from MRF tyre Dealer Singh Tyre World, MRF Tyres, RK Puram, Sainikpuri, SECUNDERABAD -500056. One tyre was defective resulting in damage to brand new tyre. Dealer refused replacement and instead took the tyre to send it to company on Tuesday (10 Jan 17). I have not even driven 100th after the tyre was installed and aligned for which I paid Rs.200/- extra. The details of bill and claim forwarding docket (CFD) are attached for ready reference. The dealer is not customer friendly and does not even provide credit card payment services without charging extra. No bill or print out is provided for alignment done by this dealer.

I buy MRF ZAPPER 100/90*18 (MRP-2500) at VINAYAKA TYRES Exclusive dealer, salur, vizianagaram dist on 01/01/2016 with 02years of warranty but the Tyre was burst on sides. This is the 3rd MRF tyre i buy from MRF. previous 02 tyres performance was good but this time i was disappointed.I have bill, but please Replace my tyre at any MRF dealer at (HYDERABAD)LOCATION.

Sir, I have return my tyre for replacement on 14th Nov. 2016 with token no-7779 & tyre no-909018 at Kumar tyres, salarpur, Bhangel, noida. Still I don't get any valuable response from the same agency & I have also placed a complaint earlier, but no fruitful result comes out. I have bought 4 New Tyres from MRF dealer in Visakhapatnam for my Fiat Linea car. Since the Tyres were installed, have observed Irritating noise is building.
I taught it could be issue with my Car Bearing and got it replaced with New Bearing which costed 6000 rs... But its resulted waste of money. Then I got it checked with other set of Tyres, which resulted no noise and all 4 Tyres were tested and found to be faulty.
Fiat Dealer has checked the above and given written statement that their is no fault with Car, but its the problem with Tyres.
Kindly look into issue and arrange for replacement of all 4 Tyres or Refund money .

Sir, purchased new suzuki access 125 from showroom on 25th aug, 2016, the csooter having mrf tubeless tyre. On 29th nov, 2016 morning, just after moving about 100 mtrs, mrf tube less scooty tyre got cracked in 2500 km running in city limits, within guarentee period. Preliminary observation prooved manufacturing defect. Hence requested for replacement.

Dear Team,
I have a bike with MRF tyre, it was covered under warranty for any type of defect. the type of my bike got a big crack few months later after purchasing the bike. i spoke to mr. suman das regarding this. then i got a call from mr. Rajiv shah he told me to visit the nearest service centre and also told me that if there will be manufacturing defect they will replace the tyre. but when i went to the service centre located at moti nagar. they told me that the replacement will cost ₹2100. when i met Mr. Rajiv shah and asked him about this he replied very rudely and told me to pay or go. he was very rude. he did not inform me about the terms and condition when i enquired on phone.

Hi team

I have purchased a new maruti suzuki baleno car on 22nd of may 2016 and it has not been driven more then 1800 kms so far. On 11th of nov i went to lok nayak hospital and while parking the car in the parking area, it got striked with the cemented corner of the pedestrian and the tyre got burst from the side (Not from the base). I don't think the impact was strong enough to damage the tyre from the side.

I contacted maruti and mrf both and i have been advised by customer service agent of mrf to visit and submit the tyre at indu tyres, sahibabad for the inspection and replacement purpose.

After 2 days i have received a text message from mrf that it was not the manufacturing defect and nothing can be done further. I suddenly contacted mrf customer care agent (Ashhar) and logged a complaint (Complaint reference number : cn60702) and as promised i received a call back to day from the nitin (Complaint handler) from noida. We had a conversation about the problem but being a customer i am not at all satisfied with the resolution.

Mrf is a brand and i was not expecting that the quilty of a product would be so poor also as a part of resolution of my complaint i was expecting a positive response but that hasn't happened and mrf again let me down.

Being a customer i am not at all happy and satisfied and would like to highlight this matter and request mrf to kindly provide me the replacement of tyre as a goodwill gesture as soon as possible.

I have bought a new front tyre for my bike 4 months back. With the new tyre i have not even rode 3000 km. The tyre shape is not exactly round. The shape seems to be bit improper. I experience minor bumps because of this. I consulted almost many workshops. They told fork is proper, pressure is fine, beading is alos correct. The problem is with the tyre. I bought in mysore mrf tyre showroom.
I complained about this in the showroom initially, but they told since it is a new tyre it will take time to get set. But till today it hasn't got set. The bill will be produced in the showroom on demand.
