I dr. akshay dhamne paid the amount and submitted the document to sales person satish kulkarni but he is not responding now and machine is also not delivered.
customer care is also not responding in a proper way and asking to contact the salesman.
i don’t want to continue with m swipe and want refund.
otherwise i will launch complain against company that they fooling customers

This is to bring to your attention that repeatedly i am getting mswipe sms alert of purchase on my mobile phone as mentioned below though the card number mentioned in sms does not belong to me. Nor have i used any of my cards at merchandise for the mentioned amounts. This has happened 3 times in last one month and now i am terribly frustrated. Your toll free number agents also have not helped me so far.

I haven issue with mswipe cmpany last month i was spoke to mswipe c. C. One of sales person visited to may office. I just said to install demo of mventry software and let me see how its useful for me. He activated tow soft wears one on my name another one on my shop name.
I was surprised when i come to know that huge amount is deducting from my mswipe account. I requesting to concern dept. To deactivate mventry from both names....

I have paid for wisepad mswipe but after getting reviews its very hard to trust on mswipe so i have decided not to accept mswipe and i want my paid amount back. Services and settlements are very poor no customer care services even i called up 100 times to customer service centre. I will now go to bank branch and apply for pos machine. My total bill was 3500 with the vendor. But i was charged for 3500 twice incorrectly by the vendor who uses your mswipe technology for the card payment. One transaction was then cancelled.

For void transaction, i did not received the message for the same but amount is not refunded yet.

This was from the vendor m/s rohit chaddha. Transaction date was for 1st january 2019 auth #011827....

We are very disappointed for not responding on calls and nor reverting on emails.

We have called so many times in costumer care form 6-12-18 for the details required of the amount credited of 350/- on 23-10-18. Still there is no response to our calls or mails.
