Staff harish cancelled my calls 3 times on 18th august, [protected], when i called hin from different number he answered. This sort of behaviour is not acceptable. I have complained 3 times about my machine going dead tb02766521, tb02954105, tb02956436 and nothing has been done about it. I had a customer who wished to pay 700/- and wanted to use card, he was not able to as machine was dead. And had no cash, the customer had to go without paying and got items for free. Causing me loss of earnings. I wish to take this matter to court and would like someone to contact me.

    We had booked 3 mswipe machine in different name at one time on the 9th of august and submitted all the relevant documents and the payment of rs 1000/- per machine before 2.00 pm on the 9th august 2018 as per the executive mr mahesh requested. We were in need of atleast 1 machine in urgency as we had a exhibition lined up from the 10 th of august 2018 at bkc which we had request mr mahesh and mr pawan. And we were promised at least 1 machine the next day on urgent basis.. But it was all false promises made by mahesh and pawan just to get the no of business for them selves. It is 13 th of august 6.00 pm and i have not received the machine. And the executives are not answering the calls. After repeated tries

    I want this matter to be expedited immediately or have a senior person to call me.

      This is been problem to my from Oct 2017 After giving the complaint of cancelling Device TID : MS597553 TBK01797917 .

      From that day i had been telling them but they are not collecting other side they are debiting Charger called ECH/ACH Return Charger . 11459 rs till date .

      Its there mistake nobody came to collect the device and its me facing problem now.

      Need to resolve the problem and Refund of the money . I have details of mail . and bank Statement . in the April 11 Times 295 And July Month 17 Time

      Because of there mistake now my loan application has been be canceled .

      I have booked 1 macine a month ago and saleperson mr rajesh and ali promise to deliverd machine in a week but now they are not answering my calls and my macine is not delivered. And whenever I called them they tell we need one more day and today exeicutive from their customer service tell we need one week more to deliver machine.
      Machine service have been cancelled but some charges are being debited from my account pls resolve it

        Hello,
        I gave surrender request in the month of March of my Mswipe wisepad serial no -- [protected] and the request number was TBK0237990. Nobody came to pic up the device They continue deducting ECS from my account inspight of me reminding and calling them
        continuously. I have the recorded conversation in my phone.
        In the month of May when I called I was given a new complaint Number TBK02538640. and I was assured that someone will come to pic up the device and the money deducted from my account will be refunded.
        It is August now and I am still waiting for that person to come and collect my device. And they are continuously deducting the ECS.
        Eventhough I gave the ECS cancellation request to my bank on 17th of May 2018 . And ecs was cancelled with mandate number ICIC[protected]. Still they are able to deduct ECS.
        Everytime I call customer care no. I am given assurance that the concerned person will come and collect the device and excess money which was deducted from my account from March to August will be refunded. This time I have been told that Mr. Brij Kumar will be coming and collecting the device but it's been more than a week... Nobody is coming. And when I asked his phone number from customer care officer I was told it's not updated.
        I am going through this mental harassment since march2018. I have asked them to close my account and refund the money which they have deducted from my account since my first surrender request.
        I am also send them my recorded conversation with their customer care officer, attached with a mail. I have 20 such conversation recorded since March 2018.
        I am being mentally harassed me and feeling robbed

            I have sent so many mails to mswipe still no response below mails are the samples...

            Dear mswipe team,

            This mail in regards of my mswipe mechanic rent deducted incorrectly after surrender the old device. Please find my details below for your reference.

            I have surrender device in the month of july 2017 a person from mswipe came and collected, however sill rent from mswipe is getting deducted from my account and bank is change me for bounce charges, please find the attached statement and requesting to refund the deducted amount back to my account.

            Note : requesting you to please stop this ecs from this account mention on the bank statement.

            Mswipe team do you work for customer service o or not am keep getting charges again and again hope i have to take action on you guys seriously. And you team do not have right to take money from my account.

            Every month its getting deducted without my knowledge almost mswipe has deducted almost 11000 from my saving account

              I am a user of your device from april 2017. Where i had 2 devices. And i gave a request to give back one of the device for which i am not using it on oct 2017 ticket no: tbk01797917 but it was so taken back only on june month 2018. After so much continues follow-up device was taken back.

              One side m swipe is not taking device other side debiting the amount as rent and ecs/ach return chg form my account.
              I hereby write to this letter to m swipe to acknowledge this letter and resolving the issue at the earliest. I would raise a legal complaint i request you to kindly verify and rectify the error by re-crediting the amount to the account. I hope you will arrange to do the needful at the earliest.

                I requested them to stop there service but they are still deducting money from my bank account..

                    I gave them all documents like gumasta cancel cheque's etc all.. N did IMPS online transfer 1178/-rs..
                    He gave me false promises, 2 din me machine de dunga n all..

                    Now today is 26 July.. Till today I didn't get anything from Mswipe..

                    I called pramod regularly.. He didn't receive my call after that day..

                    I want my money back with interest..
                    Otherwise m going to do register a complaint against company n pramod..

                      I have been in contact with one of your executive (Rohit) and had spoken with him a couple of times regarding our issue which is we are unable to do any international transaction in our mswipe machine.
                      I was given a false promise that a callback will be arranged to resolve the issue on the same day but never received one.
                      Also tried reaching out the service centre in the toll free number provided but line keeps...

                      No refund for an advance fee for 2 years - @mswipe i paid for 3 yrs advance plan & returned device in 9 months, but no refund for 2 yrs yet.. Following up every week no update from your team complaint nos. Tbk02605060 and tbk02753759. Even no response to my emails. #horrible service i must say.

                      Following us from june 2018, every time i call them they will say they don't have any update from their rent team, wrote 3 times on their [protected]@mswipe.com email but no response, i have inr 8, 500 refundable amount with mswipe as i paid for 36 months in advance, which is refundable.

                        As i am not using the mswipt machine anymore, hence, i want to surrender the same.
                        I called the customer care and asked them to deactivate my account and take back the machine, that was two month back.
                        However no one came to pick the devise nor my account got deactivate, and rs 600 was deducted from mt account for june.
                        I called the customer care again and requested them to take the device and deactivate the account however, till date nothing has happened.
                        Now this month is also coming to end and they will deduct the amount again.

                        I wish to surrender my M swipe machine back.We have many times complaint regarding this for past four months. But we are really disappointed with our action. We didn't get any action regarding this.                           I had installed a machine on friday on which. Your person had said that the 30k free plan is active and the rent free period is 3 years. I paid an amt of 15700 for the same. But now ur person is saying that the 30k plan is not active and it is some kind of a mis communication. I do not wish to continue the use of mswipe any further would like to request you to kindly refund my money back.

                              I have requested mSwipe Team to deactivate my account and to collect the device but nobody has called or collected the device post my request. I kept on calling the team to deactivate it but nobody seems responsible to answer customer's complaints and to rectify the issue but instead The Amount was taken from my account for the next 2 subsequent months.

                              I called them so many times and no actions from the team. PLS DON'T GO FOR MSWIPE AS THEY ARE CHEAT

                                This is Sanjay Hirani From Happy Kids Wear i wants to talk regarding the money debited form my acc. I have complaied about it also in month of march near about an i have a complaint number also (cbk[protected] they have debited 650rs 4 times after complaning. An now they have debited the other amount of 4000rs from my acc an now they are not giving the proper answer.
                                sir i need a soluation regarding it.

                                other wish i have to take some step.

                                the company has put the amount on hold i have already submit the invoice copy but still they are making fool to me for the payment . Plz try to solve to problem as soon as possible
                                I am being charged every month for nearly 5 to 6 times in a month of ₹300 to ₹350. ₹300x6 =1800. Once in March I have been charged ₹7000 without my authority and it was not informed. Which is really great fraud. I would like all the amount refunded and a compensation for the unauthorized payments taken.

                                  I done the credit card swipe transcation on 16/07/2018 at 49000 thousand rupees but amount not credited till i caled to customer care executive at afternoon (17/07/2018) he said end of the day will credit in account 9pm onwards not credited so again caled to customer care executive said paymend hold i ask reason why hold my payment they said we said no updated the reason kinldy wait tommorrow(18/07/2018) then only we provide the reason

                                  payment hold on twodays we not able to run the business

                                  Note : M very suffered because today my business loss 10000 rupees for this payment hold

                                    Its been more than 2 months since we raised a request to change the account information on our Mswipe device and yet, nothing has been done. The company documents has been shared by these guys a 100 times now on all possible whatsapp numbers (you guys have N number of whatsapp numbers which dont respond at all. God knows if these numbers are even monitored by someone). I was also promised by Sanketh and a couple of other ladies who claimed themselves as technical team guys that the information will be changed in 2 days and nothing has happened till now. No doubt the product is good. But its of now use when the support team is pathetic!

                                      I have requesting mswipe to cancell my connection and stop deducting rental amount from my account since last two years, but still they were stealing my amount from my bank. when ever i call customer care people and ask about deducted amount they will state that complaint taken and deducted amount will be refunded and device will be collected within 7 days
                                      this has been rnning from two years and my problem not solved
                                      yesterday also on[protected] time 105 rupees has been deducted, i .e 19*105=1995rupees
                                      mswipe are thiefs in my knowlegdge, i will go to court of law if my problem is not solved, i lost all my controll as suffering with this issue for twoo many days
