I gave them all documents like gumasta cancel cheque's etc all.. N did IMPS online transfer 1178/-rs..
He gave me false promises, 2 din me machine de dunga n all..

Now today is 26 July.. Till today I didn't...

I have been in contact with one of your executive (Rohit) and had spoken with him a couple of times regarding our issue which is we are unable to do any international transaction in our mswipe machine.
I was given a false promise that a callback will be arranged to resolve the issue on the same day but never received one.
Also tried reaching out the service centre in the toll free number provided but line keeps...

not taking swipe machine

fraudulent debit from my account

I have requested mSwipe Team to deactivate my account and to collect the device but nobody has called or collected the device post my request. I kept on calling the team to deactivate it but nobody seems responsible to answer customer's complaints and to rectify the issue but instead The Amount was taken from my account for the next 2 subsequent months.

looting customer money and worst customer service

Since past 9 months, i have purchased POS device, regularly following up with them for purchase invoice, but always get same reply ( we have taken your request, you will receive invoice on mail) I have called more than 10 times for the same, still haven't received invoice. Customer executive are worst, they keep your phone on hold for long time and then directly disconnect it.

mswipe smart card reader

We have already availed for a plan of about 6 months for rs 2066 on 3 rd may 2018.We have paid it on razorpaysoftware account by online payment.But till now they are deducting the rent amount every month despite the 6 month plan being activated.We have bank statement and acknowledgement regarding the payment.There is no response on mswipe customer care regarding this.So please check into this and respond to us as soon as possible....
