Mrs. Kamla Sarma — Residential phone not working

Dear Sir/Madam:

On behalf of my mother Mrs. Sarma I am making a complaint. I have not been able to reach her recently by calling the landline.

The phone at 23 Uma Nagar has not been working for sometime, it works for 2-3 days a month and then doesn’t work. This is of grace concern.

Please send a line man to check what is wrong with the line.
