We have purchased one new tyre (spl+ Lug) on dt:03/04/2015.tyre no: [protected].and invoice no :103. Purchased by New sri shiridi sai tyres, LB nagar, chintal kunta, Hydraubad. My vehicle was shaking at 40 speed. Checked my vehicle condition found ok. Rim & Swing arm bushes are found ok. Recently Another complaint Create my vehicle air leakage ther is no punchere. Requesting new Tyre & tube replaced warranty ASAP. Tyre we are sending warranty on dt: 11/05/2015.

I had purchased two MRF tyres for my Four wheeler from DURAI TYRES, MRF Tyres and service Franchisee, Plot No:5, 100 Feet road, Mudaliyarpettai, Puducherry-605004 on 23/02/2015 vide Bill No: 7789, Code: 18382040, by paying cash Rs 7500/-(Seven thousand five hundred only). On 13/04/2015 have noticed there is cracking of tyre and immediately given complaint and handed over the damaged tyre for examination on 14/04/2015 in MRF Limited, R.S No: 209/5A, Plot No: 1, 2, 3&4, Puducherry-Villupuram Main Road, Moolakulam-Oulgaret, Revenue Village, Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry-605010 vide Refrence No:33629. On 17/04/2015 there was an letter with Notification number:[protected] dated 15/04/2015, stating that tyre got damaged due to hitting on sharp object and rejection for claim not accepted. We have been customer of MRF for many years and in spite of frequent warning from my friends, I trusted in MRF manufacturers and opted to buy your product, and within a month when I encountered this problem there was a criticism about me to giving preference to MRF brand. And the reply to is very harsh from your dealers, they are your dealers selling your products and they are not behaving in an friendly manner and washing hands on customers just like that. All I want to know is what is the standard for producing such defective tyre and simply saying hit on sharp object so it gets damaged, it’s theirresponsibility to produce tyres of good quality like in past. It is sad that hard earned product name is spoiled through so called representative and they don’t know the basic manners in handling customers. Most of the time they answer in improper way. It was so frustrating the way they behaved. So do the needful to reimburse back as your company failed to keep the promise of your customer. Please do the needfull to get my hard earned money back. Dont want them to spend our money they cheated in TV commercials with big cricket stars. With this mail have attached images for your refrence.

Hi, I have purchased a tyre and tube for my Honda Shine bike on 4-4-205 at M/S Harsha Tyres, 8-84, Sai Nagar, Uppal Bus Depot, Hyd-500098 vide bill no. 38443 (Serial no. of tyre and tube is 2.75-18/[protected]) . With in two weeks the air is not standing in the tube. When i approached puncture shop, he opened and noticed that the tube was defective i.e. small cracks were found on the tube. As I have to reach destination I got it patched. Later, when i approached the dealer for replacement of tube, he refused to do so as the tube was fixed with a patch. With out instant repair I cannot reach dealer's place and it was not possible for me to replace with an another one. Is it not cheating by selling such a defective tube and refusing to replace it? Please look into it and arrange for replacement.

I have purchased Hero Honda Bike in 2011. After two year, tyre starting get punctured regularly. I have examine inside tyre and see that there is small pieces in square affix with tyre. I purchased swift dzire in April 2014 prefitted with MRF tubeless tyre I lost 3 tyres in one year duration as they had multiple cuts even on non contact area of tyre .I complained but no positive response I will recommend all friend not to purchase any MRF tyre it's totally loss of money And I had told my friend to purchase car with another company tyre aur ask them to replace before car purchase thanks Arvind

Sir, I purchased Maruti Swift VXI Car on 12.12.2013, the said car was fitted with MRF Tubeless Tyres. The rear tyre No.(E[protected]/81 - R14 -85-S which is damaged due Air occurred in the tyre. It is submitted that Car has run nearly 15000 km. Therefore can we get redressal for this Air damage. If so what I have to do. Again it is submitted that the said car was purchased at Vijaymotowing show room at Bagalkot in Karnataka-587102. Kindly reply what I have to do in this matter.

In my yamaha r15 the back tyre got cracks and then they got big and big and full ring is cracked now i gave the tyre for claim as it is in warranty for 5 years purchase year of the tyre was 2011 i want to know what can be done for the situation. And even the manager started abusing and fixed the rate of 3400 and was asking for 3600 please kindly answer back quickly

I purchased a new Honda Brio SMT from Crown Honda Noida - 63. My vehicle registration number UP14CF4235. It runs about 4000 km and one of back tyre got ruptured because of poor quality. I want MRF to inspect the tyre and do the needful. thanks, Sanjay Kumar

In trivandrum there are more than 10outlets.here your outlets tdidn't provide KTM DUKEs FRONT N BACK TYRE.when i asked to ur shops they said company temporarily stops providing 110 spec tyre.if you cant provide tyres why you joining with bajaj ktm. you making customers fool.

I bought new tyres from SRI BADMAVATHI TYRES, Rajiv gandhi salai, Perungudi, Chennai on 17 Aug, 2014. One of the new tyre(S.L. No: [protected]) got a cut somehow and I took it to the shop for claim. They told me since it was not a manufacturing defect, they can't get a claim from company. First of all, since, I drive on one of the smoothest OMR road in chennai and so there is a little chance that I would have hit that tyre on some sharp object. So, this may not be a manufacturing defect but i am sure it is a case of poor manufacturing quality, a tyre cannot sustain a little bit of rough ride, which is considered quite normal on Indian roads. Moreover, I asked them to repair the tyre and told them that I will pay for that, they told me that tyre cannot be repaired and asked me to visit a puncture shop and get it done. I even asked them to put a tube inside my tubeless new tyre, but they don't want to do that either. They told me that they dont have mrf tube. When I was buying those tyres, then whole staff was so friendly and they were telling me that they are always there for me if i have a problem with any tyre and now when I have a problem and visit them, they have this indifferent attitude towards my problems. Such cheaters should get their franchise revoked by MRF, they are bringing bad name to whole company.

I enquired for a MRF 80/100/18 tubless tyre where the cost is Rs.1550 for all dealers in cochin( Sangeetha tyres, P.M tyres& Mariyil Tyres), as I find the nearest dealer is Cochin Tyres at Vyttila, I approach them where they demands for Rs.1600/- which is more than other dealers, when I race my doubt they said we have no tyre to give to you in 1550/- price in a misbehaving manner, Finally I aporoach Mariyil Tyres Tripunithura and they fitted it for me at Rs.1550/- Why there is a price variation for one dealer at cochin which is more than all the other dealers, What customer will expect from Exclusive showroom.

We have purchased 4 Tyre for our vehicle named Nissan Sunny. With in a month time, we got a air bug in one of tyre. We have complaint to the dealer which has forwarded to depot to get-out of the matter. Afterwards, the same has been rejected by saying that it is because of puncher of the tyre. After discussion a lot, they said, you should file a case in consumer court. Maximum km driven 1000 KM

I had given the complain on the company website and then given all the data on my cost and MRF asked me to give my car wheel alignment data 6 month old and now bot i arranged on my cost and then as usual excuse that it is normal wear and tear with out factual justification. only on Ad MRF claimed that they are word class company and caters word class product but it is not truth in my case and several other case and company is not willing to take the customer feed back and they dont have mechanism also. i have purchase maruti suzuki alto lxi from Modern automobiles Hisar (Haryana) on 31 may 2011. The tyre in that model was marf zvts. Now one of my car marf tyre swells from centre region due to which i cant use that tyre because jerks feels very hard during driving. So as your company never compromize with quality so you are requested to please change my tyre. I live in Kurukshetra (Haryana) now. Dear Customer care, I have purchased Vento-Comfortline and there are 4+1 tyres came along with the car. I had problem of left front tyres 4 months back. The upper level of the tyres came-out and the tyres wires was out while driving the vehicle and hit the mudguard and head light lead to an accident. The car was not run more than 12000 Km at that time. Same kind of problem again I faced in last week and now it is right front tyres. This time we did not made an accident but again the same types of damaged is appeared in the tyres. The car now ran only 15000 km. This is a repeat problem and clearly indicates the inferior quality of your tyres. It need to attend this complaint immediately, resolve the issue and replace the tyres. This is happened on 01/1/2015. I am really scared due to such repeated issues. I am stationed at Bhigwan which is on Pune-Solapur highway and 106 km from Pune /nearby to Baramati. I had brought a Ford Figo Car in October 2010 with MRF tyres prefixed to it. One of the tyre had an issue with Air Bubble and I started to get replaced from MRF authorised dealers from one shop to another and to another. Even after an year our problem has been not solved. I'm really frustrated with the behaviour of your staff. With this type of customer support, I would definitely say to all of my known persons not to buy any MRF tyres. The worst ever customer service I had seen in many years, after an year also I didn't get my problem solved the service engineer who took my call was Ravi - [protected] and my tyre number is [protected]
