We are using pos terminal of mswipe technologies since couple of years.
Earlier all the issues were resolved at one request only.
And refer the company to many more businesses.
We have reuested to update our bank details and same has not been updated.
Facing inconvenient
Sent request on 28th dec 2017. Still the bank details not revised.
Sent all documents reuired. Even sent mail to highest matrix still no reply.

Dear Sudhir,

You have confirmed on the telephonic conversation to close this issue.
I was trying to change the Bank account details corresponding to my mswipe device. Dropped a mail to [protected]@mswipe.com with all the necessary details so many times. They dont even have a courtesy to reply to the emails. If you are not able to approve the request at least tell me the way to surrender the device.

    Sub: legal representation for excess charges in monthly rental

    Dear sir,

    This is to inform you that we have requested on 30/12/2017 for deactivation of vodafone sim card used for network usage for Mswipe wisepad G2 used by Eye Care Professionals. The mentioned sim card no. [protected] mobile no. [protected], service provider Vodafone. and monthly rental of 50 + taxes was handel over to service personal Mr. Paresh Khale from Mswipe as on 2/1/2018 as per instruction from Mswipe support team. On 4/1/2018 transaction of Rs.3899 was done on mswipe machine and the amount that was credit at bank was Rs.3404 after deduction of Rs.495 towards monthly rent and taxes which was to my surprise not correct and was brought to notice of mswipe customer support immediately as the support team was unable to check the system due to data not updated in their system they asked us to wait till next morning. when we called again on 6/1/2018 for confirmation and the mistake of charging extra was admitted and was assured of refund within 48 hours which should have reached in our account within stipulated time period of 48 hours except sundays and prescribed holidays

    But on our enquiry on 9th january 2018 we did not receive any positive response from your side as we did not received the payment by 9th january 2018.

    We made various call to customer care department in frustration and had the heated exchange of words with customer care executive, Sandeepa who just banged the phone midway conversation, Similarly the Senior executive Siddhesh also was unable to get us any solution midway disconnected the call on repeated phone calls the phone was finally transferred to Manager Mr. Thokle who asked me to teach us how the system should work and lacked basic etiquette and manners to talk to a frustrated and complaining customer adding to my worry and send me a email (

    The delay deliberately made by you and also not able to give any specific and reasonable reason for delay which has caused us great mental harassment and financial losses.

    It is therefore you are requested to transfer our amount immediately and also transfer the amount of rs. 50000/- as a fine for delaying and rs. 5 lac for harassment compensation
    Withing 15 days of this representation.

    If it is not done positively i shall knock the door of court of justice.

      I am owner of arihant garment. I swiped customer’s card at 27 dec.2017 amt of 100000/- (One lakh) but you didn’tdeposited this amt on my account. When i call m-swipe call center, he saidthat this is high value amt, so u have to send me invoice of that customer by e-mail and i had send invoiceby e-mail thrw app at 28 dec 2017. After that i wait much time for your answer but i didn’t receive answer, than at 5 jan 2018 i received 1 massage from m-swipe that your hold amt is release than i called your call center that when this amount will deposit on my account, than he said this amt was not approvel for ur account that apporwal is revise to card holder’s account than i asked my customerthis matter than i collect my payment
      But next day you deposited this amt on my account with cutting mdr charges so i again called your call center why u cutted mdr charges than he cant give me answer so plz give me my mdr charges revise and
      28dec to 6 jan (9dys) interest according 2% per month on my rsbl account other wise i complain at nearest police sataion that u have frauded with me and my company.
      Plz give me good result in 48 hours,

        I have an account with mswipe under phone number [protected].in january 2017, i took a machine from these guys and never used it so i told the sales person to close it in march 2017. He said that he will do the same and not to worry.in november 2017, i applied for 3 devices and paid for them to a sales person from mswipe. Now the fraud game started, these guys deducted my rs 8000 in the month of november to december on the name of rent. When i called them several times, they escalated the issue several times but no response. Then i got a call from retention department who told me that my january rent will be free but now january 2018 rent is also deducted

          Myself babulal choudhary proprietor of "sagar novelty, shree krishna nagar, tulinj road, nallasopara east-401209" my registered is [protected]. I had applies for mswipe machine in nov 2017, and the executive whose name is shivprasad pandey and his cont no. Is [protected] / [protected] who had come to provide the same had told me that the rent regarding the services of mswipe would be rs 200 per month and first 3 months would be free and he also did not say anything about charges of rs 170 for the applied scheme.

          Now what has exactly happened is i did not get 3 months rent free service... From second month itself you have started to charges for the said services. And the rent deducted from my account is 360... Which was told to me was 200... Also charges of rs 170 was a surprise for me... And when i tried to contact him he is making excuses and telling me that he would talk to his senior regarding this. I hav also tried contacting compant through mobile... Even they are telling that they are receiving complaints for this man and they would look into the matter and refund my money

          I m writing this mail to ensure that i have enough proof that i ahv tried to contact you but my issue has not been resolved yet

          So if you cannot solve the above said issue i do not want your services anymore... Refund the money you hav charged wrongly and take back your mswipe machine also i would never suggest this mswipe company to anyone because of your disgusting services and fasle statement you people make

            I swipe my customers atm card on my mswipe mpos machine with the ammount of 15000 on 31st dec 2017. But still it is 5 jan 2018 i cannot recieve my money back in my account from mswipe. And when ever i tried to call customer care they can only say we accept your complaint and forward to our account department. When the account department revert we can contact you... Today after 5 days there is no response from account department... Worst service of mswipe...

            I have done the payment of my delivered product through mswipe and the amount of 600 rupees is debited from my account but after some time it shows that timedout and the payment is not done... But the money is debited ... Igot a message after that, it says that any amount debited will be refunded in 3 to 7 days ... I have done the transaction on 27th march... And the money is still not refunded...

              Recently i did my card swipe in a gym. Gym management is using mswipe for payments through card. On 2nd january 2018, i paid rs.1500/- as gym fee through card and amount debited from my bank account, but transaction failed (Timeout). And gym management is saying that they got response as transaction failed message from mswipe and amount not credited into their account.

                    Hey i have taken 3 devices of g2 as well as wisepad but non of them is working and i m not getting ma proper swiped amount too while calling to ur customer care, they don’t pick firstly and after they do they don’t know to sort out the matter so kindly take back all ur devices i m completely fed up with ur services. U people have provided the devices for consumer conviniency but we r not getting such things so better take all ur devices back and make ma refund too

                      I have tried to swipe my debit card in olive n basil store (Using mswipe device) at erode for an amount of rs. 130 /- but the transaction got declined after long wait time. So, i have made cash payment and left the store.

                      After 10 mins later, i got a sms mentioning the debit of 130 inr in my account from my bank as well from mswipe side.

                      I had to return to bangalore so i couldnot the store again. But, i tried to contact the store mobile number and it is not contactable.

                      I request you to look into it and do the needful.

                        Dear mswipe,

                        I got a call from heads office 2 months back for reduction in my swipe charges and i see that the charges are not still reduced. Can i know the reason? And tried to your customer support, i believe those people are busy in themselves.

                        Secondly, your sales executive has visited my store and he has checked the machine and from the next moment the device is not working, it has been 6 days (Visited - 20.12.2017) and when ever i call to your customer support every time it's busy.

                        When tried to reach to your so called sales executive mr. Ravi[protected] from hyderabad, he is not even botherwd to pick up the call. Why the such good for nothing persons are working in your team.

                        I believe i may get solution, otherwise i need to see some other alternative. As i cannot play with my customers, which is being done by mswipe team.

                          Dear Team, Had done a M-swipe Transaction on Dec 12th 2017 at Hotel Ashray, Pune, Maharashtra of amount Rs.10, 960/- and it was voided on the same day within 6 hours of the transaction. i have received both the approved and voided messages. As per the voided/cancelled message, "You will not be charged" so accordingly the amount should get credited back to my account.
                          Its been 12 days the amount has not been credited back, after checking with the bank, they are saying they have not received any kind of void transaction.
                          Kindly help in this matter and treat this complaint as urgent and refund the amount back to my account as transaction was voided within 6 hours.

                          The Voided/cancelled Message was:
                          VOID/CANCELLED INR 10, 960.00 at M/s HOTEL ASHRAY dt 12/12/17 card xx6128 auth#874537, you will not be charged.

                            Sorry to say that your employees are not royal in regarding to customer queries or solving the problem what we have.

                            I am trying to reach him regarding some issues in the machine and the misguidance of the benefits of the machine too.

                            He has told me there is no charges for swiping till 3 lacs per day. But when i was swiping 25000 itself the charges were applied. I asked him regarding this on 11 dec 2017, still no response from him. Attaching whatsapp chat fyi.

                            Finally, i am dissatisfied with the product and want to know the proper plan or else i am planning to return this back.

                            we have recently meet your sales person in Chennai and his conveniences us for retails mobile app software with thermal printer .

                            we have paid for advance for software and he is said, printer price, asking us to pay at the time of installation .

                            after few days, we have try to reach the person and checking about the delivery .he is said, it will be delivery on Tuesday .

                            we have thing that software and Printer will delivery the same day and we need to pay for printer cost on delivery day .

                            but he is refused and he said, need to pay for printer cost on advance then only it will go thru otherwise, its will not possible .

                            quietly we had told him cancel the order and return the money .if you can not delivery the printer along with software installation and we have told we will pay full amount at the time delivery .

                            if it is not possible request to cancel the order .

                            after that the sales person used the local words, he is name Mr.Bala ...

                              I have registered at mswipe. I installed it just last month as the services boy promised me with some offers and all. Now when i contacted him, he said that i have never promised to do so. As i see no use of the machine i told a service boy that i want to refund the machine. He said "its ok you will be refunded". Now when i contacted the customer care they said no refund will be made. Is this a joke???

                              I request not fall in their trap of giving valuable offer regarding the installation.

                                My refund issue is not yet resolved, as per bank there is no such void transaction if it would have been there this will reflect in the account statement of bank account on 9th day after transaction.

                                  On 12-november-2017, sunday i used my debit card for a purchase in a nearby shop. Due to a mistake by merchant, the card was swiped twice on mswipe pos machine and the money was deducted twice from my bank account. But the merchant says he reversed the transaction on the same day. Even after 1 month, i am still waiting for the transaction reversal refund money to be credited my bank account.

                                  Below are the transaction details:
                                  Amount : rs.1747=00.
                                  Shop: baby lee, rr building, dlf newtown, akshayanagara, bangalore-560068
                                  Pos machine : mswipe
                                  Date: 12-november-2017. Time: 20:37

                                  Can you please check and let me know where the money is held? I will take legal course of action if i don't get the money. I have already talked to a lawyer. Will wait for a few days for action from mswipe.

                                    There was dual card swipe and compaint was logged mswipe and sbi card. Sbi has given money to mswipe on 17th march 2017.

                                    And again on 29th nov you are saying you have given money to merchant, if transaction was not success as per your report, how can you give money to merchant. You would have return money to sbi.
                                    But yesterday you declared money given to merchant, i sincerely request, please refund me the money. Or else with all this evidence i need file legal case with you, merchant and sbi card.
                                    Because no where data is matching. Please look into this and help to get my money.

                                    Merchant - balaji medical kharadi pune and m swipe are have some unethical connection to stealing people money using digital way.

                                      I have called customer care and sent emails to manish taneja, rashmi kharat, sameer hoda, partha das from mswipe but no response received.
                                      Customer care agents said i was not allowed to speak to a supervisor when i wanted to escalate the issue.

                                      Why does it take mswipe no time at all the make new customers but take forever to finish with the old accounts!

                                        Dear sir,

                                        This is to inform you that we have made 1 transaction on 2/11/2017 for Rs 11225/- as per rule and agreement with you payment should have reached in our account within stipulated time period of 24 hours except sundays and prescribed holidays

                                        But on our enquiry Since 10 november we did not receive any positive response from your side as we did not received the payment by 5th june 2017.

                                        We made various call to customer care department in frustration and had the heated exchange of words with customer care executive as the neft number and the other reference they were giving were fake and forge. The confirmation of forge neft number was given us by the branch manager of IDBI bank to whom we shown that number

                                        The delay deliberately made by you and also not able to give any specific and reasonable reason for delay which has caused us great mental harassment and financial losses.

                                        It is therefore you are requested to transfer our amount immediately and also transfer the amount of rs. 11225/- as a fine for delaying and rs. 5 lac for harassment compensation
                                        Withing 15 days of this representation.
