Today I visited Ishi Tyre Zone, Sector-31(near Golf Course Metro Stn), Noida - 201301 which is Authorised dealer of MRF Tyre, the person sitting at shop was very rude and when I asked him price of my bike Tube(Size 17/100/90) they told me Rs 450.00 and deny to give me original bill after so much argument with dealer they gave me a estimate case memo slip of Rs 450.00. Dear Sir/Madam, ONE OF THE WORLD BIG TYRE MFG COMPANY 'MRF' i am sorry to wrote this type of complaint, this is to inform you that i purchase new tyre & tube from Balaji Tyres, Panjagutta 'X' Road, Hyderabad on 13.7.14 guarantee period 3 years, My bike Bajaj Plantina and i within the two days the Tyre is small broken( till date with out puncher), and i went puncher shop he told me that the tyre 100% Mfg problem is there, and I can contact dealer. Dealer saw the tyre broken spot he told that it was not mfg problem general broken no replacement but i meet 3 or 4 puncher shop mechanics they were spoke tyre 100% Mfg problem. Please give me customer care one number at hyderabad . Please can you help (to be replacement of new tyre with tube) regarding this what can i do next. Customer Complain about that there is some defect in my car tyre outer surface. We check this tyre by your engineer, he told that its accidental damage inside tyre. Customer not agree with your engineer and he told that i want new tyre. and want to log complian about this.

I have purchased MRF tyre & tube ( new ) for my HONDA ACTIVA on 28.09.2014 from Sri Sai Krishna tyres, Shapur Nagar, hyderabad with invoice no - 7736 for Rs.1270.00, tyre no - [protected], Next day morning I went to a local mechanic to fit tyre, at first glance only mechanic got doubt about quality of tube, but I convinced him that it is " MRF ", but he was right as the tyre got punctured within 1/2 hour running, Another local mechanic repaired it again same doubt about quality of tube.By the evening same tube again got punctured.I decided to trust my " OLD & USED " tube & went to MRF shop where i purchased new tube, That gentleman suggested me that tube should not be repaired & to be brought back in punctured condition, as per his opinion i have to bring the vehicle to his shop, & show him the condition of tube, It is very difficult to trust that the company like MRF is manufacturing these kind of low quality product. MRF again proved that there is no respect to consumers money in india " MERA BHARAT MAHAN "

Dear sir Myself Prashob, am using only Mrf tyres for past 10 years. The bitter experience i am facing is that for the past one and a half month Mrf tyres of my bike is not available with any of the cochin dealers (My vehicle details- hero honda xtream Tyre size front 2.75 -18 42 p and back tyre size is 100/90-18-56p) The worst think is that tyre thread starts displaying and i am ridind 70 kms per day Kindly arrange me tyres soon. I own maruti ertiga mh02dj9116 I have purchased this car 3 months back, The car have mrf tyres, this is very bad to know that mrf tyres is using very cheap product one tyre is getting puncher side ways my car has just completed 2000 km . By seeing this I spoke to one of your mrf executive he came to sai service station in Mumbai Maharashtra the executive behaved very badly with me Mr ankur salvi he works in sakinaka branch Andheri East, Mr Atul the manager of sai service even he saw the tyre & even he complained about that the tyre has to side puncher but Mr ankur salvi the mrf executive of mrf tyre was not listening to us he started using bad language & he rejected the tyre, sir/ madam I have 4 cars they all are fitted with brighstone tyres in 4 years they are not even one puncher that's mean mrf is using cheap product quality sir plzz do the need full your unhappy costumer Amit juneja [protected]

Dear Sir, Myself Rup lal sah from bokaro steel city, jharkhand. I purchase 4 Tyres of TATA INDICA Car from Dealer "Nandani tyre world", bokaro and Reciept No is 2557 purchase date[protected].there are 2 Tyres out of 4 got burst and wire is also out from tyres, tyres almost completely damanged. when contacted our MRF dealer, bokaro they say its an external damage but they are not able to tell the Cause and there is no evidence of External damage on the Tyre, in spite o[censored]s convincing them that this was not an external damage as no phisical evidance they have not responded on the same and they suggest to check with engineering, sitting in MRF Dealer Dhanbad. Dhanbad Engineer's is not treate well with me he suggest to learn before to drive the car and also tell me that "you do not know how to ride the car". He behaves with me with very bad rude attitude. I request to your organisation that if you are not able to understand the customer problem and not able to give us proper suggestion then please maintain the good behaviour with customers. Respected Sir, i own a new scropio m hawk, which i got a special permit to all india route, , well i had bought new MRF tyre from Siliguri Ananda Mangla Tyre Shop, near Biswadeep hall/. I escaped from a major accident at Sevoke road. I did request the retailer of MRF, but he told me that MRF Tyre service, it shall take about Six month... He even spoke with me in a rude way, , , to which i have filed FIR towards MRF retailer ..at Siliguri. It has been over 8 months, , I even got the Hard Copy ...he even asked me to pay Rs 3799 for fast delivery ...is it true that your company takes extra for fast delivery, If so..please let me know.. Hello sir I am lalchand before 8 month i purchase of mrf tyre from yogi enterprises delhi the date of purchase Tyre is around 27_01_2014 the car run only k.m. in month and the rear tyre is the cut down in plane road of delhi .after that i went to the yogi enterprises dealer regarding my tyre complaint ;dealer cheked the tyre mrf limited b_48 jhilmil industrial area and Technician harbansh told me no manufachring defect. I had purchased 4 MRF ZVTS Tyres for My hyundai i10 in December 2013 from Pal Tyres, Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. the authorised dealer of MRF. on that day i was not provided with the bill with the excuse that his computer is faulty. Till the february i visit almost 7-8 times to shop for bill and was given the same excuse of faulty computer. At the end of february the owner there handsover me a hand made Bill. At this i react to him if he has to give me that hand made bill why he was wasted my time.When i warned him that i will complaint in MRF he said do what you can...Now today at 10th September 2014 when i need to Align my Car Tyres at MRF Authorised Center i reconsidered to visit Pal Tyres forgetting his bad attitude..After Alignment when test drive fails the owner again frustrated and comes to me and said we had done your car alignment and we do nothing further and you don't ever come to shop again...FOR MY SHOCK is it the customers are treated at so called MRF Authorised Centers...I was so badly hurt by this that me and all my 20 friends in group decided not to opt for any MRF services or Products in our Lifetime.. If there any sensible marketing peoples in MRF then they would surely understand the seriousness of this type of dealer behaviour..OR May be Company is in so bad shape that it is bound to stick to such dealers for its survivial... Sir, I purchased new MRF ZVTS Tyre sets. Date of purchase is 30/07/2013 from one of the Dealers "Ambica Tyre" 996/2, Sector - 5C, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The tyres have done Appx.15000 kms. On 20th Aug 2014, the CAR was wobbling on the road. Suddenly i came out of the CAR and saw all tyres for any possible puncture but there was no any puncture. Instead i saw that there was some problem in one of the tyres. i.e. some of the Bubble had come out in the side way of a tyre that only caused the problem in the CAR while riding. Same time i went at the Dealer "M/S Ambica Tyres", 996/2, Sector 5C, Gandhinagar. They Asked me that this is Manufacture problem and sent for replace the same. I've received the complaint no 155/70R13 75T ZVTS TL (Sr. No. [protected]) Dt.28.08.14 but on dated 01.09.14 i've received another massage for your MRF that "your advice had rejected due to result o[censored]nequal and excessive contact pressure exerted at the road contact area at the tyre". I've also purchase annual nitrogen air pressure contract through "M/s Ambica Tyre" and alternate day checked the tyre pressure. After received the Rejection Advice i had contacted MRF Service station[protected]Mr. Bhavesh) and he advice to told service engineer on Mobile No. [protected] but service engineer not pickup the phone nor massage convey by Service department. hello sir, i am satish chand, retired army officer, before 4 months i purchase maruti sazuki swift fitted with MRF tyres from prem motors jaipur. The date of purchase of car is around 15th of april 2014. the car runs only 3000 KM in 4 months and the front tyre is cut down. in plane roads of chandigarh. after that i went to the modern maruti sazuki dealer regarding my tyre complaint but the dealer could not help us and told me to go the MRF office in manimazra and contact there. I went MRF office in manimazara chandigarh and the person in office check the tyre..after that they said it is ur mistake and we can't replace your tyre. and conduct misbehave with me. Now the question is arise here what the type should MRF produce the tyres which is cut inside only in 4 months in plane roads...Now I want to replace my tyre because it is in the warranty. So, it is my humble request to take necessary action and change my tyre. thank you

Hi my name is raj ann I'm medical student at anand, Gujarat. I have hero Honda hunk bike which I purchased 4 years ago it had zapper tubeless tyres, few weeks ago I noticed cracks in my rear tyre so I went to near by mrf tyre where they said me that the tyre has got 6 years of Warranty so I you fit new tyre now for 2400, if your claim for replacement will be accepted than we will have you back after deducting some amount so I paid 2400 to MRFtyre, Anand trustin them to do right thing a week back I received this message from MRF "Dear customer, your claim item under No.[protected]Sl.No.[protected]) is accepted against payment of Rs. 782.00 /- incl. VAT. For details contact dealer." So I went back to dealer. I was happy until they said you will get only 700 rupees out of 2400 rupees you paid and we never said that we will pay back your money, we are here to make money not to help you they said. I fill cheated by your dealer. I don't earn I could have wait easily for one week for replacement if I was told so. When we resisted we were bullied by owner and his father. I plead you to take action against this dealer and help me getting my claim in right way. This is a moral issue and I expect company like MRF to help me out. The dealer earned 1800₹ by selling single tyre to me.please take action

Sir, I purchased new Toyota Etias GD fitted with MRF ZVTV Tyre sets. Date of purchase of CAR is 25/09/2012 from one of the Dealers "Lanson Toyota" Poonamali High Road, Koyambedu, Chennai.(Tmilnadu) The tyres have done 38000 kms. On 24th Aug 2014, the CAR was wobbling on the road giving indication of some unusual riding conditions. Suddenly i came out of the CAR and saw all tyres for any possible puncture but there was no any puncture. Instead i saw that there was some problem in one of the tyres. i.e. some of the steel fiber wires had come out in the side way of a tyre that only caused the problem in the CAR while riding. Dear Sir, I have A ford Figo Regd. No. UP-70-BZ-9589 at Allahabad UP. I have a complain regarding Tyre of my Car i have complained vide Claim Forwording docket (CFD) no. 20451 dated 20.08.2014 at Brij Raj auto Pvt Ltd. at Allahabad Service Point. in which i have say that the 3 (Three)-tyre of my car is dammage due to Air. i have complained at 20th Aug-2014 and they told that they will replace within 2 days. but now they are told that only one tyre are replaced and charged Rs. 2300/- and another two tyre are not replace because they say that it is not replaced. Sir you tell that how it is possible that problem of one trye are acceptable and other two tyre are not. i have requested to you that please do needful for us because i have suffering many problem due to my car

Sir, I purchased new Maruti Dezire fitted with MRF set tyres on 17/09/2012 from Maruti's Dealer in Mohali (Punjab) near Chandigarh. The tyres have done only 17000 kms. The car has started giving some tyre noise while driving. On getting the same checked from Maruti's Authorised Service Centre, I have been given to understand that the sound owing to two of the four tyres having developed manufacturing defect. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and get the tyres replaced as 17000 kms. can in no way be termed as the life of the tyres of a highly reputed Company such as MRF and also that the same have developed manufacturing defect. I used MRf tyres .the tyre is new when I used the tyre and tyre is blast on road . I am luck I am safe
Then I go to honda company in karnal and problem .he say plz tyre is left for 7 days because company office in panipat and company take decision the tyre is changed or not .today 9-8-2014 the honda company call me and say plz give 1800/- then we give new tyre .why I give 1800.
I say tyre is in guarnted and also new tyre why should I pay
