there was cracking in side wall of my tyre i diposited it foe claim at mrf office agra.
my claim no is CFD NO 46843 notification no[protected].dated 14-07-15.but they rejected my tyre for the reason cut on tread area.but as per my finding there is no cut on my tyre i am really disappointed with such response from such a big brand like MRF. please do the needful to solve my complaint at earliest or i m going to file a complaint in consumer foram on basis of this rejection reason .

dear, I purchased one ford ecosport car from mothoot ford calicut on June 2014. now one of tyre one side little damaged and coming sound . last week I visited ford service center malappuram, they changed one tyre and told me this is manufacturing fault of Mrf tyres . now again coming same saund. can you arrange check up any fault for tyre. best regards Anvarpc edavanna malappuram - dist Kerala mob [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

With reference to above subject, I have reported issue related to my Honda cityVX car tyre (175/65R15 84T ZVTV TL Sr no [protected]) side wall observe air balloon, on 27th Jun 2015 submitted damage tyre to MRF Vadodara office through Aspen Honda Vadodara. From MRF Vadodara got report that my claim is rejected mentioning “through cut on tread due to impact with some sharp object”. I don’t know does MRF team has taken detail inspection or not but as a layman If I see my tyre visually there is not even minor external scratch on tyre, I surprise with this comment sowing sharp object heat the tyre in that case my tyre outer surface must be damaged first before getting inside part damage and getting balloon on side surface. Here I am complaining again to revisit inspection and do the needful for replacement of my car tyre under warranty on priority bases.

Meine 18 / 05 / 2015 ko meri verna fludic ke tyre taneja tyre sirsa se liye jis din dealer se tyre liya us din dealer ne kaha aapko koi dikkat aaya aap tyre lana apko hand to hand claim kar dunga. Par meri gadi 100km chalte hi right side vala aage ka tyre fulle gaya mein taneja tyres ke paas claim ke liye gaya to unhone bola ki 3 din baad aapka tyre aa jayega. . Meine vaha se chala gaya or 5 din baad mein call ki to unhone bola ki mere paas aapka koi tyre ni he. . Tyre lena he to company se lo mein to company ka dalal ho or hame phone pe gaaliya di uske baad mere papa vaha tyre lane gaye to unhae galliya nikal kar bhaga diya or kaha agar yaha vapas aaye to jaan se mar denge. Sir mujhe mera tyre dilaya jaye. Or meine company or dealer ke khilaf case karunga. . .

I have bought a new suzuki gixxer SF 4 days back. On the next day of purchase only I saw both the tyres were punctured. I have immediately reported this to my auth. suzuki dealer (Riya Suzuki Motors Pvt Ltd, Airoli, Navi Mumbai) and showed him the condition. Please reply and replace the faulty tyres asap as I haven't even ridden my brand new bike because of the defective tyres.

Poor quality of tyre is leading to premature failure ( 16000 km). Earlier also i have faced same problem and three nos. of tyres were replaced by company after thorough investigation in their labarotory .Please refer the attached photographs.

Sir, I have purchased a Tubeless ZLO tyre of Innova.As we were for Long tour the Tyre was got Punctured & when we gone through the issue it was found that Tyre as Got a small hole in between the Lines of Tyre.As it was informed to us by your MRF showroom that it cant get Repaired, So we have to get it patchup inside the tyre.We also Patchedup with tube inside the tyre.But also It is getting spreading of width of the Hole on the tyre.So please go through this Issue and Examine that it is Problem of Tyre weakness or Any else reasons. Last day I ride the bike with speed of 50 plus KM per hour. Suddenly I fall down on the road on head and I checked the my bike I found tyres was bursted. and I have purchased the bike before 1 year and tyres was in good condition I used the tyres in my bike only and only to believe and trust on your company. Respected sir, I'm yogesh rathod, I have brought i10 Hyundai car on dated Aug 2013, at equity Hyundai rajkot, it have MRF make tyre and under warranty as on today . However car front left side wheel has Been crack and faulty due to poor quality. Car running only 9980 km. Generally it don't have anything up to 55000km. Sir, I purchased MRF tyre of my bike CBZ Xtreme one year back.Tyre started puncture regularly.When the tyre was inspected it was found that there was a crack inside of the tyre in whole periphery however there was no crack in outside.Due to this crack tube is punctured regularly.Please guide me how to replace the tyre.I purchaded it from faridabad.

I have purchase a MRF tyre( Serial no. 6022830) as on 11.06.2015 from Mouchak Tyres & services Address : CD-17, Sector I, Slat Lake, Kolkata-700064 Ph no.[protected] Mobile No.[protected]/[protected] an authorised stockist of MRF tyres. The authorised stockist has refused to provide any warranty card for the purchased MRF tyre. When asked he said there is no warranty for MRF Tyre while we do not accept such arugment you are required to provide warranty documents for the tyre purchased by us. We have been throughly abused by this person. We request suitable action be initiated immediately. Please arrange to provide us a warranty card against the purchased MRF tyre.

I MAHESH NARANG gone to MRF Showroom on 1/4/2015 to see my car tyre vide Serial Number [protected]. They filled a Claim Forwarding Docket Ref No. 47017 and said wait for 3 days for Solution of your query. But there is no response from Showroom as well as Company. What happened with my tyre, I don't know. This is the service given by MRF Ltd. Company. Please resolve my Problem as soon as possible. Dear Concern, I had brought a Yamaha Fazer in October 2014 with MRF tyres prefixed to it. Back tyre Size 140/60R17 had an issue with Air Bubble and I started to get replaced from MRF authorised dealers from Abhirami Tyres Kovilpatti to MRF Tyres Tirunelveli Past 1 Months before.i have send to concern person in MRF tyres Tirunelveli two times. But they are said “Claim as no Manufacturing Defect found” (Sr.No [protected]) 1. How i can make Air bubbles in tyres? 2. How do they are checking tyres? 3. Even local puncture shop person and Abhirami tyres Kovilpatti person also told me its getting Air bubbles but how your company people rejecting as no Manufacturing defect 4. I Think who is sitting in Tirunelvli MRF tyres Show room they don’t know about Tyres. Please give them to train as well with puncture shop. 5. If he can give me the guarantee to drive i will drive with same tyre if any incident in future with this same tyre MRF only take responsible. 6. with in 7 Months how its getting Air Bubbles? your company quality only getting down 7.Till 1 month i didn't drive my bike. and its parked in yamaha show room only past 1 month 8. when i am called to Your customer service person he told me to send again for claim. but, 2 times i have send to them, till problem is not solved am getting "Manufacturing Defect found" SMS only. 9. Your Service person is too worst and your company tyres also. in future your company tyres we didnt use for my vehicle and relative and friends also. i have suggest to change CEAT tyres to every body Contact :[protected]
