Sir, i have applied for mswipe device on 11th of march, 2019. At the time of application itself, i have submitted the documents asked by the executive and paid the fees of rs. 1770/-. The executive assured me that i will get machine within 8 days. On 18th march, 2019, i received a call from mswipe another executive that there is one document is pending i. E. Electricity bill, i immediately submitted the bill on whatsapp. He also told me that within 1 or 2 days, device will be installed. Again i keep on waiting for next 3 - 4 days then i started to call the executive who took my documents, but he was not responding my calls. Thereafter, i talked with customer care executive, then he told me that there is difference in pincode in the documents submitted, i immediately clarified the matter at their helpdesk email on 27th of march, 2019, and attached all the possible supporting documents in my email. After that in response to the mail, they just replied that matter has been forwarded to the sales team. Then i called to the aso on 1st of april 2019, his reply was that being march ending, we could not install the device, however within next 1 or 2 days, all pending cases will be resolved. But now enough is enough, it seems that mswipe doesn't care about their customers. Totally disappointed with the service.
