As per transaction happen on 29.05.2018 total amount is rs 111350. But today morning only rs 11350 credit into account. Your customer care executive unable to provide the reason.

I want to surrender the device #[protected] and stop service and stop detucting the rental. I have already informed you to stop service for the device # [protected] on 6/4/17 but still rent has been deducted. I'm not getting a clear statement for which device you are deducting the rental. So please i want to surrender both the device number mentioned above.

    I have given the request for deactivation of m swipe machine since installation.
    We did not use yur device even single days only becouse of your worst service and scamming review.
    Finaly device was termineted on dated 21 may 2017. Since this date i called you more than 50 times to your
    Customer care, and you people told me to collect device by your company.
    But no one came and not collect the machine. I called many times to your customer care.
    Regularly you deducted amount from my account however we have termineted the service with you.
    But still device collection is pending, i got messages that multiple ecs being deducted from my account linked with mswipe.
    I have the all call record with your customer care which i have done.

    We contacted at their customer care number multiple times.

    You (Mswipe) are requested to refund the charges deducted from my bank account since april to till date immediately.
    Otherwise i will drag you in consumer court very soon.

    Ps-mswipe has got worst customer service.
    Mswipe Technologies customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have raised a cancellation of Services on April 24th 2018 but still there is no response.

    After writing several emails and calls there is nothing happening.

    I am not happy with the service since want to cancel.

    Rental is being auto debited from my account even after so many complaints.

      Sir, i was customer of this company in 2016, but in 2 jun 2016 i discontinued his service. After that till date they ware charging and deducting amount form my bank account. I did many times complaint on his castumer care but they can't help after that visited his delhi branch office and i meet his officer and his name is neeraj they told me my amount will refund soon but till date i am waiting my refund now please suggest me what should i do for now, i have all document related this pos machine till discontinue date, like surrender report and bank statement.           From last week m in touch with your customerservice for fund not transfer in my bank account. But there is no positive reply. From 8 may til date swipping machaine fund has nt been tranfer. Also hav forwarded d bank detail. Recive a mail from ur side that neft return due to in proper ifsc code. Also send d cancel chq detail to ur email-id.             14th and 15th may 2018 i made a transaction of total 1, 70, 000 rs. Money was kept hold due to same card swipe, 15th afternoon i raised an ticked which is still under pending.. Field verification has done, submitted kyc and even invoice copies along with id proofs and a cancelled cheque.
            Now custamer support has no answer to my question they keep on giving me extended date, poor response and poor service....

            Very poor services and communication. No body revert customer care as well as Loan dep. One month gone no refund received till date. Now last option is to take a legal action.

              Money debited bank account for 8 months even after cancelling services. When raised multiple complaints, they promised refunds and almost after 2 months of complain no refund. Don't ever go to Mswipe they are cheaters and they don't even have a proper system in place.

                I am customer of mswipe machine. But due to some problem i never used this machine. I have submit the same last year in june.

I have lodged a complaint with mswipe call centre, complaint number tbk02569173 as 30k plan has been activated without my permission. I have received no calls regarding this. And an extra payment of 177rs has been deducted towards rental charges. The refund has not been credited in my bank account. Its been over 10 days. Every time i am told another 2 days.                     We want to know the renewal process of Mswipe machines for which I have already sent multiple emails at [protected]@mswipe.com, [protected]@mswipe.com but it is very sad and disappointing that there has been no revert of my mails.and also I have been calling several times at the customer care no - [protected] from last 10 days and every time when I called the team @ customer care, either the revert is that server is down or they say to mail it again .

                      Dear m swipe team,

                      I have taken your m swipe machine at my retail counter "ganpati trading zone, civil lines, allahabad" through your executive shashank agrawal. Since then, i'm facing captioned problem and i'm continuously requesting shashank to come and resolve my issues but it's been a month time and he is neither visiting my retail counter nor giving any solution. He even have no clarity on gst applicable on swipe. Shashank is passing my complaint to dhiraj, who is a team leader and dhiraj is telling that he is not accountable for sucj complaints. I'm fed up of m swipe services within a month of installation. Request to cancel my subscription and refund my deposited amount.

                        This is to inform you that there is lack of commitment n customer service in mswipe technology. I have given order of mswipe g2 device on 9th may 2018 and immediately done the payment online on same day getting commitment that i vl get the device within two working days. Even after two days i have not received any phone call or sms or mail from company so i have contacted them for the updation of my product, but there is lot of miscommunication in the staff itself. Mr suhas the person who spoke with me on behalf of mswipe customer care conveniecing me that i will get the device on monday at any cost. Today is wednesday ie 16th may 2018 i have not received any phone call/sms/mail from the company yet. So i want refund but nobody attending my phone calls nor replied to my messages.
                        Kindly refund me.

                          Hello Sir

                          Myself Ravi Agarwal Mobile number [protected]. I have bought your mswipe machine in past but never used it. Your executive have visited our store and sold this to us at Rs. 2000/-. He has mentioned that there is no rent for thr machine. While I kept this machine idle for a long time, neither your staff nor the customer care ever made me aware on the phone that the machine would rent and the dues would be accumulated.
                          Three days back, when I swiped a customer card for some transaction, I didn't receive any money in my account. Upon enquiring I was informed that the machine rent was due and the amount has been deducted to compensate it. Moreover, they mentioned there is still some outstanding amount which I have to pay. This was a complete cheat step.
                          If there is any such policy exist, I wasn't informed about it. I must not suffer because of your illetrate and unprofessional exective deal.
                          Your company owe me money and apology. I would never recommend anybody to make any kind of deal with your company. I feel sorry to say that people have been looted and trapped by your exectives. I tried contacting customer support too but they were too harsh to give proper response.
                          I want proper solution and my refund ASAP.
                          If this request is not taken sincerely and with high priority, I don't hesitate to file a complaint in consumer forum too.

                            Hello, my registered mobile number with m-swipe is [protected] and the same is my id
                            I’d made 5 swipes from my client’s credit card amount totalling to 206, 700/- on 08/05/18 and till date i haven’t received the payment of the same
                            The bifurcation of the swipe was as follows :
                            45, 000/-
                            45, 000/-
                            45, 000/-
                            45, 000/-
                            26, 700/-
                            None of te payment have been recieved yet.
                            As i called the customer care that i haven’t yet recieved the payment they told me that they require an invoice for the same and they will release the payment in 24hours after getting the invoice
                            Now, after sending them the invoice i recieved a revert mail stating that it will take 72 hours for verification post that the payment will be transfered.
                            I’m a small merchant and for me 200, 000/- is a big amount. My rolling has stopped.
