I had 3 machines from these guys and have stopped using from april first week. From then, i'm continuously mailing these people to get the machine back and close all the connections. After closed the device 2 month rental charged and additional plan added without needed, kindly refunded it and no help given from customer care department even many time given kindly requested to transfer to call seniors they not transfer the call many times near 25 times they not transfer a single call kindly do the needful .

On a saturday evening the 13th of oct we had swipped a user's debit card for 4200 rupees.

Certainly on our device and on the application we got an error stating that the transaction has failed.

But the customer (Payee) got a message on his phone stating that his account is been debited for 4200 rupees.

Kindly investigate on it and...

I got message and email that i will receive mswipe pos machine againt my pay u money device which i am using right now 1 person come for the delivery for pos but when i asked him that is it compulsory to change my machine as it is in good working condition he said i dont know about that for that you have to contact merchant support so i did i called support but while i was busy on the line he asked me that he has to deliver more devices so...

Myself, Shailesh Bhattad, having mSwipe machine at Shreeyash Medical Stores registered with number: [protected].

In the last week of Jul-2018, one guy namely Shailesh Sorte (Mob: [protected]) visited my shop & offered me new machine with benefit of rent free.
I gave him one cancelled cheque (No: 485353) and one cheque (No: 485354) of amount: 1180/- of Canara Bank.
The amount of cheque gets debited from my bank on...

In my account, every month, huge amount is deducted..
As i m not owning any business as of now, i could not accpet this loss..

Initially they told 6 month free, after that they did not inform anything

Machine shows reset on the screen.. Reset sign is switch off sign... With doing that nothing happens.. Machine can’t be reset nor be switched off... Machine is stuck.. I have already raised issue with the connectivity of the machine with the mobile phone earlier also... This happens most of the time..

We have 4 Mswipe devices ( 2 were existing and recently purchase 2 new Mswipe machines). the new Mswipe machines are not working and we have placed a complaint on 4th Oct'2018. After repeatedly calling in customer care no. -every time the response is that the engineer will visit on the same day, however still no one has came to resolve the issue. this has been 2nd time that there has been no proper revert from Mswipe customer care.

I have returned the mswipe instrument for the last two months however i noticed that on 28 sep 18 10 debits of 350 have been made from my account in svc bank. Please resolve this and refund the amount which has been wrongly debited - this has been happening twice in the last two years and i had to ask for refund and every time the agent is changed so i have to start explaining all over....

I shiv ayurveda (R. M - [protected], req no. Tbk[protected], purchased a m swipe device, (Device serial no. [protected]) which due to some circumstances i have surrendered on 23rd march 2018, but after that date with a regular follow up the executives dint picked it.
Than on 29.08.2018 around 15:38 pm, (Receipt no. 625052), your executives came and picked the device.
I dont know what happened from 23rd march...

I supposed to surender the machine but after repeated request from mswipe retention team we reach the agreement on 15th sept 2018 and following mutually agreed:

1. I have to pay rs.1180/- to mswipe for lifetime zero rental plan (Which i paid on 15th sept 2018 againt their sms link)

2. They supposed to refund the september 2018 rent...

I purchased Mswipe card machine 2 months back for my clinic. I used it for yesterday, swiped Rs 1000/- from my client, I got a message saying card sale approved for rs 1000 and only Rs 410 got deposited into my account
This is not at all acceptable
I want this to be taken up immediately and i want someone to come to my office and sort it out asap
Otherwise i want return of my money for the machine cost and other expenses...

I was talking to Rahul of your Retention team. But there seems to be no end for this issue. I have reproduced my mail sent to your team to resolve the issue . But till date this has not resolved. I still don't understand how a company can take it granted to debit the customer's bank account with the knowledge of the customer. Have mswep machine which plan was converter in zero rental. But after few months i found that they have dedicated appx 400 rs from my a/c every month. After that have requested to stop your services. Than also they have dedicated appx 1600 rs from my account. After that have mail regarding said unfairly deducted from my a/ c but no response from them. N also have chat on their whatapp chat room but same here also.
