Dear mswipe team,

This is regarding the mventry machine which i had installed in the month of may.

During initiation itself had complained about below issues to mr. Pandey who had come for instatallation.

1. Mrp font size price printed on the bar code is very small.
2. Also the print is getting vanished after one month (Had shown the pictures of this to mr. Venkat who had come 2 weeks back)...

I have 2machines of mswipe technology but recently there was unauthorised deduction of money that was taking place continously after every transaction so i complaint on the tollfree number and they asured it wont be repeated anymore. And they asured me that they wont charge any rentals from me anymore for the life time yet every month they are charging the rentals that too more than once. This is continously...

I am registered with [protected]. I had taken a loan from mswipe offered by happy loans. First loan was for 5000. Second was for 21000 and the last one was of 32000.in all my 3 loans i had really bad experience. There was excess amount deducted in all the 3 loans. And inspite of so many calls and whatsapp messages there is no one to resolve my problem. I was following up with rohit but he is just of no use. Just giving me false commitment...

I have made 2 transactions since yesterday amounting to 8000 rupees. Yesterday morning a transaction of 3000 and today morning a transaction of 5000.Ibank alert shows that amount is deducted from the account. The swipe machine says transaction approved. But amount is still not transferred to my bank account. How long does this take to transfer money to my account?

I bought a mswipe device last june, since i had no much usage i had to cancel the service. Service executive from your end who supoported me in installation also supported me to raise cancellation request. Cancellation request was raised during Aug2017. Since then i am waiting to return the device which i am.not using. But till now no 1 had come to collect it.

I had taken up an mswipe machine on trial basis about 3 years back. This was used for a montha nd due to technical glitches we had asked them and surrendered the machine after 2 months of partial use.
No won the 29th of Aug 2019 i have notice that, the account has been debited more then Rs 3000 by unauthorized transaction without no reason.Also they charged for ECS/ACH RETURN CHG. On calling their call centre they say...

I have done an transaction on 165500/- on 22nd aug 18 i waited till 24th aug but the money was not credited also i didn’t receive any call/email or sms on the status, after calling up the customer care they informing its on hold. After sending the necessary invoice what they asked still it’s not been credited either to my account nor back to customer. Sent multiple emails with reminders called customer...

We are applied one month back new swipe machine, but till date not received and our sales men not pick the phone no, no body response the your staff, customer care number not working, your not done please cancel the application and return back the money outside so many people are wait...

I put my device on charge dispite complaining i have received a used second hand device, i put it on charge in the same socket as i previous socket i charged my phone, i used my blender, then i put the machine on charge and after a hour my socket blew up causing me electrical failure and short circuit. I had to call engineer and he said the device is faulty. I have complailed on whatsapp and i have been told it is my socket that is faulty....

This is to inform you that one of your employe "name :- uday pandey" his mobile number -[protected] from dombivli has committed me wrong things regarding your mswipe machine, because of his wrong commitment i have return the machine at the same time when it was delivered at my place and ask for the refund, but still i have not got the refund. I expect that you take a action on such employe and refund me the money back..

I have requested for the cancellation of the machine on 30/07/18, I have taken another machine on zero rental and its been a month now no one has come to take the machine back I have even called the custimer care many times and there is no response from their side so kindly please take back as soon as possibble.

I had taken a loan from mswipe. I duly repaid it back but they have decuted 12375 extra and said il get a refund but I havent got any. I have mailed them many times they say ul get refund in 48 hrs. everytime its been. 5 months now. please help when I call there cusmter care they said mail us and. I just get promsies everytime but they dont resolve it I been trying mailing them since april. kindly reslove my problem.

Staff harish cancelled my calls 3 times on 18th august, [protected], when i called hin from different number he answered. This sort of behaviour is not acceptable. I have complained 3 times about my machine going dead tb02766521, tb02954105, tb02956436 and nothing has been done about it. I had a customer who wished to pay 700/- and wanted to use card, he was not able to as machine was dead. And had no cash, the customer had to go without...

We had booked 3 mswipe machine in different name at one time on the 9th of august and submitted all the relevant documents and the payment of rs 1000/- per machine before 2.00 pm on the 9th august 2018 as per the executive mr mahesh requested. We were in need of atleast 1 machine in urgency as we had a exhibition lined up from the 10 th of august 2018 at bkc which we had request mr mahesh and mr pawan. And we were promised at least 1 machine...

This is been problem to my from Oct 2017 After giving the complaint of cancelling Device TID : MS597553 TBK01797917 .

From that day i had been telling them but they are not collecting other side they are debiting Charger called ECH/ACH Return Charger . 11459 rs till date .

Its there mistake nobody came to collect the device and its me facing problem now.

Need to resolve the problem and Refund...

I gave surrender request in the month of March of my Mswipe wisepad serial no -- [protected] and the request number was TBK0237990. Nobody came to pic up the device They continue deducting ECS from my account inspight of me reminding and calling them
continuously. I have the recorded conversation in my phone.
In the month of May when I called I was given a new complaint Number TBK02538640. and I was assured...

Please note ur mswipe is nt working nd vr loosing lot of credit card business due to this ur toll free now dsnt work no executive ready to help i don't expect such services from mswipe atleast we were not gvn ny i'd or password also when v bought this machine this v realised today only ur immediate action will b aprre iated
