stop ecs immediately!!!

I am following up to stop ecs from more than a year but every time you say executive will visit and collect the device. Till now nobody visited. Not using mswipe device its been more than a year. charging monthly rental even after paying for yearly subscription

I had paid for a year subscription but still the company deducts monthly rental from the amount which i am supposed to receive from the transactions. I have complained them about this and they returned the amount for three months and assured it will never happen again. about the bad technical support
