      This is gagandeep kukreja owner crazy talk nagpur. I have paid for your high end machine which comes with software and swapping receipt. You have provided me with that mobile type machine model s220. Monthly charges paid by me is also that of high end machine. I have complained many times at your call centers but got no response. Iam sorry to say if this continues for one more month i'll be going for legal action against you.

        Hi sir. I chirag dagar from the filling station-park centra building, sector-30 gurugram, haryana (Food outlet) applied for a mswipe wisepad machine on 29th nov 2019 and did the payment of 1770₹ on same day. After that real trauma start. I chased them on customer care, [protected]@mswipe.com and sale executive sangeeta. On 18th dec they gave us g2 machine which i never wanted and started charging me rent. I contacted there sale executive sangeeta and she asked me to raise a complaint for refund but when i asked for refund they refused and not replying for email also.
        2nd thing-they are saying that a machine of there company is already installed at my work place from them which is totally false. I asked them to show me when i requested a machine from them and the payment which i did to them. For this also they are not replying but they deduct around 5300₹ for the rent for this device which i never had. Before applying to there machine i was using ezswype company card machine.

            The company gives pathetic after sales service & the machine doesn't works at all.
            The sales executive never answers the phone call or never calls back.
            Have told him so many times that i need my money back... The company has looted me.
            I tried contacting the area manager, but even hi is least interested. Nobody answers the call nor do they reply.
            I have a made a payment of rs. 5899 through cheque.
            I need my money back as the machine is of no use at all.

India that my problem is still not resolved and if Mswipe is claiming that they have resolved my issue, Could you please prove it how have you resolved my issue as I have still not got my refund back nor my device is replaced.

                Please send somebody to pick this mswipe machine.. Its not working i want to surrender this..                   Dear sir,
                  My 2 payments of 8th dec. Are on hold which are of total value 2, 29, 829.
                  At first day i receive the message that i have to upload invoice for the release of the payment. When i upload the invoice.
                  Then i get the error that my business is not accordance to invoice. Actually my nature of business is clearly mentioned in the documents i provided at the time of purchase of device. So then i get the message that it was ok. But now the ticket booked my me is not verified by mswipe on the online portal and there is confirmation pending from card holder bank.
                  Is this the way you give me the reason one by one.
                  One thing if you are unable to verify ticket on online portal that is not my problem. And second thing the bank of card holder doesn't take 10 days to verify any payment.
                  I will now really take help of justice court consumer court if you will not release my amount in next 7 working days.

                    Mswipe excutive mr qamarul sheikh shared special plan of rs 200 per month rental and no deposit for g2 mswipe new connection and took 1240 amt payment as 6 months advance rental on sep 29/2019. And after that new returned back. Plan on my account shows 350 rental.. Ur excutives are fooling customer just to get their target done.in this case i dont want to continue ur machin and request to terminate services. Pls take action on this

                        Sir/ madam,
                        Due to heavy loss in my business i have closed my business and mswipe account on april 2018. The mswipe sales rep took my device and he told i will get the confirmation my sms. After that i have not gotten any confirmation.
                        But in the year 2018 mswipe took around 4000 rs from my account via auto debit. I have attached the statement for the same.
                        In the year 2019 mswipe took around 6430 rs from my account via auto debit. I have attached the statement for the same.
                        Even i noticed there are lots of double & triple times debited from my account for the same month.
                        All the above transaction i came to know recently and i compliant to mswipe. They mentioned i have not returned my device. But, the mswipe sales rep collected my device. Since i do not have proof, they told me to pay 2500 online so that my account gets closed and i will get my account closure confirmation. So, i paid but till now i have not gotten my confirmation. I have the following question before i took this to legal case to claim my amount as well as consumer court
                        1. Why i have not gotten confirmation since i returned by device?
                        2. Since no business transaction happened after 2018 april why there is auto debit amount increased as well as double & trible debit in the same month till date?
                        3. Now even after complaint and paid 2500 rs for not returned the device i have not got confirmation?

                            I received the Mswipe wisepos new machine on 5th Dec 2019. The guy who came to deliver gave me the machine and instructed me to create a login credential for mswipe account. But when I bought the machine the sales executive told me that this machine has an inbuilt inventory app where you can manage all the stock. At the time of installation, the person doesn't know about it and he asks me to contact Mswipe customer care. I did the same now it is around 7 days I am following up with them. When I call Mswipe customer care, they said that they will arrange a call within 2 hours or half an hour from mventry department and the call never comes. If comes it gets dropped. I have a total of 5 issues related to my mventry app.
                            1. I cannot edit inventory (I want to edit stock)
                            2. Bill is not getting print
                            3. QR code is not working
                            4. I cannot add supplier
                            5. Company address is different

                              I did a transaction of 55000on 29th of november and because they told me not to swipe my own card i asked them to refund the money back to the card on 1st of december.
                              Its been 7 days but still the money haven't been credited back to my card, i sent number of mails and they say money will be refunded soon, how soon is this?

                              I want to file this complaint with you to take strict action against them and help me getting my money back.

                                  I want to register complaint against this company as i have bought their machine for my restaurant business in faridabad and have been trying to reach them for almost 4 months but they donot care about their customers and don't give any response after selling their machines. The person who sold these machines is no more doing job there and also unable to give response. Everytime i call them their customer care number executives tell us that he will soon arrange call with the required person but no response i got till date, iam very disappointed with their services please try to resolve this issue.

                                    I have 3 mswipe device and

                                    All 3 devices i raised a request to cancel it through calling mswipe customer care.

                                    Initially they said, they will give grace period for 3 months (Without rent) and after 3 months if still i don't want to use then they will cancel it.

                                    So after 3 months, i called them again and asked them to cancel it. So they confirmed that its cancelled and during that time they said device is not require to surrender.

                                    But now i see that the rent for device is deducted and they are asking device to surrender.

                                    I initially paid rs.2000 for a device. If i surrender a device then they are saying the device amount will not be refund.

                                    I had ordered M swipe machine on 12th Oct, 2019. One of the TL from M swipe visited my shop and I had paid him Rs. 3500. But when even 15 days they not provided me machine I complaint to their customer support but they told system is not working.
                                    Now even after several follow up I am empty hand.

                                      I am into jewellery business and the pos given to me is of third quality... I complaint it to many of your executive and even on your site... But you are not bother with customer discomfort... The machine is useless its printer.. Its sim card detection... I am facing all the time.
                                      . If you cant solve my problem plz discontinue my pos as its really useless for me

As per the complaint received, we have gone through the terminal details, Merchant payment has been stop due to incomplete KYC for same we had tried to contact the merchant on his registered mobile number [protected] but there was no response from his hand. To release his stop payment merchant need to share his Adhar card pen card and business registration proof.
                                        Registered mobile number: [protected]. I've received the cancellation mail a week ago but till not there is no update on my refund. No one is contacting us. Please call me to this number [protected] and update the refund status.
                                        Worst customer service you have they keep on telling us to wait for 48 hours but nothing goes on.
