Dear team,

I had called in feb 2018 to cancel my mswipe service bearing # [protected] and sim number 02157428. I was adviced that one of the representatives will come and collect the device and that never happened even after calling several times requesting to stop deducting money and take back the device.

Finally, i found another representative from another area of mswipe and asked him to collect the same on 25th june 2018. But still, they have been deducting money from my account. I was advised of full refund from february but in vain.

I kindly request your team to have this fund refunded to my account and stop deducting it henceforth.

    The amont is deducted in the month of jan 18 and month of june 18 but i surrenderd my device in august of 17
    I complaint so many times but my problem is not resolved if problem is not resolved i will fill complaint in consumer forum

      Subject: - not issuing the payment of 10 lakh rupees by mswipe.

      Dear sir,
      We have repeatedly contacted regarding not issuing the payment of rupees ten lakh to balaji medical & general stores, near balaji hospital, bypass chowk, nagar road, chandannagar, kharadi, pune.
      We have registered complaint to mswipe customer care with complaint number - tbk02739195 on 23rd june 2018. Your executive visited our place and confirmed swipe machine serial number. Then we have sent 4-5 e-mails but no communication from mswipe technologies pvt. Ltd. We have also sent scanned copies of bank statement to mswipe technologies. Pvt. Ltd.
      Miss. Megha – executive (Mob – [protected]) spoke once with us and we told the issue afterwards she stopped picking our calls. Area relationship manager mr. Rushikesh thube (Mob – [protected]) spoke with us and told that he will resolve the issue. But now he is also not picking up the phone. Many times we contacted with customer care but they are not giving us any answer.
      Now we are really frustrated with the mswipe’s behaviour. Mswipe has done our mental harassment & huge financial loss.
      Now we request mswipe technonlogy private limited to transfer our amount to our account immediately with interest and rupees 5 lakh for mental harassment compensation as our family members are disturbed with this issue.
      If transfer of money is not done then we don’t have any option and we will do police complaint & file a case in court of law.

        As per your kind information... Your agent subodeep day came to my shop.. ND he offered me to purchase swipe machine.. ND told that Dere is no any rental charges or any other hidden charges... So for that I had given him a account payee cheque... Of rs=2183 ..in favour of m swipe technology private limited.. After 3 days when d operator bought d machine he gave complete new information about d rental charges.. And when I talked to d customer care.. He also told d same... So I returned d machine same day.. ND I want to get my cash back... ND quit ur company...

            *i have query which name customer boddu laxman his card ending with 0116 spent rs 800.09 on 24/apr/2018 we have done void with same amount same day. Once void the amount should be credit with in 7 working days

            *amount was not credited. After 7 days he was went to bank for this bank people told him we didn't received the void transaction.
            * its almost 2 months still amount was not credited to the customer account.

            Customer was asking amount to us so please help us to use better service from mswipe

              I paid my money in the month of april 2018 for the loyalty cards. And its june 2018, i had not received my cards. One gentleman mr. Vishal from hyderabad had picked my cheque and promised to deliver the cards by 1 month based on his boss words. I asked him to share his boss contact number he arranged a call with mr. Abishek, mr. Abishek promised that he is going to deliver in 3 to 4 days. Its been a week mr. Abishek is not responding to any of my calls or messages. Mr. Manish patel ceo of this company mswipe, please learn and teach mr. Abishek to handle a customer. I am not satisfied with the service. I had take mventry software from mr. Vishal where he is helping me at any point of time. Please deliver my card or refund my money immediately.

                I manoj chandiramani registered no. [protected], with mswipe from past 2 years, would bring to your notice that your team is giving false information to the customers and deduct unnecessary amount from the customers.
                Your team activates and deactivates any plan for their consumers without any prior notice and gives false information to the customers. Rents are deducted twice for one plan and when the customer draws the attention for this, the amount gets refunded and the plan is deactivated without any notice and taxes starts getting deducted.
                I was in 30 k plan which i was been informed that it is mandatory.in the month of may 2018 i was been charged twice for the 30 k plan (177 rupees) but when i complained about this to mswipe callcentre, i was been refunded that amount saying it was a technical fault. Now is the month of june 2018 mswipe deducted taxes from my swipes saying that the 30 k plan is deactivated, which i was totally unaware.
                Please refund me the unnecessary amount of taxes which mswipe has deducted from my account and continue with 30 k plan as before for the month of june 2018 and for further also.
                Hoping mswipe to do the needful.

                  I am following up to stop ecs from more than a year but every time you say executive will visit and collect the device. Till now nobody visited. Not using mswipe device its been more than a year. Every month ecs is getting debited. Two ecs in a month also you people are deducting. I want refund o[censored]nnecessary deductions. And stop the ecs immediately else i will take strict legal action.

                    I had paid for a year subscription but still the company deducts monthly rental from the amount which i am supposed to receive from the transactions. I have complained them about this and they returned the amount for three months and assured it will never happen again. But they are again charging the rental every month and now even after complaining them i have not received any reverts from them.

                      Dear sir,
                      I made a transaction of amount 92451, it was approved 3rd time after attempting 2 consecutive failure due to wrong pin, as my client forgot the pin. Now mwsipe says due to 2 consecutive wrong pin, it was hold and physical verification of my office will done, at starting they said it max period 10 working days, when i am calling even after 15 working days they said it shows same status, please update your address. I mail all my kyc docs and business registration proof, but still no reply from mswipe.

                      Please help me out for the same, i am mentally disturbed because due to lack of payment, my business stopped, and progress of my business going down.

                      Dear Sir, I made one transaction of amount 35000 on Mswipe Machine, Generally payment credited on next working day, I wait for 3 working days, when not got the payment call customer care and they said my Bank Details not updated, need to provide KYC docs and Bank details again.

                      I provide all the details on same day, but still not get the amount.

                      Similarly I made two transaction of Amount 69970 and 70880.

                      The same also not credited, when I call they have no reason for the same.

                      Please help me out.

                        Hello,
                        On 29th may i received a call from a marketing number, the caller claimed that she is from mswipe and told us that there will be no mdr charges for the transactions made on 30th may.
                        I've double checked it by calling to mswipe tollfree support, they told me it is legitimate.
                        I still had a doubt and asked the same in their whatsapp support, they have responded that it is genuine etc..
                        Now when i made the transaction, the mdr charges were debited.
                        From around 10 days i am continuously following up with them but there is no proper response from the support. For some days they talked to me as if there is no such offer from them..
                        I have all the proofs and call recordings...

                        Please help in getting my money back...

                          Hello!

                          This is to bring up notice to you that my mobile no.[protected], i had taken your device which you can check with my mobile no. I had already given request to cancel my ecs at when i had brought the your device but it was not been actioned by you at that time even i had also informed the salesman who has sold the device to me, since then there were ecs being sent to my first-aim consultancy's current account in kotak bank a/c no.[protected] and ecs debited and some got return where i had to pay penalty for ecs returned. Till date the amount rs.3307/- has been debited from mentioned bank account, you can also find the attached file for bank statement.in additionally i had already updated my indusind bank account, a/c no.[protected] with you which still in your system and where all transaction is being carried out the charges also being debited as per terms given by you "at first card swipe or transaction" the device monthly charges will be debited. Besides that i have given service request in last year august month to surrender the device but no one has called me back for the same at that time, and in this month on 11th may 2018 i have given request to surrender, i got reply from your customer care that "we will call you in two days" but as pathetic your services no calls again really pathetic!

                          Though the surrender request my yesterday on 29th may there were multiple amount debited you can see in bank statement.
                          Very clearly i am saying you that i want my money back in 48 hrs which was debited total amt 3307/-

                          Please note : if you are failed to transfer my money in 48 hrs in the same account from where it was debited (Kotak bank a/c no.[protected]) then i will see you in court for further legal action.

Yes I have received the call on 16/6/2018 Saturday from retention department of mswipe and today on 18/6/2018 got call from collection executive to collect the device. I will hand over the device to your executive But where is my money which was debited on 29/5/2018 from kotak bank. I have clearly said that please refund my debited amount which was 3307/- would like to request you that as I am handing over the device, the same way I should get cheque or DD from mswipe amt of 3307/-

                            Hello sir,
                            This complaint is regarding:
                            1. Poor customer service: when i opted for the service, their sales executive made false promises of delivering the swiping machine on a specified date but this never happened. Never bothered once i money is paid.

                            2. Charging inappropriately: initially i spoke to the sales guy and took 6 months prepaid service. And i was clearly told if you continue using further you will be charged. If you are not using you will not be charged. After 6 months i neither used the device nor they deducted any charges. All of the sudden on 26/02/2018 & on 27/02/2018 they deducted 350 rs on each day. I was told to raise a cancel request and so i did but none came to the pick the device. I also got assurance of not charging again but on 28/03/2018 i was charged of rs 3660. I tried calling them but nothing worked. I took out some time to visit mswipe office and returned the device. When i said my grievance, i got only 1 reply i don't know & we will not have any such information.
                            I have no idea why they all of the sudden deducted the amount. Atleast if they would have deducted on month 7, i would have returned long back with minimum loss. Contacting bank to block ecs was of no use.

                            3. When i visited the mswipe office, i asked them "sir i raised a cancel request but none from your company came to pick the device".
                            Response: money will be deducted till you return our device so it is your responsibility to return it, even id request raised. He further simply said i am helpless and asked me complain to anyone.

                            Note: i can even present you an other case of not picking up the device even after registering the cancel request but charging every month.

                              I my name is m. Gangi reddy, i had a device in the name of chettinadu foods. I already raised a complain that i am not using the device and lost the device. When i took the device, sales excutive said that if i took 1 year plan device would be free and collected rs6000 from me. I write an email to help desk on the same and complained the same to the customer care as well still rs 4500 has been deducted from my account. When i asked they said it is rental. I am totally upset because even after completing there was a deduction. Please look in to this and revert back my deduction amount. What needs to be done next.

                              Hi Waste of time taking and sending mails and other chanels.one of the worst customer support which is providing by m swipe.
                              Even after so many complaints still there was a deduction in my account about 5000rupees.and there is no use of calling customer care.

                              This is to inform you that after so many calls to customer care, write a emails to [protected]@mswipe.com, [protected]@mswipe.comand I tried to contact CRM team and it is disconnecting from the reception only.there is no proper positive response from the m swipe.Hence I am going to legal for further proceedings.

                              My question to my swipe
                              Why did not confirm with me after 1 year subscription?
                              Why did not confirmed when device idle more than a year?
                              What is the deduction method after completing the subscription?
                              When the 1st year subscription is prepaid?
                              Why not for second year?
                              How do you deduct without costumer petition?

Still upto today i can't any transaction with this machine.15-20 times call to the service provider mr himardi saha, mr arup sil and mr sudip das but no response. Immediatly i return this machine and help me out from this burden.

                                Dear Sir,

                                To change your bank details we request you to share Cancelled Cheque of your new bank where in Account number, IFSC Code, Beneficiary Name must be must be visible and printed along with sealed stamp on your cheque With beneficiary name.
                                I did a transaction yesterday of rs.2000 and mswipe tech. Deducted a amount of rs. 400 on the namepf tax. They also did this before many times.i am having problm with this bcz they always take tax as they want always they told me that they take 1% tax of the amount.

                                  I have purchased m swipe in april 2018. I have called customer care of mswipe to please visit for the demo and installation of machine, but some how i managed to start the machine by watching youtube.
                                  On 26th i called to customer care for help and requested for engineer visit as machine was not working.in 10-12 days i have called several times, every time they assured that engineer will visit 1-2 days and making excuses.
                                  I am disappointed regarding the support of mswipe.
                                  Worthless to buy such devices.

                                  Hi, I haven't been using your swipe machine for long time since i had alternative swipe machine and didn't have smart phone to link with your machine.

                                  Shockingly I saw Rs.590 debited from my ICICI current a/c, pls let me know why and how its charged and refund the amount ASAP.

                                    I have been requesting for cancellation of mswipe services availed by apta healthcare advisors pvt. Ltd. Since march 2018 (Reference number - tbk[protected]; but there has been no action, in spite of repeated calls (I was always told the wide pad will be collected within 7 days). Please treat this as a notice from the customer, for cancellation of the services. And act upon immediately.

                                        My user id is ms256094.
                                        We called the customer care and requested them to discontinue mswipe services in may 2017. They approved the request, but still they are debiting monthly charge of 300. We did not notice until dec 2017 that the money is getting debited. Also, when the balance in account was less than 300, they did not debited. When i called the customer care they said, action will be taken, money will be refunded and they will not debit the money anymore.
                                        Their representative came the next week and said action will be taken. Yesterday when i saw the statement, i could see that they are still debiting 300 per month. When i approached the bank to stop the payment, they say that this is ecs and it cannot be stopped from the bank's end.
                                        The complaint number is tbk01457524. Attaching the screenshot of money debit message from bank. Worse is until i made the second complain, i was able access my mswipe account online and see the debit details. Yesterday when i tried to login, it said invalid account number. Looks like my details have been removed but the money is still debited. The money that was already debited is not yet refunded.
                                        Not sure how to stop these guys from looting me. Is there any way to stop this?

                                        Adding the timelines:
                                        July 26 2017: First call made to discontinue the service. One of Mswipe executive came to our place and said the device will be deactivated, and service will be stopped.

                                        7 April, 2018: After I noticed that money was debited in earlier months, called the customer care and they said that Mswipe executive will collect the device and the money debited would be refunded. The executive came, but he said the device will be collected in a week's time. He never turned up.

                                        30 April 2018: Money debited from our account - I did not notice it.

                                        30 May 2018: Money debited from our account - I notice it and made a complaint at this forum on 4 June 2018.

                                        8 June 2018: I called the customer care again @[protected]. It was attended by a lady named Jayanthi. She agreed to all what I had to say and gave the same old response. "An executive will collect the device in a week's time and we will refund the money in a week's time".

                                        We will get the your device collected and deinstalled and excess rent deducted after your surrender request will be refunded to you. within five days after device deinstallation.
                                        Sir I have applied for a POS MACHINE on10th if may 2018 with a cheque amounting 7847rs but yet to receive my MACHINE I demand you to repay me complete amount of rs7847/- with interest immediately or i will have to go through consumer court.
