[Resolved] Mswipe Technologies — Amount On Hold for 12 Days

I made 2 transaction on 19 Dec 2016 for 30000 each. Mswipe has released one 30000 and put the other one on hold saying that it was a duplicate transaction and wanted me to send the scanned copy of the 2 invoices. I had already sent it 1 week ago and i got an sms on the 26th Dec stating that invoices are verified and the amount will be credited in 24 hours...
Its already been 4 days since the last message and when i call the customer services they just disconnect the call and wont give proper response.I wanted to cancel this connection and have already placed a request to cancel this idiotic device for the second time.1st time they said it was an invalid no and i had do it again. The new no is TBK00811866
.Kindly please look in to the matter and release the payment.
