Since past 9 months, i have purchased POS device, regularly following up with them for purchase invoice, but always get same reply ( we have taken your request, you will receive invoice on mail) I have called more than 10 times for the same, still haven't received invoice. Customer executive are worst, they keep your phone on hold for long time and then directly disconnect it.
From past 5 months, they have activated a plan on my device, which i never activated and charging since then. Looted me for 5months and now not ready to give refund.
Kindly refund me my hard earned money or else i am approaching to consumer court for poor service and fraud charges against Mswipe technologies.
