Hi,

I have asked many times with customer care to cancel my account and take the machine back, but nobody came to pick up the machine.

I have been asking them for 1.5 years to cancel my account, but today i received a call to pay Rs. 5000 then my account will be cancelling otherwise the rent will keep on increasing to infinity.

To me this company is a fraud, first they give you machine and then when want to surrender they don't take action and after 1 or 2 year they ask you to pay 5000 or 10000 and say it will keep on increasing to infinity.

The customer care executive also threatened me to pay Rs. 5000 otherwise some people will come to your shop collect it.

Such a fraud company, really i don't words to explain my trauma by talking to their customer care today.

    Hello,
    Myself veenit jain residing in mumbai and my phone no is [protected]

    I had installed swipe machine of m swipe a year or 2 back. A person / vendor who took money from me for machine took 5500 cash and said this include machin charges plus year rental.
    After starting machin, mswipe people start deciding money from my account. They said that is rental charges but when i complained about that guy who took money. They said he is not traceble.
    After few months i stopped using mswipe because they are still continually charging me rentals.
    Called / messages / wats app on mswipe app no one replied with proper solution. They are consistently saying i have to pay. Or give back machine. I was asking refund of money as person/ vendor promised me after disconnecting machine i can get money back. They are not replying on this issue. Out of frustration i just kept machine with me.

    Today mswipe called me and offered discount of rental, which may be huge, to me. Why should i pay a single penny as myself duped and never used the machine in these months. This is shameless thing company doing to me. I felt very bad.
    Being in service sector, as doctor, i never heard such threatening and demeaning calls.

    My issue is simple pay my money back and take your machine.

    To mswipe - don't threaten customer as you will increase rentals day by day even if my i complained about issue very early stages.

    We highly  apologize for the inconvenience . We take great care to ensure that important matters such as these are properly managed.
    As per the complaint received Merchant Shop was closed permanently & we tried to connect merchant several times but no response was there to get complete address & contact details.
    Hence we close the complaint at our end.
    The sales person who installed the machine at my shop cheated me.. i specially bought that machine for international customers and i found that it doesn't accept international cards. When i tried to contact the sales person he is neglecting me. Loot is going on by mswipe. Fed up with your service. I would like to suggest people not to install it.

    The person told me that it accepts international cards and the machine is not accepting the cards. I lost my customers is this how mswipe cheats people. I am totally upset with such filthy service.

        MSWIPE has deduct amount but not provide machine as they reject but when ask for refund amount they are not give satisfied answer from custmer care and not reponde from. Sales person.

          Sir, I purchased things worth rs500 from a shop called RAZA SHOPPING MART, Calangute, Goa and done payment by swiping on 19/10/2018 at 9:56pm.But due to some defect in the machine ith charged rs5000.09.Then i asked the shop owner for refund.He said he has done a void transaction.But no money has been yet added to my account.What should i do? The transaction details are attached .

            I have taken device for card swipeing in name of jay ganesh juice center with registered no [protected] on 27/11/2017 and was surrendered 09/01/20017. Due to false commitment by sales executive
            .
            Despite returning and closing my account within in 45 days nothing was refunded despite several mails and calls.
            However in august 2018 some mandate form was activated in my bank without informing me which was immediately informed to call center and also to mr kunal jhadav head of branch at astral tower.
            Despite informing they debited me with rs 4970 in august 2018 and also rs 590 in september 2018 just for reason that the is not showing in there system.
            I have received the mail from their office in january 2018. Hardly 5 trancation was done in november and december 2017. Which clearly indicates their intention of fraud and hoe to cheat other on the pretext of shortcoming of their system.

            Kindly confirm whether you have submitted the device to someone or still you have the device at your shop.
            In case of device handover already, kindly share the de-installation invoice provided by Mswipe agent for further verification.

            As verified your device is showing active till date hence you have been charged through ECS for rent recovery.

            Kindly share the device de-installation invoice to de-activate your account and to check for liable refund post your Surrender request.

            Kindly check with RASHMI KARAT MAIL DATED 9.01.2018 FOR DE INSTALLATION OF DEVICE TO TETENTION TEAM AND further collection of device by field executive was done. However no receipt was issued or mailed to me. All of sudden without informing me and any transcation how can my account be debited after 8 months. My cell no [protected] and [protected] are working 24 hrs and are in network. I have also met with Kunal Jhadav ur branch head at astral tower but nothing is done. Gap of 8 months clearly shows yours intentions.

            If your device is verified and activated till date pls check its location and check the last date of transcation. Just to cheat people and short coming of your staff and system dont charge me. Just make note of rashmi karat mail dated 9.01.2018 all of sudden how can u charge after eight month in august and again in September. Which clearly shows and expose the fraud and intention of yours.

            Its yours people who dont answer the call KUNAL JHADAV WHO IS BRANCH HEAD OF BYCULLA BRANCH.

              I had 3 machines from these guys and have stopped using from april first week. From then, i'm continuously mailing these people to get the machine back and close all the connections. From april till today, nobody has turned up, neither called me for anything related to this and when i checked today a total of 4180 rupees is being deducted from my account by mswipe. October 20th itself 3830 rupees was deducted. Even after repeated emails, no one has even turned back and now all of a sudden, money has vanished from my account. I need the money to be credited back to my account. It's not my mistake. I have communicated way back and they have not even taken any action. Now my money is gone!!

However i need an update here too. Please credit it back to my account as soon as possible. The amount which I have mentioned is based on 3 transactions from September and October.

                Today i came to know that i am charged for 2 two swipe machine.

                1. Wisepad (Bluetooth)
                Device id [protected]
                Terminal id 42m94565
                I used from 05/ feb 2016 till 02 dec 2016

                2. Wisepadg2 (Simcard)
                Device id [protected]
                Terminal id 42m94566
                I used from 02 dec 2016 till 1 week nov 2017.
                As per my knowledge i had mail you that my pos is not working properly on 2 dec 2016.
                After that santosh more emply code 2351 mobile no [protected] came and replaced the pos machine wisepad with wisepadg2
                And collected the wisepad machine which was not working, and collected amount of rs 2000/-for the wisepadg2 and did not gave receipt for any one of that. And

                Since dec 2016 i am having and using only wisepadg2.
                After 1st week nov 2017 i surrender wisepadg2 to santosh more for deactivation, he did not gave me any receipt and did not deactivated the machine.

                I used one machine till nov 2017
                But i am charged for two machine from dec 2016 till date oct 2018.

                Sir can check how many time i have called for deactivation of machine, once i called mumbai office also the issue is the same,
                But today i came to know that i am charged for two pos machine.

                Sir, i am very badly disappointed, fed up, stressed and ha-rested me.

                So kindly look into this matter
                And return my amount as soon as possible.

                        Hope you doing well.

                        On a saturday evening the 13th of oct we had swipped a user's debit card for 4200 rupees.

                        Certainly on our device and on the application we got an error stating that the transaction has failed.

                        But the customer (Payee) got a message on his phone stating that his account is been debited for 4200 rupees.

                        Kindly investigate on it and update us accordingly.

                          I got message and email that i will receive mswipe pos machine againt my pay u money device which i am using right now 1 person come for the delivery for pos but when i asked him that is it compulsory to change my machine as it is in good working condition he said i dont know about that for that you have to contact merchant support so i did i called support but while i was busy on the line he asked me that he has to deliver more devices so he need to go but he will come later for the delivery and you also confirm what you need to know from support team he gave me his mob no but after calling he never picked my call and never delivered the device. from 2 and half month i am contacting mswipe customer support for the help they just say we had send the device but you rejected it. I have inform mswipe customer executive many times what had happened. so they agreed to re send device but from 20 days i am getting same repeat answer you device will be delivered in 2 day and payu team will contact you in 1 hour but never received the call or device. when ever i insist customer executive for email confirmation written that i will receive my device in 1-2 days they just say they cant they can just say it verbally and cant give me written email. after many time calling your customer support i got to know that your call center guys are RUDE and USELESS and they don't know how to solve problem they can just frustrate you with there same reply.many executive after talking to them and explaining the problem for 15 to 25 min they just hold the phone and disconnected after some time or they just cut in between saying you just have to wait they can do nothing they can just ask me for 2 day or so nothing else after spending 20 day day after days talking to mswipe i am now fed-up and frustrated that is why am complaing it on consumer complaints.in
                          if any sincere mswipe team member is reading this than please forword this to anyone who can solve my issue. thank you

                            Myself, Shailesh Bhattad, having mSwipe machine at Shreeyash Medical Stores registered with number: [protected].

                            In the last week of Jul-2018, one guy namely Shailesh Sorte (Mob: [protected]) visited my shop & offered me new machine with benefit of rent free.
                            I gave him one cancelled cheque (No: 485353) and one cheque (No: 485354) of amount: 1180/- of Canara Bank.
                            The amount of cheque gets debited from my bank on 14-Aug-2018.
                            Even after one month, I haven'y received the machine.

                            Then I contacted customer care. They told me to contact ASO Ganesh Kachi (Mob:[protected].
                            When I contacted Ganesh, he told me that I'll not get machine as I already have existing one.
                            I have also provided all the details of cheque & bank statement to Ganesh.
                            Shailesh Sorte chated me. He should have told me this before.
                            So I asked him to refund my amount then. He told me to contact customer care.

                            On 25-Sep-2018. I contacted customer care for refund. They register my complaint with No. PBK03124439
                            Still today I haven't received my refund.

                            First Shailesh cheated me & tried to sell me another machine even though I have one already.
                            Then once mSwipe declined my new machine request, they should have refund my money.
                            But they haven't refund it.

                            Please refund my money or give me new machine.

                                mswipe machine smart card reader

                                Machine shows reset on the screen.. Reset sign is switch off sign... With doing that nothing happens.. Machine can’t be reset nor be switched off... Machine is stuck.. I have already raised issue with the connectivity of the machine with the mobile phone earlier also... This happens most of the time..

                                We have 4 Mswipe devices ( 2 were existing and recently purchase 2 new Mswipe machines). the new Mswipe machines are not working and we have placed a complaint on 4th Oct'2018. After repeatedly calling in customer care no. -every time the response is that the engineer will visit on the same day, however still no one has came to resolve the issue. this has been 2nd time that there has been no proper revert from Mswipe customer care.

                                  I have returned the mswipe instrument for the last two months however i noticed that on 28 sep 18 10 debits of 350 have been made from my account in svc bank. Please resolve this and refund the amount which has been wrongly debited - this has been happening twice in the last two years and i had to ask for refund and every time the agent is changed so i have to start explaining all over.

                                    I indira from venkateswara kirana & general stores, purchased a mswipe machine which we returned in march 2018 but we are still being charged from may 2018 till now every month. We tried to talk to a representative regarding this issue, also emailed regarding the issue with all bank statements and return application but still money has been getting debited from account. We request you to please stop automatic deduction and return the money which is total of rs.2596 charged from may 2018 till now.

                                    After we made complaint on may you have refunded only for april which is Rs.472 but you still deducted from june till september. You stopped deductions for last few months but you did deduct Rs.1298 for all those three months at a time on 28th of september. Please find the attachment of same. Also attached the deductions for june and july months. Also attached the refund amount you made. We already spoke about this to a representative, they said they will refund and stop deductions but did not do.

                                    This is an update on your deductions, there is again new deduction made by you on 23rd of october 2018. total of 3894 was deduced from our account even after making a complaint. We called the customer care and no proper response just saying to email although we emailed twice. Are you going to take action regarding the complaint or no. Awaiting for reply.
