Its a motorcycle tyre for KTM DUKE 200 and it has only done 730 km - it just blew out when i was slowing down, it happened on the highway in the night, it has an opening of 1 inch on the crown of the tyre. I managed to push the bike to a tyre repair shop and repaired it temporarily just to take me home. When I complained to PRO BIKING they told me they will get the MRF guy to look at it, on 29/03/12 they only took the photos and told me that the professionals will look at it send a reply It is amazing that a tyre complaint is not inspected by a qualified person PHYSICALLY and with out getting the history of the damage, but BY JUST LOOKING AT THE PHOTO'S they know what has caused the damage its ridiculous. Its today 10/04/2012, almost 13 days from the complaint and I still don't have any answer from MRF nor PRO BIKING the bike is just parked.

KTM YOU ARE NOT DOING US ANY FAVORS BY GIVING US A VERY GOOD AND CHEAP BIKE WITH THESE TYPE OF TYRES AND HEADACHES.

IT IS VERY VERY SHAMEFUL FOR MRF WHICH ARE SUPPOSE TO BE A VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY WHICH IS TAKING FOREVER TO SOLVING A CLAIM, SPECIALLY FOR BIKE TYRES WHERE THERE ARE NO SPARE TYRE FOR PEOPLE TO WAIT. VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

FOR SURE I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANY MRF TYRE FOR MY CARS NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANY OF MY FRIENDS AND RELATIVES.

Two months ago, i bought a bike "CBZ Extreme" after 3 to 4 days i have started facing the problem of alignment. After getting it checked from service stations and other service centres, it came out the problem of Tyre instead of Rim. We (Me & Service Engineer of Hero Honda) approached the service showroom of MRFTyres (located at A-22 sivaji Marg Moti Nagar Delhi) for our problem, there we met with Mr. Bhattacharya (service engineer), we had told him the whole matter but he was least interested in paying attention to our issue, even the way he was interacting with us was very rude and harsh which is not expected from the service engineer of such a reputed company.There were many other customers as well who were complaining about the same problem which i am facing in my bike but no one was interested in attending the customers' issues, all were busy in doing their own tasks, don't know what. As far as i know, the prime responsibilities and objectives of service stations are attending to the customers' issues and getting them resolved in the best possible manner and being the representative of highly reputed company, it is expected from your service engineers and other related people to at least behave with the customers in the sophisticated manner. i am really disappointed after seeing the behavior of your representatives, they carries no etiquette and sophistication level. I would suggest you to take this seriously as this is really hampering the branding of MRF tyres in the market, and also please conduct some training sessions for your representatives on "How to behave/deal with customers", it is highly required on your part because if these representatives will continue to behave like this then i am quite sure that employer branding of MRF Tyres will be at stake and i am sure the big shots like you cannot afford to lose their customers to their competitors.

i had purchased 5 tyres from amar tyres at patiala. all the five tyres got bursted from same place. where as the dealer had exchanged three tyres he has refused tu exchange other two stating all tyres cannot be changed. My issue is is it my fault if company has manufactured defective tyres, I either need my complete money back or the tyres have to be replaced. my tyres are in gurantee period there is no puncture in it. According to dealer he cannot exchange as tyres are used, are MRF tyre people Tyres are always purchased to use and not to decorate homes. Even after paying 3000 above the market price to dealer i am suffering my trucks is standing and i am suffering loss to the tune of rs 5000 per day from last 10 days if my tyres are exchanged immediately i am going to claim entire loss from MRF. I was purchased MRF tube(3.00-18 Tube (4 Jan 12 A 10)) on 14th Feb, 2012 at Lakshmi Ganapathi Tyres(MRF Tyres Exclusive Dealers), Anakapalle, Visakhapatnam District, Andhra Pradesh. After taking that tube I went to mechanic shop for fixing the tube then only I know about that tube is already damaged. I called ([protected]) to the MRF Dealer on 16th Feb, 2012 for this issue. But he answered very arrogant for this issue. I'm not bother about Rs.280, they are not giving proper reply for customers. MRF has a good brand name, this type of fellows are damaging the brand name and reputation. Please save customers from this type of fraud people.

Dear sir

I had purchased a tyre of MRF ZVTS-FTT 175-65R14 (Sl. No.: [protected]) and after a running of around 1000 kilometers my tyre got a shape out problem. I first thought it might be some problem with alignment, so did it twice, but again the same problem while driving. Then we got the fault as it was the tyre which had the bulge out and was giving the problem. I then had Ms. Naveen Tyre Service, Dharwad Road to submit the tyre to company person for a replacement or at least some discount with the new ones as the tyre was new ones and had faced the problem, but the inspection revealed that tyre was damaged due to Run flat due to usage of the tyre after neglecting the injury caused by cuts, which makes no sense at all. So, I do want to get the correct diagnosis to be made from your end as to what can be done with the above mentioned issue.

on 03/02/2012 i have bought a tyre-tube set for my splendor plus bike's rear cycle.At that time dealer said me that he will replace the tube if any defect found on it.But whenever i want to fit it in my bike i found that the vol-pin of it was so fitted that it can not be removed.After a few trial to remove, it broken and i can not fit it in the byke.then and there i went to the dealer named " TANTIA TYRE" to replace it.But he did not replace the tube and told me to buy another tube.he told me that he will send it to the company for replacement and if company will replace it then i can get my money back other wise nothing to do.So i am requesting you to take necessary observation so that i can get my money back. I HAVE A FZS BIKE AND ITS TYRES ARE TUBELESS AND THEY ARE ONLY USED FOR 10000 KM ONLY AND THEY BECOME THICK , AND IT HAPPENED 2ND TIME WITH ME ONCE A DAY I SEEN A PAUNCHER IN THAT AND I REACHED PAUNCHER WALA AND HE JUST REPAIRED IT SECOND DAY ONE MORE PAUNCHER WAS THERE AND REACHED AGAIN TO HIM , AND HE REPAIRED AND TODAY THERE ARE 3 PAUCHER

Kindly treat this is as utmoast important mail.... I own a maruti swift vdi model 2010 and i boutht this car in july 2010 .. The car has been driven by me only and the milage is 34000 kms ... The problem i m facing is of the MRF tyres that came along with the car its not even a year that both the front tyres of my car have faded completely from the sides at only 34000 kms.... And to bring to your knowlege on the 18 th august 2011 i was driving down the road when the front left tyre got BURST completely not a puncture but tyre exploded on the running road and my car met with an accident ..... It took me a 12000 buck to get my car repair just for a tyre whixh has been rusting over the past few months and i have reported the same to maruti team....at 21000 kms ... I have also got my alignment checked and still no use... Its getting flat and flat day by day .... From 5 MRF tubeless tyres 3 have been replaced with tubes and only 2 are surviving tubeles.... I have sent the burst tyre to maruti and they will be sending it to your expert team .....

Thia ia the most embaracing thing on your part that a HUGE BRAND name MRF is makin pathetic tyres which burst on the road just like that ....

I purchase one maruti swift vdi car on 23rd april 2010 where the tyres are of MRF but unfortunaty there is leakage problem in a tyre after giving the puncher mechanic he told that there is leakage problem in joint of tyre. the tyre is at mechanic shop near bhadary house rajapal chauraha pratapgarh up. i running my car without stepny which may cause major problem to me any where any time .need ur prompt resonse in this issue

I HAD TO DRIVE IN TO A MRF WHEEL BALANCING AND ALIGNMENT CENTER AT KANBARGI ROAD BELGAUM. I CHOOSE MRF FOR THE BRAND NAME IT HAS FROM YEARS BUT WAS VERY MUCH DISAPPOINTED REGARDING THE SERVICE AT THE CENTER I HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO THE ALIGNMENT THRICE BUT EVERY TIME IT WAS WORST THEN THE PREVIOUS. TODAY I CHECKED WITH AN OTHER ALIGNMENT CENTER AND FOUND THE PREVIOUS ALIGNMENT SETTINGS WERE JUST NOT RITE . TODAY THEY HAVE FIXED MY CAR SO VERY WELL. MRF WAS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND ALSO IT COULD HAVE COSTED ME A LOT AS MY TIRES WOULD WEAR OUT FOR NOT PROPERLY ALIGNED ! !

I purchased two tyre of MRF and put in the same car. Out of these two tyre one tyre is showing uneven wear and tear of tyre after using for few months on front wheel. Due to this I need to change the tyre as it could lead to serious accident. I was also forced to incurre extra expance by changing another tyre since both the tyre need to be of simillar condition for smooth running of vehical.
On approaching to the company they had refused to give the replacement of the tyres and even refuse to accept that the complaint is a manufacturing defect. The also do not provide any data based complaint analysis report to me which again indicates that they are hiding the facts to deny my claim.

I have purchased{09-nov-10} Yamaha FZS from northern motors in Faridabad but I have face some problem with tyre those along with the bike.
Every next two days the tyre has been pincher. I went your office in Faridabad but they says its mandatory that pincher has be done MRF dealer
Or fit tube in it. What nonsence I want to pit tube in my tyre so why I purchase tube less tyre & also says next time I have not made pincher in your
Bike. please solve it as soon as possible until I will make a complaint in consumer court. Give me a new tyre.

i took a new tyre three months back, and that tyre got a small cut in the tyre . i dont know how it happend, cux i never use my bike roughly,
i gave the tyre and tube for replacement to MRF, PALARIVOTTOM, KOCHI-. But they rejected my claim. i want this matter to be taken very seriously by your company and replace me a new Tyre.

I purchased a MRF tyre (tyre no: [protected], Bill no: 137) from NANDINI TYRES on dated 02/05/2010 with the guarantee of one year.
In January, 2011 this tyre become defective so I complained to dealer and he send this tyre to MRF company branch ‘Dhanbad’ for inspection but MRF is simply reply this tyre does not have any manufacturing defect and return same tyre without any compensation.

Purchased 2 MRF ZVTS Tyres from a Tyre Shoppe at Mehidipatnam. Within six months I found air bubbles in tyres. I believe, the company (quality control) rejected items are being sold at these shops.

Regret to inform you that your prime dealer at JC Road, Bangalore M/s Jamathis is into committing daylight robbery. [My bill no.2106 dated 03.02.2011 for Rs.3, 010/-] I had purchased a motorcycle tyre 140/60 R17 REVZ TL and after getting it fitted was surprised to learn that they had charged me Rs.50/- extra for fitting - where as at all the other showrooms they do it free of cost as a compliment. And when I took up this issue with the Manager at the showroom, he was reluctant to give ma proper convincing reply for the Rs.50/- extra charges and it very clearly shows that they fleece all the customers in a similar manner. As I am working for a reputed newspaper ‘Hindustan Times’ thought of bringing the above issue to your kind attention so as to put an end to the treatment meted out to the customers in future. I am sure that you would take appropriate action to stop the showroom from charging extra.
