I submitted complaint on 16th april 2019 for cancellation & refund of my application no. Appl00428879. Till now my refund is not processed. They told "we have forwarded your request to our sales team and same will be done at earliest"..

Earliest???!!! Earliest = how many days/months they didn't mentioned. Kindly give any approximately time of your refund procedure, we are in hope for our money.

    Dear sir
    Myself prakash my number is [protected] from bangalore, i had purchased a device in 2016 for my business purpose, and i have paid the amount and took the device, then i have lost the device in 2017 and i have called the call center and informed them that i have lost the device so am not able to use, again sales people had called and gave me a new device and they said that has been deactivated and they said u can use the device from now onwards, so i was using the device, and in middle due it rent amount deduction it has been debited twice the amount, then again i called the customer care and escalate the issues that i have been using one device and how the two device rent has been deducted, after that they said they wil resolve the issues, then i got frustrated and decided to stop the transaction and decided to return it back, so few months back one guy has come from mswipe and collect the device for him also i told the same issues, he also said he wil speak to his manager and solve it, but again today the rent has been deducted 3352, today also i called to the call center, he is also not communicating properly, i have told the clear information from starting, after listening he is telling that the 1st device which i took in 2016 that is still active so the rent has been deducted, my question is that, 2017 i took the second device stating that i have lost the 1st device, once i have lost and that has been communicated to the mswipe then also how they can charge the rent for lost device, from 2017 to till date the rent has been deducted from my account, call center executive is telling i have not informed about the 1st device lost and to cancel it, how it can be possible, i have informed i have lost the device, then only they have said we will cancel it and they gave second device with active, kindly resolve the issues as soon as possible,

    Call center guy is telling i have to pay the device cost additional it seems, for which the device i have lost i have not used i have already paid the rent from 2 years,

      Hello mswipe, this is my registered mobile number - [protected]. And my query is that i have done two transactions on 14th april 2019. Next day i got a massage regarding my transactions are got in hold. Same day request to mswipe to refund money to card option on same day. After 72 hrs. When i did contact they told me money has been refunded from our side on 17th april. But here i am just done balance enquiry. There are no any money credited in my account. And the transaction are 60000rs and 40000rs. So please help me out from this issue. Thank you

        Sir, i have applied for mswipe device on 14th of march, 2019. At the time of application itself, i have submitted the documents asked by the executive and paid the fees of rs. 6940. The executive assured me that i will get machine within 5 days. On 18th march, 2019, i received a call from mswipe another executive that there is one document is pending i. E. Current account details, i immediately submitted the account statement on whatsapp. He also told me that within 1 or 2 days, device will be installed. Again i keep on waiting for next 3 - 4 days then i started to call the executive who took my documents, but he was not responding my calls. Thereafter, i talked with customer care executive, then he told me that there is difference in firm name in the documents submitted, i immediately clarified the matter on phone to the executives on 27th of march, 2019, and attached all the possible supporting documents in whatsapp. After that in response to the whatsapp, they just replied that matter has been forwarded to the sales team. Then i called to them the sales person said that this is not accepting we will try and their ask for opening letter of current acccount. I told them I already send my current account details why you asked for openning letter i asked my bank manager he said we have no opening letter for account. I said to executives if you have any problem with my account and then deposit one rupee to that account i will send the account statement with one rupee credited entry. They agreed and said ok. And then no reply with them. I suffered a lot from them . Please resolve my problem as eariler as possible thank you

          I requested to mswipe company to cancel my application no. Appl00428879 and to initiate my refund because i am working in a 'non-professional organisation' & our keyboard consumers association's president is not giving authority for doing any professional activity with this card swipe machine. First i discussed this matter on mswipe company tollfree helpline number, they told me to do mail on [protected]@mswipe.com, later they forwarded my mail to thier sales team but still no response from thier sales team.

          Take your nominal processing fees if applicable but kindly refund my money..

            I requested mswipe machine almost a month back. Pls mswipe machine is still pending at company end. Also company is not informing us about any pendency. I request customer care manytimes for refund but they are also not giving any suitable answer. Company staff are not at all helping in resolving my issue.

            Kindly help me getting my refund back asap.

              The complaint still stands unresolved and the company customer service says resolved, this is rediculous
              We have surrendered our device about 10 months back but still we are penalised with monthly rental being debited to our account.
              Customer service says they cannot help and system shows issue resolved, if customer service cannot give solution and clear our account, some senior executive of the company should sure intervene.
              We also want to surrender our other pos machines too, that too immediately, kindly process the surrender process.

              that is what we are complaining that we had requested for surrender of one device about a year back and was then collected by your executive, then why is the account still active and we are penalised by monthly rental, we have also asked to surrender the second device, still nobody has come from your office to collect the same and complete the closure formality, then why should we be debited with monthly rent ?

              your executive has not given us any IC copy nor did he say anything about the returning process, he just said that now i have collected the device, the account shall be terminated, similar to the way as still nobody has come to collect the second device, this is most irresponsible nature of work and then questions are asked to us

                I have requested for cancellation of service of mswipe machine but after termination of agreed tenure, service provider forcing me to continue their service and automatically deducting amount from my account and customer care is very rude and harassing me without proper response. Kindly take back your device and stop deducting my hard earned money every month. I'm not using this device from last 10 months but paid monthly rent up to last month. I don't want to pay any rent for delayed resolving my problem and complaint raised with them.

                  Sir, i have applied for mswipe device on 11th of march, 2019. At the time of application itself, i have submitted the documents asked by the executive and paid the fees of rs. 1770/-. The executive assured me that i will get machine within 8 days. On 18th march, 2019, i received a call from mswipe another executive that there is one document is pending i. E. Electricity bill, i immediately submitted the bill on whatsapp. He also told me that within 1 or 2 days, device will be installed. Again i keep on waiting for next 3 - 4 days then i started to call the executive who took my documents, but he was not responding my calls. Thereafter, i talked with customer care executive, then he told me that there is difference in pincode in the documents submitted, i immediately clarified the matter at their helpdesk email on 27th of march, 2019, and attached all the possible supporting documents in my email. After that in response to the mail, they just replied that matter has been forwarded to the sales team. Then i called to the aso on 1st of april 2019, his reply was that being march ending, we could not install the device, however within next 1 or 2 days, all pending cases will be resolved. But now enough is enough, it seems that mswipe doesn't care about their customers. Totally disappointed with the service.

                      Plz sir मेरा पैसा वापस कर दो
                      A man came on shop & said that he is having facilities of swipe machine
                      And took a payment of rs.2370/- on 20th Feb. Now he is even not replying me correctly and even not giving me the facility.

                      The person who install the machine he given some plan free for lifetime and I got charge know what to do and the person
                      Is not picking the phone the person name is sagar
                      Bank account number changing in mswip.

                            Suffering lot to apply for your device so that serching for mwipe review i foud so many negetive review & when will be your device install i dont know . your sells person call me frequently befoe selling product commit me after payment withing 5 days your device installation will be done & when she recieved payment & all essential documentd on date 15/02/2019 she started neglect me not responding received my calls, am waiting at least 25 days for device but no any respons by mswipe team, so i decided call customer care and raised complaint on 6 th march they said your payment is not recieved yet (but i am already done payment through your razopay payment getway which was provided by your sells person ) but we will work on your case and install device within 2-3 days. But after 2-3 days no respons from team mswipe, them i call again on 12/03/2109 repeated all story again reply was same no payment recived yet & you should mail all documents again to team mswipe then we will proceed your application. Again me waiting for reply no reply from team till 20 /03/2019. So Again call by me till date same reply no payment now its realy frustating.
                            Please go throug my case if possible

                              I applied for mswipe, which was 4th mar -2019 but still i didn't received the device, i tried contact many times your sales executive mr. Nethresh and his contact number [protected], he is not responding me, i called your customer care 2 times in a day but there is also no response properly, now i know the
                              Status for my device, if it is delivered or not, if not deliver by today please cancelled and refund the amount, your customer care is very very worst, nobody giving proper statement, all are thinking i m a fool, whenever i called your customer care and who people told "your request has been processed it will be delivered by eod" but last 15 days i m facing the issues since nobody resolve the issue, if your not giving device please cancelled and refund,

                                  I made 1 transaction on 21 february 2019 but mswipe has put on hold saying that it high value transaction. Mswipe demanded printed scan copy or transfer the amount to cardholder. Here i selected to transfer the amount to card holder

                                  But the amount was not deposit to the customer account till today[protected]. When i call the customer services they told give me 48 to 72 hours the problem will be rectified. From 22 february 2019 the customer care executives repeated same answer and not giving proper response.

                                  I requested you to look into this matter and solve the problem. My customer is scolded in unparlimentary language every day at my shop.

                                  My customer demanded to pay the money with interest

                                  Sir please solve the problem as eariler as possible

                                    This is to inform you that we have made two transaction on 25.2.2019 for an amount of 104000/- as per rule and agreement with you payment should have reached in our account within stipulated time period of 24 hours except sundays and prescribed holidays

                                    But on our enquiry on each day after this we did not receive any positive response from your side as we did not received the payment by 7th marchth 2019.

                                    We made various call to customer care department in frustration and had the invoice updated multiple time by application and by mail. Each time it was asking for more details like adress proof business proof etc etc.

                                    The delay deliberately made by you and also not able to give any specific and reasonable reason for delay which has caused us great mental harassment and financial losses.

                                    It is therefore you are requested to transfer our amount immediately and also transfer the amount of rs. 50000/- as a fine for delaying and rs. 5 lac for harassment compensation
                                    Withing 15 days of this representation.

                                    If it is not done positively i shall knock the door of court of justice

                                    There is no update from mswipe Technologies side. I kept calling them to know the status but they don't give any updated status details as such . It's becoming hopeless waiting for their response.
                                    I am from trivandrum, I had installed the swiping machine on 19 Dec 2018.Now I am going to stop my business due to my health problems. So I had requested the m swipe customer care executives to stop the services. But they didn't accept my request. Kindly requesting you to take necessary step for that.

                                        Sir/ madam,

                                        This is to inform you that we have 2 mswipe devices out of which 1 device with ending number 72616 we have returned in may2018 to your executive who had come to our place.
                                        In spite of repeated call to our call centre we have been debited monthly rent for this device every month which we have checked recently.
                                        Now for no reason we are paying rent since last 10 months and the customer care escalation manager mrs preeti says the rent will continue being levied as the device is still not deactivated.
                                        Want the resolution immediately and refund for monthly charges for non usage period. Also wild like to know how come the other device got linked to our existing device for debit of rent.
                                        Appreciate if get quick and favourable revert from you.
