I brought mswipe machine last year april month and i used for only 1month and till now i'm not using the machine and past 6months i'm requesting them to take back the device but they doesn't take any action, for this 6months, 6times they replied me same answer (We filed a request sir, our technician will call u) that's it. And these 6months they taking money from my account. Please mswipe take a serious action and get your mswipe machine back from me and stop taking money from my account

    It's highly unprofessional and unprotected service one can ever experience, the swiping machine was deactivated like months ago but nobody collected the machine, and from nowhere from the month of august they started deducting money, more than the rental 400 was the rental, they started deducting 4000 every month and also[protected], i don't know y they even have a service like this. If this complaint is not taken in action seriously then i shall take this complaint in legally and in media wise.

      Dear mswipe management am given request on 9 th november they debited twice rent my bank account. Am keep on calling and asking on this every one saying we will update on this as soon as possible till today they are not solved my problem. This is the way you people will treat customers. Near to 20 days you are not solving one small issue. How we will believe. Another 2 days i will wait.

            Merchant swiped 42000 instead of 4200 on 11/20/2018.I tried reaching the customer care but the service is pathetic.The merchant ID is 42MS[protected]. The void transaction was immediately raised but the refund is still not done.Please provide the refund for the same also please help me with the next step.               Purchased mswipe device by paying rupees 3853 for 6 months rental free plan and mswipe staff offered (Fake promise) me extra 3 months validity (Totally 9 months). But first 4 months they deducted the monthly rental rs-413/month. Contacted thru mail and call & claimed for refund. No proper response. Amount not refunded yet. Cheating customers in the name of free rental plans. Rude employees.

                I am sunil kumar GS and my m swipe booking register number is [protected].

                Due to your staff negligence i am facing this issue ..
                In october 2018 first week i booked one mswipe machine and paid 1900 rs at booking time.after one month your installation person came with machine and that is very old and scratched machine.i directly rejected that machine and ask him give new as i booked for new. ( Marketing executive told providing new ) after that i called your customer toll free number many times but till today no use and nobody helps me regarding this..all your customer care excutives giving assurance as politicians.. Finally i decided to bring this issue to your knowledge.i hope you will take issue in high priority... Really i fedup with your team and service in starting stage..why we should pay amount for old and used machine sir ..i paid for new machine...requesting you please take necessary action for new machine or refund my amount..

                  Hi sir/madam,

                  I indira from venkateswara kirana & general stores, purchased a mswipe machine which we returned in march 2018 but we are still being charged from may 2018 till now every month.

                  I wrote complaint regarding this issue before. Even after send bank statements no response from you. Infact you closed the case without even responding or refunding the amount. This is not done. We have been loosing money every month because of you. Even after complaining in september you deducted amount for october month.

                  We request you to please stop automatic deduction and return the money charged from may 2018 till now.

                      Automatic activation o[censored]nneccessary value added services and looting in thousands from each customer.
                      From my account itself 2500 rupees was looted without my knowledge in the name of vas.
                      And when called to call center it is told they have done this auto update to all the customers i. E from april month 2018 until now, many customers dont know that this is activated and still are being looted without their knowledge.

                            Tried calling the agent who installed the device and also the service center but didnt get any proper response from their side.

                              Hi,

                              I have asked many times with customer care to cancel my account and take the machine back, but nobody came to pick up the machine.

                              I have been asking them for 1.5 years to cancel my account, but today i received a call to pay Rs. 5000 then my account will be cancelling otherwise the rent will keep on increasing to infinity.

                              To me this company is a fraud, first they give you machine and then when want to surrender they don't take action and after 1 or 2 year they ask you to pay 5000 or 10000 and say it will keep on increasing to infinity.

                              The customer care executive also threatened me to pay Rs. 5000 otherwise some people will come to your shop collect it.

                              Such a fraud company, really i don't words to explain my trauma by talking to their customer care today.

                                Hello,
                                Myself veenit jain residing in mumbai and my phone no is [protected]

                                I had installed swipe machine of m swipe a year or 2 back. A person / vendor who took money from me for machine took 5500 cash and said this include machin charges plus year rental.
                                After starting machin, mswipe people start deciding money from my account. They said that is rental charges but when i complained about that guy who took money. They said he is not traceble.
                                After few months i stopped using mswipe because they are still continually charging me rentals.
                                Called / messages / wats app on mswipe app no one replied with proper solution. They are consistently saying i have to pay. Or give back machine. I was asking refund of money as person/ vendor promised me after disconnecting machine i can get money back. They are not replying on this issue. Out of frustration i just kept machine with me.

                                Today mswipe called me and offered discount of rental, which may be huge, to me. Why should i pay a single penny as myself duped and never used the machine in these months. This is shameless thing company doing to me. I felt very bad.
                                Being in service sector, as doctor, i never heard such threatening and demeaning calls.

                                My issue is simple pay my money back and take your machine.

                                To mswipe - don't threaten customer as you will increase rentals day by day even if my i complained about issue very early stages.

                                We highly  apologize for the inconvenience . We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed.
                                As per the complaint received Merchant Shop was closed permanently & we tried to connect merchant several times but no response was there to get complete address & contact details.
                                Hence we close the complaint at our end.
                                The sales person who installed the machine at my shop cheated me.. i specially bought that machine for international customers and i found that it doesn't accept international cards. When i tried to contact the sales person he is neglecting me. Loot is going on by mswipe. Fed up with your service. I would like to suggest people not to install it.

                                Mswipe sales executive cheated me. Fraud
                                The person told me that it accepts international cards and the machine is not accepting the cards. I lost my customers is this how mswipe cheats people. I am totally upset with such filthy service.

                                  Hello,
                                  Myself dr rahul wasnik. Residing in nagpur. My phone no is [protected].

                                  I had installed swipe machine of m swipe a year or 2 back. A person / vendor who took money from me for machine took 8000rs cash and said this include machin charges plus year rental.
                                  After starting machin, mswipe people start deciding money from my account. They said that is rental charges but when i complained about that guy who took money. They said he is not traceble.
                                  After few months i stopped using mswipe because they are still continually charging me rentals.
                                  Called / messages / wats app on mswipe app no one replied with proper solution. They are consistently saying i have to pay. Or give back machine. I was asking refund of money as person/ vendor promised me after disconnecting machine i can get money back. They are not replying on this issue. Out of frustration i just kept machine with me.

                                  Today mswipe called me and offered discount of rental, which may be huge, to me. Why should i pay a single penny as myself duped and never used the machine in these months. This is shameless thing company doing to me. I felt very bad.
                                  Being in service sector, as doctor, i never heard such threatening and demeaning calls.

                                  My issue is simple pay my money back and take your machine.

                                  To mswipe - don't threaten customer as you will increase rentals day by day even if my i complained about issue very early stages.

                                    MSWIPE has deduct amount but not provide machine as they reject but when ask for refund amount they are not give satisfied answer from custmer care and not reponde from. Sales person.

                                      Sir, I purchased things worth rs500 from a shop called RAZA SHOPPING MART, Calangute, Goa and done payment by swiping on 19/10/2018 at 9:56pm.But due to some defect in the machine ith charged rs5000.09.Then i asked the shop owner for refund.He said he has done a void transaction.But no money has been yet added to my account.What should i do? The transaction details are attached .

                                        I have taken device for card swipeing in name of jay ganesh juice center with registered no [protected] on 27/11/2017 and was surrendered 09/01/20017. Due to false commitment by sales executive
                                        .
                                        Despite returning and closing my account within in 45 days nothing was refunded despite several mails and calls.
                                        However in august 2018 some mandate form was activated in my bank without informing me which was immediately informed to call center and also to mr kunal jhadav head of branch at astral tower.
                                        Despite informing they debited me with rs 4970 in august 2018 and also rs 590 in september 2018 just for reason that the is not showing in there system.
                                        I have received the mail from their office in january 2018. Hardly 5 trancation was done in november and december 2017. Which clearly indicates their intention of fraud and hoe to cheat other on the pretext of shortcoming of their system.

                                        As verified your device is showing active till date hence you have been charged through ECS for rent recovery.

                                        Kindly share the device de-installation invoice to de-activate your account and to check for liable refund post your Surrender request.

                                        Kindly check with RASHMI KARAT MAIL DATED 9.01.2018 FOR DE INSTALLATION OF DEVICE TO TETENTION TEAM AND further collection of device by field executive was done. However no receipt was issued or mailed to me. All of sudden without informing me and any transcation how can my account be debited after 8 months. My cell no [protected] and [protected] are working 24 hrs and are in network. I have also met with Kunal Jhadav ur branch head at astral tower but nothing is done. Gap of 8 months clearly shows yours intentions.

                                        If your device is verified and activated till date pls check its location and check the last date of transcation. Just to cheat people and short coming of your staff and system dont charge me. Just make note of rashmi karat mail dated 9.01.2018 all of sudden how can u charge after eight month in august and again in September. Which clearly shows and expose the fraud and intention of yours.
