On april 22nd 2019, i opened a cafe in bengaluru. I had customers who wanted to use their debit/ credit card for their purchase.

I looked online for options and in one of the paid ads on google search, i found the link of your company. I filled in my details.

In sometime at around 3pm, i received a call from an mswipe executive mr. Satish dente from no. +91 [protected]. He explained to me that the machine would

Cost rs. 1475 and it would be in my hands in 4 working days. I asked how sure was he, he said sir, send me the docs immediately, i will process by tonight and it would reach me in 4 working days. At 3:46 pm, i have sent him all the required documents and the payment confirmation.

In the night i got a confirmation call that my application has moved forward. I waited patiently all the way till 27th may. I called mr. Satish numerous times. He kept answering and assuring me that the machine is on the way and it will be in my cafe in sometime. I was still patient and finally he said the
Server is down and my machine would be surely delivered on 30th april as 29th april was a holiday on account of elections. I said ok.

After waiting for the whole day on april 30th and having no reply from mr. Satish i was fed up and sent my first email at around 6 pm, asking them to cancel my application and refund my amount.

Since april 30th till today, i have been running around trying to just cancel my application and claim my refund.

To this day i have got no postive response from your team. I have sent 4 reminder mails and only after some tweets and a whatsapp chat to an hr executive, i got a call from mrs. Bhavana ghonde.

And this was the icing on the horrible rotten cake. She is telling me that rs. 300 will be cut as processing fees? I would like to question you on wheather
This is fair to me?? Is it correct to take rs. 300 for a mistake your employees committed.

Isnt this nothing but a case of cheating? Instead of taking action against your employees for false promising, why am i being made a victim?
I am not asking for some penalty for screwing up. At least give what is owed to me.

Its been 3 weeks and my refund hasnt reached me as yet. Is this how slow your company functions. One thing i noticed is that there is not communication

Internally with your team. On may 4th 2019, i recieved an email from your company assuring me a refund of rs. 1770. And today some other executive is deducting rs. 300 (Claiming to be processing fees).

I hope i get justice for the harassment i underwent and all the trouble

    My name is anshuman i have a garment showroom in kalyan by name kesha's fashion studio ihave given nearly 7000 rs to mswipe guys by name vikrant and his senior arshad 8-9 days back and they promised me to provide machine and activation in 2-3 days but till date i have not received any machine and even both of them are neither receiving my call nor replying msgs since they have taken my money
    Kindly arrange the full refund of my money till eod today or else i will fill a fir against the company and also will go to consumer forum
    You guys have really harrased me very very bad service

When they apply came otp we are asking to person they told no problem for you. We are pay swipe machine already. This type frauding doing here. I don't need any swipe machine.               The sell amount not full credit to my a/c. Huge sum was debited from the sell a/c. It is unbearabl. So please creadit the amount which was debited.                 We had a business transaction of inr 2lakhs on 04 may 2019 (Saturday)
                We received one lakh rupees on our account on monday, after which we raised a complaint with the customer care and they informed us to give our invoice proving the sales, which we have already done and then they informed us the money will be sent to our account by 72 hours
                Now again we are been told to provide sale itinerary of the tour with airtickets and hotel voucher

                We regret using your service today, we cannot issue any service without the payment and the payment is blocked with mswipe company from past 5days

                We have shared the itinerary and after this they are saying to give 72more hours, we cannot afford to give more time as we need our funds in our account, we are answerable to our clients as well, we are facing problems because of this machine

                We humbly request you to look into the issue and arrange a fund transfer by eod and we will hand over the machine, we do not want to work with this kind of company who will intentionally put there clients in risk

                  The machine is not working from last 20 days and i am making a complaint to customer care from 19th april 2019 on a daily basis and everyday i get assured that in next 24 hours someone will visit and replace the machine..

                      This is 4th time am complaining about not getting of refund. They saying on 25th of april 2019 that "as received confirmation with our rent team your refund will be done in next 3 working days" and today is 6th of may 2019, so many working days completed still no refund. I did mail also to [protected]@mswipe.com. I don't know why rent team is not interested or not active to refunding my money. Am always getting "false hope" wherever i am submitting my complaint. Am fed up from their sweet words "your patience & cooperation in this regards will be highly appreciated". Patience also have some limits.

                          I took three mswipe machines for hostel perpose. I had been useing it for 6 months. On september we submitted and cancel three mswipe machines. One authorized person came and took way. From that date only one machine service charges could be stop in my accont. Rest of two has been charging since 2018.
                          Why i have to pay service charges without useing it? I paid service charges 650 for month. Please close this issue as early as soon.

                            My name is narender from chennai. I run a retail shop. I first bought mswipe device on 2016. It was bluetooth connecting device. After one year the company person came up with the advanced machine which uses gprs connection instead of bluetooth, so i replaced the older bluetooth device with this new gprs device. The rental for gprs machine is around rs. 590/- including taxes. Though i gave back the old machine i have been charged for both the devices and rent deducted for both my account every month. I complained a lot of times about this to their representatives and also customer care people but no response on why they deducted double rent when i use only machine. I asked for the refund but still no response from them. They have been deducting the amount for one plus year instead of given complaint. Only from last 2 months after serious notice they have stopped deducting rent for old one. But when i asked for refund of rental amount which they deducted extra they give no response. I want you to help me with this. I have the old machine returning slip.

                              As per thier response on "25th of april 2019" they mentioned that "as received confirmation with our rent team your refund will be done in next 3 working days", still i didn't get my refund after completion of 3 working days...

                              Even i didn't get any notification, mail or message that my refund has done or completed and it will be reflected in your bank account in xyz days or not any message or mail regarding of refund or refund reference number..

                              3 working Days Completed Still I didnt Get My refund... Why Taking This Much Time.. When We (Customers) Have To Pay At Any Merchant Or Company We pay It Immediately But For Refund To Consumers They Will Take Lots Of Time Even In Simple Matters..

                                Hi,
                                I got an m swipe machine for my shop at chennai base, with bluetooth connectivity.
                                . I was making a good transaction with your machine which helped me in developing my business. After an year my machine was not working so i could not able to make transactions, mean while i got a call from your customer care that i have been approved for a loan amount of 20000/- thousand which will be debited from the daily basics on the amount i swipe. I told them that this 20k will not help me in any way still they convinced me to take this & promised me based on the transaction the loan can be increased. I am not aware of the exact amount that will be deducted from my swipe but every credit for the day next to my swipe will have some deductions. Things was going good one fine day my machine was not working & i was not receiving any messages for the swipes done through the machine so i called up the customer care they told that the technicians will come to resolve the issue none came for quite long time slowly my cards payments came down.in the month of february a guy called me from mswipe technical team came to service the machine my staff gave him he was checking with his mobile connectivity after few minutes gave back the machine that its ready for use again by next day the same problem again i called up for the service but a week’s latter two guys came in for servicing & told me that they have take the machine & will get back in couple of days. Days were going on but the machine was not back. I called up the customer care for which they told me they offer me gprs machine with free of cost for which i agreed & asked them to change asap, on the next day a guy called me that he has the new machine & wants to meet me the day evening we met & he was asking me for 1799/- i told him that i was informed that the machine is for free of cost but he refused to give me i told him that if i have to pay then am not interested in taking that machine so he went back without any hesitation, i again called up the customer care & raised a complaint regarding this discussion nothing happened.
                                Then the problem started my loan which was to be paid got stopped my machine which they took for service was not been returned neither submitted to the company & there was no communication from both the ends more over my business due to my partner issue i was in a position to shut down. Things were going on but from my account there was an ecs getting deducted every day by midnight which i came to know few months later. There was a continuous call from m swipe speaking only in hindi which is could not understand. Messages where coming to me that my loan amount was not cleared & every month the interest is getting added up.
                                I would like to clear these things once for all & every month they are charging huge amount of interest.
                                Kindly help me out to resolve this issue asap.
                                I really thank from my bottom of my heart your swiping machine helped me a lot during the period of demonetization which i agree but now it’s getting reversed where every day am being badly disturbed by calls & sms.

                                  I submitted complaint on 16th april 2019 for cancellation & refund of my application no. Appl00428879. Till now my refund is not processed. They told "we have forwarded your request to our sales team and same will be done at earliest"..

                                  Earliest???!!! Earliest = how many days/months they didn't mentioned. Kindly give any approximately time of your refund procedure, we are in hope for our money.

                                    Myself prakash my number is [protected] from bangalore, i had purchased a device in 2016 for my business purpose, and i have paid the amount and took the device, then i have lost the device in 2017 and i have called the call center and informed them that i have lost the device so am not able to use, again sales people had called and gave me a new device and they said that has been deactivated and they said u can use the device from now onwards, so i was using the device, and in middle due it rent amount deduction it has been debited twice the amount, then again i called the customer care and escalate the issues that i have been using one device and how the two device rent has been deducted, after that they said they wil resolve the issues, then i got frustrated and decided to stop the transaction and decided to return it back, so few months back one guy has come from mswipe and collect the device for him also i told the same issues, he also said he wil speak to his manager and solve it, but again today the rent has been deducted 3352, today also i called to the call center, he is also not communicating properly, i have told the clear information from starting, after listening he is telling that the 1st device which i took in 2016 that is still active so the rent has been deducted, my question is that, 2017 i took the second device stating that i have lost the 1st device, once i have lost and that has been communicated to the mswipe then also how they can charge the rent for lost device, from 2017 to till date the rent has been deducted from my account, call center executive is telling i have not informed about the 1st device lost and to cancel it, how it can be possible, i have informed i have lost the device, then only they have said we will cancel it and they gave second device with active, kindly resolve the issues as soon as possible,

                                    Call center guy is telling i have to pay the device cost additional it seems, for which the device i have lost i have not used i have already paid the rent from 2 years,

                                      Hello mswipe, this is my registered mobile number - [protected]. And my query is that i have done two transactions on 14th april 2019. Next day i got a massage regarding my transactions are got in hold. Same day request to mswipe to refund money to card option on same day. After 72 hrs. When i did contact they told me money has been refunded from our side on 17th april. But here i am just done balance enquiry. There are no any money credited in my account. And the transaction are 60000rs and 40000rs. So please help me out from this issue. Thank you

                                        Sir, i have applied for mswipe device on 14th of march, 2019. At the time of application itself, i have submitted the documents asked by the executive and paid the fees of rs. 6940. The executive assured me that i will get machine within 5 days. On 18th march, 2019, i received a call from mswipe another executive that there is one document is pending i. E. Current account details, i immediately submitted the account statement on whatsapp. He also told me that within 1 or 2 days, device will be installed. Again i keep on waiting for next 3 - 4 days then i started to call the executive who took my documents, but he was not responding my calls. Thereafter, i talked with customer care executive, then he told me that there is difference in firm name in the documents submitted, i immediately clarified the matter on phone to the executives on 27th of march, 2019, and attached all the possible supporting documents in whatsapp. After that in response to the whatsapp, they just replied that matter has been forwarded to the sales team. Then i called to them the sales person said that this is not accepting we will try and their ask for opening letter of current acccount. I told them I already send my current account details why you asked for openning letter i asked my bank manager he said we have no opening letter for account. I said to executives if you have any problem with my account and then deposit one rupee to that account i will send the account statement with one rupee credited entry. They agreed and said ok. And then no reply with them. I suffered a lot from them . Please resolve my problem as eariler as possible thank you
