I am shocked to find why i am still being charged when i am no longer using your services??
Please explain this and issue refund for the entire amount asap

As per the complaint received there is no Proof received from Merchant end to proceed Closure hence we have escalated the issue once device received at our end we will proceed Deinstallation.
