Hello sir/mam, i shikha kansaria (Mob. [protected], alt no. [protected]) purchased a m swipe device, which was returned back few days back. I surrendered device, my complaint was made on 23rd march, 2018, and few days back m swipe executives picked the device (Receipt no. Mentioned as device s/n. [protected]), still after that my acoount was debited of rs.3600 without any reason, they promised me to refund it, but havent received as of now, after lots of follow ups still there is no refund from m swipe, my patience runs out today as again m swipe debited an amount of rs.398 again, please refund my amount asap or else have to take this matter to consumer court as i m going through so much of mental torture.

We have escalated your query same will be checked and updated to you at earliest.
We need your kind cooperation in this regards.
I have not applied for any machines.. I have received two machine.. I have not used and requested for surrender.. but till date nobody comes for taken back machine from me.. now deducted 8000 Rs from my account.. I want my money back.. I will file complaint and FIR against this fraud.. I will take strict action against you..
Kindly help me out and make sure to credit my money in the account this was my second complaint
