As i mentioned that from my bank with reference T[protected] amount of Rs. 350 is deducted. We had already surrender the terminal on 30/10/2018 and for your reference, I had attached the copy too.

However I got a message stating that mswipe has deducted INR 413.00 on 22/08/19 12:35:32 ACHDRTP ACH Mswipe Tech2416.

    I have surrendered my device on 3/07/2019 and i have been charges inr.666 today in the name of ecs. I never signed any ecs form and when tried reaching the customer care wait time is more than 10 minutes and call gets dropped.

    Tried calling the coimbatore branch at[protected], response from ms. Sonia is its not our problem and our branch manager is busy and wont speak to anyone. It is your problem contact customer care is what her response was.

    I need my refund of inr 666 and any ecs active to be cancelled right away. New kind of fraudsters needs to be addressed.

      Hi team,

      This is the 5th time i am facing the issue with the machine. Machine shows the following error "system halt ikek tamper sr 0x00010103". This happens every now and then. Can you please give me a permanent solution as i am really pissed off with this and i might discontinue the services if this persist.

        Hi Consumer Complaint,

        There is a hold of payment of 15, 000 by MSWIPE. A/c - [protected]_MANDEEP SINGH

        I have received the mail stating that payment is on hold for swiping my own card with MSWIPE device..I have called the customer care and they informed me that I have swiped my own card so they have held the payment and told me to send an email stating I will not swipe my card again. Which I have mail for the same.

        As there was continuous swiping of my own card I have apologized for the same and requested MWIPE to return back the payment to the swiped card for which they have failed.

        The executive has visited the business place and verified the same and all the document have been submitted.

        Business-related details have been submitted at the time of applying for the machine.

        I Request the department to take action on the same.

          I raised a concern to close my account and take that machine which you provided me on but no one is coming to pick up the machine and they are charging me monthly fee even though i'm not using that machine. They always say that their executive came and called but no one answered. The reality is no one will come neither they will pick up the product nor they meet us in person. No proper resolution is provided even after multiple calls. I'm trying to close this account for 1 year. The complaint no. Is tdk05141216. And even they charged 5000/- unnecessary from my account.

              I have done transaction on 21st july 2019 in favour of myntra for rs. 1667.00. The transaction was failed and amount got deducted from my debit card. I have done the transaction again and it was successful but the amount deducted two times from my different debit cards of different bank accounts. I don’t have any contact number of merchant. I have contacted myntra but they told me that they have recieved the payment once only.

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice that i have applied for an pos machine from your company. I paid a cheque amounting of rs. 6254/- for installation & advance rental for 1 year on 27-jun-19. I gave all the required documents pertaining to the same for the device on the same day. I was given assurance by mr. Prabhjeet singh that the device will be installed in 1 week. Now on 18-jul i got a call from your team to give an authorization letter, which i gave them in merely 2 hours.

                    Now it's my humble request to you either install the device in next 24 hours or else refund my amount along with interest. Failure in this deadline will force me to the legal course of action.

                        Dont believe tele sales person s.. For the sake of targets they communicate what we say and do as they wish once the deal is done. I will illustrate my problem. I have got call from mswipe executive for machine by name ritu. She explained me the wariants and finally i like one and selected. Then we had discussion on charges and finally @1.4% she said she had taken approval for all cards irrespective of credit card segment and asked me to send all docs as requested by her. Everything was done and when i called customer care and enquired abt charges then they told its 1.9% for premium segment cards and 3% for amex card. Where ritu told me flat 1.4% for all cards. Now when i called her she started stating i didnt say that. This how mswipe cheats the clients for their business. Very cheap company maintaining cheap quality executivities. Very ridiculous. To cover the issue now ritu has started transferring calls to her colleagues asking them to speak to me. Till now four members had called me for conviencing the same. One of the # company. Kindly return back the money or decrease the rate by1.4% as committed.

                        This complaint was posted on 11 july but till date u didnt respond.. Even the executive is not responding to the issue and i have all proofs to submit you.

                          I had deactivated my account long back with complaint number 04966078. I was told by the customer care executive that the account has been deactivated and there won't be anymore transactions or charges. But every month i am being charged even though am not using the device. I need an immediate action on this and refund the charges that i have been levied on my account. With the comittment of life time rental charges. They told me that i am paying full cost of machine so rental charges will be free in future.. But mswipe compny ischarging 354 rupees..                               Mr Arshad Mr Ashish had installed swipe machine on 7000 rupees payment through pnb cheque no 586783 debited from accont on 17/4/2017.with the comittment of life time rental charges .they told me that i am paying full cost of machine so rental charges will be free in future. .but mswipe compny ischarging 354 rupees..now Arshad & Ashish is kot recieving my phone call.i have registered my complaint on customer care service yesterday .complaint no .PBK

                                As i am not using the mswipt machine anymore, hence, i want to surrender the same.
                                I called the customer care and asked them to deactivate my account and take back the machine, that was two month back.
                                However no one came to pick the devise nor my account got deactivate, and rs 600 was deducted from mt account for june.
                                I called the customer care again and requested them to take the device and deactivate the account however, till date nothing has happened.
                                Now this month is also coming to end and they will deduct the amount again.

                                  This is the 4th time they have put hospital payment on hold for no fault of ours. Repeated e mails and toll free calls are not helping. I feel if they suspect anything they shld call the card holder or us. Why our payment is put on hold? Since the amount has been deducted from consumers bank they refuse to pay us. And m swipe is adamant on holding back the payment. Need urgent solution

                                    MSwipe employee collected Money and provided false updates.. Its been almost 2 months now.. When ever I am calling customer care they are saying they will refund 3700 only where I have paid 5000.. There is no answer for that and later 2 days they called me after keep on writing mails, but when ever I get call they say they will get back to me 30mins and no one used to call me.. When ever I tried to reach over customer care, they says team is not available and will ask to give call back.. All those are false.. Finally they are playing drama that they are asking to surender device which they didn’t allocate it after collecting money.. No answer.. Worst in service.. For further details there is mail chain which I can forward

                                    Yesterday I got call from MSwipe team and stated that they are not responsible for amount collected from their Employee and I need to check with him and get it resolved.. They are unable to trace their device and blaming customer now they gave Device.. Final answer I got is they can’t help in this case..

                                    Clearly my case can be taken as example for MSwipe Tech is looting money from Public.. I have been suggested by lawyer to file a suit so that we can ask for compensation as well, as we have proofs that MSwipe is responsible for collecting money

                                      I had called up the customer care for mswipe on 30-Apr as well as on 7th May 2019 and after discussing with their customer retention team, they had agreed to take back the mswipe machine and close our relationship, since we are planning to close our shop. Till June 2019 end, no one came to collect the machine from our shop, and all of a sudden on 24-June, they have debited Rs 1298 as monthly rental for 2 months from our linked savings account in HDFC. When I saw this charge and called their customer care on 5th July, their customer care says that we tried calling you on your mobile few times, but no one picked up the call, and hence we did not collect the machine and charged the rental. They also told our customer retention team will call you within 48 hrs and resolve this. No one has called till now. How is this ethical ? This is complete fraud on MSWIPE's part. When I have cancelled my machine on 7th May itself and haven't even used it in past 2 months, how can they charge me for it ? I want my 1298 Rs back and immediate closure of my relationship with them. They can come and collect the machine from the shop whenever they want as per the shop timings. Please help in this regards as their customer care is not helping in any way. My user id for mswipe is [protected].

                                        I am neeraj goel prop jai ambey industries having 2 machine after doing many complaint my machine was not taken back why and as i had signed ecs mandate they are regualry deducting money and i regularly doing comapint to take back there machine as i dont want it but there staff not coming and then they charge for next month
                                        This company is tottaly fraud they release my 1lk trasnction in 23 days and charge 2750 for 1 lk
                                        Please help me how i treat with them
