Hii sir/madam
My self babulal rathode from bangalore.. I wanted to tell you that i had a very bad experince about your service... I have purchased a mswipe machine on 8sep and the amouny was paid by cash but i didnt get my machine still now... The guy said he will be geting the machine by three days but today is 18 sep when will i get my machine??? How many days you want... If i call to your office no one pics up... I wanted you to take a action as soon as possible or refund me the amount back... I[censored] dont belive me i have attached the invoice copy also... Plz kindly respond to my complaint as soon as possible

    I had booked one of your card swipe machine one month ago. Your sales representatives have a commitment of one week installation. It's one month now. Actually this is the smaller issue as giving false commitment is a trend in our country. The serious problem is that the sales representatives are not responding to my phone calls since last two weeks. I am annoyed and feel insulted. The amount i have paid is not the issue. The irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour is not acceptable.

    I hereby give you 48 hours to respond. After that i shall assume that you are forcing me to take a legal action.

      I have not seen pathetic service like you guys. I had applied for 2 machines a month back. I was told it was rejected because of duplicate entry. Till now i have not received any refund. None of your executives are answering my calls for the past 2 weeks. Neither are the reverting. I had put up a complaint with your call centre and still nothing. Really useless service

      I have contact details of all your executives as well as managers who have. Although i am writing a complaint here i have no hopes whatsoever from you to take any actions.

          As a happy customer i requested for a new wisepad for my new firm. Given all the details including cancelled cheque (Chq no. 190544) for my new current account in union bank of india. After the swiping i was waiting to get credit in my account. Surprisingly the amount is credited to my old firms account which one is maintaining in canara bank. Please check and rectify the problem

            Sub: legal representation for excess charges in monthly rental

            Dear sir,

            This is to inform you that we have requested on 30/12/2017 for deactivation of vodafone sim card used for network usage for mswipe wisepad g2 used by eye care professionals. The mentioned sim card no. [protected] mobile no. [protected], service provider vodafone. And monthly rental of 50 + taxes was handel over to service personal mr. Paresh khale from mswipe as on 2/1/2018 as per instruction from mswipe support team. On 4/1/2018 transaction of rs.3899 was done on mswipe machine and the amount that was credit at bank was rs.3404 after deduction of rs.495 towards monthly rent and taxes which was to my surprise not correct and was brought to notice of mswipe customer support immediately as the support team was unable to check the system due to data not updated in their system they asked us to wait till next morning. When we called again on 6/1/2018 for confirmation and the mistake of charging extra was admitted and was assured of refund within 48 hours which should have reached in our account within stipulated time period of 48 hours except sundays and prescribed holidays

            But on our enquiry on 9th january 2018 we did not receive any positive response from your side as we did not received the payment by 9th january 2018.

            We made various call to customer care department in frustration and had the heated exchange of words with customer care executive, sandeepa who just banged the phone midway conversation, similarly the senior executive siddhesh also was unable to get us any solution midway disconnected the call on repeated phone calls the phone was finally transferred to manager mr. Thokle who asked me to teach us how the system should work and lacked basic etiquette and manners to talk to a frustrated and complaining customer adding to my worry and send me a email (
            Dear sir,

            We regret for inconvenienced we wish to inform you that your sim rent refund has been initiated from our end it will get credited asap
            Thanks & regards,
            Helpdesk)

            The delay deliberately made by you and also not able to give any specific and reasonable reason for delay which has caused us great mental harassment and financial losses.

            It is therefore you are requested to transfer our amount immediately and also transfer the amount of rs. 50000/- as a fine for delaying and rs. 5 lac for harassment compensation
            Withing 15 days of this representation.

            If it is not done positively i shall knock the door of court of justice.

              Dear mswipe team,

              This is regarding the mventry machine which i had installed in the month of may.

              During initiation itself had complained about below issues to mr. Pandey who had come for instatallation.

              1. Mrp font size price printed on the bar code is very small.
              2. Also the print is getting vanished after one month (Had shown the pictures of this to mr. Venkat who had come 2 weeks back)
              3. Also the paper quality given is too poor. Infact had given back all the print papers back.

              I have not used your printer since the installation and every week am getting call from your mumbai office for the correction of the above issues... But no proceedings.

              Can you pls look in the above... Else i am going to surrender the printer since it is of zero use to me.

                My name is shiv prakash dhanuka. I have 2machines of mswipe technology but recently there was unauthorised deduction of money that was taking place continously after every transaction so i complaint on the tollfree number and they asured it wont be repeated anymore. And they asured me that they wont charge any rentals from me anymore for the life time yet every month they are charging the rentals that too more than once. This is continously happening on every transaction. On top of that they claim that they will charge only 0.4% of the total amount above 2500/- but when i am taking a transaction of 2500/- i am only receving 1202/- amount. And they dont have a clear explanation of the rest of my money. Kindly help me which way to proceed and how to get back my unauthorised deducted money.

                  I am registered with [protected]. I had taken a loan from mswipe offered by happy loans. First loan was for 5000. Second was for 21000 and the last one was of 32000.in all my 3 loans i had really bad experience. There was excess amount deducted in all the 3 loans. And inspite of so many calls and whatsapp messages there is no one to resolve my problem. I was following up with rohit but he is just of no use. Just giving me false commitment and providing me wrong statements. Please look into this matter at priority basis and refund my excess deduction of rs. 5289.in case you need the proof i have all the proof of whatsapp chat and call recordings.

                    I have made 2 transactions since yesterday amounting to 8000 rupees. Yesterday morning a transaction of 3000 and today morning a transaction of 5000.Ibank alert shows that amount is deducted from the account. The swipe machine says transaction approved. But amount is still not transferred to my bank account. How long does this take to transfer money to my account?

                      I bought a mswipe device last june, since i had no much usage i had to cancel the service. Service executive from your end who supoported me in installation also supported me to raise cancellation request. Cancellation request was raised during Aug2017. Since then i am waiting to return the device which i am.not using. But till now no 1 had come to collect it.

                      Couple of days back a person from your side came to my office and he mentioned that there is withstanding amount of Rs.3000 that has to be paid to return the device. I am really clueless to hear such thing from you. Why should i pay 3k for the device i did not use.
                      yesterday i reached the same person to know more details about it. He mentioned that Rs.6000 approx is withstanding. When i inquired about increase in withstanding amount, he had no answer.

                      And NOW I AM DEBITTED WITH RS. 6600 without any prior information through ECS cheque.

                      Pls give me a valid reason on why i am debitted with this amount. This is disgusting to see suddenly an amount is taken from my account with no information.

                      Pls answer towards my cancellation order which was placed during last year.. i.e.. August 2017.

                      I hope you can understand the concern which i have faced and give me immediate solution.

                        Sir,
                        I had taken up an mswipe machine on trial basis about 3 years back. This was used for a montha nd due to technical glitches we had asked them and surrendered the machine after 2 months of partial use.
                        No won the 29th of Aug 2019 i have notice that, the account has been debited more then Rs 3000 by unauthorized transaction without no reason.Also they charged for ECS/ACH RETURN CHG. On calling their call centre they say your machine is not disconnected and we have debited monthly rental charges.
                        The sales person had explicitly mentioned no monthly fees. Only transaction fees.

                          My user i’d: [protected].
                          I have done an transaction on 165500/- on 22nd aug 18 i waited till 24th aug but the money was not credited also i didn’t receive any call/email or sms on the status, after calling up the customer care they informing its on hold. After sending the necessary invoice what they asked still it’s not been credited either to my account nor back to customer. Sent multiple emails with reminders called customer care 12times so far no proper response or update. Today is 28th aug 18 - day6. Who gave the authority to mswipe to hold someone payment for 6days!!! Withing 24hrs it should be credited or reversed and not hold with them. Guess they are holding all high value transactions and generating business on daily rotation from customers money. This is purely illegal. Either the money should credit back today else legal proceedings will follow.. With penalties.. Having all emails whatsapp messages and call recodings to file a suit..

                              I put my device on charge dispite complaining i have received a used second hand device, i put it on charge in the same socket as i previous socket i charged my phone, i used my blender, then i put the machine on charge and after a hour my socket blew up causing me electrical failure and short circuit. I had to call engineer and he said the device is faulty. I have complailed on whatsapp and i have been told it is my socket that is faulty. How can a engineer tell me it is the machine and someone on whatsapp is sitting there on his phone telling me it is my socket. Is he a astrologer or a magician? The service from mswipe is redicioulous

                                      Staff harish cancelled my calls 3 times on 18th august, [protected], when i called hin from different number he answered. This sort of behaviour is not acceptable. I have complained 3 times about my machine going dead tb02766521, tb02954105, tb02956436 and nothing has been done about it. I had a customer who wished to pay 700/- and wanted to use card, he was not able to as machine was dead. And had no cash, the customer had to go without paying and got items for free. Causing me loss of earnings. I wish to take this matter to court and would like someone to contact me.

                                        We had booked 3 mswipe machine in different name at one time on the 9th of august and submitted all the relevant documents and the payment of rs 1000/- per machine before 2.00 pm on the 9th august 2018 as per the executive mr mahesh requested. We were in need of atleast 1 machine in urgency as we had a exhibition lined up from the 10 th of august 2018 at bkc which we had request mr mahesh and mr pawan. And we were promised at least 1 machine the next day on urgent basis.. But it was all false promises made by mahesh and pawan just to get the no of business for them selves. It is 13 th of august 6.00 pm and i have not received the machine. And the executives are not answering the calls. After repeated tries
