I have recieved a reply mail from your concerned department in which it is written that my complaint is forwarded to your higher concerned department and they will reply back in 'several days'. It seems you are playing with words and how seriously you are taking this issue i can see this.
Kindly dont play with words and act upon the issue seriously. I request you to atleast give a definite time period to solve my issue.

    Your field officer mr. Vikrant dubey came to me at my shop on 10th september 2019 and convinced me to buy your mswipe machine. I paid inr 5000 and my request was approved on 18th september 2019. Since then the status is showing 'installation pending'. I have called your several times to mr vikrant dubey and he has not picked a single call of mine and i have called your custumer care and they are always ready with some nuisance. Today we called your custumer care and told each n every thing about the situation we are facing and this time they are saying we are not aware of any such installation request. I told them that i am filing a police complaint against your company to which your customer care said we are not affraid of it do whatever you want to do. I have all the voice recodings, application number against my payment.
    Kindly look into my matter as soon as possible else i will proceed with the legal actions againt your company

      I have requested for deactivation of mswipe device. Your executive mani [protected] had taken the mswipe device via ref no TBK05703027 but till date he is not deactivating the device and charges are being deducted from my account for no reason.

      I have requested several times to your customer care regarding this but no response is provided. I want to deactivate my device immediately and receive refund of all the charges made.

        I paid rs.1770 for mswipe machine on 24.08.2019 at that time executive mr. Harshit and area sales officer pallabi roy said it will take 7to 10 days to install the machine but after the payment she never received any call or give any information. Till date i have not received it. So i repeatedly tell them to refund my money or sent a written mail for the update. But they never did it. So i request u to help me regarding this issue. Because i need the machine urgently. If they can't provide the machine they should refund my money. I am highly unsatisfied with the service of mswipe and of course with the area sales officer and team.

          My mswipe no.[protected] and my last transaction amounts a sum of rs. One lakh was failed to credit into my account and the same was now freezed at your end past a week unfortunately.
          If the card was swiped by the cardholder and the same amount to be redirected to the beneficiary or else if failed, the same ought to be redeposited to the swiped card holder account but it is strange now you are indulging in financial irregularities under the guise of dictating unethical procedure which is unwarranted and unreasonable attitude that you are exhibiting.
          It is highly deplorable in indulging such fraudulent act.

I don't want purchase mswip machine and please refund my amount back.for three days mail to helpdesk but not replied. I give them invoice number in help line number but not replayed yet.

            Received 0%mdr offer sms & transacted for 48999 but normal mdr deducted. I registered the complaint then i got only 507 partial refund. Not the exact amount.
            September 30 2019
            Received the sms as 0% mdr offer for all transactions.
            Then transacted for 60, 000.
            But normal mdr charges applied.
            Then what's the offer?
            Registered lots of complaints and mails but no (Refund) response yet.

              Dear sir/ madam
              I am ketan aggarwal want to say that i applied for rent free wisepad only device on 25/09/19 with amount rs 1770, but due to some personnel reason i dont want to install any device. So i called mswipe customer care on 2nd oct 2019 to cancel my application happ[protected]M/s trend shop) they give me complaint number tbk05747534 and told me your application would be cancelled and you will be refunded with deduction of 350rs.. Next day i mail to customer care regarding this issue they called me and said they will not refund me but your device will be short closed if you want i told them to short close and please cancel my application as soon as possible and acknowledge or inform me by mail. They give me another reference no. Tbk05754546. After that i called so many times for confirming that my application is cancelled or not. But every time customer care people say we escalated your complaint.
              After that no one called me no information is provided to me about status of my application.

              Please help me i dont want to install any mswipe device.

                Registered mob. No. [protected]. My mventry software is not working from last 2-3 months and i got tired of calling and register complaints.. Every time your customer care executives gives an complaint and after that no response comes from your end. I am paying you around rs. 900 every month not for wasting my time..                   This issue is still not fixed i had complained about this couple of months back, again someone called from your end and said i will be charged if i dont use the pos, firstly wrong pos was forcibly delivered when i was in hospital, then there was so much of hassle regarding this, i dont want to use your service, take your machine back, your person has configured the pos on someone elses phone to test, my number is [protected] company name mera puppy company phone [protected], take this machine back.
                  I would not recommend mswipe to any business people, they have the worst service in the world.

                    Hi,

                    My account number is [protected] in the name of epitome stitches.

                    On 27th sep there's a deduction of inr 300 and on 30th sep there's deduction of inr 4, 420 with multiple transaction of inr 300x14 and one transaction for inr 220.

                    When i contacted the customer care on 1st oct 2019 for the same, i was informed to sent an email with proof of transactions made. On 3rd oct i received an reply requesting me to provide the bank statement which should contain account number, account holder name and ifsc code and after that there's no reply or call from mswipe.

                    Today, 9th oct, when i contacted the customer care i was informed that since from last 3 months i haven't used the device it is charged but its refundable if i make a transaction of inr 10, 000 and above.

                    1st of all why was the unauthorized esc transaction made in account and even though i am not using your services/device monthly rental has been dedcuted without any delay.

                    Please refund the amount which is charged in my account.

                    We had made a transaction of INR 5, 500 on 18th Oct 2019 and same was credited in our account on 19th Oct 2019.

                    And, still we didn't receive the refund charged as recovery cost charged for non transacting device of INR 4, 720.

                    Please acknowledge the same and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                      This is to keep you inform that i have applied for pos machine of your company on 29-august-2019 and i made a payment of rs-8496/- regarding same through cheque no. 325444 dated[protected].
                      The cheque gets cleared from my hand but i didn't received any pos machine till yet and no any confirmation call or msg regarding this.
                      As i asked to your sales executive named anil agarwal and lalit ji ([protected]) about this, they didn't response my call or message from last month.
                      What should i think they frauds with me or they are representing your company as this type of service.
                      As an being leader in this industry this way you treat your clients or customers?
                      It is really regretful, you should take an proper action on him so that your faith remains continues same, and refund our amount on the same bank earliest.

                        We got a mswipe machine from metro... Rules is all the transaction done will be tranfers to the shopkeepers account. But it didnt happen the amount of 5000rs has not been sent to our account. The amount is fruged by mswipe, if we doesnt get our money we will have step court because for us each and every paise is important!!!! i request to to slove this as soon as possible

                              Yesterday i had been charged incorrectly through one of the merchant being connected to eswip, please at least tell me the status of the void transaction.
                              Date of incident : 2-oct-2019

                              The merchant entered wrong amount, which is quite huge.
                              I have already requested to void this transaction and have been received a text message as well. But when called customer service care, people there are not providing me the status of this refund.

                              Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                                I am following up with mswipe since one month as i am getting error of system halt, but there is no response from mswip company and now i am really irritated.

                                I wish to log a complain in consumer forum regarding fradulant and ignorant behaviour of mswipe company.

                                Please assist me as my entire business have gone on stake due to mswipe

                                  I use wisepad hardly 3 or 4 month after that i regularly get problem in machine, technician come change the machine purposly and next day same problem occurs i have also submitted to surrender this machine but no satisfaction reply i applied 2- 3 time but no come to pick the machine worst service ever face by them.. tickets no tbk05601604

                                    Every month one payment is going on hold and customer care agents are not giving respect to me they had put my call on hold about 35 min purposely and customer care agents are giving wrong hope and taking too much time till now the they have do this many times
                                    In month of april they have given me my payment of rs 700 hundred and in the month pf august they have also not given my payment of rs 2377 and now this month they are not giving my payment of rs 900 aproximately and they doing fraud to me.

                                      This is to inform that i have discontinued my business last year 2018 dec, and requested to close my mswipe account with the customer service, they asked me to hold the machine with me which you can use in future business, so that you can pay a zero rental amount for that. I have paid that amount and so far there was no issues, now yesterday (27.09.19) suddenly mswipe has been debited my account inr 590 for no reason, proof attached below, screen shot of bank statement and sms alert.

                                      This is totally unacceptable. Immediately refund my money. Or else i will take it legally.

                                      Make sure you disable my account permanent. Do not wish to do any business in future.

                                      Nothing has been happened dated till now and no one is came to collect device back.
                                      Amount refund of 590 Recieved back. Device not yet collected back. I am afraid this will happen again. One lousy representative called a month back to collect the device but so far no news or no one came to collect the device yet.

                                        I had used mswipe in[protected] and then surrendered the device and requested for deactivation of my account with mswipe. But today after six months, rs. 3540 has been deducted from my boi account without any notice or information which is totally illegal. It is not acceptable that mswipe keep my bank details without my permission after deactivation of device and closing. Please check from your end and refund my money back or else i will have to go for legal action.
