Hi
My mobile number registered with mswipe is [protected]

I supposed to surender the machine but after repeated request from mswipe retention team we reach the agreement on 15th sept 2018 and following mutually agreed:

1. I have to pay rs.1180/- to mswipe for lifetime zero rental plan (Which i paid on 15th sept 2018 againt their sms link)

2. They supposed to refund the september 2018 rent of rs.590/- (Which was not done by mswipe)

3. On 29 sept 2018, the debited two payments from my account rs 4000 and rs590/-
These payment were againt the agreement.

As per agreement with their retention team it is clear voilation agreed terms.

Now rs.4590/- is due with mswipe which plz release immediately.

If this is not a organised fraud or cheat.. Than what is that?

    I purchased Mswipe card machine 2 months back for my clinic. I used it for yesterday, swiped Rs 1000/- from my client, I got a message saying card sale approved for rs 1000 and only Rs 410 got deposited into my account
    This is not at all acceptable
    I want this to be taken up immediately and i want someone to come to my office and sort it out asap
    Otherwise i want return of my money for the machine cost and other expenses till now and i want this service to be cancelled
    Im not at all happy
    i will be forced to go to consumer forum if there is no response

      I was talking to Rahul of your Retention team. But there seems to be no end for this issue. I have reproduced my mail sent to your team to resolve the issue . But till date this has not resolved. I still don't understand how a company can take it granted to debit the customer's bank account with the knowledge of the customer. I have seen many complaints in your web site like this and is this way you are operating your company?

      Please resolve this issue and credit my account for Rs.1298/- immediately.

      Dear Sir

      Please refer to the above subject. I have been using this card machine for the last one and half years (approx) . Initially at the time of demonetization, customers were asking for accepting card facilities and now this has come down drastically. Seldom I am using the card machine. Customers are paying cash now a days. For your records I am giving below the usability of the card machine from Apr to July'18.

      April- Rs.5343/- Card charges -Rs.472/-
      May- Rs.13161/- - Card charges - Rs.649/-
      June- Rs.5932/- - Card charges - Rs.649/-
      July- Rs.5842/- - Card charges - Rs. 649/-

      Hence I have decided to stop using the card machine. I haven't used the card machine so far in Aug'18. Please deactivate the machine.

      Please acknowledge the receipt of the same.

      Please refer to my mail sent on 7th, Aug'2018 and I had refrained from using the card machine as it is not worth doing so. I have not recd any reply from you till writing this letter.
      To my surprise, today my account was debited for Rs.1298/- without my concern. How can you debit my bank account with out getting any written communication from me.I have stopped using the card machine from Aug'2018 and informed to you well in advance, such been the case how dare you debit my account without my knowledge.

      I have strongly sent a message to the bankers and I am going to sue both the people for taking money from my bank account. This is nothing but a fraud undertaken by the MSwipe company and cheating the customers. .
      I will go to any extend if it is not credited immediately to my account.

        Have mswep machine which plan was converter in zero rental. But after few months i found that they have dedicated appx 400 rs from my a/c every month. After that have requested to stop your services. Than also they have dedicated appx 1600 rs from my account. After that have mail regarding said unfairly deducted from my a/ c but no response from them. N also have chat on their whatapp chat room but same here also.

        Kindly help me get back my hard work earned money back.

          Hi,
          My debit card was swiped twice through mswipe from a shopkeeper, as the first transaction for her showed declined. But my bank transactions says the amount is debited twice. Please let me know how could you reverse my payment.
          So my transaction of 1600 was done twice through mswipe and i was deducted twice. The lady with whom i purchased the product says she got only one time, that amount is received. I am not sure how should i get my money back

            My Mswipe Id & my Mob Number is- [protected], Neha's Bag Bazaar.

            As per my conversation with Mswipe Call center. Sending Pics of My Passbook. In that you can see on 28/09/2018 there are 3 transaction showing debited amount of Rs.800/-(350+350+100) by mswipe.

            my account already closed last year but you deduct by ECS in our account
            wrong process without information.

            Pls immideat refund our deduct amount.And Block all future transaction with that account.

            I am using your services but I want to tell You that you(mswipe) deducted amount from my OLD BANK Account which is currently not Linked with Mswipe

            Last Year I had changed it to another bank. I want to know why you deduct amount from bank account which is not linked with mswipe anymore??? & for what??

            I called a numerous time to the company to cease my machine and service as it was of no use to me now, but the company never sent a personnel to get the machine and cease it . Now finally after so many complaints a personnel collected the machine but the service isn't stopped yet . Still rent from my account is initiated to deduction.

              My name is amit gahlot and i have a shop garment shop in dwarka mor which was closed july and i m using m swipe machine for a year due to problem i surrender my both m swipe machine to the company in the 7 month and they gave me the receiving of both machine but the machine charges are deducted every month from my account till today and i gave complainted many time no solution and on 28 september 2018 my money was deducted and when i call to the customer care the said that sir we have received your complaint and shut off your machine in 10 days and till now they were taking charges and i m not using the machine for the last 4 month... Help me

                Whatsapp par lagatar chat karne ke bawjood contact nahi kar rahe hain apke loan adhikari phone par kaha gaya tha sir jaldi hi apka paisa refund kar diya jayega dinesh ji the loan adhikari lekin koi responce nahi mil raha hai aur 2770 rs. Alag se balance amount bata rahe hain jama karne ke liye total deduction and neft amount and advance mein kate ek mahine ka intrest total karke batayen hamein kiska paisa nikal raha hai

                  Hello sir/mam, i shikha kansaria (Mob. [protected], alt no. [protected]) purchased a m swipe device, which was returned back few days back. I surrendered device, my complaint was made on 23rd march, 2018, and few days back m swipe executives picked the device (Receipt no. Mentioned as device s/n. [protected]), still after that my acoount was debited of rs.3600 without any reason, they promised me to refund it, but havent received as of now, after lots of follow ups still there is no refund from m swipe, my patience runs out today as again m swipe debited an amount of rs.398 again, please refund my amount asap or else have to take this matter to consumer court as i m going through so much of mental torture.

                    Edc pos machine was activated on 27/11/2017 and same was surrendered within 45 days on 9/01/2018. Despite surrendering pos device in january and closing my account nothing refund was was given despite several call and mails.
                    However in august 2018 they forged the paper given at the time of activation to debit my account mandate form which was instantly informed to them. After giving fall assurance they deducted the same in my account Rs 4970. Support fees was charged for non supporting attitude.

                    On sep 26 again Rs 590 is charged despite complaint pending. Despite calling KUNAL JHADHAV continously has he head of mumbai team lower parel office he doesnt respond nor does from anyone in office. MSWIPE IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD Marketing company dealing in such financial data of credit card and pos machine which not only charges for nothing . Waiting for a big scamdal to be done in the name of DIGITAL INDIA...

                      2017 february, the company sold the swiping machine to me. I tested that by transferring rs.100 to my another account. After 10 days when i tried to use it it was not working. I called the salesperson and he said that will send service people to resolve the issue. But no one came. After that, i was not happy and did not use it. Customer care people called me to use it. But i did not use it. After some days their people came and collected the machine and went. It was happened on 2017 february month. But yesterday 27-sep-2018 they used my ecs paper and collected 14 months rent without informing me for not used service.

                        I am a very frustrated and deeply sadden person by the service of mswipe card swipe machine as a retailed associated with your company since last 9month your company is being charging wrongfully for the service i never used it has taken 9 complete months and my precious time and mental agony its sheer harassment that your company has caused and now that is behind there is now new way of harassment that's been invented by your company i have been charges ecs of rs.350 7 times in span of 2 mintues by your company to which when i asked to your customer care executive abruptly keeps my phone on hold once when i call again the lady says there is no records with us. I asked to speak to someone responsible she says the seniors are busy you send email we will see what can be done.

                        I really want to get out of your mess please refund me my money i quit your pathetic piece of finding mswipe technologies private ltd.

                        I am very sorry to use such language but your company has driven me to this conclusion after using the service for two years.

                          I am using mswipe bluetooth device since 4 years, after u introduce wifi machine, your sales person mahes came to me to explain about your wifi device and ask me to upgrade my device with new one.
                          After installing new device he suppose to take the old decvice but no one came to collect that, mswipe charging me rent from last 28 months for both device and i am not using the old one

                            I am the customer of mswipe since 3 years. For the last 2 years my account has been closed but still they are deducting the rent from my account. They still haven’t taken the machine despite many sayings. Spoken to many executives and they said they will stop deducting and will refund the amount deducted. Till this month they are deducted the amount. The executive spoke very rashly to me and hung up. Very bad experience

                              I have applied for two MSwipe machines on 9th of Sep 2018. I was promised to get them in next 3 working days. Also, The guy (Imran Khan/Muneer Ahmad) from MSwipe insisted for cash deposit while collecting the documents. I paid them around 6000 in cash and rest as account transfer.

                              The day he collected money, got disappeared and not picking up any call so his team lead Surya Singh.

                              Till date I haven't got any machines and still waiting for satisfactory/logical reply from MSwipe other than lame excuses like one or the other document is pending.

                              I have also booked a complained through Customer care which # is TBK03119509.

                              Here is my application # HAPP00084884.

                              If I don't get appropriate reply in next few days days. I have no other way but to make a police complaint along with RBI.

                                  This product is being sold with wrong promises. Once the product sold the sales person will not pick up our calls in case if we face any problem. Very poor customer service they also not able to solve the issues & No one was replying our mails.. Every month they will charge 400 to 500 rupees extra and giving unwanted reasons. After several phone calls and emails, they will return back the money. But from next month on wards same problems will start. After fed up of all these issues I have cancel the device and ask for my documents back. But they did not give my documents back. One day all of sudden, may be after 5 months they will send a cheque to our bank as ECS without informing us. Just to fool customers, customer care department will raise some tickets (complaint number).

                                  As checked the surrender request TBK02508669 was given on 25-Apr-18, last trxn date is 24-Apr-18 and according to it device got De-installed on 22-May-18. Hence, there is no excess deduction done.

                                        I had booked one of your card swipe machine one month ago. Your sales representatives have a commitment of one week installation. It's one month now. Actually this is the smaller issue as giving false commitment is a trend in our country. The serious problem is that the sales representatives are not responding to my phone calls since last two weeks. I am annoyed and feel insulted. The amount i have paid is not the issue. The irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable.
