I HAVE A FZS BIKE AND ITS TYRES ARE TUBELESS AND THEY ARE ONLY USED FOR 10000 KM ONLY AND THEY BECOME THICK , AND IT HAPPENED 2ND TIME WITH ME ONCE A DAY I SEEN A PAUNCHER IN THAT AND I REACHED PAUNCHER WALA AND HE JUST REPAIRED IT SECOND DAY ONE MORE PAUNCHER WAS THERE AND REACHED AGAIN TO HIM , AND HE REPAIRED AND TODAY THERE ARE 3 PAUCHER
, I THINK THE QUALITY OF IT IS POOR

i am having one yamaha FZ16 now it done only 5000km.now i am or we are suffering with our back tyre MRF REV 140.we enquired ur sales and services they only told thats the company fault..actually you are branded company or not..? such a stupid tyre... i want the reply of yours... this the way your cheating..?

Kindly treat this is as utmoast important mail.... I own a maruti swift vdi model 2010 and i boutht this car in july 2010 .. The car has been driven by me only and the milage is 34000 kms ... The problem i m facing is of the MRF tyres that came along with the car its not even a year that both the front tyres of my car have faded completely from the sides at only 34000 kms.... And to bring to your knowlege on the 18 th august 2011 i was driving down the road when the front left tyre got BURST completely not a puncture but tyre exploded on the running road and my car met with an accident ..... It took me a 12000 buck to get my car repair just for a tyre whixh has been rusting over the past few months and i have reported the same to maruti team....at 21000 kms ... I have also got my alignment checked and still no use... Its getting flat and flat day by day .... From 5 MRF tubeless tyres 3 have been replaced with tubes and only 2 are surviving tubeles.... I have sent the burst tyre to maruti and they will be sending it to your expert team .....

Thia ia the most embaracing thing on your part that a HUGE BRAND name MRF is makin pathetic tyres which burst on the road just like that ....



KINDLY DO NOT CONSIDER THIS MAIL AS A NORMAL ROUTINE MAIL.... I NEED IMIDIATE ACTION IN A WEEKS TIME OR ELSE I WILL HAVE TO MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT ..... Trust me on that i have survived a fatal accident .....

I purchase one maruti swift vdi car on 23rd april 2010 where the tyres are of MRF but unfortunaty there is leakage problem in a tyre after giving the puncher mechanic he told that there is leakage problem in joint of tyre. the tyre is at mechanic shop near bhadary house rajapal chauraha pratapgarh up. i running my car without stepny which may cause major problem to me any where any time .need ur prompt resonse in this issue

I HAD TO DRIVE IN TO A MRF WHEEL BALANCING AND ALIGNMENT CENTER AT KANBARGI ROAD BELGAUM. I CHOOSE MRF FOR THE BRAND NAME IT HAS FROM YEARS BUT WAS VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED REGARDING THE SERVICE AT THE CENTER I HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO THE ALIGNMENT THRICE BUT EVERY TIME IT WAS WORST THEN THE PREVIOUS. TODAY I CHECKED WITH AN OTHER ALIGNMENT CENTER AND FOUND THE PREVIOUS ALIGNMENT SETTINGS WERE JUST NOT RITE . TODAY THEY HAVE FIXED MY CAR SO VERY WELL. MRF WAS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND ALSO IT COULD HAVE COSTED ME A LOT AS MY TIRES WOULD WEAR OUT FOR NOT PROPERLY ALIGNED ! !

I purchase a tube and tyre on dated 02.05.2011 from Guru Krapa Tyre(Shop No.206/1,Near Shiksha Bhawan Gate,Jhokan Bag Road,Kachahri Choarah Jhansi.U.P,[protected]) Jhansi.After few days(02.06.2011) my tube and tyre fully damage.I contact Guru Krapa Tyre and found that tyre was damaged due to Run flat due to usage of the tyre after neglecting the injury caused by cuts.But this is wrong statemant by technical Service Person.I put my tyre on Guru Krapa Shop.
Plz do needful by your end ASAP.

I purchased two tyre of MRF and put in the same car. Out of these two tyre one tyre is showing uneven wear and tear of tyre after using for few months on front wheel. Due to this I need to change the tyre as it could lead to serious accident. I was also forced to incurre extra expance by changing another tyre since both the tyre need to be of simillar condition for smooth running of vehical.
On approaching to the company they had refused to give the replacement of the tyres and even refuse to accept that the complaint is a manufacturing defect. The also do not provide any data based complaint analysis report to me which again indicates that they are hiding the facts to deny my claim.

I have purchased{09-nov-10} Yamaha FZS from northern motors in Faridabad but I have face some problem with tyre those along with the bike.
Every next two days the tyre has been pincher. I went your office in Faridabad but they says its mandatory that pincher has be done MRF dealer
Or fit tube in it. What nonsence I want to pit tube in my tyre so why I purchase tube less tyre & also says next time I have not made pincher in your
Bike. please solve it as soon as possible until I will make a complaint in consumer court. Give me a new tyre.

i took a new tyre three months back, and that tyre got a small cut in the tyre . i dont know how it happend, cux i never use my bike roughly,
i gave the tyre and tube for replacement to MRF, PALARIVOTTOM, KOCHI-. But they rejected my claim. i want this matter to be taken very seriously by your company and replace me a new Tyre.

I purchased a MRF tyre (tyre no: [protected], Bill no: 137) from NANDINI TYRES on dated 02/05/2010 with the guarantee of one year.
In January, 2011 this tyre become defective so I complained to dealer and he send this tyre to MRF company branch ‘Dhanbad’ for inspection but MRF is simply reply this tyre does not have any manufacturing defect and return same tyre without any compensation.

Purchased 2 MRF ZVTS Tyres from a Tyre Shoppe at Mehidipatnam. Within six months I found air bubbles in tyres. I believe, the company (quality control) rejected items are being sold at these shops.

Regret to inform you that your prime dealer at JC Road, Bangalore M/s Jamathis is into committing daylight robbery. [My bill no.2106 dated 03.02.2011 for Rs.3, 010/-] I had purchased a motorcycle tyre 140/60 R17 REVZ TL and after getting it fitted was surprised to learn that they had charged me Rs.50/- extra for fitting - where as at all the other showrooms they do it free of cost as a compliment. And when I took up this issue with the Manager at the showroom, he was reluctant to give ma proper convincing reply for the Rs.50/- extra charges and it very clearly shows that they fleece all the customers in a similar manner. As I am working for a reputed newspaper ‘Hindustan Times’ thought of bringing the above issue to your kind attention so as to put an end to the treatment meted out to the customers in future. I am sure that you would take appropriate action to stop the showroom from charging extra.

I purchased a Hero Honda super splender tube of MRF company from a local shopkeeper firm named M/s mittal tyres purani Tehsil road Khurja. He took Rs300/- from me while the print rate of the tube was Rs 260/- that was cut by burnt.when I asked in this respect he did not reply setisfectory. the tube No. is 2.75-18 date of manufacturing is August 2010.

bus stand meerut ph-[protected] [protected] ) they sell the tyres and Tubes above
the print rate.then I asked about it your distributer said that the company
banned to display the MRP or tube packing.they sold all the tubes or tyres withbr...

I had witnessed the WORST & MOST HORRYFYING Expirience in my life .Thanks for being a customer of MRF Tyres.
I had brought 5 mrf ZVTS Tyres for my Maruti Alto ,claiming to be tubeless.However yesterday[protected]one of the front LHS Tyre of my car suddenly started wobbling.After dropping down form car I have seen the tyre has ungripped the wheel rim.On further inspection I have seen the metal wire protruded outseide from the tyre surface

It was the most pathetic epxirience of my life & I am now repenting for my decisions of buying the tyres from MRF despite of the options of having cheaper & most efficient tyres available in the market.

No one from the company has contacted me till date,neither do the dealer from where I have registered the compaint

I insists all the four wheel owners NOT to buy MRF Company's products for any of your vehicle.

I purchased MRF Tube along with two tyres vide Cash Memo no. 85213 dated 25/06/2010 from M/s Chawala Tyres of Shop No. 16, Shastri Market, Jalandhar (PB), an authorised dealer of MRF, But the tube of MRF purchased by me was found to be "NEW DEFECTIVE". Dealer M/s Chawala Tyres discouraged me from sending back NEW DEFECTIVE Tube to MRF considering their negative track record of customer complaints since their personnel are very strict with the complaints rejecting them on fake ground.

True to the dealers words, without any change tube "NEW DEFECTIVE" returned to me in the month of August, 2010 ( Second Week ) without any remarks and wrapper of the same also not returned along with the Tube.

Ever since purchase of MRF Tube,I could not have the privilege o[censored]sing it once on my scooter without any fault of mine. I had to purchase another tube make ( TVS ) to same me from inconvenience and harassment caused to me due to purchase of MRF Tube.

Mahendra company manufacture light weight Trucks in name the Mahendra Maximo.
In this particular model they used poor quality of MRF Radial tyres, With in 19000 km of run all four tyres become damaged badly and MRF Tyres is not ready to replace the same.

I purchased 2 sets of MRF Redial Tyre for my 800. I drove approx 10000km and suddenly i found that the inner net of tyres has been broken due to that the tyre lost its shape and my car started bubbling even at the speed of 10km per hour. Unfortunately, i used japanese tyres, since it happened in a remote area.

Now, i can not faith on MRF Tyre, however, japnese tyres are much better than these. So, my advice to everybody is either use Bridge Stone Tyre or Japanese Tyre, the cheap one.

Jyoti Tyre Sales at Mathura-Delhi Highway, Old Faridabad Chowk, Faridabad in a corrupt and cheating tyre dealer. When I went to buy Tubeless tyres for my Maruti Esteem, they instead sold me MRF ZVTS Tube tyres and also fitted it on my car as tubeless. When I cross checked with my mechanic he said that the tyres were not tubeless and would harm my vehicle. I confronted the dealer and his sales man and they insited that the ZVTS are as good as tubeless tyres. When I insisted they agreed to replace ZVTS gave me ZV2K tubeless tyres. The ZV2K tyres were not seal packed and clearly seemed to be used before. When I again confronted them, they shamelessly said that these tyres were fitted onto another Maruti esteem and then the owner declined to buy them.
Finally I bought the higher end and expensive ZSLK tubeless tyres. I wonder how many customers would they be cheating like this each day and making money by saving on the tubes by selling tube tyres as tubeless(tube is for 300/-). The mental harrasment and wastage of time is another story. If this forum can take any action against the dealer it would save money and time of many other customer.
