we have been fooled and cheated by mswip

We got a mswipe machine from metro... Rules is all the transaction done will be tranfers to the shopkeepers account. But it didnt happen the amount of 5000rs has not been sent to our account. mswipe instrument not working

We are unable to swipe the cards as swipe machine is not responding any ways. Machine is not swiping cards or showing last transactions or anything.
We took the sim card out, put it again and have tried our best. But machine is not working. Since we are hospital, repairing is urgent. Patients are complaining because they do not come with cash since we swipe cards.
