I my name is m. Gangi reddy, i had a device in the name of chettinadu foods. I already raised a complain that i am not using the device and lost the device. When i took the device, sales excutive said that if i took 1 year plan device would be free and collected rs6000 from me. I write an email to help desk on the same and complained the same to the customer care as well still rs 4500 has been deducted from my account. When i asked they said it is rental. I am totally upset because even after completing there was a deduction. Please look in to this and revert back my deduction amount. What needs to be done next.

Hi Waste of time taking and sending mails and other chanels.one of the worst customer support which is providing by m swipe.
Even after so many complaints still there was a deduction in my account about 5000rupees.and there is no use of calling customer care.

This is to inform you that after so many calls to customer care, write a emails to [protected]@mswipe.com, [protected]@mswipe.comand I tried to contact CRM team and it is disconnecting from the reception only.there is no proper positive response from the m swipe.Hence I am going to legal for further proceedings.

My question to my swipe
Why did not confirm with me after 1 year subscription?
Why did not confirmed when device idle more than a year?
What is the deduction method after completing the subscription?
When the 1st year subscription is prepaid?
Why not for second year?
How do you deduct without costumer petition?

    My name is soumyojit paul. Mob no.:-[protected]. New machine installed at 22nd may 2018, mid no.:-42ms[protected], tid no.:[protected]. Still upto today i can't any transaction with this machine.15-20 times call to the service provider mr himardi saha, mr arup sil and mr sudip das but no response. Immediatly i return this machine and help me out from this burden.

    To change your bank details we request you to share Cancelled Cheque of your new bank where in Account number, IFSC Code, Beneficiary Name must be must be visible and printed along with sealed stamp on your cheque With beneficiary name.
    I did a transaction yesterday of rs.2000 and mswipe tech. Deducted a amount of rs. 400 on the namepf tax. They also did this before many times.i am having problm with this bcz they always take tax as they want always they told me that they take 1% tax of the amount.

      I have purchased m swipe in april 2018. I have called customer care of mswipe to please visit for the demo and installation of machine, but some how i managed to start the machine by watching youtube.
      On 26th i called to customer care for help and requested for engineer visit as machine was not working.in 10-12 days i have called several times, every time they assured that engineer will visit 1-2 days and making excuses.
      I am disappointed regarding the support of mswipe.
      Worthless to buy such devices.

      Hi, I haven't been using your swipe machine for long time since i had alternative swipe machine and didn't have smart phone to link with your machine.

      Shockingly I saw Rs.590 debited from my ICICI current a/c, pls let me know why and how its charged and refund the amount ASAP.

            My user id is ms256094.
            We called the customer care and requested them to discontinue mswipe services in may 2017. They approved the request, but still they are debiting monthly charge of 300. We did not notice until dec 2017 that the money is getting debited. Also, when the balance in account was less than 300, they did not debited. When i called the customer care they said, action will be taken, money will be refunded and they will not debit the money anymore.
            Their representative came the next week and said action will be taken. Yesterday when i saw the statement, i could see that they are still debiting 300 per month. When i approached the bank to stop the payment, they say that this is ecs and it cannot be stopped from the bank's end.
            The complaint number is tbk01457524. Attaching the screenshot of money debit message from bank. Worse is until i made the second complain, i was able access my mswipe account online and see the debit details. Yesterday when i tried to login, it said invalid account number. Looks like my details have been removed but the money is still debited. The money that was already debited is not yet refunded.
            Not sure how to stop these guys from looting me. Is there any way to stop this?

            Update:

            Adding the timelines:
            July 26 2017: First call made to discontinue the service. One of Mswipe executive came to our place and said the device will be deactivated, and service will be stopped.

            7 April, 2018: After I noticed that money was debited in earlier months, called the customer care and they said that Mswipe executive will collect the device and the money debited would be refunded. The executive came, but he said the device will be collected in a week's time. He never turned up.

            30 April 2018: Money debited from our account - I did not notice it.

            30 May 2018: Money debited from our account - I notice it and made a complaint at this forum on 4 June 2018.

            8 June 2018: I called the customer care again @[protected]. It was attended by a lady named Jayanthi. She agreed to all what I had to say and gave the same old response. "An executive will collect the device in a week's time and we will refund the money in a week's time".

            We will get the your device collected and deinstalled and excess rent deducted after your surrender request will be refunded to you. within five days after device deinstallation.
            Sir I have applied for a POS MACHINE on10th if may 2018 with a cheque amounting 7847rs but yet to receive my MACHINE I demand you to repay me complete amount of rs7847/- with interest immediately or i will have to go through consumer court.

              Hi,

              I used your swiping machine on 17th may 2018 with charge amount of rs. 25000/- and 18th of may 2018 with 20000/-. Both amounts were not credited into my account. When i check with customer care they asked me to send kyc documents,. Sent all the required documents on 22nd and not yet credited. Receiving emails from payments team saying that send documents repeatedly i almost called customer care center for 100 times. 15th day today that they kept the amount with them and using themselves. What is the right to them by keeping this amount 45000 with them without any notice priorly? I sent three times the kyc documents to email and 5 times to the whatsapp number they provided.

              Requested to release the amount asap

Very poor service by Mswipe Team. No communication by them. each and every time customer called and they are unable to solve the problem.

                    I have given the request for deactivation of m swipe machine since installation.
                    We did not use yur device even single days only becouse of your worst service and scamming review.
                    Finaly device was termineted on dated 21 may 2017. Since this date i called you more than 50 times to your
                    Customer care, and you people told me to collect device by your company.
                    But no one came and not collect the machine. I called many times to your customer care.
                    Regularly you deducted amount from my account however we have termineted the service with you.
                    But still device collection is pending, i got messages that multiple ecs being deducted from my account linked with mswipe.
                    I have the all call record with your customer care which i have done.

                    We contacted at their customer care number multiple times.

                    You (Mswipe) are requested to refund the charges deducted from my bank account since april to till date immediately.
                    Otherwise i will drag you in consumer court very soon.

                    Ps-mswipe has got worst customer service.

                      Sir, i was customer of this company in 2016, but in 2 jun 2016 i discontinued his service. After that till date they ware charging and deducting amount form my bank account. I did many times complaint on his castumer care but they can't help after that visited his delhi branch office and i meet his officer and his name is neeraj they told me my amount will refund soon but till date i am waiting my refund now please suggest me what should i do for now, i have all document related this pos machine till discontinue date, like surrender report and bank statement.                         I would like to highlight fraud (Fact of mswipe cc machind) i have made just 10 rs trnasaction (Test purpose), same is still nto reflecting in my acc have my account i want to cancel this machin and need balance amount to be refundedby coming week only.

                        Pathethic machine ever i got, worst service most of the time its out out of service when we call call center they say sir sorry network is issue try after some time & when it is in service money get stuck, what kind of fraudulent firm your are running.

                        All sales person gives all the commitment to sale their (Fraud) machine, after selling there is no service. Also when i called him he says amount is 100% non refundable i asked him when did you mentioned its non refundable, this message was never conveyed to me.

                                  14th and 15th may 2018 i made a transaction of total 1, 70, 000 rs. Money was kept hold due to same card swipe, 15th afternoon i raised an ticked which is still under pending.. Field verification has done, submitted kyc and even invoice copies along with id proofs and a cancelled cheque.
                                  Now custamer support has no answer to my question they keep on giving me extended date, poor response and poor service.

                                  What's the use of doing KYC ... which u don't even know ... one aadhaar is more than enough, if required PAN details, which was submitted long back and you still want to know KYC .
                                  It took 14 day s to complete one KYC, wowww what a fast track process from Mswipe department. Still under pending, any how please find the attachment for ur reference

                                      Money debited bank account for 8 months even after cancelling services. When raised multiple complaints, they promised refunds and almost after 2 months of complain no refund. Don't ever go to Mswipe they are cheaters and they don't even have a proper system in place.
