I had submitted documents to activate Amex and International card services on 1st FEB and was told that same will be done within 7 working days. Even after repeated reminders and follow ups its still not activated those its already 25 days since i had sent the documents. Whenever i call customer care i get only one liner reply that it will get activated within so and so days and when i follow it up again on that day, i get one more standard reply of the same.

    Sir for the past one year there was no use o[censored]r mswipe but they are keep on charging from my account and i dnt want to use it anymore so kindly getback and please responce imidiately i called customer care 4 times for deactivating but not yet deactivated yesterday amount was deduced kindly refund those... When ever i called mswipe they are saying we will notify for ur deactivation for the past 1 year i am paying simply for rental so i never want it

      I have requested several times to surrender as i don't have enough clients that swipe or make card payment. As a result, every transaction made once or twice in a month get deducted in rent. Upon talking to them about lifetime free rental with one time payment and 2.5% mdr plan they refused telling that no such offer is available where as other third party sellers are selling mswipe device with lifetime free rental and 2.5% mdr.

Online but till now no body come to install the machine not deliver till now even your sr. Sales officer rohit kanawaje not picking the phon, i called him today but his behaviour is very rough, he is nonsense please deliver my machine today.

          I purchased this new swipe in machine from Mswipe, at the time of purchase, your executive took 1250 and promised a machine with sim, sadly after 2 weeks i just recievied only machine without sim, i had to pay extra 225 for sim, no issues i paid for it . he sold me the machine under the pretext that it will be life time rental free, which i found really attractive, now when i called mswipe after some days, these guys tell me i m under 360 per month plan, what kind of cheating is at mswipe, and then on phone they tell me i need to pay another 1250 for rental free services . i simply cannot believe that company like mswipe is cheating cx like this . you have taken cx for granted and taking him on a ride.

            This is regarding issue which is going oj since a month now.
            I had purchased two m swipe machine from your representative for which i jave paid advanced rent of 1475/- for 3 month paid by cheque.
            Details of the same as follows.

            Device 1
            Serial number - [protected]
            Date - 1/10/18 s[protected]/-
            For 3 month advanced rent.

            Device 2
            Serial number - [protected]
            Date -31/10/18 s[protected]/-
            For 3 month advanced rent.

            Both cheque were given to your representative

            Despite of that i have been facing issues of deduction of the rent from the machines...

            5th dec 2018 - 386.35/-
            3rd jan 2019 - 786.03/-

            I have been in touch with representative, customer care and team leader for same since a month now.

            After that i got in touch with mr. Kunal jadhav who is incharge mswipe western region. He advised to email to mswipe rent department mrs. Kirti and despite of all the information shared..
            She emailed me same thing again that machine is registered for 1 month advanced rent.

            I have paid 1475/- via cheque for both machine as advanced rent.
            Issue here is in the system they have filled it as one month rent.
            Mswipe team is at fault here.
            I am trying all this since 3 month now
            So plz sort out this issue

              customer care is also not responding in a proper way and asking to contact the salesman.
              i don’t want to continue with m swipe and want refund.

              And ( [protected]@gmail.com )is registered email I'd. we have swiped the customers card on dated 5th Feb morning 10:29am which was rs 1, 00, 000 it has not been credited till now. and also we have submitted the bill 3 times with customer kyc self attached .

              I have personally spoke to customer care team every time they have different answers also there customer care staffs are very unprofessional and arrogance the way they talk to customer and they work with there own sweet time .

              Please help we are very disappointed with mswipe.

                This is to bring to your attention that repeatedly i am getting mswipe sms alert of purchase on my mobile phone as mentioned below though the card number mentioned in sms does not belong to me. Nor have i used any of my cards at merchandise for the mentioned amounts. This has happened 3 times in last one month and now i am terribly frustrated. Your toll free number agents also have not helped me so far.

                However i want a resolution to this problem asap.

                  Their sales person named nagesh collected 3000 rupees from me for mswipe machine and then stopped receiving my calls. I did not receive any swiping machine and only received messages saying my application is on hold due as required documents are missing (The sales person never informed about this while collecting the money). I called their customer care and asked them to cancel my request as this is pending from more than a month and asked them to refund my money, they gave me a complaint id[protected] and informed me that their team will contact me. Nobody from their team have contacted me, nor have they refunded the money. Please help in refunding my money.

                    I have been supplied with a faulty device which is malfunctioning since the beginning. I had already called up the sales person who had somehow convinced me that the concerned device is the best option. His name is rakesh shukla contact no. [protected]. After handing over the device he had vanished and not receiving our calls. We had been trying to contact him since the very first day. This gives a a sign of fraud. These guys don't even resposd to your calls. Cutomer care keeps on litigating the issue for days without providing a single resolution. Don't go for this device. You must opt for icici or hdfc machines instead. Atleast these brands respond properly.
                    I had logged a call vide ticket no. Tbk03759832 but to no avail. We have to call at the toll free n number of times repeatedly explaining the whole matter, they just keep on insisting to give a cal back after some days.
                    This is really very frustrating. Mswipe is a big fraud. Never ever opt for this sub standard device and services.
                    Guys this person rakesh shukla is a big fraud, just be alert from him. He'll handle you a # claiming it to be a diamond and then vanishes once you make payment.

                        I haven issue with mswipe cmpany last month i was spoke to mswipe c. C. E name (Sagar) i was discuss with him regarding my monthly rent due's pending, my total due's was rs. 4199/- so sagar said if you pay 2500/- then your rental will be waived off, i was paid next day through razor pay which is received link through sagar, my amount not refund yet. I followup multiple times but same happen every time mswipe c. C. E told me your refund initiated will be after 2 to 3 days i am coutine following this issue to mswipe team but i'm not getting any satisfactory answer from mwsipe side, my liable amout is 4199/- + 673/- total 4872/- please i request to mwsipe company refund my amout asap.                           Hi,

                          I applied for an mpos machine on 30th september 2018. It was promised to me that the machine will be delivered in 2- 3 working days, while making the payment. However, the company collects a set of documents, sits on it for a few weeks, and upon complaining demands another set of documents. This has been ongoing for a few months now, and the last set of documents was provided on 18th december 2018. After that, they have stopped responding completely without providing any reason.                           This is not true. Authorized signature ID, authorization letter and Authorized signatory address were sent to you on 18th December 2018 (I can share the screenshots, if necessary), and it is not surprising because you keep demanding the same set of documents again and again for a few weeks, even after you receive them, for reasons unknown to me. This is has happened three times for this request)

                          Yet another application number has been provided by Mswipe on 31st January 2019 (now this is the third application number I have received in 4 and half months, for the same request), with a promise to deliver the device within 10 working days. Now, 19 days are over and the request is still at the initial stage, waiting for multiple document verifications. All these after providing the necessary documents months before!

                            Machine was returned has per mail of RASHMI KARAT DATED 09.01.2017 to collection department person who visited our shop however no receipt was issued has it was supposed to be mailed and further my account is debited after more than 9 months without informing me. Despite visit to lower parel office and mails to customer care nothing was done. After meetings to Kunal JHADAV at lower parel office it was confirmed that Machine issued was not deposited in store by collection agent. On 19 December 2018 I received a sms on my registered no [protected] for refund of 5310 on depositing of machine which is already surrendered. When visited office at lower no positive response were given and was ask to produce the receipt of deposit machine. Which clearly INDICATES their intention and how they cheat people for supporting charges and other process of leving false charges.

                            I clearly say that no refund has been credited in my account till date and have also misguided forum for which they should be fined has per their norms. Also if I have been charged despite closing my account within 30 to 40 days with merely no transcation in account what chargres should I bear.

                            Has per my complaint nothing positive action has been taken. Despite several attempts and request they have not stopped charging my bank account without any informing me which clearly shows how they cheat. Till date I have not received any refund of Rs 5310 has per the sms received from them in December 2018 and again they deducted my bank account in 24 January 2019 Rs 1921.23.

                            I hereby KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO CHECK THE DETAILS AND PROCEDURES OF MSWIPE TECHNOLGIES AND TAKE APPROPRIATE MEASURES FOR REFUND WITH HEAVY PENALTY AND CHARGES FOR MISUSE OF DOCUMENTS PROVIDED FOR ACTIVATION OF DEVICE. WHICH HAS ALSO MISGUDED THIS HON'BLE FORUM BY MARKING MY COMPLAINT AS SOLVED ON 28 JANUARY 2019.

                              I have ordered M swipe machine in the month of AUGUST 2018 ( dated 29/08/2018) from Mr. Sidharth Trivedi ( Sr. ASO ) It was told that i will be provided with the device within 10 working days, but its complete 5 months . I have not received my device which I ordered yet and not even getting any revert from sales person. I tried to contact with Mr. Sidharth, to whom i have provided with all the required document and an initial payment of Rs 2770/-.
                              After trying so many times to sales person on his mobile no ( [protected])
                              when I didnt get any response then I am contacting mswipe customer care and every time they are saying you will be getting machine in next 48 hours and for more they are asking me to contact sales person and even after telling that sales person is not responding to me company is not bothered of helping.
                              Brief detail of my complaint to you:-

                              28/08/2018 : I contacted Mr. Sidharth for MSwipe Machine and he told me the plan, and said this is a lifetime free plan for this you have to apply before 31st of August as 31st is the last day.

                              29/09/2018: he came at our shop and collected all the documents and cash of Rs 2770/- from my father as I applied machine on the name of my father . As and when my father told me that MSWIPE sales person comes and collected all the docs with cash but he didn’t provide any receipt of the same . I contacted him then he replied sorry maam I forgeted the same but ill apply tomorrow and youll get SMS on registered mobile no. but I recived SMS for rs 2715/-.
                              On 01/09/2018. And send some screenshots that he applied and machine approved ( screenshot attached for your ready reference ),
                              I was happy with quick service I applied one more device for my uncles shop for that also he charged the same Rs. 2770/- and comes in a single day for docs.
                              2/9/2019 : when ask the sales person “ machine kab tak ayegi sir “ when I will get the machine he said you will recive by 8/9/2019. And its life time free plan so youll get by courier from head office after you receive ill come and give you demo.
                              11/9/2018:: . Again I call him till then I didn’t receive any machine when I will get the same. Hew replied “ madam office phuch k btata hu “
                              12/9/2018 :: he said madam approve nhi hui jab approve hogi 2-3 din mein aa jayegi…”aur agar apke pass koi verification call ata hai toh bol dena k apne 3 machine apply kari hai.
                              After that He became untraceable and disappeared after that.
                              On contacting the company customer care on 20/9/2018, i find out that its rejected . but we will get you to send you machine in 48 hrs.
                              When I contacting customer care they said contact sales person.
                              After so many efforts I get the no of Mr. AMAR PANDEY. . when I contact him he said madam m in a meeting will contact you soon. I appreciate his response I get call from Ms.. Jyoti within half an hour ( but of no use) whole day when I called her she use to say madam apka hi kaam kara rahi huh u batao paise kaha du apke PAYTM mein dalva du.

                              Next day..when I called her she said madam sirf apke kaam k liye hi office aayi hu..then I get one call madam sidharth is from my team he is not working with us know letme confirm with him then I’ll get back to you in the evening I get call from ms. Jyoti maam he saying I recd only 1183/- from cust and disconnect the call sorry we cant help .

                              Worst company... Pathetic service...

                              Pathetic service.. Beware of such fraud people.. They collect cash and documents (Given in month of aug 2018), and did not turned up, now it's almost 4 months. I will take legal action against mswipe and there executive person, who has collected the cash. Fraud's name is mr sidharth. Beware of him. Necessary action should be taken against him...

                                    One of sales person visited to may office. I just said to install demo of mventry software and let me see how its useful for me. He activated tow soft wears one on my name another one on my shop name.
                                    I was surprised when i come to know that huge amount is deducting from my mswipe account. I requesting to concern dept. To deactivate mventry from both names.

                                      I have paid for wisepad mswipe but after getting reviews its very hard to trust on mswipe so i have decided not to accept mswipe and i want my paid amount back. Services and settlements are very poor no customer care services even i called up 100 times to customer service centre. I will now go to bank branch and apply for pos machine. Mswipe is fake and a fraud company.

                                        I started using mventory software as told by executive its a free 1 month trial. As the software was not suitable for me i asked the sales parson to get it deactivated as it is not suitable for me within 1 month. He assured me that your service will be deactivated and no charge will be deducted. But after some time when i checked the rent amount for mventory software was still deducting and when i asked abt it no clear reply was given to me regarding deactivation of service.
                                        I gave my deactivation request of mventry service to the aso pawan kumar but the service is not been deactivated and the reason was given is that concerned person had left the job. The aso pawan kumar had informed me that the concerned person had left his job doing the mail of deactivation of mventry service and it was still not stopped. So rent has been deducted from september 2018 to january 2019.in september 344.17/- and in oct nov dec jan 413/- each month. Making it a total of 1996.17/- so i want the refund of the deduction happened from september to january because i have already given the deactivation request to aso pawan kumar and he stated that the concerned person will mail for deactivating the mventry service but he left his job.
                                        Now mswipe is not giving me reply niether giving my money back. Contact number of pawan kumar is [protected].

                                        I requested for closing the service of mventory in september only and but u didnt closed my service and deducted the payment. Why would i pay for the service which i applied to be closed in september but u didnt closed it and amount was deducted from my account. This is the worst company i have ever seen. Due to ur employees mistake i was charged bcoz i have already given request to surrender it in september. At that time why u didnt closed the service. And due to that u charged me ₹ ₹1996.17 of rent. Even complaint many times but no response. Even ur employees are even accepting that u gave request to surrender in september bt it was their mistake that service was not closed.

                                        Merchant may also continue the service further same was been informed or can proceed surrender request in case of issue.
