I brought mswipe machine last year april month and i used for only 1month and till now i'm not using the machine and past 6months i'm requesting them to take back the device but they doesn't take any action, for this 6months, 6times they replied me same answer (We filed a request sir, our technician will call u) that's it. And these 6months they taking money from my account. Please mswipe take a serious action and get your mswipe machine...

It's highly unprofessional and unprotected service one can ever experience, the swiping machine was deactivated like months ago but nobody collected the machine, and from nowhere from the month of august they started deducting money, more than the rental 400 was the rental, they started deducting 4000 every month and also[protected], i don't know y they even have a service like this. If this complaint is not taken in action seriously then...

Dear mswipe management am given request on 9 th november they debited twice rent my bank account. Am keep on calling and asking on this every one saying we will update on this as soon as possible till today they are not solved my problem. This is the way you people will treat customers. Near to 20 days you are not solving one small issue. How we will believe. Another 2 days i will wait....

This company says fraud statements and money debited in my account without my permisson and customer care services tell all falses, sales excutives also cheated . this sales excutive says free monthly rentel charges and company cut the monthly charges . so nobody Never go with mswipe its big cheating company in india and bad customer care service

I indira from venkateswara kirana & general stores, purchased a mswipe machine which we returned in march 2018 but we are still being charged from may 2018 till now every month.

I wrote complaint regarding this...

Purchased mswipe device by paying rupees 3853 for 6 months rental free plan and mswipe staff offered (Fake promise) me extra 3 months validity (Totally 9 months). But first 4 months they deducted the monthly rental rs-413/month. Contacted thru mail and call & claimed for refund. No proper response. Amount not refunded yet. Cheating customers in the name of free rental plans. Rude employees....

Automatic activation o[censored]nneccessary value added services and looting in thousands from each customer.
From my account itself 2500 rupees was looted without my knowledge in the name of vas.
And when called to call center it is told they have done this auto update to all the customers i. E from april month 2018 until now, many customers dont know that this is activated and still are being looted without their knowledge....

This is to inform you that we had asked to discountinue the service and take back the swiping machine as we are winding up our business. The reference no for the same is 03108881 dated 21/09/2018, and the executive from your end promised me it will be sorted within 3 working days.
Pl take necessary action and sort this issue as soon as possible.

I purchased a breast pump from first cry, where mswipe equipment was timed out for my hdfc debit card, however payment was deducted. I made the payment again through my credit card. I have been asking them for 1.5 years to cancel my account, but today i received a call to pay Rs. 5000 then my account will be cancelling otherwise the rent will keep on increasing to infinity.
