I received the following message from mswipe yesterday for a transaction done 5 mths ago:

Dear merchant, payment of rs.19, 999 for transaction done on 19/08/2018occassio consultants llp has been put on hold for risk checking. Kindly attach invoice & id proof of cardholder (Passport copy) click on following link https://goo.gl/Jfm8VD /mswipe app link:http://chip.mswipetech.com/mobapps/Android/Mswipe/MswipeWebSocketAtlantis_v...

We are retailers and the only thing we look for is approval from the credit card swipe machine. We don’t ask for customer id’s for all customers so how do i upload this? I have the following issues:

1. If there was a risk why will mswipe approve the transaction without notifying us?
2. After 5 mths we have been asked to provide customer id proof. Is this logical?

    My total bill was 3500 with the vendor. But i was charged for 3500 twice incorrectly by the vendor who uses your mswipe technology for the card payment. One transaction was then cancelled.

    For void transaction, i did not received the message for the same but amount is not refunded yet.

    This was from the vendor m/s rohit chaddha. Transaction date was for 1st january 2019 auth #011827.

      We are very disappointed for not responding on calls and nor reverting on emails.

      We have called so many times in costumer care form 6-12-18 for the details required of the amount credited of 350/- on 23-10-18. Still there is no response to our calls or mails.

      Another query was placed with mswipe costumer care representative for wrongly charging the rent on mswipe machine even though we have already paid the advance rent for the whole fy 2018-19 and requested them to refund us the amount of rent deducted on regular basis from may 2018. The refund complaint no. Is tbk03467606. However still there is no response.

      We even called ms afreen shaikh - [protected] for the same but there was no proper response from her side also and now she is not picking up our calls also.

      We have 4 devices of mswipe and its very disappointing that nobody is responding to us even after so much followups and there is alway some new issue that arises after some time.

      Request you to please look into the matter and help up in resolving the issue.

      we do not understand the above response. the terminal Id[protected] & 42530901 are the new devices purchased & we have note received any call from them to clarify the issue. We have placed a complaint for our old Mswipe devices whose terminal id is 42092189 & 42092190. we have already given advance rent for this year of it but then also Mswipe is charging unnecessary every month.

      request you to please escalate the matter urgently.

      we again called on customer support of Mswipe and explained the whole issue in detail, after checking at their end they also agreed that the rent was deducted unnecessarily and will refund the same with in 3 working days. however, still we have not received any updates from their side. our new complaint id is TBK03755964 placed on 30/01/2019. we again called at customer support for the status but they again said that the wrongly deducted rent will be refunded within three days.

      request you to please look into the matter and help us getting the refund of the at the earliest.

        Mswipe salesperson sahil goswami sells a plan assuring and promising of 3yrs no rental in august 2017 to dr priyanka raut, mumbai. He became untraceable and disappeared after that. On contacting the company, i find out that its only 1 yr no rental and he had done a fraud.

        Had to fight over emails and multiple calls to get what i was promised and some ms rashmi dubey from mswipe sent me a mail to that effect along with some senior executive mr. Santosh rawat on [protected].

        Now excatly 1 yr later from august 2018, rental money of 500 rs each month, started automatically deducting from my account for each month.

        I have tried complaining and they never ever get back and only keep giving false promises about the reimbursement of about 3000 rs deducted without cause.
        Bloody fraudulant company.

          My registered mobile number is [protected] under the name of suraj salian hotels pvt ltd.

          I have availed till now 2 happy loans to the tune of 108000/ and 162000/ and both are closed. The second loan of 162000/ was closed premature as the loan expert was on april and was closed on appx by end of november itself.

          The second loan as per the agreement, deduction was 10% but it was deducted to the tune of 20% and which i realised much later at the fag end of the amount and when i complained the same, mswipe representative ashish apologised and for some days, the practice was for 10% but again it got back to 20%. I was in touch with one mr ashish of mswipe bearing mobile number [protected] and i explained to him that my working capital is being suffered as a result of the deduction of 20% and early closure, to which he assured me that immediately after closure of my loan, he would expedite an alternate loan of 2 lacs within 24-48hrs by sending me a link which is normal practice. I then conveyed to him that he can deduct 100% which would close in next 3 days only under the condition that the fresh loan should be disbursed at the stipulated time frame as promised by him to which he readily agreed.
          But to my surprise, he did not keep up to his word and kept on saying that i would receive a link but it had not come. Then he offered me a loan from other company to which i refused as i mentioned to him that i have already availed facility from mswipe twice and i am comfortable with mswipe. Then i called up mswipe to lodge a complaint and they gave me an alternate number [protected] which i have been continuously following up since one month and they are keeping on telling me that i will receive a link but more than a month has passed and no concrete feedback and a patent message from [protected] saying no update received.

          Why is this harassment and why did your representative cheat me in closing the loan fast under the condition of fresh disbursal of 2lacs. Kindly update me on the same in prioroty as my working capital is being suffered because of the early closure of the previous loan.

            I made a pos transaction[protected] with pay u money in 25 november 2016 for 30000 rs., after that i dint receive any amount in my account. I called many time in pay u money i mailed them but i never received any response. Then i called the executive who installed the machine he told me that the pay u money has merged with mswipe after that i called in mswipe but still i m waiting for my money from last 2 years.

              I was missold an mswipe machine 2 years ago stating that the charges were inr 1750/- and then teh machine was mine.

              Your representative did not explain to me that there would be monthly rental charges that would kick in.

              My bank details have been collected for inflow of payments, however it is now being misused by mswipe to debit my account on a device that has not been used for 2 years.

              I have not got any intimation either.

              I want the money that have been debited from me to be reversed asap.

                I have ordered mswipe machine (Order no. Happ[protected] from mr. Ramesh (Mumbai sales person) on 14th december but its been more than 15 days i have not received my machine yet and not even getting any revert from sales person.

                I am contacting mswipe customer care and everytime they are saying you will be getting machine in next 48 hours and for more they are asking me to contact sales person and even after telling that sales person is not responding to me company is not bothered of helping.

                  I am the owner of vinod jewellers, i'm using m-swipe pos from july. Merchant i'd [protected]. Im using a small wifi device. As per demand of paper slip from our customers, i had decided to buy new rolr mechine on dec 5th i had paid 6700/-in cash (Attached with slip photo) and till the date i didn't get the rool mechine. And i tried to followup with that guy (Ananth kumar [protected]) who collected cash from me on 5th december, he is not responceing properly. They i tried to follow up on this number ([protected]) didn't got any response properly.

                  Now i request to re-pay my amount rs.6700/- and cancel my merchant account with your company. I don't need any service from this company.

                  On 1st jan i'm handovering your device to head office by courier.

                    I had done transaction of inr 3, 500 dated 24/12/2018 and it was voided on the same day.
                    But amount was not credited in my bank account.

                    Kindly help in this matter and treat this complaint as urgent and refund the amount back to my account

                      We have ordered the machine on nov 18 but yet not received. Also, charges are deducted from our bank account. So please look into this and we want to cancel the same and refund our money back into our account.

                        I am from simply divine pawan makhija i had received a offer from your side that i will be not charged a rent for 2 months than also your company had deducted a 1824 amount from my transaction for same i had complained on 10 december 2018 and a tat for same is 72 hours. 15 days regularly i am calling to your customer care number they are just telling me to wait. I escalated same matter with team leader deepak on 21 dec he told i guarantee that by end of the day you will get reversal the same amount in your account but it will not again. Than again i had escalated same matter on 24 december with a another team leader he told me any how he will revert the same matter by 25 dec or at least he will call me around 4-5 pm (He told i definitely call you and update you) but now it's 26 dec why the company mswipe is not refunding my amount and they all the team leaders are not replying me and escalation team also if company mswipe don't want to pay my money back than just tell me that we won't give you.

                        For the same i writing this mail hope so might be i will get some reply from your side now.

                        Sending you a recording the team leader is calling telling me that he will call me and you can know his name in same attachment.

                        I hope this mail will escalated to the concerned person/authorities/departments who all are liable to do there workin 360 hours (Tat 72 hrs).

                          Pathetic service.. Beware of such fraud people.. They collect cheque and documents (Given in month of july 2018), encash the cheque amount and did not turned up, now it's almost 4 months. I will take legal action against mswipe and there executive person, who has collected the cheque. Fraud's name is mr sanjay sahni. Beware of him. Necessary action should be taken against him.

                            Sir i gave the payment to your salesman Santosh & Nitin on 11/11/18 for the Bluetooth swipe machine rs 1770 but i got the payment sms on my number at 30/11/18.

                            Sir your both the agent have not given the swipe machine till now and every day they are making some new stories i.e TID number have not been generated and all

                              Mswipe sales person visited my shop, he told me to use try mswipe pos terminal for 6 month so i gave him 6 months cheque & started the service from january 2018. On 1st swipe of my customer, mswipe started deducting money, i came to know after few payments done by my customer. So i called toll free no.To check the issue, they told me i have paid for only 6 months & still more money has to be paid for more 6 months as payment should be made for 1 year. So i called the sales person & explained him everything, he also said the toll free person is wrong & that we have subscribed for 6 months only & he gave me the mobile no. Of accounts person, sales person said that this guy will solve your problem as its not a big issue. Accounts person said to whats app him the no. Behind the swipe machine, & after sending it i called him again to check it. He checked it. But after that he never replied even if i called him. Then i called him from another no., he picked it up & said that he has lots of work pressure & he cannot help me. So i again called sales person, he said the problem will be solved in few days. After few days i again called him but he was not picking up the phone & if i call on toll free they were not ready to listen to my request of stop deducting the money.
                              I was in a terrible mental torture. What to do i was not knowing. Then i messaged the sales person saying i am not blaming you for this issue, lets work together & solve this issue together, after this message he started picking up the phone & we both together sorted out the issue. Approx after approx 2 months my deducted money was refunded back to me. So much efforts made, time waste, energy waste & then the issue was solved & that also without any mistake from my side. No compensation, no apologies nothing from mswipe
                              now after 6 months were gone, i stopped using the mswipe as my subscription has expired, new problems i faced. Approx 2 months after the subscription expired, another sales person visited my shop & gave me zero rental offer & i agreed to it. But he said that i will have to pay the existing rent which has started after the expiry of my 6 months subscription. I was shocked & i said him i have no idea about it & how come after the expiry i have to pay the rent & also no one has called me from mswipe to inform me whether i wont to continue using mswipe pos terminal or discontinue & if i continue using it i will have to pay rent, no sms nothing was sent by mswipe. So he said even after the expiry of 6 months subscription the rent continues & i have to pay for it nothing doing. I didn't agreed. & i told him to waive off the rent, then he spoke to his authorities & told me that he will waive 25% but i was firm then he agreed to waive 50% then again all of the rent rs.1000/- was waived & he told after that he will start the zero rental plan, but he also said me not to start immediately the zero rental plan, as he will first inform me after waiving off the rent first & he also told me to remind in a week about this issue. Now again he was not replying me after i calling him. So i was not able to understand whether the amount is waived or not & still i was not using my mwsipe terminal as the issue was not resolved so again mental torture started. Then after 2 months i called to toll free no. They said i have to pay 177 as rent, again headache started & i told him to connect me to higher authorities, when the higher authority madam was online i told her to waive rs.177/- & mail me or sms me. I gave her my email address but i didnt recieved any mail of waiving off the rent. In november i talked to toll free no, the rent was 354/- again i told him to waive it off or stop the service & collect the terminalor connect me to higher authority, he was laughing at my anger & insulting me. He told me within 24 hours the higher authority
                              will contact me. Now in december mswipe calls me & says me that u had requested us to deactivate the service but you will have to pay rs.531/-again the same thing started. I requested again to him to waive off the full amount as it is not my fault & i have told the previous sales person to stop the rent also.
                              He said he will waive 31/- rs. & told me to pay 500/-. I denied. He disconnected the phone telling me that he will talk to his colleagues & again call me. Nearly i had to talk to him for 30 min even that day i was not well.Same day he called me again & said me that he will waive off 231/- rs. &that i should pay rs.300/- & that rs.300/- will be deducted by ecs on 26 or 27th december 2018. I denied that also & told him to waive full rs.531/- & that i will continue after that on zero rental plan.

                              After that no call from them(toll free) to fully waive off the amount so much mental harassment & agony, time waste & energy waste for not a single mistake done by me.
                              Now i have decided to contact the consumer forum & charge mswipe for this torture

                                Sir, my name is vijaya kumar mannava. Last year in dec 2017 my brother had taken mswipe machine on his mob no.[protected] and given my account number for credit of money and paid 3000/- for machine. We had used the machine for 10 days in dec 2017 only at expo for book stall, after that we don’t used the machine. After one year today at 15:32, on 17 dec 2018 one rep from mswipe (Phone no.[protected]) call me and told to pay rs. 6500/- as charges, if not paid they will cut the money from my account. At the time of taking machine no one has tell us regarding any charges. Ok if i know the charges why i wait for one year. This machine has not been used for one year, why don’t you come up after 02-03 months after purchasing machine, why you come up after one year, and told to pay the charges. I am not in a stage to pay that charges. I am a pensioner; my house runs on my pension only. If any queries pls call on my mob no.[protected]. If you want machine pls take back it is in brand new condition. If you want any explanations pls call me on my mobile number.

                                To On 17 Dec 18 Rep called from Mswipe told that they will look into this matter and call back to me. At 14:05 hrs on 18 Dec 18, I called Mswipe customer Care Tollfree Number[protected]. Their Rep has told that, they have given discount of 30% from Rs. 6500/-.
                                I told them there is no mistake from my side why I will pay the money. If you want machine you take it back it is in brand new condition.

                                  I have booked a machine of 1770rs from your exective on 7nov which he misguided me that it will run via bluetooth and wifi after 10 days obe of your executive came to me with machine stating that machine i booked was only bletooth and not wifi
                                  I refused to take the machine then after couple of days old executive again came to me askig apology for his mistake and convinced me to take bluetooth machine and i agreed
                                  After that more than a month has passed no executive has come to me more than 7 times i have called to your cstmr care they are saying same thing every time that u ll reicieve your machine in 3 days
                                  I am out of my patience i want either my money back or machibe as soon as possible otherwise i will have to take legal action against you

                                    I purchased a mattress worth 4400 from A Y furnishings Asif nagar Hyderabad on 14.12.2018 and paid the amount with my SBI card vide txn # 458797 the mswipe POS showed transaction failed but still my account was debited with the amount. MSwipe refund me my amount the seller contacted the customer care number but no response from MSwipe. MSwipe refund my money back

                                      Salesman of mswipe machine, sanjay appeared at our retail outlet in delhi 15 november, 2018. And started breifing about the product. After certain requests, we got convinced. He asked to make a cheque on favour of mswipe technologies of amount 1770/- of current date. And commited to deliver machine within 2 days.                                         On[protected] payment was done from our side for the m-swipe machine and the representative promised to deliver it within 7 to 8 days.
                                        As promised the delivery person did show up on the eighth day but he behaved in a very inappropriate way that my mother is yet to recover from the mental trauma she had been through continuously for two days from the person.
                                        Neither did he provide us the information regarding the machine nor did he deliver it.
                                        We have called up your customer care number for more than five times and yet we have no response regarding the complaint nor have they refunded our amount.
                                        We are deeply disappointed with the way your company has made us feel from past one month.
                                        Kindly help us get our refund back.
