Hello, my registered mobile number with m-swipe is [protected] and the same is my id
I’d made 5 swipes from my client’s credit card amount totalling to 206, 700/- on 08/05/18 and till date i haven’t received the payment of the same
The bifurcation of the swipe was as follows :

None of te payment have been recieved yet.
As i called the customer care that i haven’t yet recieved the payment they told me that they require an invoice for the same and they will release the payment in 24hours after getting the invoice
Now, after sending them the invoice i recieved a revert mail stating that it will take 72 hours for verification post that the payment will be transfered.
I’m a small merchant and for me 200, 000/- is a big amount. My rolling has stopped.
Kindly process the payment at the earliest

    Dear sir/madam

    Hi, we are using your facilities r r super market (Mswipe) with registered mobile no ([protected]) from last 2 years and we are happy with your service which your mswipe provided. But, since jan 2017 we have approached to close our service by customer care call and your employee are confirmed for same.

    And i would like to inform you that they have deducted 2360.00 inr (Rs. 472*05 month) on dated 06 dec 2017, i am surprised, how can you have deducted amount for which we have already closed services on jan 2017. But your executive was came after 1 year to picked up mswipe machine. But still your company has deduced emi on 9th may 2018 inr 1750.00 (350*5 month). Please close emi services to my account because we are not using your services from long time.

    After that, we have complained for same but we are not getting any kind of response from your employee. From 06 dec 2017 to till date we have taken many follow up for reimburse but “your customer care executive ensure every time that they will reimburse the same but still we didn’t get any amount from your side but they have deducted again. Also we have all profs for closing activity and deducted amount in bank.

    Can you please stop ecs for same

    Please make reversal as soon as possible

        I have surrendered my mswipe machine and yet they are debiting my account. I even informed my bank hdfc bank but they too refused to help saying that the mandate is with the establishment (Mswipe) and they cannot take my instructions to stop debiting my account.

        I have a zero balance account, so i transferred my funds to my other bank account and as a result my bank charged me hefty debit return charges.

        I am really disappointed and i would not recommend mswipe to any prospective customers. Its a headache you must avoid.

        I am stuck and waiting for a resolution.

                Hi, mswipe came to my shop & explained about their services a month ago. The main feature which striked my mind is that i can have a swiping machine irrespective of current account. Hence i ordered for a 1 year subscription with device. The ideaot unprofessional sales people were very responsive initially. But after they collected the amount, they said i will be getting my swiping machine in 3-4 working days. It's been more than 2 weeks now, i still haven't got the swiping machine. If i call the sales person, he's not answering my calls. Now even if i have to cancel the contract, i am not getting a proper channel to connect with the company. Please help me with this issue. Mswipe need to seriously train their sales team on post sale's customer service relationship.

                  I had bought a machine from mswipe which due to some reason i returned it back and i was told i will get the refund amount for the same immediately. But this company is fake and loot their customer. From past 8 months i haven't received my money amounting rs 7500. All the employees are useless in this company and dont give proper service.                     I have been trying to get my refund of the advance rent paid for the Swipe machine which I had discontinued within a week from the activation. It's been more than a month now and every time I call in your customer Care number they give me a TAT of 48 Hours.
                    Same thing happens when I raised the query to the complete escalation matrix of the company. Even they have not replied to the query.
                    The Support ID is TBK02411148. Was created on 5th April 2018 still 48 hours TAT of the company is not completed.
                    I wonder their clock is in which Timezone or from any other Planet.

I called today 10 times and spoke to 10 different customer care guys and asked them to connect to a senior in the office. But all in vain. Really pathetic system you guys are following. It will be better to help the customers who have paid full year rent and hardly used the machine for two months. Request you to look inot the matter urgently and refund me the amount.                         I requested mswipe on 17.8.2017 to return my machine because of false salesmen commitment, after too many deduction of charges every month from my account and my complaint they returned the machine and they said all your wrongly charged amount will refunded in your account from august 2017 to may 2018, but after so many days no response. Not solving my issues, i totally harassh because it’s my earned money, they are not giving my back my money. Totally case of fraud, unexpected from mswipe. Check the screenshot of my complaints and charges.

                          Dear sir,

                          This is to inform you that we have been charged excess for mswipe wisepad g2 for the 2nd time in span of 4months used by eye care professionals. The sim card never used by me is charged for and mdr charges levied even after you charging additional rs.177 under so called auto activated plan 30k which to my surprise was supposed to be the only rental (No additional rent of rs350 + gst). This is what your customer or sales executive have informed me over telephone call. I made a tele complaint tbk02536432 to your executive sangeeta who assured me the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs. She on my request asked to send a whatapp message to your customer agent anju on mobile no.[protected] which i did and never received any response to it till date. So i next made call to check as there was no communication either from mswipe or your customer care in frustration and had the heated exchange of words with customer care executive, who just banged the phone midway conversation after keeping me waited for 30mins with reason system is working slow which is as usual the trademark excuse of mswipe.

                          When i requested to speak to the senior he said if you want to complain please go ahead but i wont be able to forward the call as they are busy in meeting. He repeatedly was asking me to request for refund.

                          This same thing is happening for the second time since february 2018 for same account as if we as merchant and users of mswipe dont have any other work apart for calling every other day to mswipe and ask for our money to be refeunded which due to mswipe poor work culture or system or mistake is happening.
                          Excess charging of customer hard earned money is a daily routine of mswipe.

                          Attached earlier complaint on same forum to which they have settled by giving 2months rent free.

                            I am raising this complaint, as rent for two months jan'18 & feb'18 has been deducted falsely from my account.
                            I have purchased wisepad g2 paying amount - inr 2950/- with a lifetime rent free plan. (Also confirmed the same with the salesperson.)

                            Please kindly refund the rental amount deducted from my account and also request you to update the plan associated with my account so that i can start using my device.

                            Once you committed to providing the lifetime rent free plan, it is unfair to discontinue the plan which was said to be a 'lifetime free plan".

                            When I was buying this machine your salesperson committed that it will be a 'Life time free plan' if you pay INR - 2950/-, even in the application you have clearly mentioned it to be life time free plan.
                            Hence you have to adhere to your own terms once committed and it is unfair to charge us monthly rental.

                            Either refund me the amount which I paid while buying the machine (2950/-) or refund me the monthly charges which you deducted wrongly.

                              I have lodged a complaint with ticket number:tvk2113587. I have shifted my clinic and no longer need the mswipe machine. Kindly terminate the services. This was repeatedly told since six months. Every time customer care people says they will send the person to pick up the machine, but not doing. They keep on deducting the payment from my account without using any single transaction.

                                Machine has not been delivered to me yet it had been more than 15 days now. Local agent sai krishna promised me to deliver the machine within 5 days now he is not lifting up the call and not responding to messages. My mobile number is [protected]. Customer care is also just saying some garbage and postponing the issue. I'm going to file legal case against mswipe.

                                  I have obtained a pos machine in the name of Mathi Enterprises from Mswipe Technologies pvt ltd, but it was not used for a while and surrendered the machine on 07/01/2016, and got reference number TBK00195766 from Mswipe technologies Pvt Ltd. Later I have left out the matter and after 2 years they made a ECS debit on 28/03/2018 to tune of RS. 3000/- and again a complaint was lodged with the customer care with the previous reference number TBK00195766 which will be easy to track the old surrender request. The executive told me that the amount will refunded and the refund complaint was still in live. But again on 02/05/2018 they made ECS debit to tune of RS.1500/-. Now total wrong debit was tuned to RS 4500/- along with ECS return charges of RS 3000/-(Since they tried ECS debit when fund not available). Total amount to be refunded was RS.7500/- approximately. Kindly resolve the issue and get refund to me.

                                    I've not used the machine since october 2017. I requested deactivation sometime in january 2018 and followed up a month later. They kept saying that the request has been forwarded. But the deinstallation is yet to be done and my machine is still active. Today i was charged rent form october to april despite not using the machine and requesting deactivation three months ago. I would like a refund.

                                      Your customer support team is very bad. Many times i have mailed for the wrong rent deduction of my swipe machine but there is no response from your side. It's very disappointing. Now this is the final message for you that i have paid the rent of one year on 26.03.2018 then also you are charging rent every month. If now also you don't solve my problem then i am going to file a case against regarding wrong money deduction in consumer forum.
