Payment of 12000 is not received from makeup I have complained Many times. Still my amount is in pending. They are not clearing that amount. I have complained many times and also shared my call details. Payment was done on 31/10/2019 of 12000. But still mswipe is showing pending. Please take strict action on my case.       I take a loan of one lakh by m-swap before they told me before you pay monthly emi with ecs and i signed all documents for ecs after dissbusal of loan your executive called me and told me your ecs is not activated so please pay your emi with card then i swap my card with rs. 10000 after one week of my swap my payment on hold m - swap not deduct my emi then the payment of 10000 is reverse back on card. On next day again your executive called me and say your outstanding emi is 7500 so please repeat again swap and i again done swap of rs. 8000 with your swaping machine. Today i got again call from priya she is very rude on phone and she says my 21 days installment is pending i told her the full story and i say i already pay 8000 rs. Then how will it's possible to overdue of 21 days she said i don't know but you have to pay the amount i ask for our loan schedule or welcome letter she said we don't provide anything and talk very bad manners. I requested to her you guys go for ecs, she says we don't go for ecs and not give any loan schedule or welcome letter. Please take this matter seriously i am already pay my emi and ready to pay as per schedule but that lady priya is called me without any proper history of my loan and shouted on me please take necessary action against her.         I swiped a card of ₹74000 on 6/11/2019 on my pos machine at my shop which was succesfully swiped but mswipe didnt credited this amount in my account. Customer take cloths of ₹74000 in against he swiped that card. I call to mswipe customer care but they didnt give proper response. I am very disappointed. I need this money as early as possible.             It is the worst company. It has put the transaction on hold. It has been more than a month. After providing all the details also it is not releasing the transaction. Customer care executives also don't respond to it.
            I am literally tired of it. Still I have not got my amount back. This company is bloody thief.

              Hello sir, i am from jindal paints, phillaur. Registered mobile no. [protected]. I swipe rs 20000 and they deduct rs 590 as mdr charges which is totally a cheating with customer. I already call to customer care before swipe and they said this is a gift card and we deduct only 0.40% charges. But after swipe they deduct 2.95% as mdr charges. Plz refund my payment and clear this matter. Mswipe cheat with customer and not provide accurate information.

                  My escalaion was not regarding updation of bank account details. Once penalised so heavily by your firm would never ever dare to use link sale transaction for any of my customers. My transaction amount of 2650 is still due to be credited to my sbi account since 22nd october 2019.

                  Will it be returned with bank interest of 20 days now?

                  I wonder your team is so poor in understanding basic english. More so your onroll employees are equally in effective on the field. Mr mukesh patel in indore who has been assigned to handle payment related queries does not respond to calls n reverts stating y message can i call you later.

                  Is this is what your firm mswipe pays employees for?

                  Please stick to my query of my amount not been credited to my account which is clearly mentioned in the subject tooi need an urgent resolution for the same

                        I have installed m swipe machine at my shop located at dwarka under name "de' kriollo".
                        I had paid 6 month charges in advance for the same machine on june 12, 2019. Still till oct 31, 2019 m swipe has deducted monthly charges of rs. 413 out of my daily settlement amount for each month
                        Hereby i request you to refund the amount which you have deducted on july 31, august 31, sept 30 and oct 31.
                        And i have been following up m swipe from 2nd august 2019. During this period they have asked me several proofs and related documents for several times and every time i provided them the requested documents. Still they have not refunded the said amount.

                        Kindly look in to the matter and help me to get my amount refunded.

Kindly check whether both transaction were successful & you have given services for both transactions to your client then only share us two separate clear and full image of invoices with company stamp and sign for hold transaction or else raise refund to cardholder request for failed transaction.Other bank might raise charge-back for excess payment.

                            From my dental clinic, mswipe machine was taken by the mswipe concerned person in the month of may.
                            After that they didn't cut money from account till september, but suddenly now on the month of september and october, suddenly they started cutting rental money from my account, this month they cut 3481, last month 590 was cut.
                            How can this happen.
                            Disconnect the device and revert back my money at the earliest.

                              Dear Govt of India

                              MSwipe employees have been contacting me for documents for a loan to be processed of 1, 44, 000.

                              I was told that the loan will be processed after documents submission which were provided duly to mswipe employee, name : Darsha

                              I was then told to give physical copy of documents which I requested a written proof that they will return my documents if the application is not cleared.

                              The company didn't send me any written confirmation and has not been picking my calls. I need my documents back as they are personal identity proof and under IPC 468(2), its under financial fraud and improper conduct of the company.

                              Please assist.

                              Secondly, no customer support number! For name sake they have a toll free number(which will not work)

                                Hi i was promised by satish dethe - area sales officer to get machine delivered by 17th october and from then he is not responding properly and is lying. His behavior is not at all accepted and he is rude many times. I had taken machine on commitment that it will be delivered by thursday. Today he is disconnecting my calls and is not responding to my calls and messages. This is not the way to behave with customer and lie with them and keep them in dark to get the order. Highly unprofessional employee like satish dethe brings serious bad name to their company. Request seniors to intervene and take immediate necessary action against such employees. I have had loss of business since machine was not delivered to me at right time. Kindly intervene and take necessary actions.

                                    Your field officer mr. Vikrant dubey came to me at my shop on 10th september 2019 and convinced me to buy your mswipe machine. I paid inr 5000 and my request was approved on 18th september 2019. Since then the status is showing 'installation pending'. I have called your several times to mr vikrant dubey and he has not picked a single call of mine and i have called your custumer care and they are always ready with some nuisance. Today we called your custumer care and told each n every thing about the situation we are facing and this time they are saying we are not aware of any such installation request. I told them that i am filing a police complaint against your company to which your customer care said we are not affraid of it do whatever you want to do. I have all the voice recodings, application number against my payment.
                                    Kindly look into my matter as soon as possible else i will proceed with the legal actions againt your company

                                      I have requested for deactivation of mswipe device. Your executive mani [protected] had taken the mswipe device via ref no TBK05703027 but till date he is not deactivating the device and charges are being deducted from my account for no reason.

                                      I have requested several times to your customer care regarding this but no response is provided. I want to deactivate my device immediately and receive refund of all the charges made.

                                        I paid rs.1770 for mswipe machine on 24.08.2019 at that time executive mr. Harshit and area sales officer pallabi roy said it will take 7to 10 days to install the machine but after the payment she never received any call or give any information. Till date i have not received it. So i repeatedly tell them to refund my money or sent a written mail for the update. But they never did it. So i request u to help me regarding this issue. Because i need the machine urgently. If they can't provide the machine they should refund my money. I am highly unsatisfied with the service of mswipe and of course with the area sales officer and team.
