Complaint regarding mrf tyre dealer . Mrf dealer near jubliee hills . Near peddama temple .. Dealer is misbehaving & using absusive language .. When we asked for tyre replacement . He is behaving rude . Instead of resolving concern he is shouting . Bad service . His name is ravi .

Dear sir,
i bought my activa on 14 July 2015 from SAIRAM HONDA Durg, (Chattisgarh) and in front Tyre has air bubble.
and the company refuses to changes the Tyre .
so i kindly request to you to take action immediately.

This is ilanchezian i bought new MRF tyres and tube before 5 months but i had very bad experience that the tube was not good seems like got teared this was happened when im in driving. i need the solution to replace the tube because i have much expectation with MRF and tyres mainly in quality.
But now its very risky to buy MRF tyres.

I bought activa in 2015 .since12000 km run ...i got a 4 puncture and 1 bubble of my tyre ...then i go to mrf tyre office in worli . There is one engineer . He checked my tyre . He said come tomorrow and will replaced ur tyre . Six days had gone ...but der is no reply from anyone ..whenever i m calling, they said stock nhi h and all.
Worst company ...my motorcycle is on Roadside ..and i took my tyre with rim out from last 6 days.
Plz help me out .

I have purchased Mrf Tyre but tube is faulty, dealer say it gives to company for replacement, 15 day's over still not get tube

Maine meri wagon r ke liye naye tyre kharide mrf ke. Jis din kharida usi din tyre wapas aate hue fat gya. Jab company ko dikhaya to wo kehte ki ye manufacturing defect nahi h road pr chalne se tyre fat gya. Ab tyre to road pr hi chalna h or kya company itani ghatiya quality ke tyre banati h ki new tyre hi itna easily fat sakta h. To meri to sa ko yahi recommendatio hai ki aisi ghatiya company ke tyre kharidna hi band kare sab log.

I bought a new tyre from MRF’s authorized dealer in Greater Noida, UP called Sri Sai Tyres INVOICE # 793 dated 6th june 2015 and it had 5 years of warrenty towards replacement of tyre in case of any manufacturing defect. My tyre in the 7th month of running had a swelling from the side (not facing the ground) mainly used as Stepney tyre.
After speaking with the dealer he now refuses to replace the same for reasons of there own and not giving anything in writing. I showed these tyres to other dealers in my local area and all have confirmed this issue to be a manufacturing defect.
I had a great belief in MRF cause its an Indian Company and tested tyres in my royal enfield bullet, but now I feel cheated and conclude MRF and its dealers are taking consumers for a ride.
I would request you to take action against this complaint as these dealers never accept their mistake and just fool around people like this. Otherwise i will file a complaint in consumer court and write reviews across the web.

First of all ur company servie are totally bad. since last one month i have snd you more than 5 to 6 email complaints but till now no one has contact me.
the tyres given by ur company are faulty. so i just wnat the claim of that tyre. My claim docket no is 14810 on 02/012/2015 As they are in warranty i want it in free of cost.

1 week ago i visited to yourS S tyres Mandi Dabwali Haryana Branch. he told me to pay 785Rs. i asked him forwat should i pay he said that this will you pay. what the rubbish ans was this. Anyone tell me why I will pay. My tyre is 20% damage but they refuse for claim. Now they are not return my tyre without payment. Silliy dealing. I was not agreed for purchase of MRF tyre but my friend conveynce to me. Now I feel He was wrong.
This is humble request to you kindly help me for return my tyre from your theif dealers. they are cheating with you also. They sent anothers tyre on my name for claim and get money as claim. They are fraud to me and cheating with you. Be aware

Hi I bough skoda rapid 2 months back, it has MRF Tubeless tyre but after 2000 Km of travelling suddenly my Front driver side tyre got puncture. when i visited puncture shop they told there is no guarantee of side wall puncture whether it can be or not but they suggest best to replace tyre because side wall puncture cant be there for longer. So i have to make puncture because i was 200 km far away from skoda showroom vadodara i talked on skoda customer care they told you have to visit your showroom. when next day i visited skoda showroom they told me this is the problem of MRF not of skoda so i went to MRF dealer vadodara and that MRF guy told me rubbish question Why you make this tyre puncture ? He has to understand i was on highway and i joined spare wheel but for safe side i have to make puncture. Then MRF guy replied there is no guarantee of sidewall puncture. Tubeless tyre made like that its weak from side and possibility of low air pressure : then i replied i have to travel 500 km so i m not fool guy who travel without checked of air pressure on previous day only i checked my tyre pressure it was 20 -30 . I dont know if this tubeless tyre is made like that weak from sidewall then who ll be responsible for this ? on high speed if any accident will be happened then who will take responsibility for that ? This is known manufacturing defect yes it is they why they are released for highway running vehicle ?

I took my bike 1year agpo frm panvel but the tyres given by ur company are faulty. so i just wnat the replacement of that tyres. As they are in warranty i want it in free of cost. because will taking bike i had paid for ur tyres but company gave it faulty tyres so i want replacement.
1 week ago i visited to your nerul branch he told me to pay 1783Rs. i asked him forwat should i pay he said that you have used our tyres. what therubbish ans was this. and upon he told that it is company rule. then say if it is company rule then you should have given the tyres properly without any damage.

I had been used your tyre for one year and run only 10000 kms and experiencing a problem o[censored]neven wear and tear and bulging on inner and outer side. But the inspection engineer has rejected and said that the tyre complaint has due to my riding. I am not satisfied with this reply. Because I have been riding bike over 17 years and used many other company tyres. I have ever been seeing such a bad tyre. Kindly give justice. Hi this is balchandra from Navi Mumbai, Nerul I took my Suzuki Gixxer bike from panvel 1yr ago but there is problem in tyres.. They are fully worn and cracked .. When I complained this to your Mrf dealer at nerul he told me to pay 1783Rs because I used the tyres.. I just want to replace tyres as soon as possible.. Because I Cnt ride with this worn tyres. So just look at this matter and clearfy the problem.. And I m not satisfied with your service from nerul branch

I have purchased Maruti Dezire car from Maruti Dealer (Ace Kudale, Bhosari) in Aug'2014. Now I observed a crack on Front Driver side Tyre which looks like a manufacturing defect. Till date total Km of vehicle is @ 22, 500. Defective Tyre shown to dealer as well as your service engineer (Mr. Sagar) but as usual refused to accept the defect. This defect is directly related to end user safety because Tyre can burst at any time.

Our company branch should not take any action regarding my complaint. Tyre gets bubbled they set it because of high air pressure but I maintain the correct level 33 psi in back Tyre. (Fz s2 model ). Driven distance 13000km. So you should claim the warranty for dis issue.

Hi Sir/Madam, I had purchased MRF tyre for rear wheel of my nano car. there was a bulge in the rear tyre (tubeless) and hence returned to the Dealer (Cherry tyres at Minerva cirle, Bangalore) during last week of October-2015. The details from MRF after registering my complaint are: Complaint Sl. No. [protected], 155/65R12 71S ZEC TL under no.[protected]. They accepted the complaint on 7th-Nov-2015 against payment of Rs.757/= After that date, whenever I call the dealer he says that there is no tyre for replacement and he is also waiting. My Question to MRF is how long do I need to wait? I have already waited almost more than 1.5 months. Let me know if the tyre can be replaced at the earliest. thanx Regards Subba Rao.PR

We purchased a suzuki zexur from local suzuki showroom amalapuram east godavari district on 17.6.2015.we find all of sudenly some cracks around the rear tyre and immediately bring it to the notice of the showroom dealer, he given a letter and sugested to subbit it to the Local MRF dealer amalapuram we handed over the tyre but no action was taken by the MRF dealer or suzuki showroom dealer . so kindly pursue the matter immediately. I have purchase swift care three months age, I was feeling low pressure in one Tyre, Last week i found three punctures on same Tyre at 9 P.M. i found nearest mechanic and ask him to repair. Same today i found two punctures and my mechanic told me that these are not punctures as no sharp object found and same Tyre this is happening. I went to MRF Tyre Dealer but no body was taking responsibility and instead they were shouting on me that this is your mistake that you repaired punctured without informing us. I was trying to tell them that in my dreams also i cant imagine for car Tyre puncture i have to contact MRF Tyres first time not to mechanic. Now they are saying we cant do anything and this is not our responsibility. And they gave me Rejection letter and saying go where ever you want to go than as they know are very big MNC No body can do anything of them It was really frustating as big companies are not afraid of anything and selling low quality products too and then saying customers go where ever you can go

Dear Sir/Madam On the placing of my claim on 04/11/15, I purchased one Tyre from SWASTIK TYRES, Purulia vide Tax Invoice No-1671 on payment of Rs-2700/- on assurance that after having my claim settled they shall adjust the amount.But after having received your settled order over massage I met with them But with great regreat I am to state that they are claiming Rs-1150/-(on account of Transporting + Dealer margin etc) instead of Rs-805/- as per your order. Now I wish to know whether they can claim much an extra amount instead of your order.
