But haven't received the device yet and the sales person mr sai tulsi kumar who took the documents isn't responding to my calls and i want my device installation immediately. My firm name is jai ambey traders 21-c chandni chowk it is to inform that there is no response on my complaint against my machine that is not working properly one representative coming to see the complaint he said ir machine will change tomorrow and the staff of the company coming with old machine saying u have to keep this other wise we will not change ur machine so now what to do...

I made 1 transaction on 21 february 2019 but mswipe has put on hold saying that it high value transaction. Mswipe demanded printed scan copy or transfer the amount to cardholder. Here i selected to transfer the amount to card holder

This is to inform you that we have 2 mswipe devices out of which 1 device with ending number 72616 we have returned in may2018 to your executive who had come to our place.
In spite of repeated call to our call centre we have been debited monthly rent for this device every month which we have checked recently.
Now for no reason we are paying rent since last 10 months and the customer care escalation...

I have been charged rs.1000 from my axis bank account which is not linked to mswipe device. When i called mswipe, your staff is telling me that even though the device was cancelled on january 30th i am still liable to pay rent for february month in the amount of 649. Why should i pay for feb month when i already surrendered the device in january. And howcome my amount is deducted from my axis bank account which not linked to mswipe at all....

I have surrendered the device 3 months back. Before surrendering they have deducted the money from my account for balance rent.

Now again after surrendering, again after 3 moths they have deducted 4000 from my account. When I spoke to customer care they have no idea why the company has deducted 4000.

I have raised a complaint but no response yet....

I am from kerala cochin near cochin international airport i have bakery near cochin airport i have contacted one of your dealer from ernakulam for m swipe machine they have come to my shop and collected money about 1400 they have said me that it will be delivered within one week to week i have given the money on the date february 5th still i didn't deliver the machine right now i called your dealer still...

I had submitted documents to activate Amex and International card services on 1st FEB and was told that same will be done within 7 working days. Even after repeated reminders and follow ups its still not activated those its already 25 days since i had sent the documents. Whenever i call customer care i get only one liner reply that it will get activated within so and so days and when i follow it up again on that day, i get one more standard...

I have requested several times to surrender as i don't have enough clients that swipe or make card payment. As a result, every transaction made once or twice in a month get deducted in rent. Upon talking to them about lifetime free rental with one time payment and 2.5% mdr plan they refused telling that no such offer is available where as other third party sellers are selling mswipe device with lifetime free rental and 2.5% mdr....

Online but till now no body come to install the machine not deliver till now even your sr.
