14th and 15th may 2018 i made a transaction of total 1, 70, 000 rs. Money was kept hold due to same card swipe, 15th afternoon i raised an ticked which is still under pending.. Field verification has done, submitted kyc and even invoice copies along with id proofs and a cancelled cheque.
Now custamer support has no answer to my question they keep on giving me extended date, poor response and poor service....

Money debited bank account for 8 months even after cancelling services. When raised multiple complaints, they promised refunds and almost after 2 months of complain no refund. Don't ever go to Mswipe they are cheaters and they don't even have a proper system in place.

I have received no calls regarding this. And an extra payment of 177rs has been deducted towards rental charges. The refund has not been credited in my bank account. Its been over 10 days. I have surrendered my mswipe machine and yet they are debiting my account. I even informed my bank hdfc bank but they too refused to help saying that the mandate is with the establishment (Mswipe) and they cannot take my instructions to stop debiting my account.
