Hi, in Nov 2017 i have request for cancellation of my device in customer care centre and they accept the same. But they don't collect the device from me but the rental ECS was stopped. But after 4 months they re activate the device and deducted 4 months rental at one time. I have called customer care many times but no use it is not yet deactivated.

    We have purchase billing software of mswipe (http://web.mventry.in), the said software amount we had paid more than one and half month ago, but since from purchase mswipe peoples delayed for installing the said software day to day.

    How ever operation team commit us to visit the solve issues, but they arranged 3 times unprofessional peoples who are totally unfriendly with mswipe software.

      Dear Sir
      On 14/11/2016 I made a sale for Rs 35000 and the customer Mr. Rajesh Sebastian made it by card. But the transaction declined in all attempts and so the machine not supplied even though the bill raised. They inform me they will come on the next day.

      But they later informed me that the money gone from his account but it is not credited in my account. So this morning I call in your customer care number and informed the matter and they informed me that fund is on hold.

      Now the customer is not willing to purchase the machine and they wanted to back the money. So I kindly request you release back the fund in his account at the earliest.

        I am a customer of MSWipe - and NOT hapy with the service == POST GST and the plan changed, keeping mswipe was more of a burden and overhead on monetary wise instead of better for customer . I opted for surrender of the MSwipe and INSPITE of COMPLAINTS MANY times - Money is being deducted from my account which is incorrect - the service person has not come to collect machine SINCE LAST 3 months.

        Very Pathetic service ... It's been many MONTHS surrender service have been registered but Money is getting DEBITED.. and no response from MSWIPE

        Complaint number TBK01472394 and so on I have a long list of calls made in last months..Customer care is NOT all responsive ...they just me a new date each time to collect the machine
        It been more than 5 months the surrender request was made.

        Bad service ... very frustrated ! Pathetic customer care response. MONEY is being Debited each month unwantedly

        Not at all happy wih the resolution process

          I have given for cancellation of my device on november 2017, and still now the amount is being deducted from my account as monthly rental. I am very much unsatisfied by the service you provide as i had booked my complaint about 4-5 times after cancellation. I will be forced to move to other legal action if you don't respond to this immediately and take the necessary action for refunding the amount.

            Hi this Is saravana Priyan am registered with smart PC solutions that’s my company name it’s been more than a year I have stopped using the service of Mswipe and u are trying to charge me through ECS every month for almost 11 months i’ve undergone a surgery was been hospitalised For sometime even bfr that I made a complaint to mswipe thru customer care thrice once in November and in July of last but still I could see that My account being charged for the support that I haven’t used even aftr complaining u to STOP the ECS for three times still you are processing’s it every month and due to that my current account got negative bcoz of you ppl almost it had costed me more than 5000 bcoz o[censored]r neglegance I want that to be refunded back to my account please stop the ECS and do the needful immediately

            As checked in the system, with respect to your request for not deduction of rent through ECS, raised on 31-Oct-17 with ticket number TBK01799330. our rent team has made the necessary changes in the system for the same and has asked you to maintain transactions so that rent could be deducted periodically.

            But since there was no transaction done from you terminal right from the day your request was raised and even before that, rent deduction via PPS was not possible hence your rent got deducted through ECS.

            Team your reply doesn’t make any sense for me what I asked is to cancel the ECS were I don’t want the service anymore because am not using it. And you are trying to charge me evry month and I don’t want that, but what you are saying is maintain the balance to charge me again is that what I need ??? This shows am not getting any where

              My rent still not refunded its now more than four months my rent is not refunded. No one is repling from company also. My machine is collected after three months i. E on 7th april, 2018. But still my rent is not refunded after many complaints also... Please refund my three months rental. Or will complaint in consumer court.                 I am following the mSwipe Toll Free number [protected] for the deactivation of my mSwipe machine. I have called seven times to the toll free number to deactivate my mswipe machine. but the only response i receive is "within two days a person will come and collect it, and deactivate it"...

                Today Once again i called to check the status and one Mr. Nutan asked me to go to a nearest Axis Bank Branch and give a cancellation request to the bank!

                I simply don't understand the logic to keep me waited for two months (saying, a person will come within two days) and suddenly you say go to Axis Bank and Submit a cancellation request!! My Latest Request No. is TBK02497483 dated 23/04/2018

                Please clarify why should i go to Axis Bank Branch when its your person came to advertise mswipe and said its hassle free helpline will always be at your service.

                Is this HASSLE FREE SERVICE?

                I said that my company "BITE and SIP" is closed now and is not operational. they are suggesting me to continue the machine as i may need it when i open another business! Am I a nomad to surrender my machine if its use to me? I am already in a sad state of mind regarding my business getting shut down and to add further woes i am getting suggestions which i never asked for. I also updated my new contact number ([protected]) as the registered mobile number of the company got deactivated with the closure of the company itself.. but still no response from their end.

                      This is sharath from our pehchaan (Registered mobile no: [protected]) with regards to mswipe.

                      Let me reiterate the wrong doing again, we have conveyed the mswipe team in the month of oct - 2017 that we have stopped our store and we would like to suspend the partnership with the mswipe.

                      Yet, we have found out that from the month of jan-2018 there were 10 illicit transactions happened from your end, how long does back end team needs to analyse the concern and take the necessary action?

                      We have registered an issue with the case id: tbk02183156, tbk01731765 which deals with the unlawful transactions carried out by mswipe in the month of january. This is absolutely pathetic and absurd, even after registering a case of illicit transaction this happens again on 26-feb, 27- feb, 27-march, 27-march and 28-march.

                      I have been dropping an emails regularly and making the reminder calls repetitively and yet there is no resolution from your end.

                      This is not acceptable.

                      Let me help you from my end by sharing the illicit transnational records.

                        I am not using mswipe machine from september 2017 and i have given the request request for surrender the machine on 24/01/2018, they said their executive will call me to collect the machine also they promised me that there will not will be any rent deduction from my bank account once the surrender request is placed. But they collected the machine on 28/03/2018 also they deducted rent for feb'18 & march'18.
                        On 31/03/2018 i have raised another complaint for refund the money, they ask me to send a mail to [protected]@mswipe.com with my bank statement. I have emailed my bank statement for their reference. Still they are not refunded the amount.
                        I spoke to 4 customer care executives for the refund, whenever i contact they will say "i have escalated to concern team, we will arrange a call back and update the status after 48 to 72hrs, so please give me sometime" but nobody arranged a call back. This is not only for the refund of money, they did the same thing for surrender the machine, after a long struggle i surrender the machine to their executive on 28/03/2018.
                        Mswipe is repeatedly doing this activity with most of the customers. So kindly request the consumer complaints forum to take necessary action against mswipe and i need the amount to be refunded to me.

                          My registered number with mswipe is [protected]. I am not using this useless machine since november and many time i requested their customer care to deactivate my account. All the time they say that they it will take 3-4 days and they will send some one the collect the machine. It;s been 5 months but still they are charging some money in my account. Such a liar and useless company this is. I am going to file a case in lower court against these scammers.

                          My phone number registered with mswipe was [protected]. I have stoped using their non sense service after october. And requested 5-6 times to mswipe customer care to deactivate my account and collect the machine. Everytime they told that your account will be deactivated soon and some one from our local team will contact you to collect the machine.
                          It's been 5 months and they have deducted a lot of money from my account (Much more than the monthly rental). Although it was their fault that they didn't deactivated my account. Luckily i have the audio recording of their customer care representative saying that my account will be deactivate with in 3-4 days.
                          Now i am planning to lodge a fir against these looters and file a fraud case in court if they don't refund my money.

                          Its been more than a month and the unauthorized rent you deducted from my account has not been returned yet. it's really unprofessional and unethical practice. it seems that mswipe is not ready to settle this matter out of court.

For the past one year we were using mswipe for ticket restaurant coupons at tech mahindra. Past three month we were unable to use the machine. Your people asked to change the machine which is also done but the problem still continuing. People those contact me to purchase a new one not even attending my calls. Here you clearly mentioned after generated ticket no.TBK01131212 what ever money has been deducted it will be refunded.Still I received only RS.295/- what about rest of amount. Kindly reply, if the customer service is really good.

                                On 29th march, i have made a debit card transaction through mswipe pos machine at 'aadhavan phrmacies pvt ltd' (Registered name as per mswipe receipt) located in coimbatore. The bill amount was rs.312. But the merchant accidentally added additional two zeros in the mswipe pos machine and the amount debited was rs.31, 200. The merchant immediately refunded the same amount of rs.31, 200 through the pos terminal and issued me a refund receipt. But even after waiting for 10 days, the amount has not been credited to my account. The merchant also reported that debited amount of rs.31, 200 was not credited to the merchant's bank account after verifying his bank statement. So the merchant is hesitating to refund the amount by cash.
                                The merchant called the mswipe customer care and reported the issue. They told me to quote the 'rr no.' in my bank so that they would locate the current status of the refunded amount. I have approached my bank with refund receipt and quoted the 'rr no.' and made a complaint but still there is no response. I have called the mswipe customer care again but they gave me the same reply of showing the 'rr no.' to the bank.
                                I want to know, where my amount of rs.31, 200 went. If it is not credited to the merchant's account or refunded to my own account then where else it would have gone? It seems your mswipe is holding the amount and failing to release it.
                                Kindly look into this issue seriously and return my money back as soon as possible. If this problem didnt get resolved then there is no other way for me other than to lodge a police complaint on the merchant and mswipe.

                                  I am not using the mswipe machine last 6 months, already on october they have detected the money of 1000 and i registered a complaint they said hereafter no rent will be detected. But in april again they have detected 500 and registered a complaint to refund the money and to take back the machine but still now there is no action taken i have called many times but no response, every time they are registering new complaints only. Please take the necessary action or close the company and getaway.

                                    I am writing this complaint, after trying out their customer care helpdesk,
                                    First their machine would not work as said, next they charge advance rental, third they don't close account on time and put unnecessary rental charges and expect the customer to pay for their rent. When asked or complained there wont be any response nor reply from them. Please take necessary steps to keep your customer happy by at least attending their complaints on time and resolving the issues. (Client name - Buy The Way) Customer code: [protected].

                                    I request you solve this issue and refund the advance rent for device which i asked to close earlier.I would like to continue using one device out of two i have. I tried closing the earlier old device and upgraded new device by paying device cost. but still you charge rental for both devices which is not fair.                                       Very disappointed with the kind of service given by mswipe technologies.Requested for shutting my account on 1st March 2018 and it's more than one month now and no body has contacted me in this regard, whenever I approach their customer care they just take time and does nothing. Kindly look into the matter seriously and resolve it ASAP.
                                      I trusted mswipe completely when choosing a POS, but it's very sad to write against mswipe in this forum.

                                        Hi dis is Deepak, i was purchased mswipe device, i was given the zero rental plan from mswipe but from jan, 2018 my rental is deducting, monthly rental was started deducted from my account, iam raised the complaint from jan to march 2018, please dont buy this kind of product m swipe company was cheating, company was not refunding my amount till 3months, iam going to social media.i also raise the complaint in consumer forum.
