I am ram surat c/o r. M. Enterprises. Some time ago your company offered me a mswipe machine and i bought a mswipe machine. But now they are not giving me the service right. For which i complained like this 22/11/16, 24/11/16, 5/4/17, 24/2/18. Which of i did not find any answer. Please solve this problem and please return my amount in my account. It will be so kind of you.

    Mswipe company is fully fraud they don't resolving the problems at all. And they utilising the data of bank accounts to draw money from that accounts without any permission to account holder. And they didn't provode good customer services. They don't observing the status of device they just allow to draw amount from account digitally. They don't respond to complaint against that but they says lies to consumers

      Pathetic service from mswipe, i had cancelled the service of mswipe in the month of nov 2017 & the field executive given me a letter of closing the service & he told the device will be collected from me soon.

      But the team never called me to collect the device. Instead they are deducting fee for every month, its planned cheating by swipe.

      I called 5 times to inform the same, all the time i got same answer which will be addressed within 48 hours, but no one called to resolve it.

      Whenever i call them they replies arrogant, saying which will be addressed.

      Is management so interested to make money this way??. About 1500 rupess been deducted from my account... & i damn sure this will continue in april month also.

      I just know spoke to one of your executive mr. Punith, again the same arrogant reply will be resolved.

      Such a worst service i have come across.
      Let me know if you cannot resolve it.. I difinetly want to take this further.

      You are guys are really worst to the core. You cannot get succeed this way.

          2 Years back only i submitted device. I closed mswipe account. But suddenly last month feb 26th 2018 Rs.350/- and feb 27th 2018 Rs.350/- deducted from my bank account. after that I called mswipe customer care they given me complaint id mentioned above. saying that your amount will refund within 48 working hours but already 17 days completed till not credited money to my account. so please solve problem on urgent basis.

          I have given request for deactivation request on 1st sep 2017 but they have not termination process on time and after several reminder they terminate in jan 2018. They also charge me rental for four month, which i have not not used.

            Mswipe technologies — complaint against mswipe deactivation

            I have requested to deactivate my mswipe machine on 18 jan 2017 but till now every month they are charging money even though my machine is deactivated and when i request customer care person is saying deactivation is started once machine has been retrieved back from mswipe end until then charges should be charged but every time when i call to send staff to take the machine they simply saying staff will come in next week but simply they are cheating the customer by skipping months...

                Customers had made the payment through credit card an amount of rs. 14280/- on 14th nov 2016, but due to some technical error amount was deducted twice from their cards.

                I have received the payment only single time and the other payment is put on hold. Although, mswipe has received the both amount from the bank i. E. 2x14280 as shown in the bank statement of customers

                Always we got your response over the call that your with held payment has been approved and already released further i shared my updated passbook statement on 17th March 2018 that i have not received the amount as suggested by your team. Also i got a call from your end on 17th March 2017 at 14:20 PM and she asked your issue got resolved or not. I said no and she said i will call you back shortly. After that i have not received any call or mail from your side.

                Also, for your information that one payment of Rs. 14280/- i have received in November 2016 and one is with held with you.

                    Its going to be two weeks now that a Customer Team of Mswipe is giving explanation that they have holi holidays, saturdays and sundays to get my issues solved.

                    I am using Swiping machine from Payumoney where now they transferred me to mswipe officially. I have swiped Rs. 20000 payment from my customer and the settlement amount is still on credit to my Bank Account which is latest update in the Record of them and received confirmation. This transaction was done on 23rd Feb 2018 and I have raised settlement on the same day.

                    This huge amount is still not credited in the latest bank account and I am keep on asking them for the same, they saying we have made the payment ask your bank please. But when I approach my bank they clearly showed their portal to show me there is no ledger, lein or any amount in the account and they advised me to not to transaction until your problem from mswipe is solved as so many transaction might gain confusion. Till date I can't able to use that account also. Really getting disappointed that they are asking for the proof that I don't get the money. I showed my bank statement clearly, catched the video, took a image of the passbook and send it to them twice. I asked about the same proof from them so that If this was my bank problem I might talk to them with the proof. But till then they are replying the same thing as we are contacting our payment team will reply you as soon as possible. They are not giving the contact of their payment team also.

                    Latest Bank Statement...For this reason we are in discomfort o[censored]sing this account since we have large business transaction and could not want to create confusion. It is clear that the problem is from Mswipe...They are irresponsible...cheating on many.

                    I am decided once this is solved or else going legally in court deformation, what so ever. After that we just want to through away the instrument and always try not to refer the product to any one.

                        I'm being cheated by mswipe employees. When i requested to get this machine one of your sales person named as neha from delhi moti nagar, she didn't explained every information to me. She said a flat charge of 1.4% mdr and no gst. She didn't even talked about regular and premium cards. However, actual charge was 1.9%+18%gst. Still some how i continued with the services, but in the middle of the month i changes my plan from 350 to 500 (30k). But nobody explained me that i can use 1000 daily. I was told that i can swipe for 30000 and no mdr charges will be applied to me. However i was charged as mdr.

                        Now i'm requesting to close the machine and services from 24th feb 18., but no action has been taken. I'm being harassed every day by mswipe. I request you to take suitable action against mswipe so as this fraud company an be penalised.

                          I submit the device on november 1st but they debit 5300 from my account i. E on 21 feb 2018 they cut 300*3=900 i file a complaint against it why my is debited they told me sir within 48hrs we revert back but on 26 feb they debit 300*14+100=4300 i call several times they told me once deinstall done then refund intiate but there is no response please help for this they can not take any action.

                            This is to bring to your notice that, i have surrundered the m-swipe instrument on 12th february 2018, as iam not using the instrument since past 4 months. I have cleared the dues and i donot have any arrears also. But on 26th of february 2018 rs.4000 (Four thousand rupees) deducted from my account.. Regarding this i have hyderabad customer care and informed about the matter in deail, but they are totally irresponsible, even after several reminders no response from them.. I have informed the same matter to central customer care and they have informed to send the bank statement. Here iam sending my bank statement. Kindly gothrough the matter and return the amount as soon as possible.

                              I have surrender the device on november 1st 2017 with receipt no 281037 but on february 21 3 ecs is debited from my account so i complaint for this they told me that your device is not deinstalled yet so i request to deinstall on 21 but on 26 feb 2018 they cut 14 time ecs of 300=4200 and 100 extra total 4300 from my account i call several times but there is no response from company please resolve the issue

                                I was a mswipe merchant partner with mobile number [protected] and gave a request for closure in september 2017 and was assured that account has been closed down and no monthly rent will be charged. Suddenly in end january 4 ×300 rs was deducted from my account. After talking to the consumer care the machine was collected and i was told that the money will be refunded but to my horror 14 x 300 rs was deducted from account on 26th feb along with rs 100 and rs 270. Kindly reverse these transactions immediately

                                  This is dr manish jawale repeated request have been made for surrender request for mswipe has been made - but no proper response. Sudden ecs had been debitted from by account on 26 feb 2018 and 27 feb 2018 that to not once but 7 to 8 times. I want my rent cut from jully 2017 till date immediate credited to my account the mswipe machine deactivate from my name with and closure letter of ecs. The answer i have got from customer care i that our company person will come to your place and take the machine and give to a receipt, after that the machine will be deactivated, but since july 2017 company person has come for checking the machine is working or not, and said he dose not have the recipe to give me to take the machine.
                                  Form 26 feb 2018 repeated calling the mwsipe customer care to take away the machine but - the same old answers and no one has turned up. So i want the machine deactivated immediate with letter of ecs closer. With reversal of the rent ecs debited from account from july 2017,

                                    Transaction of 262 RS has been cancelled on 25 th of feb 2018 between 9- 10 pm.
                                    I haven't credited by 262 RS in my bank.the transaction was done through mswipe .I purchase one T-shirt from Wrapup shop located on thudiyalur road, coimbatore.transaction has been approved first and then shopkeeper cancelled it beacuse of one issue but i havn't got my money yet, please do something so that I could get my money back . Auth no is - 213011.

                                    Please check with the attached void receipt. The transaction done on[protected] was voided on the same day and in such case we have not received any Fund. We request you to check with your bank as the amount is lying in the suspense account of your bank itself.

                                    You can present the void receipt as a proof of cancelled transaction and raise a charge-back for the void amount.

                                      Last time when i had an word with ur senior person he said me be will call in 48 hrs and will let me know abt the issue but i didn't received any call and later prabhat called me and was apologizeing to me that sir it's mine mistake and now the subscription is for 10months and will return my 1250rs back to me. Since last monday i m waiting for prabhat but he has not come to my shop and from yesterday he is not receiving any call

                                        I sadeb jena purchase a swipe machine (M-swipe) from your distributor naming odigen services pvt. Ltd., hanspal, metro satelite city, bhubaneswar before six month ago neither your engineer nor your distributor taking care of it and still my machine is in inactive statge (Active in other not in my account which i had provided to you). So who is responsible for it your company or your distributors or your dealer, if this problem is not short out within 2 to 3 working days i lodge a complain against your company in consumer forum.
