Applied for a new connection, no proper status updates on the application, the sales officer named awaz shariff, not responding to calls after the payment was done. When called the customer care, to request for a refund, executive named farhana, told that mswipe does not send their sales officer for any document collection to the client location, all their process is online based. And told me to contact the concerned sales officer for the refund. When i told the sales officer is not responding to calls, she advised me to personally visit mswipe technologies, bangalore office and meet the sales officer.
The staff are totally unprofessional, and fraudulent.
Want a refund for my application. No. Happ00316181 at the earliest.

    Respected sir/madam

    On july 1 2019 i have done a payment of rs1400 from a card using a mswipe machine. Though the payment was done successfully. But on the other day when the payment was settled to my account was 1365rs they deducted my payment without my information and was not received full payment. And if there is any charges applied the person from mswipe told me that there are no charges with payment more than 2000rs from any debit credit card

      I have mswipe machine in my showroom but i am not satisfied with machine performance it’s always show “connecting gate way “ and not accepting cards, and whenever i tried to contact local person they change their company, and whenever i tried to reach customer care number same thing not receiving call and cut the call it’s self, i am very disappointed with mswipe, kindly remove my service and cancle my connection as soon as possible.         Super jewellers this side... It's a real painful decision for me to get your pos machine over hdfc machine... As your agent said that the new billing software is for jewellers but it's of no use... Than your agent showed me the best thing in your machine was an emi option that i am gonna get but what i came to knw after installation it's not there for me... I really need a answer for this and will file a complaint in consumer court for your false promises that you made to merchant to sell your products or else i need u to make sure emi option enabled on my pos device.

          Hello,

          Myself mr. Harish chhabra.
          I was sent a pos machine this january, haven't used it once because of the fake promises made by their sales team.

          Recently i found out they have auto deducted money from my bank account, in all they have taken rs.[protected] + 2240) from me.

          I spent all of the day before yesterday trying their customer care number but it was to no avail, when i finally managed to get someone on call they said they would send some tomorrow, but no one came.

          I really need to get rid of this machine and need a refund for all the charges they have inflicted on me.

            Myself dr. Mahesh gupta practicing in jaipur rajasthan as a dental surgeon. Mr. Hemant and mr. Dinesh came to me 3 times and motivate me to go for m swipe pos machine. They bring my documents and a cheque of rs. 1770 for this in 6 june 2019. They assure me that the pos machine will be installed within 7 days. But now there is no response.               I am from super jewellers.. I order your EDC machine at my outlet 15 days back and still there is no positive response from your team and cant track status detail.
              If you install that machine in a day or two plz refund my amount so that I can change to some better company for EDC or mbos machine if you are not able to resolve this problem

                I am ashwini laxttiwar, i am not using any type of mswipe machine, you can check transaction over there, still 413 per month money is deducting from my account.
                Please check account on name of ashwini laxttiwar sbi bank.
                It is deducted for 4 months. If it will go like this, i need to file complaint against this. Because unnecessarily deducting money. Please confirm my refund also.

                  after that I didn't get back properly.

                    I had done a transaction on 01.06.2019 via mswipe for paying my gym fees using by debit card. The first message i received after the transaction was claimed to be failed. When again I tried the message I received was insufficient balance. When I checked the bank statement, I saw that the amount has been deducted but the merchant didn't receive the money. It's been more than 10 days that I've tried lodging a complaint in the bank but the bank's website is unable to lodge a complaint too! Resolve this issue and return my money asap!

                    As per the complaint received, We would like to inform you that the transaction done on 01st June, 2019 for INR 6000/- (twice) was failed due to error from the bank end [Invalid Transaction and Not Sufficient Funds].In such case we have not received any Fund against the failed transaction and the same SMS you have received by Mswipe.
                    Requesting you to check with your card holder’s bank as the amount is lying in the suspense account of his bank itself.
                    I swipe10200/- amount on 10/6/2019 but it amount not deposited to my account we will try to get I already sent bill copy and other documents but your customer care no response

                          With regard to my complaint registered on 25/5/19 (No[protected], i am extremely disappointed to see no response from your team even after 3 days!
                          My registered mobile number is [protected].
                          My machine began showing some sign "data held..." from saturday and i had called regarding the same. I was asked to gently press on the button at the centre bottom on the back for few seconds to reboot the software which i did.
                          From then on, the machine does not switch on at all!
                          It is difficult for us small merchants to work without the machine since we don't have other bank swipe machine and its affecting my collection.
                          Hope that my issue will be solved today itself

                            Respected sir, my aplication no is happ00264427. I have done full payment on 16/05/2019 by cheek but still mswipe not instolated. Also previously 1800/- rs amount paid to aso via rtgs still it is not revaerted back. I have all details about above matter. I dont understand why it become to late. Since 2 month i am following with mswipe aso but there is to late response. As i am distributor of bharat gas agency i need pos machine. So please look in to matter. Thanks sir.

                              I swiped a card for ₹104000 for which i got the message instantly that it is approved, and on the basis of that i have issued cheques to my vendors on the same day. The next day i got the message the payment has been put on hold. I have mailed all the required proofs for the transaction but still payment has not been cleared. If any of the issued cheques get bounced will mswipe take the blame for it by holding my money. No high value transaction limit clause was discussed at the time of signing up. I request the team to clear my funds. The machine number is [protected].

                                Iam using your mswipe machine in the name of s. Valli, i recently swiped a transaction for sum of rs.1, 00, 000/- on 23.05.2019, and my money was withheld due to high value transactions, and i was not at all informed that a high value transaction requires a intimation before swiping it and to the utter dismay i was not informed with such an restrictions during installation, and i received a mail insisting for a invoice and i updated my invoice and after that, inquiring your customer care they are again asking for my company registration certificate, as per the law, there is no need for a small scale company to be registered, and below 20, 00, 000/- no gst required, and now you are creating so many issues which affects my company projects and without no authority you cannot hold my money, is your mswipe technology is having a valid power to investigate?? Are you anywhere related to investigation authority?? Kindly release my transaction as since i have submitted my invoice details related to that transactions, else send me your valid authorized address to send a legal notice to sue you with help of my lawyer

                                My amount of 25000 is hold from 17 May, 2019 onwards.I didn't get my money back yet.I am trying to get help from many of your customer care executives even one of your supervisor.I am not satisfied with your executives and in words it's just waste of time by calling your customer care again.What will I do to get money back?

                                  I am marieswari i closed my shop in september 2018 and call to mswipe costumer care informed them then they say you have outstanding amount i paid the outstanding amount. Then say two or three days we callect the mswipe machine but still not collect the machine but not they sent bill rs.3700. Please help me

                                    I have purchased one machine of m swipe and because of no use i have submitted the machine back to one of your sales adviser people.

                                    Still my rent is deducted from my account instant of several mail to your help id and all your calling agent that was my whole life mess repeating the same script again and again.

                                    If you help id is for help so can i know which help they provide to customer.

                                    And i want to clear that one of your guys says that please provided receipt of machine submission, while purchasing of machine i have given amount cheque did you guys gives any receipt, how i will know that i will get receipt.

                                    My whole life biggest full and idioty was this thing to purchased the machine from you.

                                    The pathetic customer experience i get to know from your side.

                                    Hi, A Big thanks to Mswipe and Anjum Khanna for solving the query. The day my complaint raised on same day in evening i got call from Anjum khanna and we had all discussion over my issue as he promised to solve the issue in 2 working days. As yesterday on 3rd June i have get my whole amount refund in my account. Thanks M swipe and team for your big support and solving my querry

                                      Their sales person named nagesh collected 2773 rupees from me for mswipe machine and then stopped receiving my calls. I did not receive any swiping machine and only received messages saying my application is on hold due as required documents are missing. I called their customer care and asked them to cancel my request as this is pending from more than a month and asked them to refund my money, they gave me a complaint id[protected] and informed me that their team will contact me. Nobody from their team have contacted me, nor have they refunded the money. Please help in refunding my money.
                                      I had earlier raised a complaint in the same forum, but they marked it as resolved without refunding my money.

                                      We have done a transaction on Mswipe Technologies device on the 13th May 2019 and the credit has not come to our account. We have been writing to them but have not got any revert from them, except the standard automated email replies.

                                        I have done the transaction on 9th may of amount rs12020 after some time because, of some reason i have cancelled that transaction through mswipe machine.

                                        Amount has been deducted from the customer account. I have contacted to mswipe they told me that amount will be refunded within 7 days.

                                        Still, customer is waiting he does not received any refund, why it's taking so long...
