This is reference to our new maruti vitara brezza purchase on 27th september 2017 from competent automobiles, sohna road, gurgaon (Haryana).

We wish to inform you that while i was driving today i. E. 07.10.2017 suddenly one tire has been brusted. Your requested please replace with new one. Mrf (Wanderer) tyre no. Is e[protected], size 205/60r16 92h.

Immediatly i informed mr. Sandeep yadav, sales executive, competent automobiles co. Ltd.

You are requested please respect to your maruti dealer to do so at the earliest

I bought a vehicle yamaha fzs in september 2014. Both tyres were tubeless. Yesterday i found that tyres were damaged they look like air bubbles are comming around on the surface of back tyre of my vehicle, i only travelled 22000km in 3yrs. I trusted mrf tyres with respect instead of ceat tyres, but i and my trust both are deceived at the end. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible

I had brought maruti swift in jan-2017 from arya cars, nagpur (Ms) with tyres fitted having mrf company. The car was driven only 5000 kms but on 20-sep-2017 the right rear & 22-sep-2017 the left front both tyres of car burst with a loud sound on the road. I lodge a complaint to the maruti dealers of nagpur city. They send the tyres to mrf dealer for inspection on 25-sep-2017. I received the inspection report of inability to accept complaint cfd no. Shabash notification no.:[protected] as claim as no manufacturing defect found.
Your goodness is obliged to compensate me & replace my tyres please.

I have taken a mrf tyre, but its faulty, i gone to that shop where i have taken a tyre but they are telling that bring that tyre and arrange a second tyre ourself, because i have visit taht shop so many times but they are giving reasons only that they dont have a tyre to replace so what is the problem they are not telling to me, and my tyre is in warrenty period of 2 yeras, the shop is in pimpri ambedkar chowk, i have visited cso many times, they are not giving any response, i am getting so many difficulties to drive a bike.

This is to inform that i am highly unsatisfied with the usage of mrf tyre. I purchased a tyre on 18 july 2017 and it damage on 17 aug 17. Not complete one month. It is in the warranty period so kindly help me in replacing the item.
I raised a complaint before this in the customer care and they underwent an inspection by mrf staff and mentioned that there is no manufacturing defect. But i am not satisfied. Is used on tyre 3rd class material.

This is to inform that i am highly unsatisfied with the usage of mrf tyre. My vehicle ran only 20000 kms and the rear tyre has been damaged. It is in the warranty period so kindly help me in replacing the item.

The shop owner is refusing the damaged tyre which is sold by him and no guarantee is providing for me. I'm from hyderabad, i bought royal enfield classic 350cc redditch red on may 6, 2017 in hyderabad. Last week rear tyre of my bike got damaged with a crack, even tube also got damaged very badly, it is absolutely manufacturing defect. The same i reported to nearby mrf engineer who is not responding properly and was rude. The bike was driven for only 3000 kilometers.
Please consider this and provide proper justice as early as possible.

My car front wheel tube less tire bursted 15 days back, back tyre bursted today in journey, running kms are arround 15000 kms. Through cut on thread and puncture are one the same or not? Bulging of tyre is manufacturing defect or not irrespective of punctures? Bulging with two punctures can be replaced but with more than two punctures can't be replaced, why? Manufacturing defect is nothing to do with punctures, why can't i replace my tyre? Bulging can be considered as manufacturing defect so my bike tyre should be replaced.

I have purchased a new tata hexa vehicle which came with your companys tubeless tyres of specifications mrf wanderer 235/55r19 105t model and one of the tyre got blast opened. I haven't driven even 500 kms.

I purchased my tyre on 24 january 2017 price was 4200.
My cars right fornt tyre mrf zv2k no. 175/65/14, ' [protected]' tube less
On date 21.08.2017,
My car tyre was completely unpunctured till the date.
I was in speed 50 sudden car tyre grip belt was completely removed.
Even then tyre air pressure was in good condition it means unpunctured.
Then i submitted it to"tyre centre"[protected] satna on 10.09.2017 i asked the dealer about the claim but he replied that i have to pay rs. 2800 for the depreciation.

I request mrf management to solve my problem soon,
Because in such condition your depreciation charge is above 66% in just 7 months.

We were going towards kanyakumari from ooty. All of sudden we heard a noice and saw that our rear lhs tyre got bursts.
Fortunately, we saw tata showroom close by at madurai by pass and been to them. They gave us standby tyre and assured that they will sent the tyre to mrf and get it replaced, being new and under warranty,
This is to inform you that we just got the new tata hexa and went for south india.
It was at great shock we recived a denial letter with the excuse that this is not manufacturing defect.
We failed to appreciate that how come company like mrf can give such a excuse to avoid supplying replacement tyre. This tyre is fitted in suv which is supposed to be tough. If on the plain road this got busted which clearly means it is not up to the required quality and needs to be stopped by the tata to use in their prestigious brand.

I hereby request you to kindly go through the tyre agin which is lying in madurai itself and being a reputed brand and to maintain trust of customers replace the same immediately.
Hope to avoid any consequences and maintain sanctity of the product. You will replace the tyre.

Dear all fyi that we have apply claim 02nos of tyre 140/80 as on date 08/08/2017. But till date we have received 01 nos. Tyre. And as per kumar tayre he says 01 pcs claim rejected by compny. But i m received sms from compeny claim accept. After that he provided inspection eng. Contect no. I m talking with him he also said claim rejected. My ref. No. 207906

My vehicle in run in taxi vehicle day & night shift. Current time extra wheel not available in my vehicle if any miss happiness during this period i m clearly worn all related loss claim provide by mrf thru court

I was driving at a speed of 60 kmp and suddenly my back side bumper got off. The tyre sheet got off the tyre. I am attaching a photo. It is a life risk please take this matter seriously. The tyre is relatively new. Strangly tyre is still no puncher. Now the sheet is half off the tyre half is still there. I need a urgent response from the company.

My two mrf new tyres that have hardly run 1000 km got busted while driving and swelled up... in fact in one tyre there was one puncture and that couldn't be repaired by any mechanic as the tyre got swelled up ... I am really disappointed by purchasing mrf tyres and would never recommend any one for the same as two tyres have got busted and also I have shown to the dealer from where I have purchased the same and no satisfactory answer from their end on replacing them with new tyres... would be requesting your esteemed company to replace my tyres asap because we have been earlier using Bridgestone tyres and never experienced any complaint but first time got replaced with mrf tyres and two tyres busted and loss of my money
