Sir, Nakka Mayur singh Purchased a gixxer vehicle from suziki show room at amalapuram on 17.6.2015.after one month iwe observed that some cracks arround the rear tyre, immediately brought to the notice of the suziki show room owner but he he advised and given a letter to the nearest MRF dealer, amalapuram. we approached the said dealer and handed over the tyre for replacement. We purchased Suzuki Cixxer vehicle in the month of june 2015 all of suddenly i obseerved that some cracks are there on the side of the rear tyre of the vehicle immedicately we cantacted the show room owner by the advice of the owner, handed over the tyre to the MRF Dealer Amalapuram on[protected]. Ref No is 0918.

I have a problem i my bike tyre as it is wearing off only from one side and this has been discussed with mrf several times but no solution has been given so far and the customer care centers are also not entertaining properly

Dear Customer care, I had maruti swift VDI & while purchase all the tyres were of MRF the so called premium tyre. My first tyre damaged when it got punctured & I took the vehicle in the same fashion for 500m for repair. After repair it was observed that vehicle is vobblling si I had taken up with Maruti as I thought they will owe the responsibility. But as I had taken 500m as is condition I had been convinced that it was my fault. Anyhow i had accepted then replaced the tyre. This had happened after @30, 000 km. but now suddenly @40000 km I had observed frequent puncture in tyre also buldging. so I had submitted the tyre at Shri Sai Auranagabad with claim no.[protected]sl. no.[protected])which was rejected as not manufacturing defect. Now 3 rd tyre also is having the similar kind of issue so I had interacted with customer care & they are asking to submit the tyre for inspection But now I am using tubeless tyre of MRF with tube. As 3 tyres in sequence got damaged I expect MRF to come forward & provide me FOC 1 tyre so the damaged tyre can be submitted to co. I am expecting response on this. Dear sir I bought mrf tyre from varsha tyres authorised dealers from mrf is in perambakkam, thiruvallur dist .am having 12 tyre 10 lorry still am using mrf tyres but now unstaisfied the company want to take immediate action. I bought 4 tyres for my innova car I just used only 4000 kilometer one tyre got air bubbles.I sent for varanty the sevice engineer called me and asked about the tyre details I explained it.another day I got call from sevice engineer he called u put one pancher so only the tyre get air fault.I asked to sevice engineer I put pancher in middle of the tyre the fault is happen in side of the tyre in another side.the sevice engineer gave explain ation if mrf tyres got puncher means tyres got air fault .what is this mrf is selling rubber tyre only not a iron or any other material cotted tyres.I have bad experience .still I dind get back the tyre is showroom.very wast experience.if any doubt call [protected].

I have purchased Honda city car on 22nd oct . Front tyre of my car has been burst out on running after only 15 days. Now another tyre of my car has got bubble . What's this? How the product of international brand has failed twice.? Please solve my problem as early as possible..

As i am a very loyal Customer for MRF Tyres ( Make in India) from my early College days using MRF tyres only in my 2 wheeler, Now I am working with media company I have Purchased Honda Amaze in jan 2014 from Sundaram Honda, Hyderabad and within a year only Tyres getting puncture from sides - 3 tyres till now (Not from bottom), i told to dealer also, he also accepted that this is a faulty tyres, but he can help out as you have to call MRF tyres complaint division and get it done, i have tried from long time but not one is giving proper response, so trying my luck on these platform. kindly give replacement of my 3 faulty tyres asap. Sir, I had purchased an MRF tyre on dtd 27/07/2015 for my departmental vehicle (BSNL KISHANGANJ).The SL. No. of tyre is 235/70R16 105/2514.On dated 12/11/2015 I had gone to Jain Tyre House(Kishanganj) in order to checkup of the tyres of my motor vehicle. After the checkup of the tyre the mechanic told me, sir one of your tyre had gone defective. This tyre has air problem. You have to give this tyre for warranty claim. I had submitted this tyre for warranty claim on dtd 12-11-15. On dtd 19-11-15 I was being told that warranty claim will not be given to me because the tyre was repaired for rectification of puncture.This type of justification is not good. Have you ever made such tyre which will not get puncture. This type of terms & conditions are not mentioned on your bill which was given to me at the time of purchase. Till today neither the tyre nor the paper containing the reason for disqualify warranty claim has given to me.We are facing lot of problems because this is our departmental vehicle. You are requested to take necessary action to settle the case as soon as possible.

Sir, we have purchased MRF tyre with tube on dated 18/04/2015 from DIPAK TYRES AND OIL CENTRE, LAXMI CHAMBER, BECHAR ROAD VALSAD-396001 and the tube got damaged from its joint, I have complaint regarding tube joint and saw him purchase bill as it got damaged within warranty period .But owner has bluntly denied to replaced saying that the MRF tyre has having only warranty and tube do not having warranty. I bought maruti ertiga last year (june 2014). I got mrf tyres fitted with my car but after some time my car's 1 tyres got cracks after running 25000km... But some how i managed myself... But after running 28000km my cars another tyre got cracked... Now i have done 54000km and 3 tyres of my car got cracked... This is the worst experience with MRF tyres... My car tyres (tubeless) got cracked from joints. these comes in 3 years warranty. Initially 1 tyre got cracked now 2nd and 3rd. Now air is also started leaking. I m facing huge problem. Now MRF peoples are ready to give new tyres but they are charging the cost of running of the damaged tyre. But I do not want to continue with MRF Tyres. It was my biggest fault to buy MRF tyres. Hi, I bought a CBR 150 bike this January. I went to give my bike for service and they pointed out a crack in tyre... I wont ride my bike that hard and it's been eight months and it has just crossed 2 thousand kilo meters... That is how I use my bike; not a daily user... Not even a single puncture so far... So need to raise a complaint with the MRF tyre manufacturing company and following is the picture of it... I purchased New bike Suzuki Gixxer SF on Aug 2015 till now my bike has punchered more than 8 times and company people told me to registered the complaint to MRF As there is some issue with the tyre so kindly suggest me what to do. My number is [protected]

Date of incident[protected] i buy a suzuki gixxer in last mounth . in date of 7-9-2015 i ride my bike on city road a, suddenty my bike rear tyre is puncture and by showing it has a large damage in tyre (a big crack on tyre). in that day i am going suzuki service center and by inspection he recomned me to replace this tyre and write a application to mrf athorized dealer in bhopal to replace it.so i am going to mrf dealer and now he see the tyre and say that i am not replace this tyre because company unable to replace this type of damage tyre.then i can say that it is defect on tyre and so tyre is damage.but he do not agree by my opinion and finaly he do not replace it . this tyre is not intantialy crack by me it is an incidental damage by the defect of tyre. Dear Sir, I purchased set of tyres from one of the dealer in Jabalpur (Bhatija Tyres) 6 months back, yesterday when i noticed that In my front left tire, there was a small bump, i went to the dealer and complained about the same for which he said he will take that tyre and will register a complaint with MRF[protected]SL NO 81J242A3614). Today i received the massage stating that my claim has been rejected and when i called on MRF Jabalpur some Mr. Thomas ( Ph No[protected] told me - "app ne gadi ka pucture banvaya tha isiliye reject hua" which was a strange question as if no tyre of MRF get puncture in one year. Sorry To say today whole trust i was having on MRF has gone. It would have been better that i would have purchased some cheap Chinese stuff (kum se kum dukh to nahi hota). Dear sirs, i have purchased a new ford eco-sports, titanium model from cargo motors p ltd. Vadodara, on 01/06/2015, which has run only 2500 km, and the left side front wheel is having air bubble in it, i have raised my complaint to the dealer and as per their guidance i have deposited rs. 6200.00 to the mrf dealer universal sales at chhani jakat naka vadodara, and they assured me for reimburse money. But they have not reimburse any money yet. They said tyre was rejected. We are now forced to go to consumer court if the issue is not resolved within 30 days. Chandrakant b girachh. Hi i purchased four new tyres for my honda city zx mrf no. (175x65x14 zslk tl) from authorized dealer located in punjabi bagh east with the name of pal tyre dated - 11 / 08 / 2014 at 73, 000 km, as my car is now on 81, 000 km only and the front two tyres are worn out completely and 100% damaged, as these tyres are still in warranty but the dealer refused to change them and instead of that said it is completely our fault as the car's alignment is out, we would like to raise a complaint against that dealer and ravinder singh who is manager of mrf tyre because he was present at that time who again said that we will not receive any kind of compensation as the complaint will go directly to him, this is pure unprofessional behavior and false commitment made to customers by mrf dealer's which is not acceptable, i would request to kindly look into this matter and hope to get a positive resolution.

on 17th April 2015 we bought a tyre and a tube for our activa and 2 week back when I was driving to my office suddenly tyre got burst when i saw a little piece was out from the tyre I went to the dealer from where I bought it but they said it can, t be replaced and gave me service centre address I went there and show it to them they said no chance for replacement. Just in two months how can a new tyre got burst? Kindly help me out in getting it replaced.when I checked their complaint box same complaints were filled from other costumers but none was resolved. Now we can't even trust a brand.

New Tyre blast in runing. I purchase mrf tyre from wadkhal vinod tyres. i send it tyre in wadkhal they send this tyre in mrf company but they are saying your tyre is cuting thats why your tyre is blast but tyre was from side blast. So plz consider
