Today morning (19/03/2011) i came from Bangalore and got bus from Cmbt to Vandallor.My Residence is at Urapakkam, Morning 6:31 AM from Vandallor i got G 18 - Registration Number is TNSTC 8903 (Tnagar to Guduvanchery) and i gave Rs 10 to get my ticket(fare Rs.5) for urapakkam, he asked me Rs 5 as change since i didnt had, he stopped inbetween CRESCENT college and WRITTER and without any Curtesy he forced me to get down saying that he dont have change for Rs 10 (WHO IS COMING FROM Tnagar) which made me no option to get an auto to my stop which cost'ed me Rs 50. Please Take necessary action which may help other citizens who will not suffer because of this Irresponsible Conductor who is there to do public Service and not Rowdyism.

    I am travelling by mtc on route no.170 for past 6 months and i am buying ticket Rs.5/- for travelling from kasi theatre bus stop to guindy bus stop. Today one conductor ask me to buy Rs.7/- ticket for the above said distance, then I told him that I am travelling for past 6 months in this route and I am paid Rs.5/- only. Then that conductor gave me Rs.5/- ticket in very bad mannerce and he returned my ten rupees and he wants only Rs.5/- exactly. why that conductor first asked me to buy Rs.7/- ticket. I dont know

    Bad behaviour of the conductor as well as cheating the passengers & scolding by taking extra money from the passenger:

    Today i was traveled From Vandalur Zoo to perungalathur, i gave the Rs, 10 ( Ticket Price is Rs, 6) he just given the ticket, he didn't said anything about the remaining balance Rs 4, some times back i asked what about my balance rupees, he said rudely I've no change to collect your balance next time & also he scolding use the Bad words, Finally i am not received my balance Rs 4.

    Bus Stop: Vandalur Zoo. (Starting).
    Ticket No: 308195 (MB 34).
    Date & Timings: 18/12/2011 & 6:40 AM to 7:00 AM

    He didn't patch the Batch so not able to mentioned he's name.

    I've request the Transport AUTHORITIES TO give the punishment the Conductor & don't happens this kind of behaviors in Futures.

      Please do clarify to us ,which are the seats Allocated to Women. The Deluxe Buses have really few seats allocated for women on sides. The last row(or the back seats) are mostly uses by men. They tear of the stickers and sit saying it is common seat.

      The pathetic situation is when ,we ladies ask the conductor for help, they really don’t help us. They don’t even hear our plea. In this situation whom are we suppose to lodge the complaint.

      We really get Annoyed on those conductors who do not pay ears to our plea for getting back the seats for ladies in the last row of the bus.

      yes.. when i was travelling by 11 H deluxe bus two men were seated in women's row. i was 7 month pregnant. fearing that someone would hit me i told them to get up. they didnt do so. i told the conductor. instead of asking them to get up the conductor told me that they wold sit like that because those men are older to me and that he does not bother if someone hit against me... i had to travel standing all the way from ashok pillar to parrys. almost every conductor shut their mouth when they see men seated in the row reserved for women.. Mtc service is worse, poor especially conductors behave so cheaply .

        My wife onboarded a bus (M51V Kolathur to T-Nagar - at 9:45AM) at Kanni Koil bus stop, sithalappakam. And she was waiting for conductor to issue the ticket. In a minute time bus reached next bus stop Sithalapakkam Koot road which hardly one KM distance. At the bus stop checking inspector came into the bus and asked for ticket. Though my wife explained...

        Hi,

        I rarely comes in 568C AC Volvo bus from Mahabalipuran to PTC(near karapakkam)in the morning which starts at mahabalipuram @ 8.15am. All the AC buses coming via this route or on OMR route will stop at CTS office(400mts from PTC bus stop). But this 586C bus, especially one driver is not stopping at CTS office. When i enquired with conductor, he is ready to stop at CTS office, but driver is not ready to do it.

        Driver is telling that he will stop only in normal stops. But the same person is stopping at HCL office which is located near Navallur. When i ask driver about stopping at HCL office, he is telling that he will stop there and not in CTS office.

        Please let me know whether AC Volvo buses have stopping at CTS office and navalur HCL office or not.

        NOTE: This issue is happening only with one driver and not with another person.

        I request MTC to check and take action against it.

          08.12.2010 @4.15PM ,Maraimalai nagar Near Ford India bus stop TN01 N5178 M500 bus Tambaram to Chengalpattu bus stopped 500 mtrs away from bus stop and met accident with a boy.He injured and taken him with 108 service.Bus driver not repsonded properly and the passengers are not guided properly to travel with other buses.Poor repsonse from them.Pls take necessary actions.

          bus no: 202235 Timing 6pm to 9pm Parrys to vellavedu Bus(54L). the conductor doing mis behavior to all ladies.he is not sitting in the Pro-pare seat also. he is sitting in the ladies seat talking very rudely.. Please do some actions this not a government staff doing this.please take action.
          I faced a problem today due to the misbehaviour of the bus driver while traveling through the New Avadi 100 feet road at 9.00 am today morning. As there are 2 lanes in the road and repair work is being carried out in one lane, the vehicles pass through a single lane on both directions and therefore, there is heavy congestion of vehicles on the lane.

          The MTC bus number TN01N-9164 was passing slowly due to the heavy congestion of vehicles and I was trying to move my vehicle slowly and the bus crossed me in the opposite direction. The bus driver was so arrogant that he hit me on my head and shouted at me to move aside. When I asked him for the reason for assaulting me, the driver got angry and spat on my face.

          We engaged ourselves in heated argument and the bus driver wanted to come down to have a tiff with me and was stopped by the conductor of the bus. I did not want to disrupt the traffic and cause nuisance to the public and went away. I felt very much humiliated by this incident and the apathetic attitude of the driver. The driver did not have any right to assault a person and spit on him. He insulted me in public and caused serious mental agony to me. The driver would have been a threat to my life if the conductor had not stopped him.

          I did not want to file a police complaint against this person as the legal system in our country will be very slow and the public will not get justice. I know that there are several such incidents happening across the state on a daily basis and no justice is delivered to the public. I wish that our government takes some strong measures to penalize such arrogant and uneducated bus drivers in future.
          Yesterday, I had a very bad experience with the bus TC(M-500).
          I had money in my hand, was going to the conductor to take the ticket.
          In between the bus has been stopped and TC asked for the ticket, I explained them that I got into the bus at SP Koil and it hasn't crossed even single stop.
          But the TC got me down from the bus and charged me Rs.500, when I asked for the receipt, he threatened me to take me to the police station and did not give me any receipt.
          I condemn such kind of behavior of the TC and conductor especially to those who don't know their language and are from outside.

            Dear Sir,

            I travelled in a MTC bus today evening from ambatur estate to vijaykanth mandapam .Details in Ticket are ambattur panimanai,No:222481,08/12/10 19:51:26,Deluxe.Details at the bottom corner in ticket were-010341 c52700 d[protected]n.The conducter without getting up from his seat asked people to pass money and he was sitting in his seat enjoying.When the bus reached Vijaykanth mandapam the bus stopped in the middle of the road where one could not get down.When asked he said he will not stop the bus in the busstop and was very very rude.Infact when asked his name he said you cannot harm me.I will behave like this only you go and complaint wherever you want.Pls take action against such conducters.

            Hi i have travel in pp66 conductor not giving proper response not landing in correct place even the bus is so free when i ask they told ill stop like this you can complaint to any one no one can shake me using bad words
            Unfortunate to see MTC going backwards these days as the menace continues among conductor/drivers. 2 years after the last comment in this post the behavior and attitude of conductors have been in a steady state of turmoil, while most folks are controlled. the same folks behave differently (rude, impolite, use of nasty words and sometimes the worst treating passengers like slaves and threatening and shouting at them for no apparently reason).

            These conductor not only do they argue. they are the cause of fights within the bus with passengers and hence being a being a tipping point for social unrest.

            Recommendation: i been analyzing the behavior fohttp://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/mtc-bus-tamil-nadu-c482068.html the past 2 years of my MTC Bus Life and only think of one solution. Start bringing physiologist who can effectively conceal and provide an assessment of each and every conductor /driver. MTC can then determine and segregate the employees with potently disruptive personalty disorder and offer them treatment to get better and how to handle pressure.

            i am sure that there will be no response to this post from MTC but in case you respond i would like to thank for taking time to read my post.

              Bus number 577 is the bus that goes from Mandaveli to Chengalpet, frequency of which is already once in 50 mins in the morning.
              The bus that is supposed to start at 8'o clock in the morning from Mandaveli does not even come ot the terminus by 8a.m. and officials give ignorant replies when passengers ask them.

              That is a long distance bus used by lot of office goers for the GST road.

              Hi,

              I daily travel from Anna nagar to navalur.The AC bus 570 never comes in time and daily we reach late to office.It is suppose to leave CMBT at 9.30am but everyday its late, It reaches navalur at 11.30am.Kindly take a action against this.

                Uthukottai is a town which comes under thiruvallur district. More than 20000 people lives there. It has the facility like TNSTC Bus depot, Sub-Court, Sub-Treasury, Banks, Government hospitals, Higher secondary schools, Taluk office, VAO office, etc. Many people around 50 villages comes everyday to uthukottai for hospital, Taluk office, Bank, School, etc.. Nowadays MTC busses are coming to uthukottai but the frequency is very very less. So do the needful to increase the MTC bus frequency from Red-Hills to uthukottai, CMBT-Uthukottai and Need to start MTC service from Thiruvallur - Uthukottai.
                Many people studying in college are going by bus everyday to chennai and thiruvallur for theie education.. So Do the needful to increase the bus frequency..
                No direct buses for Iyyappanthangal to CMBT. Please arrange for some busses in that root. Via: Porur / Ramapuram / Kathipara. More peoples are expecting this facility
                2)We need bus facility from Iyyappanthangal to Guindy in the root of IYPD / Porur / Valasaravakkam, Virugambakkam. Most of the peoples using VPD depot buses only for reaching guindy.
                We need MTC Official to come to Tiruninravur Railway station bus stop and see the bus timings of 54A, 154A, 71E.

                If you can see people Population in TIRUNINRAVUR ONLY, ONLY 3 BUS ROUTES which runs from Tiruninravur Town.

                Why there is no response from MTC OFFICIAL EVEN AFTER POSTING and making even calls to [protected]//[protected]

                What about Direct bus in 580 from Arani to Tambaram via Vengal, Tiruninravur, Ponamallae, Pallavaram, Chrompet, Tambaram.
                The bus 65A running from Sydpet to Avadi in the Morning will not stop at Sakthi Nagar (PORUR) bus stop. All the Express buses will stop in the bus stop. The Driver will not stop this bus. Action will initiated against the driver
                The first bus 25G 5am, Which starts from Vadapalani bus depot to ponamallae is not coming on time, daily its coming only by 5.40 to virugambakkam bus stop, also informed to Vadapalani depot manager, made complaint in complaint division. What is the solution to next level.

                Kindly solve this issue, track whether this bus comes on time. And What about 49A bus ? where it is, is it operated before 6am ?

                And why this buses 525, 501, 591B can be operated before 5.30 am ?
                After Posting Complaint Here regarding 25G bus Early Morning Service towards ponamallae at Alwarthiru nagar still not operated in time by 5AM.

                Why MTC Customer Care Grievance never watch this website and solve the Issues.
                Dear Sir,

                There is no direct bused available from Chennai KK nagar to Poonamalle. We had used previously 49A. Now a days 49A bus services stopped. Passengers are very affected. Request to consider in my applications, and again continue the bus service.

                  I am daily going through 12B bus to my office.The service of bus is not good.Daily in morning hours after 8.45 AM there is no bus in depot.It will come at 9 or later that time..Its getting late to my office because of this issue.

                  Evening its even more worser than morning.From 6 to 7.30PM nearly ,only one or two buses are coming .some buses are not stopping at all.This bus covers major area and people working in this area is quite more.

                  I kindly request the concerned dept to take steps regarding this to increase the service to this route at frequency of 1 bus per ten minutes. .it will be more helpful if they can provide ladies spl bus.

                  Sir,

                  I am the regular passenger in MTC Bus and iam coming from MOGAPPAIR. 7H, 7M, these two services available for Mogappair East & Mogappair West. These services reach Broadway via Anna nagar, Kilpauk, Purasaiwakkam, Vepery, Central are very few in peak hours.

                  In the evening time particularly in between 6pm - 7pm 1 or 2 services available & passenger go to Anna nagar using the same way. We are very suffer due to this less number of MTC buses especially for ladies. We are standing more than one hour in bus terminus (Broadway) with the intake of very bad smell due to public toilets nearby in bus stand, and the travelling time is more than 1 hour from Broadway to Mogappair East / West / Anna nagar, it is very difficult for all the passengers through this way it takes more than 2 1/2 hours to reach Mogappair East & West.

                  Kindly make necessary arrangement for frequency of bus service for Mogappair & Anna nagar area.

                  This is iam ( Aneesh kumar[protected] informing that today (16/10/2010) 13:44 when i was waiting for 27D bus in thousand light stop, but two bus paased on that stop, both bus are chasing each one, first bus (Digital board) stoped in 50 meter away from stop, seccond bus white board TN01 N 3927 Conductor given double bell to chase the first bus, white bus also didnt stop, but i manged to catch the white boad
                  still 3 more passengers waiting that stop.
                  then i asked to conductor about their chasing and double bell, he said; lot of buses are available in this route and if we stop get in to the bus otherwise wait for some other bus.

                  the conductor belongs to the bus no. TN01 N 3927 27D white board bus not following rights and regulation of TN Government
                  Right to information Act 2005 in Accordance with provisions of section 4 (1). Hence kindly look in to this and make necessary arrangement.

                  Tamilnadu Govt. — MTC bus Service

                  Everyday I travel through MTC buses to go to my office. Not only me there are thousands of people travelling in bus who don't understand tamil. I have heard such many cases of rude behavior of conductors.Today I got up in a 21H(DELUXE) bus. The Bus was almost empty. I asked the conductor for a ticket to tidel park. Then he said something aggresively in tamil. I thought he was abusing me,again i thought let it go. Then the bus ran and didn't stop at tidel park and the conductor teased me in tamil. I want to ask the goverment, what is the defination of an atithi ? If we the people inside india can't respect someone among us specifically unknown to the local languages like the foreigners and bound to accept that then how can we respect the foreigners and what is the meaning of the slogan "ATITHI DEVO BHAVAH".I request tamilnadu goverment to take some steps for specific trainings to those government(also non-goverment) peoples who regularly getting exposed to 'AAM AADMI' - THE JANTA.

                    During middays ie.,from 1.00pm to 3.30pm frequency of the mtc buses are too low that the people (commuters) suffer alot.Today (28.09.2010) around 1.35pm a 27d deluxe bus did not stop at ESI bus stop overtaking a 22 bus, at a terricfic speed while many people were waiting for thesame.The crew never bathered of the people's cry to stop the bus. The irresponsibility of the crew is highly condemnable.Since such activities of the mtc bus crew are in the increasing trend, We request U to take a stern action over this so as not to happen in mere future.YOUR EARLIEST ACTION WOULD BE MOST APPRETIATED INTHIS REGARD.

                      I was travelling in MTC Bus on 18th september 2010 at 8:30 p.m. The bus no is TN - 01 9232. This bus running in ponamalle road. When i was travelling in the bus, a person stand on his seat from my right side and by mistake my hand touch with conductor eyes. I say sorry for my mistake but he start fighting with me and showed me punch. and say get down from the bus. my question is that for a small reason that i had already sayed him sorry can be good for showing punch and fighting. actually this problem i was faced here many times. it not my problem it's the problem who are coming from other states.

                        I was standing in perambur railway station bustop after 7 hrs tired journey from salem waiting for 29E bus.Lot of passengers were waiting for the same bus.We saw 29 E passing our Bus Stop withot stopping fully empty without any passengers but it stopped due to heavy traffic,so all o[censored]s ran to board the same bus but the conductor rudely shouted that it is going to the shed.We were disappointed because we were waiting for a long time and the time was 9.30 pm.Then I told the conductor that since the board was not removed so we were confused,the conductor started to shout in foul language and invited a quarell the driver stopped the bus helping the conductor and invited me to board the bus to fight.The conductor repeatedly asking me to come into the bus using language in singular.This attitude of the conductor was witnessed by everyone and I felt so embarrassing and ashamed and left the place.The registration No of the Bus is TN O1 N 4283. I request the Transport AUTHORITIES TO WARN the Conductor not to invite quarell and to behave decently and politely with the Public.

                        Dears,
                        Date 17.06.2019, bus no TN 01 AN 2381, route tambaram sanatorium to sriperumbudhur, conductor treats me very badly he told me to seize my pass and laydown from bus, will give the authority to seize my pass and he treats monthly pass holders badly. He speaks more rubbish words in bus very bad experience trip in MTC.

                          Sir,

                          I had boarded bus route No A1 plying between Chennai Central and Thiruvanmiyur at Chennai central on 5 Aug 2010 at about 9.45 AM. Since i was working in Adyar i used travel from this bus.Today, i asked conductor give a ticket for adyar signal and he have 10 Rs ticket but the fare was only 9 Rs. I asked conductor what is the fare for traveling from central to adyar signal, he replied me its 10 Rs. I replied back to him that fare is only 9 Rs.He didn't responded. and he busy with collecting all others tickets. while other passenger has taken ticket for adyar depo, this stop comes after my stop and he gave him ticket for 9 Rs for tat passengers, I kept quite. and 2 - 3 times i looked at him whether he will respond or not. but he didn't responded back. And finally i stop is about to come. Then i went to him and asked him what is the fare from central to adyar signal , he said its 9 Rs. Then i asked him then why you gave me ticket for 10 Rs. I don't have change that's why i gave. then i replied if you don't have change u can ask me and why u said at beginning the fare is 10 Rs. Then he said i didn't said like that and asked changed to u, i think u didn't heard.I replied to him i[censored] asked me a changed the u would given me ticket of 9 Rs instead of 10Rs. You are just covering your mistake Like this he has done 2 times with me.

                          The conductor should bear in mind that the very purpose of any business is its customer and he had no business to do like.

                          Will the concerned authorities take action?

                          sir,
                          i am travelling to saidapet from shollinganallur signal everyday for ticket Rs15. but today the conductor took 17 rupees from me. i asked him about him but he dint respond to me and told me its 17 rupees from shollinganallur signal. and behave very rudely . but he took 15 rupees from others. i was wounder why he behave like this with me!!! is that because i am from outside TN??? But its surely not good sign on MTC image.

                          so i request you to take some actions regarding this type of behavioral by MTC conductors

                          Dear sir,

                          On Dt : 26.05.2013, I was travelling from Sambalpur to Bargarh (Odisha state) by a private bus. So when I asked the conductor for bus ticket, the conductor denied. When I told, I will give complaint, the conductor and driver started misbehaved me with slang languages and threatened me and told " do u know who is the bus owner, Our ministers come to his house. what the hell the consumer dept will do ? Go and complaint. " Also the driver tried to beat me and they dropped me in the midway.

                          So I request you to take some actions regarding
                          1. This type of behavior and humiliating & underestimating Consumer Complaint Deptt.
                          2. Not providing bus ticket while asking.
                          3. Driver and conductor were drunken while driving.

                            on 6/07/2010 I Started from Ramapuram By 54 Express bus to reach my home at mangadu,
                            Nowadays 50paise was not returned by conductors , it 'll be a part in their collections, So i always having change, FROM RAMAPURAM - KUMANANCHAVADI normal ticket is 4.50(green board express buses), But that conductor was in a deep sleep he gave me a 6rs ticket and plugged my 10.50 from my hand and without returned any money , He behaved like a drunken person , so many times i explained but he acted like understanding.....

                            The behaviour of conductors in AC bus 570 from CMBT to kelambakkam is very worse.They dont know how to speak with educated people.Please take action against such conductors or hire people who can behave.Disgusting.

                              This is to inform you about the rude behaviour by the conductor of 49A - TN O1 N 5838 - IYI 1476. I was travelling from Avichi to ESI and my fare was Rs 3.50 ( between 9.45 am and 10.00 am. I gave a five rupee coin to the conductor and he returned Re 1 coin stating that he did not have change. When I saw someone giving him a 50np coin, I asked for my change. He said he will not give and wanted me to talk to the minister, if reqd. I told him since he did not have change, I kept quiet. Now that since he had change, he shd return my balance. However, he asked me to collect it from another passenger. He added that with that 50paise, Iam going to build a fortune. He insulted me infront of other passengers and was very rude.

                              I request the authorities to take necessary action against this person.
                              I have attached the conductor's foto and the rear image showing the regn number of the Bus for your reference.

                              Sir, I am working in TCS. I was travelling from velachery to sholinganallur in (m119) guindy to chemmanchery bus.
                              I boarded at velachery. Ticket checking person who checked for the ticket at S.R.P Tools busstop asked me for the ticket. I showed him the monthly concession pass(Rs. 1000) and my Identity card. But he did not accept it. He also forced me to pay fine of Rs. 100. He gave me a reason that my handwriting written in the pass was not as clear to read. So he insulted me infront of the passengers. Authorities of MTC please take the necessary action against the person. The number of fine ticket is 053875

                                Sir,

                                The increase of population in the eastern side of Guduvanchery is unimaginable. So, the buses M18 which are plying from Tmabaram to Guduvanchery may be extended to Kayarambedu (another 6 Kms). By extending this service, most of the people stop the usage of two wheeler. This will help the people as well the nation by saving the fuel consumption by reducing the usuage of two wheellers.

                                Let the concerened authorities do the needful at the earliest.

                                  MTC is having some animals in the Ticket checking squard.
                                  Today (30-June-2010) morning the checking squard found a person with out ticket. but actually he just boarded the bus and waiting for the conductor to issue the ticket.

                                  this gentleman was tryibng to explain the same to the checking squard but these checking ppl have behaved very rudely and started using bad language at that person and pulled him out of the bus.

                                  these checking guys are not at all behaving like human beings..... is the any one who takes action against these guys?
                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I completely agree with the complaint posted above mine, as I myself was once victimized. I am a student aged 20, who just moved to Chennai a month ago..I boarded a highly crowded bus one evening at around 7 p.m. after tuition and the checking point was precisely the next stop. The bus was so crowded that the conductor was not to be seen and I didn't even get enough time to pass the money and get my ticket issued. I was forced out of the bus and literally harassed by 2 inspectors who demanded Rs. 500/- if I wished to leave. I repeatedly tried to explain that I had just boarded and was on the bus for less than 2 minutes; I even showed them that I was holding money for the ticket fare in my hand. They refused to listen and asked me to show them my wallet or else they wouldn't let me leave. I wasn't carrying any money, so they just took the Rs. 70/- which was in my purse, and asked me to leave. I had to find a way to reach my hostel without a penny with me, at such a late hour. I request the authorities to take some action against such inspectors, as this is not how women should be treated.

                                    Hi. Everyday morning I travel by 19G from Anand Theater to Adyar Signal. Today I was waiting for 19G as usual at the anand theater stop. A 19G Delux bus with the no TN 01-7378 crossed the bus stop and never bothered to halt at the bus stop. Instead the driver stopped at the signal and just left off. I chased the bus in an auto and got into it at DMS. When I questioned the conductor as why it din't stop I din get a proper reply, instead he said you have come and get in at the signal. I travelled with the ticket no:148197. Please take necessary step. I hope buses are provided only for the passesngers assistance and not for driver or conductor's wish. - Regards - Deepa Naresh

                                      I LOST MY RS.30 BY BUYING THE 30rs TICKET (ONE DAY TICKET).
                                      I BUYED THE TICKET FROM E18-HIGHCOURT TO GUDUVANCHERI TRAILER BUS. THE BUS CONDUCTOR GIVEN ME THE TICKET, I ALSO SIGNEDIN THE PASSENGER COLUMN AND I MENTION MY AGE IN THE TICKET ALSO.
                                      IN THE TICKET THE CONDUCTOR MENTION THE DATE 25TH 6 . I BOARDED ON 26TH JUNE 8:30AM AT CHROMEPET.

                                      I FOUND THIS INFORMATION IN THORAIPAKKAM GIVEN BY A CONDUCTOR."THIS TICKET IS NOT VALID TODAY YOU HAVE TO BUY THE TICKET.SO I BUY THE TICKET OF rS7.50P(RETURN BACK TO MY PLACE)

                                      I COMPLAINT THIS TO TAMBARAM DEPOT THEY ARE NOT RESPODING PROPERLY.ONE PERSON FROM MTC SAID "YOU JUST WAIT UPTO 20:00 THEY WILL CLOSE THE SHEDULE IN THIS WAY ONLY YOU GIVE THE TICKET TO HIM AND CORRECTION IT". I REALLY TENSION SIR . MY 30RS IS LOST BY CONDUCTOR SMALL MISTAKE.

                                      hello sir/madam,

                                      my suggestion is to increase the bus frequency of M9M, which is coming from ngo colony to tnagar, that too in the time between 8 to 10.
                                      my suggestion is to increase the bus frequency of 21A which is coming from Pallavaram to Thiruvanmiyoor time between 8.00 to 10am
