I buyed mrf revz s 130/70/17 last year (2015) january for my pulsar 200ns, after rinding my bike for 13-14k approx, i noticed a tumour (bulging out like a balloon) on 03.10.16. i complained to mrf regional office at kolkata to mr. dubey, he adviced me to submit the tyre to nearest dealer and the company will provide me a new tyre after physical inspection. but the condition was they will consider my complain and replace with the new one if and only if my tyre has less than 3punctures, as my tyre has 6 punctures they rejected. i don't understand what's the reason behind this? this is totally manufacturing defect, but they are refusing. i never expect this from mrf. i hope mrf will look after their valuable customers else they will loose all of them soon.

My name is Gurpal Singh and I bought a new Ford figo aspire for my sister's marriage wch was in in February this year.That car had tyres of your company and result in very disappointed way.
When we asked dealer about aur problem related to tyers they just said that this is only happened because of MRF tyers and they step out. Now they asked to change tyers as you're tyers are bad and claimed that this happened just because of your fault.
This brings disappointment.
Please contact me as soon as possible so that we will find any solution because this experience was not at all expected by us as you r one of the best tyer makers of my country.

Purchased new mrf type for my car and till date only 12000 km covered with new Tyre also I used mrf tyres for two and four wheeler from last 10 years. But this time very pathetic experience that I have with mrf. Problem is that. Tyre get shrinks and from center and generation very bad noise while driving. Also same Tyre replaced with my another car but result same and clear that mrf tyres have probkem. Pls support to resolve issue that will show me that upto what extend u satisfied ur customer. I have original bill with all detail. Bill no. 15382 and model z2vk. Purchase date 2/10/15.

A week ago, driving around 5am from aligarh to delhi with my family on board suddenly the left rear tyre busted. Anyhow, we managed to change with spare one & moved.
Prior to this, i have already got one tyre replaced from mrf for manufacturing defects. When informed to mrf t&s (Mr. Harmeet, chabbra tyre world, aligarh) about such issues with company fitted mrf tyres, he showed disregard & asked bribe to take this matter to mrf.

Hope you take this matter seriously & take necessary actions on your part.

I had taken an mrf tyre for my two wheeler vehicle in march, as it has been just 6 months after purchase the corner of the tyre was damaged and tube inside the tyre had came out while i am riding the bike, on the next day i went to them and complained they told the engineer is not there come on the next day after that they are not responding.

I m mr dahyabhai m patel. I bought a nissan tarreno car in the year 2014 and i complained to the company about the high noise of humming from the tyre since i bought my car. Because of the humming noise i can't enjoy any ride and
I had complain to the company almost 5 to 6 times and they pickup my car and not done any satisfactory work and still i don't get any responses so please do needful

I had purchased 4 tyres from uppal last year one of tyre got air when I went to dealer for replacement dealer sended to company for replacement after two days I got a massage that your tyre will not be replaced because it has got pumpchred to my suprice neved my tyre got pumpchared.what is the logic company want to prove . When we visited your mrf office and met one mr. yogesh who was very rude and said that we think that we can just write an email and feel that we can get the tyre replaced.

13 total puncture shows the manufacturing problem in the
Tyre and yogesh argues that it can be the problem of the person repairing the puncture. he must have inserted the nails. i do not buy his statement. my son was in front on him and when he put the soap liquid there were multiple froth.

Is just an year of purchase and it is a manufacturing defect. we never had problems of this type in our earlier bikes and hence a request for a replacement of both the tyres since it is dangerous to ride the same
And also an apology from mr. yogesh.

Recently I complained about the company for my tyre replacement. And this company is one step ahead and marked my complaint as resolved without resolving this. So this company is far ahead in fraud and poor service. I am just overwhelmed with the response. Very very poor service. Even nobody is bothered about the customer service. Not even single person tried to resolve the complaint.

My name is govind sharma, mb no [protected], 8-10 months back i bought 3 MRF tyre for my wagon R from MRF showroom old faridabad. 20 days back one of my tyre got inflated and my maruti service vendor told me to not use that tyre so he replaced that with spare wheel and asked me to change that tyre as it is manufacturing defect. unfortunately i was on long trip and my one of the tyre got punctured and i replace that with inflated tyre and after some time that also got punctured. then i went to MRF showroom(Jyoti tyre sales) old faridabad and requested for replacement and deposited that at showroom. few days later i got an sms that your request is rejected because that is not manufacturing defect because tyre was inflated due to puncture but actually puncture happened after tyre got inflated. when i went to the showroom then the person at showroom didnt treated me well and asked me to come back later as he is not able to find out my tyre. as i visited the showroom from 10KM away and he asked me to come again for getting the inflated tyre. i am very unhappy with the false promise of MRF for replacement. also the mechanic told me that you know the truth but nobody with accept this truth as that is not visible. is that the service? i need replacement for my tyre as it is the manufacturing defect.

No proper response is given to our esteemed customers who purchase most trusted four wheeler brand in India I.e Maruti Suzuki.
We have sold 20-25 Swift Dzire cars but on monthly average we received 4-5 tyre complain that cars running is not ok, on complain to local to your local dealers they said it not our fault it fault from factory and we are not authorized for the replacement of that type tyres.
So, plz suggest us who is bear the tyres as our customer who just drive[protected] kms and tyres damaged.

Hi, My self Ashok Verma from Indian Air force Maharajpur, Gwalior.
I have purchased a MRF tyre SL no [protected] type 155/70R13 75T ZVTS TL in march 2015 for rupees 2600/-, copy of bill deposits to dealer, where I made a claim against defects arising in above quoted tyre.
Now I received a SMS that my claim has been accepted against payment of rs 986/-.
First of tell me why you have made a defected product and if at all by mistake it comes out, then whose fault is this?
And what is meaning of issuing Guaranty ?
And if it pro rata base then how you calculated ?
And last thing if i would have to pay rs 986/-along with tyre I could have exchanged from a gray market and may be with better options since the condition of tyre is excellent (inspected by dealer).
Since I am defence personnel and always residing in camp area, our car run is always short, so in one and half year since i purchased the tyre I runned my car only 3300 Km approx.
So how you have calculated the depreciation valve amounting to 38% of original valve.
Hence i am urging to you, I am not in favour of this, kindly issue a new tyre or repair defected product and return back to me without a single penny.
And one thing more if the result of this communication goes in negative, I along with all my close one's will loose faith on MRF BRAND and in future we all will not purchase MRF BRAND tyre.

Hi, i purchased unicorn 160 cb 9 month before... Today i get 20 puncture in rear wheel... How can anyone get 20 puncture in single day with good tyre condition. My motorcycle is in warranty... But i am claiming against mrf tyre... Because my tyre is in good condition... And suddenly i got such multiple puncture problem... Please be needful to replace my tyre.. I brought yamaha fz v2 bike 9 months(9700 km)erlier.I have a problem in my yamaha fz v2 rear tyre, i found multile punctur (9)in rear tyre n big side cute . I go to mrf service center(FASST) and show them but they refuse and said its happened due to cutting of sharp things and multiple puncture its not our problem thats the stupidity they said what am do now?

I have purchased two (02) tyres of mrf company model no. 145/70r1371s-zvts-tl from the authorized dealer m/s. Tyre zone, 5/r bunglow-plot, neelam, b.K. Road, faridabad, haryana on 14.01.2016 vide invoice no. 15049. After a period of six month, it noticed that there was a manufacturing default in both the tyres and the same were cracked as per photo attached. Accordingly, i went to the concerned dealer for replacement of tyres. The dealer has replaced one tyre with the new one but refused to replace the another tyre with the statement that there is not a manufacturing default in this tyre. Since there was same manufacturing default in both the tyre, both tyres were liable for replacement. But not action is being taken for replacement of another tyre.L

My name is Diwakar singh, I purchased Kuv 100 in the month of February 2016 so one day I was washing my car than I noticed that front left one tyre got cracked, I was wondering that it has completed only 5400 kms. I identified that MRF tyres quality in mahindra kuv 100 is not good and I am travelling every month on yamuna express way approx 1000 kms therefore I will not take risk, I believe it is very dangerous for me.

I am requesting you to please replace all tyres and issue all new tyres of my car as soon as possible.

The entire tyre is worn out and when we were driving we found it wobbly and took it to the mechanic who found 13 punctures in the rear tyre and 2 punctures in the front tyre and please note we purchased the vehicle only one year ago from KIRAN AUTO POINT 268 MOTILAL NAGAR NEAR OSHIWARA BUS DEPOT, GOREGAON WEST MUMBAI 62. This shows the mfg problem in the tyre.When we visited your MRF office and met one Mr. Yogesh who was very rude and said that we think that we can just write an email and feel that we can get the tyre replaced.

This calls for a replacement of both the tyres since it is dangerous for driving and since its just an year of purchase and it is a manufacturing defect.

Ballooning problem in my back tyre from last one year

My name is govind vijay. I have been living in jaipur rajasthan. I have purchases honda active 2years back (Running km 14000). I have been facing the ballooning problem last year. I made a complaint on showroom but i haven’t received a proper answer. No action has been taken regarding this tyre.
While driving at speed rate of 70kmph, back wheel and handle is shaking. There is manufacturing defect as per the nearest mrf dealer. If this is your product quality. How can we trust your product..?
I want my back tyre should be replace by your company any how before i go to the consumer court

My tube pucntured on 21st august 2016 at noida extention, up. I took my bike to a roadside repair shop. I fit a new mrf tube as picture attached. I think it is a duplicate tube but took full price as printed. Bill not received. I wish to know whether this is duplicate or not. If duplicate, please try to book main culprit so that we don't be cheated in the name of mrf. If possible please provide me an original tube.

Hi am kumar,
I have replace my cb unicorns 150cc tyres (front&rear) @ rts tyrez avadi showroom on 11/03/2016.
The ride was very smooth and fine. after 3 month, front tyre caused a major problem.
Wats the issue is the front tyre is offseting, it looks like bend. cant xplain clearly.
While driving at speed rate of 70kmph, total front wheel and handle is shaking.
I made a complaint on showroom but i havnt received a proper answer.
Pls do contact me and replace the front tyre.
