dear sir, i have a pulsar 220 with MRF ZAPPER-C TYRE 22980-D only 4 months and 20 days older what a rubbed condition of that tyre i am so sad about that because at the same time my friend have apulsar with the same tyre at avery well condition and his tyre is very older than my tyre.so i am requesting you to replace my tyre with a new one CONTACT;[protected] I WILL BE WAITING FOR YOUR REPLY

Dear sir This is to inform u that my car Honda amaze UK 08 AG 8962 having tyres of MRF and running km is 7996, my two tyres are burst within 40 km same day while I was driving on hils I was coming from dhanulti to haridwar on date 3/01/015 I show car to divine honda delar at roorkee then they called con ern person from MRF and show problem to but I didn't get any response from him and they they told that this is not mfg deffective but I was totally surprise that how two tyres are burst of same side I need solution and hope for response from MRF Regards Mahender singh [protected] haridwar

Sir, I had bought a MRF Zapper for my two-wheeler from New Bharat tyres, chackai trivandrum on[protected]. Last week the tyre got torn from inside without any damages from external objects. Hence, I feel that it is related to the manufacturing defect of the tyre. I have delivered the defected piece and the original bill to the New Bharat tyres, Thycaud, trivandrum outlet, yesterday evening. They registered a complaint on my behalf. I would like you to address this problem with great concern and compensate me with a new tyre. On my side it is going to be a huge loss, if not compensated appropriately because I will have to invest Rs 2000/- again on the tyre with in a gap of this short duration. If the tyre had not defected, it would have easily run for another 3-4 years without any problem and I would have to think about this huge amount only at that time. Since this has not happened due to any external objects, I reiterate you to handle this effectively and compensate me appropriately with a new tyre. thanks in advance, manoj

last year i bought new honda amaze& the car has run 25000 km, and suddenly the tyre stitching has opened. this is absolutely not accepted from MRF. I would expect this to be replaced without matter going worst. Manik Malhotra [protected]

Dear Customer care, I have purchased Vento-Comfortline and there are 4+1 tyres came along with the car. I had problem of left front tyres 4 months back. The upper level of the tyres came-out and the tyres wires was out while driving the vehicle and hit the mudguard and head light lead to an accident. The car was not run more than 12000 Km at that time. Same kind of problem again I faced in last week and now it is right front tyres. This time we did not made an accident but again the same types of damaged is appeared in the tyres. The car now ran only 15500 km. This is a repeat problem and clearly indicates the inferior quality of your tyres. It need to attend this complaint immediately, resolve the issue and replace the tyres. I just visited at ronak tyres at Anand for my mrf tyre complain. They have just decline my complaints and refused to not giving me replacement of tyre. But mrf company itself give me the facility to replace my tyre afterwards when I visits to. Supet tyres Mrf t and s. So from this they have just misleaded me and misguided for another companies tyre selling.

sir, I purchased tyre model 120/80-17-zapper VYDE with MRF dealer named "S.N.Tyres"- Ashok Nagar, Chennai on 21-dec-2014. Later I checked price online and came to know that actual market price of tyre is only Rs.2400 only. I got cheated for more than 1200. Sir, I have Purchased Hyundai Sentro – Zing Car from Down Town Motors Pvt. Ltd. Vadodara on 15 August 2010, & its Registration No – GJ 06 DQ 2147 (Name: Jignesh Champakbhai Patwa) & Hyundai as provide me tyres of MRF Co. Ltd. I am a service person so my car use is limited & my car & tyres condition is tiptop till date my car running only 17000 km. Generally car tyre do not have any problem up to 50000 km. But On 26 October, 2014 I & my family went to Ahmedabad on express way suddenly the front tyre (left-hand side) break & I have no control over the car but as god gift I try my level best & control the car stop & park out side of the track but loss of my tyre & the front side bumper & body also damage due to this incidence. As a customer I request to the company that replace the damage tyre (without any payment). If the company is not respond my complain to replace the damage tyre I need to take legal action. Today I Visited a MRF Tyre Dealer shop "Ishi Tyre Zone, Sector-31, Gip Road, Noida-201303" . I purchased a MRF tube for my bike and dealer charged Rs 450.00 (size 90/100/17) and refuse to give original bill after so much argument he was ready to provide me a estimated cash memo of RS 450.00 .
