I have purchased rear tyre for my bike and after few days the tyre started skidding so i went to that dealer so he told that you have to leave your tyre there and after 4 days he will give but i want immediately replacement please consider my request otherwise I will take any legal action

Tyre is getting puncture again and again. Dealer is not ready to accept the manufacturing defect. Went twice for type replacement but no one ready to accept the mistake. Also, dealer engineer asked me only take out tyre where I expense 250 rupees. Also, get mentally harassed by dealer. Whole day went in type issue problem. If this issue not solved. I will file a complain in consumer form.

I bought a Wandrer Tyre around one and half Year ago from authorised dealer...and warranty was given for 6 Years...but after one and half year tyre got defected and infkated from the side and got punctured...and tyre mechanic told me that puncture cannot be done beacause tyre got inlated and replace the tyre ...but when i had given the tyre to company to replace the same...company refused to do so...by saying that its not a manufacturing defect...there is not cut on tyre...but company is not ready to replace...i will case in consumer cours soon

I bought the MRF tubeless tire registered design no 178902 and 75R 0009190 DOT PE T6 NPR 09 21 in the month of August for my honda activa 3G. but after some time, the vehicle running with that tire gets air in the middle of the way. thanks

Worst experience wit MRF as wel as Raj Tyres.My tyre damaged within 1 yr & i came to kno that i was provided wrong tyre by dealer, claim also rejected.

I have already attend 16 July 2022 at Voorhees higher secondary school, 1, Anna Salai, Vellore, Tamilnadu-632001.But now untill no inform me

I purchased MRF tyre for my Activa I and the the tyre is damaged

I have purchased mrf tyre for my fz16 (140/60). It's running only 10000km only but tyre get bubble now... 2 years also not completed...

We were travelling from Jaipur to Lucknow and covered around 450 kms on that particular day including traveling in jaipur. Everything was fine and no suspicion of anything going wrong was felt. It was during the Lucknow Agra expressway, the car was at 100km/hr and the car started making bubble sound which gradually increased. It was our presence of mind that we stopped the car seeing something wrong and to our surprise the moment we saw the right side rear tyre, it was torn away drastically. There was no burst of tyre or anything other sound made but still the tyre tore apart from the rim. For information, The car Tata Altroz was bought last year in April and has covered around 23000 kms only. The car rested around 1 hour just 30 mins ago of the incident. Had it been just a min late, it could have resulted in a drastic accident. Please find attached proof video. I request you to kindly look into the matter as a major and serious case and take an action accordingly.

I had Purchased the 2 tyres for the Front side & rear tyre were change few months ago. my both front tyre were flat due to inferiror quality or production mistake as our life were at rsik as both the tyre were flat from the same location.

Got the message that as no manufacturing defect found.

we need to justice as such poor quality of the tyre can take somebody life. its lifestreating & still the company are saying its not manufacturing defect

Please do the needful & get the tyre repalced as its inhuman,

we are having 4 cars all the companies are having MRF tyre we are using it for long time there is no complaint.

I am the honest & loyal customer of MRF.

Please provide the justice to the valid complaint

My name is Advocate Rishab Jain .
I bought new Tyre of MRF company in 2017 which I bought from Balaghat showroom of MRF .
I found crack in tire in 2022 which was due to lack of quality of tires from company .
I bought tire from MRF showroom so I going to register a complaint.
On the basis of my complaint, I have received a message to give a new tire after paying a fee of Rs 579.
My complaint has been accepted but I will be given a new tyre only after paying ₹ 579, which is absolutely incorrect.
It is completely wrong to demand such maximum amount of payment from the customer during the warranty period due to which I have suffered physical, mental and financial loss along with my time.
MRF company is solely responsible for this.
My claim item under No.[protected]Sl.No.3917) is accepted against payment of Rs. 579.00 /-.

We wanted to apply for distributorship for your company, and someone named Ankit Chauhan with employee ID MRF189 using the Email Address [protected]@mrftyresdealer.org. We have no confirmation if they are a part of your company. We have already lost 1.95L to this. Please let us know if they are a legitimate employee in your company.

Dear sir,
I was purchased Honda hornet bike on dt-11.04.2019, in which MRF tyre installed.
Kindly note it is only run 15-20000 km.within this period it was completely damaged observed.
Therefore I am attaching some photos, that is easy to understand.
So my request is to change my tyre which is under warranty.

I have purchased 2 new tyres of mrf from malwa tyres sector 21 chandigarh on 1 jun 2022 whichvare almost 70 % finished after running only 5000 km. I have original bill of tyres and alignment also done same day by them where km mentioned. I want claim

I purchase new MRF tyre for my baleno Zera few days ago. After some automatic cut appears in side of the tyre. The cut was not made by any object in the road. MRF company rejected the claim. Recd msg fm MRF regretting inability to accept claim no.[protected]SL no.[protected]) as no manufacturing defect found. With this message I am not agree as there was a bubble in Car Tyre which was shown to dealer also. The matter is regretted. There is a small bubble again in another Tyre also. Sir maine tyre warrenty mai diya ...but i am a student so maine nya tyre dalwaya ...new or us purane tyre ko dealer ko de diya ...fir mujhe payment replace hone ke baad dealer bola apko nya tyre lena padega ...apko pese nhi milenge wapas...sir ye konsa tarika hua...

I've got stock tyre of your company with my bike.140/70R/17 is a unique spec tubeless tyre from your company which is not manufactured by any other company in India. Unfortunately I've encountered 6 punctures in the same tyre and it has been only 1year and 15k km.I guess the air is not able to retain in tyre anymore therefore I have to fill air in the tyre everyday.I am facing a lot of trouble because of this.I request you to please replace the tyre.

Subject – Regarding manufacturing defective tyres.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to the above cited subject, I would like to inform you that, I had purchased new tyre of make TYRE NO: [protected] from your authorised dealer i.e. M/S Naveen Tyres LTD. Belgaum on 23rd July 2022 against Bill No. 33680. which comes under warranty.
But regret to inform you that with a month of the purchase suddenly tubeless tyre started losing air, hence I took the tyre to the dealer i.e. M/s Naveen Tyres on inspection it was found that there a bubble on outer portion of the tyre.
Further he assured me that he will resolve issue and replace me with new tyre as soon as possible and took my phone number, e-mail id and on[protected] I have received a mail from MRF officials claiming that my claim for a new tyre was rejected due to “through cut on side wall due to impact with some sharp object”.
But we like to inform your good self that the damage was caused due to manufacturing defect and not by any sharp object as alleged by you, if the damage was caused due to a sharp object there would be cuts on the tyre and not a bubble.
Hence, I would like to inform you that, you are liable to replace me with a new tyre as it was manufacturing defect and not by any negligence from my side. If there is no action taken by your side and same is not replaced, I am construed to take legal action against you.
Please do needful and oblige.
